    Nothing Roaches, filthy amenities such as a broken rolling chair, dirty fridge and microwave. No blankets were given and the carpet was beyond salvageable. The carpet smelled like dog pee the entire time but I had to work almost every day. When I complained, I was met with different answers per employee.

    There were homeless people sitting g around outside the property. The room smelled and had no bathroom mirror, the tv didn’t work and there were roaches visible around the room. I will never stay at this property again.

    The location due to traffic and road work. The first room was dirty and smelled like it had mold. The second room that I was given upon a room change had a leak from the ceiling, roaches, missing dining table chairs, the shower was nasty & had hard water stains on the shower head and faucet, the kitchen was dirty, one of the kitchen range burners wasn't working, the mini fridge wouldn't get cold the room phone wasn't working, the TVs speakers were not working and the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes inside to keep our feet from getting dirty. We asked the front desk for chairs and the complimentary kitchenware and was told we would get them in the morning. They brought us 2 nasty chairs at 9 AM, two hours before check out. Never received the kitchenware. This hotel we learned, after I was pulled over leaving the hotel, is the biggest drug hotel in the area. I was profiles for staying at this location, pulled over and the police searched my vehicle. I was humiliated. Told the hotel about it and they only gave a forced apology. I asked for a refund and wasn't able to receive one

    I spent my entire night killing roaches all over the walls in the bed, crawling out of the pictures on the wall. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never stay at a motel in my life again. Horrible experience!

    For the price it was reasonable. I was surprised that the room was never cleaned during the 3 night stay. Had some bugs and a smell in room which wasn't great but again reasonable for the price.

    Room was super messy. Not clean at all. Had to even wear sandals in the shower. Don’t recommend it. Ohh and the people in the front don’t charge you until you leave. I had the money cash and was going to pay they charged my card at the end of the stay.

    I’ve stayed here many many times and in the past rooms smelt like animals and didn’t feel so clean but the last handful of times the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Sometimes you can smell weed being smoked but It doesn’t bother me. A lot of the same people always staying or live there and there’s a lot of police action but other than that it’s my fav affordable hotel in the area.     My flight was delayed and I arrived past 1 am. The front desk attendant did not let me check in due to them selling the room that I had already paid for with no refund so I had to go looking for another hotel at that time in the night. They can keep the money but I can't use that I paid for.

    I truly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend curtains for the rooms. More chairs or couches would be nice!!! The shower curtains needs to be longer to avoid wetting the floor!!!!! Rooms with kitchens needs to be spray more frequently for roaches!!!! I loved my room and the location of the building!!! Everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are quiet and comfortable?. I'll be visiting again in the very near future. Thanks a million for your support. God bless. More chairs or couches are needed. Shower curtain is too short. Spray for roaches more often.

    There was one girl in office ,not empathetic with customers ,there was soapy water on floor outside elevator second floor ,a gentleanfell i told her she said it's not her problem ,I ask what if he sues she said it doesn't come from. My check,I ask to leave a message for ma agerto call me she said I'm asstmanager so I went next morning talked to John the manager and he said she is not asst manager.that was a true to save her butt.she also cussed out cleaning lady in front of customers not good .

    Had to call to get someone to help me check in. Room lights were broken and the door wasn’t very secure! The room key only worked one day and had to get it replaced. Thank goodness someone was at the desk when we needed the key to be done again.

    Absolutely nothing. I didn’t like that the room looked outdated the kitchenette area needs a complete remodel, cabinets and countertops were peeling where you could see the actual wood. Mainly I didn’t like that there was a roach crawling on our night stand. After a long day of travel I just wanted to be able to get some rest but Instead stayed up all night thinking about being infested with them. Needless to say I packed my things the next morning and found a better hotel

    The black mold on ceiling in bathroom,I ask several times to get roo. Swept didn't happen in 7 days and light burned out in bathroo. ,never ca.e to fix it.and I unhooked fire alarm because I had to light incense because people would hang out at washroom. TO smoke pot and young black man became irate told .e that was a good reason to get kicked out I apologized it's just the rank ell of pot was overbarring.

    Hotel staff are very nice very sweet lady very polite and accommodating however the room was filthy I mean absolutely filthy the tub had clearly not been cleaned hair pubic hair mold mildew scum all over they had not been cleaned the toilet had pubic hair on the toilet paper had pubic hair on it it was absolutely filthy and disgusting it was not a king or queen size bed it was only a fool the sheets were dirty there was no curtain on the window for privacy and the sink did not even have hot and cold water the door had previously been broken into and I asked for handicap access very specifically and yet again they put me on the third floor knowing that I was a disabled person I've had this issue with them before they had fixed it and upgraded my room which was much appreciated but this time they failed me horribly

    The entire place looked like a run down very abused hotel. Every room looked like somone had urinated in frontvof the door, our room smelled terrible and the bathroom door had no doorknob so you could not shut the door are you could not get out. Tha staff was unfriendly and there were many vagrants hanging around the property. The sign in the parking lot said dont leave anything in your car and the security guard on property made it clear you could be robbed. Worst hotel experience i have had on Expedia.

    Restroom had used razor, bathroom door doesn't lock, wall next to kitchenette sink is peeling off, hole on wall behind entrance door, no remote for tv, had to put a towel under dresser to prop it up cause the drawers woul not stay shut. Overall just a dirty stinky place. Freeway noise is excessive. Stayed there cause my car broke down literally across the street.

He went and talked to somebody than came out and told us we cant stay there. Even after i said my snake is tiny and hes staying in the car. After driving 21600 miles we had to drive another hour! We will never try to stay there again!

    Great place and i come back whenever i visit the woodlands area. This time was great as well, i had a little gripe with one of the staff (called when i still had 2 days left asking me if i was sill in the room and made me go to the office and pay for the extra internet (of which i did use but expected to pay after stay) the same indevidual was always a bit cold. Rest of staff were great and i will be looking forward to a return trip in the future

    This hotel had quite a bit of cons. The most prominent was the cleanliness of the hotel. There were many insects including cockroaches and bedbugs that were crawling all over. The bedbugs even gave us rashes all around our bodies. Additionally, there was no purified drinking water at all, even at the front desk. Moreover, the air conditioning released unpleasant odors that smelled like gas. The environment was also not the best since there was a commercial building that made very loud noises throughout the day. In conclusion, while the staff may not have been terrible, I would not recommend this motel.

    I get to the hotel and check in and the receptionist gives me a key. I go to the room and open the door and there’s people laying on the bed doing drugs. In my shock, I return to the office and I let the receptionist know what happened and she said oops I’m sorry I gave you the wrong room key. She then gave me a different room key and I went up to the room. I opened the door and cockroaches went scurrying. I did stepped into the room with trepidation. First thing I checked was the bed, definite signs of bedbugs. I saw food splattered all over the walls on the stove. The backsplash, if you want to call it back, was wildly spray-painted, and the walls and door had been scribbled all over. The shower pan in the standup shower was so severely broken that I’m sure it is not strong enough to hold the weight of a grown adult. The door did not latch because it was clear it had been broken into previously, the metal framing was destroyed. I immediately went to the office and let the receptionist know that I cannot stay in that room for health reasons. She told me that there was no way I was going to get a refund. I explained that I am in town for medical procedures and due to myimmune system. That will be compromised as I’m healing an open wounds I cannot stay in

    I've never posted a bad review like this before. This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 9 day business trip. Dingy, dirty, wall peeling off at floor in bathroom, dead roaches on the floor, live roaches crawling around, no hair dryer, lamp between bed missing bulb so only the overhead prison light worked, curtain wouldnt close all the way so the prison yard lights shone into our room all night, homeless drug addicts hanging around outside, and to top it all off, cold showers in the morning. just horrible.     I want my money back now and this place does not even deserve 1 star!! There was blood on the sheets, dead bugs on the floor trash(female product) in the bathroom trashcan and the smell was beyond comprehension. Never again!! I was even told I could not get a refund. I was offered different sheets, so how do you put sheets on a visually dirty bed and then sleep in the bed and I’m sorry I change the sheets, NEVER!! Here are the pictures for proof!!

    Although they only offer room service for a fee, the room should still be cleaned before someone checks in there’s Easter eggs under the bed, dog kibble Chiclets, and in the bathroom, you can tell a dog was kept in there and paw at the back of the door which we didn’t notice until it took a shower at 10 o’clock

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent booking. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the room in an absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary condition, nothing like what was shown in the online listing. We did not stay the night and had to immediately book another hotel, incurring additional expenses after a four-hour drive. The room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned. Specific issues included: • A strong odor of women’s perfume, suggesting it had not been aired out or sanitized. • Nasty, unclean floors and no toilet paper provided. • Pubic hair and other debris in the shower, which also had grime on the floor. • Peas in the sink drain, drink rings on dirty counters, and a visibly unclean mirror and sink. • Beds appeared made, but upon pulling back the covers, we found crumbs, dirt, and signs the sheets had been slept in. • One pillow had a visible slobber stain and clearly had not been laundered. • We even found a rat dropping on the floor. • The entrance elevator was disgusting and had a dust pan left inside. The only positive was the front desk employee, who was polite and professional. We took photos to document the condition and are happy to provide them upon request. Given the extreme nature of these issues, we are requesting a full refund immediately. We hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly. Sincerely, Amand

    It’s an extended stay with Motel 6 amenities. I understand that it has cabinets and a microwave, but so does every other hotel on the planet. Also, the included breakfast is just coffee. Which every motel six in the world includes in every room. You don’t get coffee at this hotel, you get it for the breakfast. But that’s it. All in all the hotels just gross. It might be bad for him to do that, but for what you’re paying, and what you get, it’s just not worth it. You get a cramped room, that they make you do a walk-through before you agree to stay and say “yeah no complaints”. Scratchy hotels do this when they are cosmetically clean on the surface, but most everything in the room didn’t actually work. Tv remote was busted, tv wasn’t actually formatted correctly either, water pressure sucked, room smelt like smoke, neighbors all hours of the night, and free “breakfast”, which is again, just coffee. All in all, stay at a motel 6. It will be cheaper and better quality.

    Terrible service! And he charged me a $50 deposit which is fine but I was not told about it. And now it is a finalized charge on my card not pending so I have to call and argue with a man who is completely rude and I seriously don't want to deal with that man any more than I have to. Which is why he did it bc he knows he can get away with it! He tried to make me think he didn't have a room available. Any time I tried to speak he would reply with "are you gonna let me talk" even when he hadn't even spoken in the last 10 minutes! Luckily I had my son's dad with me to deal with him bc he wouldn't communicate with me at all. I am seriously mad about my $50 tho! Not looking forward to calling him, so much so that I want to just pay the $50 not to have to deal with that guy again which is exactly what he wants!

It does not qualify even as continental breakfast. On most days they disnt even have coffee, and one day not even hot water for tea or cocoa. We choose this particular hotel because it advertised the room as having a fully equipped kitchen, but there were no dishes or anything to cook with. The rokm was poorly maintained. The kitchen sink had a leak dripping water into the cabinet and onto the floor, and when i reported it, they shut off the cold water valve, instead of fixing the leak. I had to ask for a light bulb to be placed in the night light as it was missing. Staff was not friendly. Not the type of hotel to stay and relax. Dont recommend it.

    They didn’t have the two rooms I booked in advance ready and said that they thought I’d made two reservations by mistake even though it was for 2 rooms, 4 adults when I booked it. The doors were broken, there was to toilet paper in either room and they claimed to have none in the office or store room. Keys kept deactivating and would not open the doors. Furniture was missing or broken in one room. The noise was constant each night. There are also a lot of fees they don’t tell you about in their advertisements. Just not a great experience unfortunately.

    Negatives: I was greeted by someone with a huge dog in the “lobby”. Gross… #2 I was charged an early check in fee of $50, an incidental fee of $50, plus I’d gotten an internet deal for $25. Total $125 could’ve gone to MARRIOT down the street. But it was only one night. Surely I could bare it. However, it would’ve been cheaper if I’d just paid for the night before instead of the extra fees. The property from the elevator to the room and everything in between wreaked of nastiness. The elevator STUNK to no end. The carpet /rug was filthy. The room door was not appropriately sealed (sunlight through all the crevices). The room smelled horrible also. I was coughing the entire time during my nap. The bed was squeaky. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. There was dust and trash behind the nightstand. The shower was dirty. And there were some type of small black bugs crawling in the toilet and sink. Will NOT be back. $25? You get what you pay for.

I was coughing the entire time during my nap. The bed was squeaky. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. There was dust and trash behind the nightstand. The shower was dirty. And there were some type of small black bugs crawling in the toilet and sink. Will NOT be back. $25? You get what you pay for.

    I like the fact that it was convenient and not too expensive. But I hated the fact that my bathroom sink didn't work it was run down I called the office and asked for a blanket the girl said sure I'll bring one right down and then 20 minutes later I called because she never showed it was a guy that answered he was very rude and hung up in my face and I was told I could call back in a couple of hours and see if they have a blanket available this was around midnight. So they wanted me to wake up at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning and check to see if they had a blanket due to they're not being a blanket on our bed only a sheet. This hotel gives extended stay America a bad name and they should reconsider the person running it

    It’s a motel that people live in so there were lots of people standing and walking around but that’s what I would expect out of a place like this. The room was smaller than expected and the bed was really small. It was a decent stay. Nothing too bad nothing too good

    Reservation couldn't be honored, system was down during check-in Took 35 mins. Tim, the desk clerk was awesome tho. Had to accept small bed instead of large one, my 80yo mother needed to lie down. The TV wouldn't change channels or volume.

Roaches, stovetop that didn't work, TV with ruined screen, card entry lock wouldn't work until after 10 tries, poor excuse of "breakfast", NOT a stocked kitchen even after paying extra for it ( couple of spoons a pot and a pan after having to ask for it ). Never again staying in this chain.

    Absolutely terrible. I booked the room on hotels.com. When I arrived in the parking lot, I got a call from the hotel stating that the room is not available and they are over booked. The front desk clerk went on to say their system is down and she can’t cancel my reservation and I will be charged for the room. I was not able to get a refund from hotels.com. I was told my hotels.com that I would need to work with my bank and the hotel for a refund. I’m going to search for a new discount hotel company. I will discontinue my relationship with hotels.com.

    One big issue was that the walls are paper-thin. Whoever was above us walked around all night long, clomping like a herd of elephants. Secondly, the "free breakfast" amounts to either nasty coffee or blah tea along with two prepackaged options (small muffins or crunchy granola bars). Please quit calling that nonsense a breakfast.

    I booked this hotel on Expedia when the hotel knew they didn't have electricity (3 days from Hurricane Beryl.) No staff onsite when I showed up. I talked to somebody who was staying at the hotel and they said numerous people like myself who booked a room to come there and find out they didn't have any power. Total scam.

    I stayed at this hotel from June 29 until July 9. My room was never cleaned. I had to have my key reset almost on a daily basis. This hotels were understaffed. I saw the cleaning lady on July 7. Ask her if she could clean my room she was instructed to only clean rooms that were checked out.

    Our room was run down. I do not own pets but apparently this hotel is dog-friendly and the room we were given smelled like dog. Door looked like someone had tried to break in before and had lots of apparent dog scratches on the bottom. Overall room smelled bad and didn't feel or look to be very clean.

    To start off, they didnt know if the room was even clean during check in and reservation was set months in advance. Cabinet door was broken off, shower was dirty, broken toilet seat, no pillow cases, no blankets, and no assistance after hours. We had a horrible experience. It was my wife, child and I, and we have never had such a bad experience with Extended Stay like this before.

    I spend 60-100 days per year in hotels, due to work. Paid for equipped kitchen… Not available per the Friday night lackey. I was told the Manager would contact me the next morning. Never happened. The refrigerator froze all the food I had cooked at a real hotel, and ruined it. The shower Never got warm, as the handle just spins 360 degrees, and it is harder to find how to shut off than on. The Bed.. Wet and stained I flipped the mattress upside down, just to avoid seeing another one of these atrocities. Large gaps in the door seal on a ground level exterior door. I want a refund, at LEAST on the extra money I paid for an equipped Kitchen. There was NOTHING, and I wouldn’t have ever turned that electric range on. Every GFI outlet was tripped and needed to be reset when I arrived. I there is a “0” star rating, this place gets it.

    We arrived late, but late check in was allowed. However, there was a sign on the door that gave us a number to call for late check in. There was gentleman also waiting outside calling this number but no one was answering. Finally after about 7 min, I just pounded hard on the door, and some lady put her head around the corner and let us in. She asked if we had tried callling and we told her yes and she didn't know why the phone had not rang. When I gave her my info she said "The system had registered as a no-show. She said the system was in some kind of audit mode, so she couldn't tell if there were any rooms available now. I explained that even if it had me as a no-show, that room should be open. She obviously had not been trained much on this system and was frustrated. Finally she gives me a room a few doors over from the lobby on the bottom level. My wife and I unload and go to that door, but our card didn't work. I went and got her and she came and unlocked with her master key. She then turned around and walked back, but as we entered the room, clearly someone was living in this room. The closets were full of clothes, personal items everywhere, and food in the kitchen. She apologized and we waited in the lobby for another 10 min while she walked around the hotel looking for an empty room. Finally she found one, but it had no fridge, a small bed, no linens on the bed, no wi-fi available to me (despite it being included in the price of the room).

    The door lock did not work until the clerk had to come and pour hot water on the lock to "warm" it up, then it didn't work until about after the third try, the shower had no hot water, there was no toilet paper or towels, when we asked the for them, they didn't have anything clean but some hand clothes. When the neighboring rooms flushed their toilets, the walls would vibrate because of air trapped in the pipes and we had to go into the shower and turn it on to allow the air to escape.

    The staff was very nice and helpful, and explained theyre under new management and in the process of cleaning up the place and exsterminating. The area was fine restaraunts and shopping close by, some shady people around but didnt feel unsafe. My only real issue is the ROACHES! They were everywhere like 3 different breeds everywhere you looked, im just glad none got on my bed. Other than that good place for the price.

    Did not get to stay. Got there and told they had sold out. Don’t really understand how they can sell out when I paid for my stay already. So after a 10 hour drive we had to go find another place to stay. This trip was booked by Expedia through hotels.com.     I had a reservation but my Motorcycle broke down and I couldn't get to the motel until a little after one am. The clerk was asleep and I woke her up by banging on the locked door. She told me their computers were undergoing a maintenance at that time and I should call Expedia so I wouldn't get charge. I walked with my Bags and helmet a half a mile to The Blue Hotel and they checked me in.
