This place definitely needs some improvements. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

For continental breakfast, it's amazing. Hot food, various waffle batters, wonderful. The rooms were also nice. Stayed here for a week for a work trip and it was lovely.

Breakfast was great and property was clean. Staff was friendly.

Everything was very clean. Breakfast was so delicious! All the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind. We were so close to everything. It was a beautiful stay!! I literally don't have anything to complain about.

We got there late on Friday night and went straight to bed. The next morning we noticed that there was blood on the sheets on the side of the bed. We took pictures and asked the front desk to take pictures and find us another room. They did both but when we asked for a refund they said they couldn't because we booked the room through Hotels.com.

Got checked in with a room next to the elevator, asked for a change and got a complementary upgrade to a suite! Place was quiet and clean.

Clean room, updated, comfortable beds and towels. The only disappointing thing was tge window allowed the noise of the busy freeway i to the room! Absolutely did not block noise.

Room and staff. Remote for TV didn’t work, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, beds very uncomfortable, room loud. Asked for pillows twice and they never came. Breakfast was never filled up and the whole reason we came was because they offered that.

Great place to stay!

Rm 116, was next to the Elevator, which was used all night long, very loud, no rest. Room should be used for storage, that loud.

We stayed in room 301. My wife and couldn’t sleep because of the heavy, noisy traffic on I-49. We had a terrible night.

Holly at the front desk was so nice she helps us with the double booking that happened with a smile on her face saying not to worry and then upgraded our room. She also helped us find a steak restaurant. She suggested the all American steakhouse. The food was incredible. We ate there 2 meals. Honestly I can’t think of anything. The beds were a bit harder than my liking but that is a personal preference. I did go out and climb on the pull out couch and slept like a baby. Usually those ante uncomfortable but I thought it was great !

The room was very clean and comfortable. The freeway is very close to the building, so the side we stayed in you could hear the traffic quite clearly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my second time traveling to Springdale for business purposes, and I chose to stay here again because of a good experience on the first trip. It's a great value. My colleague and I (who traveled separately) used the lobby to do some last minute work. We appreciated the ample space on the work table and the handy electrical outlets for our laptops. The elevator in my wing needed servicing. I was afraid I might get stuck in it, but it worked okay in spite of the scary noise it made as it approached the 3rd floor.

Great room. Spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pull out was comfy too. Only downside, beds are full size and would be great if they were queen size. They’re a little small for two adults.

Suite room was quiet

Parking area was partially lit with lights, but could use more. The was very good, constantly kept filled as needed. Staff was friendly. Our room was very clean. My complaint is wall mounted soap and conditioner in the shower area at adult shoulder height. Not everyone takes a shower, every try to take a bath with soap 4 to 5 feet above bath tub floor area? Impossible, necessary to care my own bath soap to all new hotels. Dumb!!!!!

This hotel was nice overall however I felt the need to write a review. I could not get any quality sleep as it is located next to the freeway. It sounded like my window was open and it was so loud at night. The windows look like they may be single pane or not sealed well. They NEED to invest in better windows. Breakfast options were less than mediocre also.

The staff does anything they can to have an excellent stay.

Location Noise, the air conditioner is loud and does a little whistle when it starts. Room was to close to the ice machine. The traffic noise never stopped so sleep was hard to achieve.

The only hiccup we had was that beds were not made after our first night.

Location, location, location! I wanted a suite that had actual separate rooms and this was just right. My wife sleeps later than I do, so it was convenient that I could shut the door to the bedroom and watch TV without disturbing her.

Your service sucked!!!! YOU canceled our reservation bc of a bunch of Walmart people had to stay at ur hotel!? Us and another couple we were traveling with were cancelled and moved to another hotel. Never ever have we experienced this! Will never stay at ur hotel again! U could but probably won’t compensate us and the Sporleders

Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of floor space.

Housekeeping sucked. It was ok that they only had it cleaned every other day. But when he/she did come they did not do a good job at all. Toilet paper was taken and not replaced. The bathroom floor was not cleaned. Bed was halfway made. I always leave a tip when we leave, but not this time.

Great hotel, but the mattresses felt low quality and the breakfast could be made better.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was not great. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner I was not impressed with the quality. The only real issue I had was that the fire alarm went off in our room. We noticed that no one was evacuating the hotel. When I called the front desk no one answered. We were leaving our room in our pajamas to evacuate and saw an employee at the other end of the hall in what appeared to be a supply closet. We asked what was going on and he said that the alarm was only going off in our room. We asked if he needed to come in and check it. He then said yes and walked down to our room. I was a little alarmed that no one came to check on us and we couldn't get a hold of the front desk. We had to ask for someone to check our room.

We love the property due to its location. We stop here the night before going on a cruise out of the New Orleans cruise port.

It was really just a great stay

The hotel is dated and the room was pretty old. It was functional for our family. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The food was not edible and the juice machine was not working. We didn’t eat there again after the first morning. The hotel needs some updating. The shower pressure was also weak in our room.

The only downside was the traffic noise from the adjacent freeway, but we remedied this with our travel white noise machine.

The breakfast not so good, the scrambled eggs had no taste and the bacon was too greasy.

The outdoor pool had grass floating. The landscaping was lovely but some one should skim after trimming the shrubs.

Everything was great. The staff were extremely helpful and respectful. Our visit was for a funeral. We had to bring our dog with us. They helped us out by monitoring him while you were at the funeral. Express their condolences on our loss of my sister And I was deeply touched. The only problem we had was the shower drain everywhere.

It was great! Very clean and comfortable with amazing, large, TVs. Decor was a little dreary, and could have used a larger fridge with soap and supplies in the kitchenette.

Everything from check in by the nice and freindly gentleman to check out was awesome.

Traveling with an infant is never easy, but with the suite styled rooms and staff at Hampton Inn & Suites, our life was much easier this weekend when traveling with a little one! The staff was able to provide a pack-n-play to our room for baby to sleep, the kitchenette allowed for bottle cleaning, and the fridge was able to hold all her bottles and foods.

Newly renovated, clean and great staff! On a business trip. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was good, but the light bulb was out and water was coming into the room as the window had a leak. I mentioned these things to the front desk person and they wrote it down, but no action was taken.

Excellent, but forgot to ask for a room not facing the highway. It was pretty noisy until the traffic finally died down late at night. But, started very early again in the morning. No other issues whatsoever.

We really didn’t hear interstate noise as others have mentioned. I would stay again.

The staff serving breakfast kept the area very clean and replenished food keeping it well stocked. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. The facility itself leaves something to be desired. The walls are very thin, so you can hear what the guests in the room next door are saying. We felt like the window was open because the highway was so loud. The room was kind of clean but it was gross with dirt and dust in any corner.

We had only been there 5 mins and they knocked on our door and said we got a noise disturbance complaint. They said we was walking to loudly.

The only issue we had was the freeway noise. Because the hotel is next to the freeway. We had to be moved because the noise was so loud. But overall a nice 3 star hotel with lots of restaurants and other amenities around.

Price was crazy high for this type of accommodation (however, consistent with other hotels the weekend we were there,) it’s a shame that they all participate in outlandish price hikes on university game weekends.

Very nice place, comfortable room, plenty of towels, good breakfast. Hampton is a splurge for us but will definitely be on our list of great options in the future!

We stayed here to help a family member move out of state. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it’s always nice. I usually bring my own pillow because I like a king size pillow and the hotel uses standard. But otherwise comfy.

Quiet & conveniently located.

Our check in was very smooth and Kaylei at the front desk was kind and attentive, even following up with a text to contact her if we needed anything. The property is in a safe location in Springdale, close to restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our multi-day stay. Great breakfast each day! There were only a few minor issues; the room will probably need updating soon, we noticed stains in the carpet and the couch worn with some torn fabric showing. Also, when choosing a room with a 'kitchen' we expected to have appliances such as a full refrigerator or a stove top. There was a large counter top with a dining table nearby, but a microwave and tiny microfridge you'd find in a regular room. With that said, our stay was enjoyable.

Not so good. Elevator was broke down for mone night. Not enough towels for a two night stay with two people.

The hotel was welcoming and clean. Room was spacious and front desk was very helpful with a few questions I had. Breakfast was great each morning and pool area was nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
