Everything was fine, except for, every where else I get free breakfast, but I miss to have my free breakfast at this facility.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room and breakfast were great. Staff was very nice. Only issue was the exterior of the hotel was not well maintained. Dead trees in the parking lot and overflowing garbages at both access points. We would stay again for sure.

We travel to NWA several times a year, but this was our first stay at this location, and while we had relatively high expectations for our visit, it greatly exceeded those expectations. From the initial contact with the staff we were impressed with their kindness and professionalism and it continued with every interaction we made. Definitely recommend.

Ugh please save your money. I never write reviews but were there for a convention and if I could have moved, I would have. It was so dirty, musty, so much air freshener it made you gag and gave you a headache in attempt to cover the dirtiness. Air doesn’t work properly. Other guest (friends found toe nails in the bathtub, tweezers in the bed. Just old and not well maintained at all!! I could go on and on but just say no!!

The room was gross. The thick layer of dust on the transition piece as you enter the room, the sheets were damp, the air conditioning didn’t work so we got a box fan but it just pushed hot thick muggy air. There was black mold in the toilet and on the wall. The exhaust fan didn’t work. There were hairs on the sheets, hairs and nasty toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor….

This hotel is extremely clean and conveniently located. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. Parking is not an issue, and the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. I attended a convention and planned to return next year.

Great experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. We did have a problem with the pool and a very inebriated male guest and our teenage girls. It would be great if the staff could check on the pool area maybe every hour, especially late at night.

Some employees were nice. Nice size room. Some other employees had attitude, the jacuzzi was broken and no one told us after me saying that is the only reason I chose there. I would have went somewhere else if they told me it was broken and they said they plan to fill it in and not have it in the future. Bed was supper hard and uncomfortable, my $50 hold is still pending a week later even though I didn't charge anything to my room, very disappointed. This wasn't a good experience for me.

Stayed 3 nights. Room never got cleaned. After night one we notified the front desk crew as well as the manager....still nothing got corrected. Whomever runs Housekeeping at this hotel has no idea how to do their job.

We didn’t get the room we requested (2 queen beds) and instead got a king with a sofa bed which there is no way you could sleep on. The springs were through your back and it was stained with pee so we all piled into one bed for the weekend. I got two texts asking us how things were and if we needed anything but no one ever responded.

The pool and spa area ae kept clean and we utilize it every time we come. The rooms are kept up and the staff is always accommodating and friendly.

I prepaid for my room and the hotel was good for the price I paid. However... I just noticed an extra $50 charge pending. I am an IHG rewards member and did not even get the free continental breakfast either day. I fake AI voice answered the IHG customer we service line and was no help. Very disappointed.

There was black mold growing on the shower chair in the handicapped shower. It was also growing on the wall in the bathroom. Hair in the bed. Unclean overall. Floor was dirty, and there was a staple that stabbed my foot in the bathroom doorway. One of the beds was broken down and you slept on it slanted at an angle. Older hotel. That said, the free breakfast buffet was good. And the hotel was quiet at night.

We were first assigned a room that had a horrible smell — a mix of cigarette smoke and dog urine — even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. We asked to change rooms, only to find that the second one smelled just as bad. The hide-a-bed couch had urine stains, which was completely disgusting, and even the pillows smelled like dog. The entire hotel looks old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly either. We had no choice but to stay for three nights because it was Parents Weekend and there were no other hotels available in the area. During our entire stay, no one came to clean the room or the bathroom. We are extremely disappointed. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will never stay here again.

Property was clean, well kept, staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Room was clean, bed was about ready for a new mattress, pillows were good. Parking lot was very cramped and small. No breakfast included with room, no complementary coffee that I could find other than in room and putting $50 on you card for possible other charges is not appreciated. They said it will be refunded less any other expenses in three to five days. This is unacceptable.

The breakfast was lackluster as well. The eggs I assume were powered eggs. We bought breakfast for the 3 nights we stayed and we only ate it once. The eggs were like a brick, you had to shave them off of a lump. It was not very enticing to eat. Moving on - The pool chairs were broken which was annoying because the seating was very limited due to the amount of people swimming.

The room was good, but I think the carpet needs to be shampooed as my feet were dirty after walking around the room with no shoes on.

Excellent other than the fire drill and having to try to get my father in law out. He’s in a wheelchair and they shut down elevators and asked everyone to come to lobby. He can’t walked down multiple flights of stairs (let alone one). Fortunately before he made it too far, they called it a false alarm. I’m baffled with why they would put people in wheel chairs on a floor other than the first. The thought never occurred to me that it could be a possibility that we would have to evacuate. They need to think about their handicap accessibility.

Toilet didn't work. A/C didn't get cool enough. The overall condition needs renovating also.

Great location off the interstate. It was quiet and the property and staff were super! Breakfast each day was excellent with a lot of choices! Best one I’ve had in all of my travels. Staff was always working doing something and they were so polite. We have in laws here and always stayed elsewhere but from now on we’ll be staying here. Check in was a snap! I would highly recommend this beautiful property. So well maintained!! I can see why they have won so many awards!

Rooms were definitely outdated but decently clean for their age. The TV is ridiculously SMALL and there are virtually no good channels, no way to stream or cast AND would be watching and signal would go out. I take the stairs and noticed stirwell door going outside had been propped open, obviously not safe, not to mention a beer bottle there left for 2 days.

Hotel location is conveniently located off I-49 and easy to get to airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and I was able to check in early since my room was ready. I appreciated that since i had running race and hadnt slept or showered in two days! I used the hot tub and it felt great. Water was hot and jets felt good. I ate dinner at the restaurant. Food was decent and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here next time Im in the area.

Nice hotel in very close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the Tyson baseball fields. Very clean and good service. Very friendly front desk workers with a good sense of humor! I felt very welcome and my kids loved the nice pool area that was well stocked with towels.

This place is amazing. I love that they have a noise policy for the night time. No loud noise after 9pm. Made for a great stay knowing I wasn't going to bothered by people being too loud in the middle of the night.

There was an issue with the AC the last night we stayed there. We told the staff 3 times but there was issues with the chiller. The room was uncomfortable until we noticed the window could crack open. They did knock off 1 night stay for us.

This is a wonderful hotel and was such a pleasant stay.

First of all, the air conditioning was not working. When we arrived and checked-in the room was 80 degrees. Upon calling for maintenance they came (after a little bit of a wait) and confirmed that the whole hotel was having issues and he would do what he could. He was nice and did his best but it did not make much of a difference in the temperature of the room. To make up for it, they offered us a box fan which helped slightly but not very much. We heard from other people staying there that they had the same experience and even ones that were staying up on higher floors had to open windows just to make it through the night. Additionally, the hot tub was not working at all and was one of the primary reasons we had chosen this hotel. Also, the breakfast offering was mis-advertised because it originally said it was included but upon going down there in the morning I was told I had to place an order unless I had a voucher and it was $15 per person for what should have been a standard inclusion. Lastly, I would say the hotel itself needs some updating as it felt very dated in areas (especially the rooms) and had the vibe of what I would call "old 90s casino hotel". The lobby was pretty nice but the rest of the hotel needed some work. Overall, it was very disappointing.

This property is pretty special. I love that the center of the hotel is open to the top floor with the rooms surrounding that open center. That means no long Closter phobic hallways. Hot breakfast buffet had lots of choices with a huge yogurt bar and fixings for hot eggs. The dining area is cozy and peaceful and a staffer noticed I was drinking decaf and brought me a fresh pot. The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The couch and chair was like new and the office chair was super nice. So nice - I decided to stay an extra day! I interacted with staff several times and each time it was literally minutes and I was taken care of or something was brought up to to my room. I was happy the refrigerator had a freezer section to refreeze my ice packs. There is a really nice restaurant in the same parking lot you can walk to. I will definitely make this my regular stay when working in the area.

Its what u would expect for a family vaca

I booked this bc they said it had a jacuzzi tub. The tub was not hot, and those were barely bubbles.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was conveniently located for our outings to Fayetteville and to Lowell. The kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was not very hot, but they enjoyed it as well.

AC was very quiet; nice bed, bedding and pillows. Nice and curtious staff. The Room was clean, even though no one came in to take our trrash in 3 days during our stay. Because of the design of the hotel (the hollow center in the middle) the smell from the kitchen/breakfast buffett and the noise from the bottom floors carried over and emplified towards the top floors (we stayed on the 7th floor). The noise from the outside was heard as well, even while using earplugs.There was plenty of parking, but almost all full, impossible to find a parking space near the entrance. Had to park far and walk.

Pros: very spacious king size room, comfortable bed, pull out desk (that could even be used as a dinner table), great shower head, keurig coffee machine in room, comfortable couch and chair, the breakfast is not included with price of room but it was well worth the $15 for all you can eat - variety of options although a waffle maker would be nice, got a 2 pm checkout since I am an IHG member, great pool, awesome hot tub, and wonderful workout room (see con for this) Cons: the only con is the workout room. Because it is right by the pool it is insanely humid in there. Perhaps a purchase of a dehumidifier would be good in there! They do keep it on 60 degrees so it makes it bearable. This hotel is older, but I don’t care as long as it’s comfortable and clean, and this is! Will stay again.

You had to pay if you wanted anything hot for breakfast. The AC didn't work in our room. I went to the front desk and was offered a box fan or to open the windows. I was told there wasn't anyone at the property that could fix the AC that night.

The room was nice & clean. The staff at the front desk were very nice & helpful when It came to checking in… twice because my flight was delayed so i came back and booked another night. They also helped me to be able to get free late check out. The hot tub was a little dirty and the pool was a little cold but overall a lovely experience.

It wasn’t a great stay. The room was hot (in winter) and the a/c didn’t work. Sink wasn’t draining. WiFi didn’t work. Other than that, it was fine. Check-in was quick, room was clean, and bed was comfortable.

This hotel is a great value. The building is well maintained for its age. The breakfast buffet was nice compared to the junk breakfasts you get at similarly priced hotels. The service was outstanding and the room was very spacious and clean.

We have family in the area and had been staying at another hotel that seemed to be going downhill physically. Their staff was wonderful though. We thought we’d try Holiday Inn & were very glad we did. The room was clean and in good shape m, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Allie at the desk was great and at their restaurant, Brenda was fantastic! All the other hotel staff were friendly & helpful, as well, but Allie stood out! Thanks to everyone for making our trip better! Definitely recommend!
