Staff were excellent. Property is well used. Nice setting, but clean and well used. Complementary breakfast is limited. It is convenient and quiet. Would stay again because of the staff.

Second stay here; love the staff, hotel and surrounding area. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Easy parking. Will be back!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. The attention to detail was outstanding. The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean and well organized. The outdoor area was very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was really good and something that you definitely need to not pass up. The extra $30-40 per night was well spent compared to one of the many cookie cutter hotels in the area. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to the area.

I have requested a full refund and am waiting for that to happen The room was damp, old and we were unable to stay

Interesting sculptures, art and architecture everywhere. Enjoyed spending some time exploring the property with my family. Would stay again. Located in quiet neighborhood.

I did not eat breakfast in, but the location was fine and the food looked good I loved everything. The only thing missing was walkability, and I understand that is under construction

All fantastic! If I had to come up with something to improve it would be the wi-fi since it was weak or even unusable in the part of the building we were in. Phone signal and phone used as a hot spot for wi-fi devices worked. Truly nitpicking to suggest improvement.
- 5/5
The breakfast layout was perfect. There is plenty of parking and not jammed in like most of the big chain hotels.

Clean, unique layout of property, impressive style inside the room, friendly and accommodating staff, quiet, enjoyable stay. I didn’t get a chance to experience the morning breakfast, but look forward to doing so on my next visit.

Property as described. Staff welcoming and helpful

Homeiness - love that it had a ceiling fan.

A lovely hotel with a lot of character
- 4.5/5
It was very clean and smelled nice, not the typical hotel smell. Its not really in Fayetteville but not a far drive at all. I like they had multiple outlets by the bed. The TV was pretty small and we did get a lot of noise when the next room was moving around. Overall it was a very nice hotel especially for the price.

I have stayed here multiple times. It is beautiful, quiet and the staff and food are wonderful! Very comfortable beds and lovely decor.
- 5/5
This is a gem. Its historic with well maintained features. The rooms are large with crown molding adding to the historic feel in a modern room. The breakfast is amazing, not cheap food. The grounds are stunning. The window boxes add to the historic flare with real flowers. The staff is very nice, long term emoyees. Its a great place.
- 4/5
Great location, great staff, quiche for breakfast was great as was fresh blueberries and strawberries. Comfortable bed and large room.
- 3/5
The pictures were really cool so I booked it as a special stay with my mom.
- 5/5
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking!
- 5/5
breakfast was excellent
- 3/5
I can’t understand why there are so many excellent reviews of this property. The hallway to get to the rooms smells like mold and none of the exterior doors locked although there were card swipe features at the exterior doors, but you didn’t have to use them to gain entrance to the hallways to the rooms. There were numerous ceiling water stains in my room and the mattress was worn out. The room was clean and the staff were friendly but I would not stay here again. The property needs a major facelift
- 5/5
I love staying here when visiting my son at the University of Arkansas
- 5/5
Customer service was great!
- 4/5
Clean room. And good mattress, nice quiet nights sleep. Somewhat older property that worked just fine for me. Plenty to eat and choose from at breakfast.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay!

Rooms are quiet. Staff very helpful, breakfast good
- 5/5
Clean room. The staff was friendly
- 5/5
Clean room and unique, Staff was helpful and parking was well lit
- 4/5
What stood out was the charm of the place. Breakfast was so so, but I love history and scenic charm of the old mill works.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious and the hot water was ample! Front desk receptionist were always very pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
We love this place. Been coming here for a few years now. The area is really nice
- 5/5
We have stayed here a few times and it is just precious. The property is beautiful, quaint, charming, clean and the staff is attentive ready to meet any need.
- 5/5
All the staff we interacted with were very quick and pleasant. The room was well thought out. An armoir contained the TV, safe, and fridge - which gave the room a better look, with all the expected amenities. SUPER cute facility overall with a neat history.
- 5/5
Room was nice. Check-in was smooth. Convenient for our travel.
- 5/5
Room was great!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and designed beautifully! Love the atmosphere of this place!

Was great stay, very clean and close to the school
- 5/5
Super nice Hotel. Very clean and it’s beautiful
- 5/5
The room was clean and quiet. Definitely older looking but still nice and spacious. The breakfast options were good and healthy. We would stay again.
- 5/5
It was great! We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Our new favorite place in Northwest Arkansas.
- 3/5
Breakfast options were poor. I stayed for four nights and didn’t eat breakfast once.
- 4/5
Unique and historic building. Bed was comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
VERY impressed with entire facility.
- 4/5
I would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
Nice staff. The air unit in the room is very loud and old. Needs a bit updating.
- 4/5
Really cute place but parking can be a bit difficult if you have anything larger than a small SUV or truck.
- 5/5
Beautiful waterfall displays throughout the property. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is great. Breakfast is wonderful..
- 5/5
I was very pleased to come back to a refreshed room each night. I enjoyed the setting with a chance to walk nearby
- 5/5
Spotless, easy check in and out. Thanks
- 5/5
The property is very appealing, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and inviting. Will stay again on my next trip to Fayetville.
- 5/5
This is a very clean and comfortable inn.
- 5/5
This is an exceptional hotel! The stand out features are the bed, with smooth sheets and light but warm comforter, and the esthetics of the room in general.
- 5/5
We loved everything about our stay! The room was wonderful! Very clean, had all the amenities we wanted. The bed was very comfortable. Also had great water pressure. Jennifer, and the rest of the staff were wonderful! We definitely want to come back and stay again, and would recommend Inn at the Mill to others!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and everyone was extremely friendly.
- 5/5
Clean, great staff. We LOVED this place! So cute and different.
- 5/5
Everything was clean, breakfast was good. Check in staff member seemed less than enthused to be working but wasn’t rude, per se. Hotel is a bit out of date and in need of some TLC, touch ups, etc. but they do a good job of keeping it clean and tidy.
- 5/5
Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. Friendly staff, super clean, quiet, great location if going to both Fayetteville and Rogers/Bentonville, comfortable beds, good breakfast, and fantastic coffee. Great place to stay for a couple. Would highly recommend!
- 5/5
Stayed at this motel was an exciting plus to our trip. The breakfast is wonderful, the room very comfortable and such a quaint and scenic place to stay. The staff is great and friendly. We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Very cool place, would definitely stay if we would be in the area. A lot of history and short drive to dining and shopping.
- 5/5
Close to University of Arkansas. Very clean. Very unique facility. Very friendly and accommodating staff (both front desk and cleaning team). Dining room for breakfast was very nice. Unique, interesting, clean, adequate size. Food was ok quality.

- 5/5
What a charming hotel! Everything about it was wonderful. This will definitely be my new go-to when visiting Fayetteville and NWA.
- 5/5
Clean, nice rooms with very comfortable beds and good service. Would stay again, anytime.
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds, room was very nice, clean and very well stocked
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and the room was very clean! Only issue was that our attendant forgot to leave coffee one morning but the clerk at the front desk quickly took care of it.
- 5/5
Great accommodations
- 3/5
Seemed like they were out of regular a lot although they would have back ups made
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok, didn’t come to shop.
- 5/5
I'd call the breakfast premium, although it didn't have hot items like eggs sausage waffles. The hotel is unique being built into an old grain mill. The room and bed is very comfortable. Although it is using old buildings on a hillside, it is built so nearly every room is accessible without stairs. We'd stay again.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved the vibe of this place. The outdoor space was inviting and relaxing!
- 5/5
Beautiful place with plenty of sitting and eating places around the mill pond. Very nice and clean accommodations.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing!!! This will definitely be our go to place when we visit Springdale!!
- 5/5
Beautiful!
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and inviting. The best sleep I have had in months. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
- 4/5
When I arrived at my room, it was very clean - no smell and quiet.
- 5/5
Awesome place!
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly nice, would love to stay hereall the time.
- 5/5
Hotel is excellent! Room was spacious, king bed was very comfortable, and atmosphere was excellent. Staff was very pleasant and personable. Only negative would be breakfast selections. Continental style offerings with a nearby microwave if you prefer warm option.
- 5/5
We had a great stay, the property is very relaxing and close to lots of stores and restaurants.
- 5/5
This was a great property! Well appointed rooms, comfy bed, quiet and near everywhere we needed to go!
- 3/5
we were put into a room that was across from the cleaning staff ( 105). They were very loud in the early morning. Could hear next door guest talking on phone until 2 am. Rooms definitely not sound proof. Otherwise ok. Breakfast was pretty gross unless you like store-bought muffins and instant oatmeal. Guessing we received a crappy room because we bought through hotels.com
- 5/5
Really great place but just like most other places the shower head wasn’t very good.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. It’s historical and quiet. Great European music.
- 5/5
Great stay! Very charming, clean and comfortable!!!!!!
- 5/5
Lovely rooms, friendly staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
- 5/5
The room was simple but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a convenient location with easy access to lots of places. Breakfast was basic—more of a grab-and-go setup than a hot sit-down meal—but it did the job. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Very unique property. Beautiful grounds. Staff very friendly, rooms are very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again,
- 5/5
Close to good restaurants and bars
- 5/5
we enjoyed our stay wish they would bring back the banana nut bread
- 4/5
We were looking to stay somewhere unique, this was great! The only thing that was disappointing was our TV. The color was bad.
- 5/5
Quiet and comfortable and very nice. Enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
This hotel was very nice and clean, which is a priority. The only average thing was the breakfast, but definitely still worth staying at!
- 4/5
The property and the grounds are very pretty and we liked the area. It’s only about 10 minutes from the University
- 2/5
The breakfast was nice and morning staff was helpful.
- 4/5
Very pretty landscaping makes it a unique venue.
- 5/5
The staff was some of the kindest I've come across in my travels. The building was older, but completely clean and have all of the amenities you would look for. Absolutely beautiful property.
- 5/5
It is very charming and historic. There are a few fabulous places to eat nearby and a convenient gas station across the street. Although it’s a distance from Fayetteville and the university it’s really easy to hop on the highway and be there in minutes. A wonderful free breakfast.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Everything was absolutely perfect except the bed. Personally it was a little too hard but the rest of the stay was wonderful and beautiful
- 5/5
The staff were very good.
- 5/5
Shout to the hazelnut coffee at breakfast! That was some of the best coffee!
- 5/5
Clean, beautiful grounds, great breakfast!
- 5/5
It was wonderful! The women at the front desk were so nice! We walked around the property a bit and it was beautiful! The price was very reasonable and I had so much fun!
- 5/5
Absolutely charming! Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiche on the breakfast assortment. We will be back.
- 3/5
I’m sure others have had wonderful stays, I think for the price point of this room its more of a 70-80 bucks a night place, it’s severally ran down. Pillow top mattress they claimed was so stiff. Cheap travel soaps provided, the blow dryer was burned up and had electrical tape all over it, in the end it was a place to stay.
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay in NW Arkansas. Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept and well managed.
- 4/5
The breakfast is sub par to most hotels with breakfast offered.
- 5/5
Very cool property and staff very friendly. Great breakfast
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Clean and quiet, friendly staff. Older property. Nice place to avoid crowds during game weekend. Would stay again
- 5/5
We stay here whenever in the Fayetteville area. I am so glad we found it. Recently we had a 90th birthday party for my father and other family members stayed as well. The grounds are amazing, historic and beautiful. Sitting outside by the mill on the back deck is a favorite. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. In our last stay, we wanted to share a bottle of wine with family. Rather than using the in room plastic cups or sacrifice our morning coffee cups, the staff provided real glasses for us to use. It was exactly the service you would want. They are great. We will be back. Great location and close to great dining options as well.
- 5/5
My room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was a good variety and delicious. I will be back!
- 5/5
This was an amazing and unique property. We'll definitely visit again!
- 3/5
Beautiful grounds, waterfalls and ponds were nice even on a rainy day. Room was immaculate! This property is nestled on a hill but I had no issues getting around. Second story has its own parking lot. On the Orbits website laundry was mentioned but was told there is no guest laundry onsite. The outside doors were always unlocked, security issue. I will return to this property again. Our stay was peaceful and quiet.
- 5/5
Love the location and atmosphere.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
The check in person was very friendly. Clean rooms with awesome beds.
- 5/5
This is such a nice convenient place to stay in Northwest Arkansas. Larry at the front desk was awesome with many great restaurant recommendations! The staff were very nice and personable. The grounds are beautiful and this is just much better than a hotel chain.
- 5/5
Quiet, pretty and comfortable. Other than a pretty weak shower, everything was outstanding. Great place to stay and wonderful staff. Continental breakfast was well above average.
- 3/5
The free breakfast was okay. I was expecting a hot breakfast. Breakfast was Crossiants, cheese, deli meat, cereal. I would have preferred a hot breakfast with fresh fruit options. Overall it was fine. I have no desire to stay at facility again. The grounds were pretty.
- 5/5
We have stayed here several times and absolutely love it!
- 4/5
This hotel needs a refresh. It is comfortable and convenient. Quiet with easy parking. The door locks are old and clumsy. The AC works well but was noisy. Beds were good.
- 3/5
Nothing regular hotel tbh
- 5/5
Great location and the staff was friendly. I liked the breakfast too.
- 5/5
My husband and I loved our stay here. While the paddle wheel is not operational, they had several fun and relaxing water features that appeared to be "mill oriented". We sat outside and watched them with a glass of wine. Also, bonus points for the cool sconces in the hallways and the yummy cookies the proprietor's wife makes. We definitely would recommend this place which is also close to a wonderful French restaurant we enjoyed called Bienvenue!
- 5/5
We had a two night stay. Our room was very clean. The grounds are clean and absolutely beautiful with all the plants and flowers. Breakfast choices were very good. We can't wait to stay again.
- 5/5
Really nice front staff and the room was just perfect. Firmer than normal bed but it was comfy and probably better for my back :-) Perfect, safe area and I will surely stay here again.
- 5/5
I travel a lot and stay in many different types of lodging and all I can say is finally a place that has exceeded my expectations. From the friendly staff to the comfortable bed and spacious room. I would like to mention the large TV and excellent coffee on hand. The grounds are filled with flowing water and ponds. Thanks for to the entire staff for making me feel at home.
- 4/5
I liked the character of the property. I disliked the mold around the bathroom faucet
- 4/5
Comfortable bed Front desk staff excellent

- 5/5
What a gem! The property was beautifully landscaped with outdoor, park-like seating available. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I even received a phone call after checkout to inform me of belongings I'd left behind. The room felt more like a room at a Bed and Breakfast rather than a hotel. I will definitely stay here in the future when traveling to Springdale.
- 5/5
Weather delayed my flight in by a day and they didn't hesitate to cancel my first night, even though notification was late--THAT is the customer service I wish all hotels had. Besides that, it was quiet, bed was really comfortable and I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.
- 5/5
Great hotel at an old, timber-framed grain mill on a natural spring. Nice, clean, friendly. We will be back.
- 4/5
This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve stayed at Inn at the Mill. I have always enjoyed it. Was hoping for the wine and cheese reception. Was told they intend to bring it back. We sat out by the mill pond in the evening, it was wonderful! Rooms are nice as well.
- 4/5
The concept of transforming an Old Mill into an Inn intrigued us. The room is spacious and clean. The morning breakfast could be much better - feels a little like they went to Costco and served up - an espresso machine and home cooked food would improve the Inn. Having access to the gym across the street was a huge bonus - much better than any hotel gym.
- 4/5
My only complaint was the noisy guests above us, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. The property could use some updating, but we were very satisfied and will return in the future.
- 5/5
Most impressive room cleanliness maintaining quality products and services to insure I was treated special.
- 5/5
I had requested a more rustic rm, but upon arriving discovered that the more modern style rms had a lovely view of the pond. They graciously switched us. The room was exceptional and the view was lovely. The breakfast options were excellent, especially considering our vegetarian diet. This place is a delight to the senses. Beautiful property and lovely sounds of water just outside. We will be returning😁
- 5/5
This is the hotel of choice when visiting NWA.
- 3/5
Really charming property with kind staff, in a safe quiet area. Cleaning could use some improvement though. The rooms need a true deep clean. There were dried red stains on the trim around the bathroom door that we reallly hope wasn’t blood. Light fixtures were missing so bulbs were hanging from open holes in the ceiling, and it doesn’t seem like the rooms are kept up with. Also bring an extension cord because the outlets on one side of the bed won’t work unless the light switch is turned on, which also turns on a wall light… so no charging the phone if you need it beside you. For one night it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here for multiple nights. For $200 a night, the room should be much cleaner and kept up with.
- 5/5
We stay here whenever pisdible
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
It was quiet and comfortable with an enjoyable breakfast. Front desk people all so friendly.
- 5/5
The staff and services is very comfortable and welcoming
- 5/5
Such a charming spot. We’ve been coming here since 2011 when our first Razorback started college and continued through the next, now happy to stay at Inn at the Mill visiting with them as happy NWA resident adults!
- 5/5
Great stay! Very clean and comfortable! The Inn has a lot of charm and is conveniently located to Fayetteville.
- 3/5
Hotel needs to be updated, mostly clean. Bed not the best, room on smaller side, water pressure not great. Not clean smelling, but not fresh either. Breakfast bar ok, pastries, muffins, bagels, etc. outside property pretty. Wouldn’t stay again
- 5/5
The historic mill is so well preserved and the waterways all around the buildings are so soothing!
- 5/5
I was greeted upon check in with cookies and told my room was warmed up for me (which was great because the weather was cold). All the furniture was antique. This hotel is family owned and you can tell they really take pride in it. 5 plus stars
- 5/5
It was one of the most unique places me and my wife have ever stayed. Will definitely be coming back.
- 5/5
It was very good. We enjoyed hearing the history of the building. The pillows are no good. Felt like bags of sand.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay. Staff was very nice and courteous. Room was nice and clean. Would love to come again.
- 5/5
This property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to decompress after visiting family. Thank you for a wonderful visit and experience, we will definitely be back again!

We loved this property. The water feature is excellent, so relaxing to listen to. This hotel has been updating, and it was really nice. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
People were very friendly
- 5/5
Very friendly helpful staff.
- 5/5
Rustic appearance, and great service
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Room was clean. I struggle to sleep well in hotels. Last night, I slept like a rock. Husband struggled to get comfortable, not sure if it was mattress or an organic issue. Plenty of pillow options, firm and soft. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend the 1st floor of the “main building”. Last night and early morning, I could hear people talking inside and outside, doors opening and closing, road noise. Overall, I would recommend it. If you are looking for a modern place to stay, this is not it. If you want something clean and comfy, this is a good one.
- 4/5
The Inn at the Mill is a wonderful place to stay needs updating badly
- 4/5
We like the place very nice and quaint, very clean, check in reception (night) could have been more friendlier and helpful. Breakfast has lots of choices and okay, but not “hot breakfast “
- 5/5
The Inn at the Mill is a very nice property with friendly and helpful staff.
- 3/5
Neat place, fun history, but wish that history was reflected in the room decor. Very disappointed in the bed. Worst mattress I have (tried to) sleep on in years. I looked up the model and it was discontinued 6 years ago, so I'm guessing the mattress is 10+ yers old. Very uncomfortable. Above all else, a hotel should provide a good night's sleep.
- 5/5
Very ‘homey’ feeling. I would recommend this property indeed!
