The staff was very friendly and courteous. They even had suggestions as to best places to eat while in spring, Tx. There was nothing I didn't like. The staff were great the room was clean. Parking was available.

Comfortable AC and bed. First room I was given hadn't been cleaned yet. So bad first impression. Second room was better but the bed and couch looked a little scuffed up. But nothing concerning. At least it was clean.

Room was always clean and they did had the supplies they claimed to. It’s close to a HEB (supermarket), a 5 minutes walk. Sometimes there were some loud people outside but it wouldn’t last for too long And not about the hotel, but Houston public transportation system sucks. In this area if you don’t have a car you can’t go any places. You can walk to nearby places but know that there are no sidewalks at all

It was a hotel where the doors are outside. Like a motel. For me, being with just my child I was a little worried. In the pictures, it does not show that. Plenty of channels to watch. Bed covers had tears. I found a couple hairs that were probably not wiped down good enough. I did just stay the evening. I was ready to leave. Did not have any breakfast. But of course I wasn’t going to eat from there. Not a much else to say about it. It’s good for shower and sleep for one day. But I’d not want to stay another.

It was good place to stay until last night someone kept watching my daughter and her daughter. Some guy being too nosey.

Location is great This young guy beat the heck out of his girlfriend in the parking lot. Some guy was selling drugs it was a lot of bad activity taking place this time when I came it’s usually pretty quiet but not this time.

Liked that the motel was secluded. Air conditioner worked well. Quiet. Beds were comfortable. No carpet - I like that. Smelled nice. Skid marks in toilet. Sink could use a good cleaning. Chair was so dirty we had to put a towel over it before sitting down. Only had one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person (there were 2 of us). We reserved a handicapped room and were given a regular room. They accommodated us the 2nd night with a handicapped room. My sister used the restroom in the middle of the night and there was a roach crawling near her toothbrush. Thought we were going to a hotel. It was a motel. Room opens to the outside. Did end up eating breakfast,, location was okay definitely a little bit hard to spot out. The staff was very rude. Morning of check out I got someone banging on my door at 8:30 asking to clean the room meanwhile we had not checked out I was awake and getting my stuff packed so I politely told her no it’s not even remotely close to 11 she then began to speak in Spanish to another lady and mock me because I told her no, I completely understand what she had said as well because that is my first language. Then comes 9:30 I was in the shower and I hear loud banging on my door and someone screaming meanwhile my husband is asleep I panic and wake him up because they are very loud knocks I am naked and I was scared I hear the older woman screaming “ what are you doing why are you hear you said you checked out” meanwhile I’m like what is she talking about I have not left the room I tell her mama what is going on and she continues to yell saying we had already turned the card in and we needed to get out I said what are you talking about by this time my husband woke up and was upset because we still had time to check out by the time we went to grab our check out car she was gone so we packed our stuff and ended up just leaving in general at 10 I went to the front office and to turn my key in and ask who was screaming and banging on our door it was a old lady in the front and she tells me nobody was banging on the door that she knocked she continued to argue and be rude with me about it I told her it was very disrespectful and rude to do that and she scared me she said that someone checked out and said it was our room number and showed me the paper which didn’t say our room I told her that it was not kind to do that but she continued to be disrespectful after that I left. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

I've stayed there before so I was already familiar with it. I booked it because I knew I could easily park with my utility trailer and it was less than 3 miles from the poultry show I was working at. However I tried to add a night to my stay and the rate was much higher than what my original booking rate was. The desk staff was not accommodating at all and I know they do have wiggle room on rates because I regularly book blocks of rooms for other events that I work with. I stayed somewhere else for my additional night and will probably make that my next choice when I'm back for the next event. They claim to have a breakfast but they don't. There was a dried dirty wash cloth hanging over the top of the shower bar. It fell down when I pulled the shower curtain closed. The fridge had a bad smell and I saw some tiny bugs crawl out of the microwave on my last night. It was a nonsmoking room but there were cigarette burns on the coffee table.

I have stayed at this hotel for weeks now, and every week there is something wrong with the room. The last straw was the dried white substance on the bedspread. That is DISGUSTING!!! No clean towels. Unsure how clean the sheets were. The "view" was a joke! prison-style fencing outside my last room's window. Oh, and the "lake view" is nothing more than a retention pond, so you all lied about that!

None When we arrived to check in, the receptionist treated us rudely and we were surprised by his abrupt greeting. He then assigned us two rooms; upon arrival, we noticed the door to one of them was open, which made us uneasy. We then noticed that the door lock was malfunctioning and we couldn't close the room when we left, making it difficult to secure our belongings. The reception staff refused to change our room. The bathroom in the other room was not properly cleaned; the floor was wet and dirty, as was the shower. We do not want to return to this hotel.

He said it was only pastry's, which we expected, we told him aboutvthe one slice of bread, he went to get some pastry's but we told him not to worry about and left. We probably won't stay there again.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in for this price range. Very new hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillow a little too firm. One cigarette looking burn on a blanket but room smelled fresh and was very clean. Very quiet and a great location with lots of new shopping and restaurants around. Would stay there again.

I had a handicapped room and there were only overhead bright can lights so no way to sit and read or watch tv without a glaring light overhead. The bathroom was well lit but only if the fan was on too which was noisy. Still not bad if you need a less expensive option.

The room was muggy and smelled like fabulosa cleaner the purple one. It was almost unbearable. I use fabulosa to clean with at home and it must be diluted down. I could hear the people above us all night. I could also hear their cell phone ring.

I know Spring has roaches but the brownish red tracks/smears above and on the baseboards were visible, not clean. Coffee pot also had used coffee pod inside.

It’s very Deceiving that they have breakfast included but yet when you arrive there they tell you, oh no because of COVID we are not. This should be updated to avoid disappointments.

The property was super cute and perfect for us. There was a major disturbance Sunday night around 11pm..It wasn't on the property's part but maybe the guest...It was pretty frightening. and loud. Guest fighting or upset. Other than that..we were at peace and felt safe inside...some of the guest were questionable ..but ..that's the way of the world. Great property...not to expensive! Staff gave satisfactory service..Needs an iron in room..

This place is a dump!!! The bed were clean but the noise from the road and people sitting in their trucks with the load pipes going. And a dog that barked all night up stairs. Not a restful night at all. Thinking of cutting my trip short to not stay another night.

When checking out, I notified a different front desk clerk that there were bed bugs. I have never dealt with them before and I was asking him what to do. He said it wasn’t his problem and I needed to leave so other people can check into that room. We came to an agreement on Two hours later, he called the police on me, telling them I was refusing to leave!!! I wasn’t refusing! He told me I could wash my stuff and then refused to turn on the washer, then wanted me to pay $5 per load. He wouldn’t even give me trash bags to put my stuff in! And I have my child with me!

It was a okay experience I stayed around 12 days some one got sick I left because of the corona outbreak is terrible in Texas I was not feeling well one night but I took some vitamins and was feeling better I choose to leave I wish I would have stayed got scammed at oyo hotel and now I'm fighting with management to get a refund for stolen items there crooked and very filthy

I made reservations a week early and when i arrived the rude clerk ( not Mr. Patel), asked me if i wanted a room with no tv. It took me 30 minutes to check in. Next time i will go somewhere else who treat the customers with respect and is much cheaper with nice rooms and great customer service.

The guy at the front desk was friendly and fast. I had already reserved my room online. Upon arrival within the room, I was impressed with the appearance. However, when I went into the restroom, there were baby roaches all over the place...the tub, the counter, the floor. I literally had to remove my sandal to kill them. As I approached my bed, I noticed what appeared to be pretzel crumbs all alongside the bed on the floor. I won't be staying here again, but my room was fairly cheap so I guess you definitely get what you pay for. Jeez!

It was so bad, I went to the Hilton instead.

I had previously stayed here and thought it was a okay place. This time was completely the opposite. The only reason I stayed it’s because it was late at night to find another place. The room was dirty, sheets and towels stained. Floors dirty. Looked like the room wasn’t properly cleaned up. I will not stay here again

It was a nice place to stay. There is no amenities like the info said. No breakfast nothing

The room didn’t smell ok and the refrigerator and floor was not clean. There was also a stain on the bed but, I do think the sheets had been washed.

This establishment seems new, therefore, it clean, it smells new, the beds are very comfortable. The area seems newly developed.

Sheets dirty, floors dirty, hair in bathtub. Was not clean.

Never had this happen. Very disappointed.

We had a trailer that we were pulling and were robbed while we were staying there. They cut off the locks to our trailer and broke into our trailer . Therefore, beware when staying there.

Room smells bad,staff is not friendly

Cigarette stains on sheets and dirty. I was moved to another room and the same happened. The neighbors were extrémale loud until 2 am closing and slaking everything. I complained and I was told they have been there for a long time and have never been a problem. So dirty, and what a waste of money. I bought 2 nights but only stayed one. Asked for a refund for second night and was told no. I just left and got a different hotel. Horrible service.
