We did not get a chance to go to breakfast although that was a nice perk to staying here. The room was clean, however we did find roaches which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. The staff was the best part! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room key kept needing to be redone which was inconvenient but the staff was so nice each time we told them to rekey it for us.

Liked the hot breakfast and they never let food run out. Housekeeping were great. The entire staff were friendly.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. There was a good selection to choose from at breakfast. We needed to be in several places around Spring and Houston, so the location was ideal, and we were less than 20 minutes from IAH. Great price. Highly recommend!

Traveled for business. Nice place, clean, and close to anything one might need. The staff were kind and helpful. Rhonda was super sweet helping us getting access to the pool and welcoming us from our busy days. The breakfast was great! Very convenient, it had everything we needed!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself was well kept and charming. We had a king suite that was just perfect for us. Location was good for dining choices.

The laundry room again clean as well as the machines and the fitness center was well maintained. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the hours were great. Overall our experience was excellent and we will definitely stay here when we visit our son and family.

It was in a very convenient location, it was clean, it was on the first floor as requested, and the breakfast was good. I don’t really have any complaints. We had very little interaction with the staff…so I did not give a top ranking for that. Otherwise, it suited our needs perfectly for our trip!

Finally a stay that I enjoyed and was feeling safe to not clean before I use the room. Safe to lay my head down and know the place was clean. The decor and upgraded amenities were top notch, beat the days in by Wyndham. Thank you from New Jersey

Nothing worked when we got there, the elevator was down. The machine for the juice was down in the breakfast area. It just seemed like everything was broken at this hotel. I didn’t like the breakfast area I expected to be able to drink something at breakfast but everything was broke.

The AC wasn’t working and the elevator was broken too. My room also had a terrible smell.

Room was clean and beds were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was an eyesore with issues with tile and wall. For the price, this is what I expected.

Everyone was good only problem I have was I constantly had to come from off the second floor and get a key Rescan every times I walk out of my room I have to come back down and get my key reset and that was very tiring because I have lupus arthritis/Mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD)

Almost everything was fine, and at a reasonable price. One caveat - our room faced Louetta Rd., and there was a significant level of road noise, more or less all night long. I would suggest a room on the opposite side if you have a choice

The room was clean however there were only three body towels in a room booked for 4 people. When we calked the front desk from our cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work we were told we needed to trade out the towels. We needed 4 towels or more since that is how many people were in the room. Also there was no body soap available, just a very small bar of hand soap to wash your hands.

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants Breakfast was the same every day (sausage and biscuits), the beds were very uncomfortable, and the elevator was often dirty with spills. There was a strong smell of weed when walking to the hotel, and the walls were very thin, making it noisy.

Took our towels and wouldn’t replace them for hours to the point I had to look for housekeeping because when I tried to call the front desk it was ringing as if it was off the hook. Breakfast has tiny portions served even when guest count exceeds its capacity. One small heating tray to warm food is inadequate. Multiple families had to wait to get food and tried multiple times but only enough for 2-3 people were made and offered out at one time. Very poor experience. Will be adding to a do not stay list. Will not be back.

I like the location, close to where my family member lives. I got room 305, something was wrong with the A/C. I set it at 68 and it never cooled down to that. Luckily the temperatures outside as it got later in the evening cooled down. Someone needs to look into that A/C to ensure it works properly.

My room had 2 roaches in the bathroom in the parking lot they had someone come up to us and said they were breaking into people cars so watch your vehicle. I just didn’t feel safe.

We could not get the room feel cooler than 75 - 76 degrees it felt like. The thermostat read 68 but it never felt like 74 or under. Nice room for the price! I loved having so much space and found it to be a good pick. I specifically chose it based on its proximity to Old Town Spring, which is a cute, quaint place to shop.

The front desk staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. The room was clean and spacious. We utilized the gym and it had a treadmill, elliptical, bike and weights station. The breakfast had both hot and cold items. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is right behind it.

The only issue we had was the bed squeaked whenever you moved it was quite noisy especially sharing with other family trying to sleep you couldn’t even roll over without the bed creaking loud. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again

When I visit my daughter and son-in-law in Spring, TX, I always stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Louetta Rd. It is only 10 minutes to their home, is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfasts are great especially the waffles that are in the shape of Texas. Great bargain for the money.

House keeping could've been better if they actually refilled and replaced all our necessities, it was pretty mediocre. Cleanliness could obviously be better, especially with the findings of bedbugs.

The clerk was very nice and accommodating, however, the room I was given had a very strong oder to it and the refrigerator did not cool. I asked to be moved to another room and the room did not have an oder. When I went to get in the bed, there was black hair on top of the white sheets. It was late and I was exhausted after a long drive and did not want to go back to the desk to ask for yet another room so I slept on the other side of the bed but did not sleep well considering. It was also noisy as I was on the main street side of the building. After checking out of my room and having breakfast, I went to use the public restroom on the first floor and there was no toilet paper on either roll and there was black hair in the sink. I booked this hotel after reading reviews on Hotels.com but did not feel this hotel was clean and will not be staying here again on my next business trip to Houston

After checking out of my room and having breakfast, I went to use the public restroom on the first floor and there was no toilet paper on either roll and there was black hair in the sink. I booked this hotel after reading reviews on Hotels.com but did not feel this hotel was clean and will not be staying here again on my next business trip to Houston

Primeramente rente una habitación con 2 camas queen y un sofa cama. Fuimos de viaje por cuestiones de la escuela de mi hijo a una competencia, teníamos poco tiempo, la habitación tenia un olor medio raro, las 2 camas no eran queen eran matrimoniales, el sofa cama estaba sucio tenia envolturas de dulces, hasta tenia una tarjeta para accesar atorada, hacia ruido los resortes al acostarte e incomoda y cada movimiento, horrible!! al querer dormir la ventana se metía la luz del exterior no tapaba bien la luz. La verdad malísima la experiencia.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean spacious rooms and the breakfast was an added bonus. My family had a wonderful stay.

Comfort Suites are quite comfortable. Great bed , good breakfast (all though isn’t ready at 630 as advertised - always 10-15 mins later). They offer shampoos and fresh clean towels nice as well. Location is great as well.

My second time staying at this property. Both times it was really nice and quiet.

The breakfast was not good but everything else was fine.

we didn’t find out until the evening of arrival that the booking would be canceled if we didn’t reach before 2am- this should have been made clear at the time of booking.

Not a good hotel

The breakfest was not attended to properly. There was no milk and the food trays were empty. No one around so that we could have this addressed. No one at the front counter. When someone did arrive at the counter, she told us that we would have to have this issue addreded by whoever was attending the breakfest. She did not offer to help! We finally found someone to help with the breakfest issue, but she was more busy talking on her cell phone that to properly address the issue!. There was also dog droppings in our room!!

Everything was good

House keeping was very good. Service was great. Had no complaints about the area. Only complaint several days for some reason had to get key reset.

Staff

The air conditioner was moldy. Staff cleaned it upon notification. Breakfast was quite adequate. Parking was adequate. Staff was great!

The carpet was really dirty in the room and hallways. Other than that the room was pretty good

Everyone on staff was absolutely amazing!

Room definitely was smoked in prior to, I have asthmatic children and asked for a different room, they asked me to wait for a later time. Refrigerator was not functioning and smelled like something died in it, they did bring a new one but at that point was already grossed out. We stayed out of the room as much as possible.

Overall rate the property a 4 because it was during the storm in July. No power, no internet, and they neglected to tell me why there was a terrible smell coming from the room next door for 3 days….dead body was found according to housekeeper.

I BELIEVE THAT THIS PROPERTY HAD THE BEST STAFFING I HAVE EVER SEEN EASY CHECK IN AND HASSLE FREE . ROOMS WERE GREAT AND CLEAN. AC IN OUR ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR THE HANDICAP ROOM BEINH SO LARGE . AC HAD A HAD TIME COOLING AND WESTHER WAS ONLY IN THE 8O'S OVER ALL GREAT STAY

Shady management and a ghetto area. I would never book this property again.

Extremely Hot throughout the entire building. My key card constantly would not work. I would have to get a new one made Everytime I tried to go into my room. The employees are all family and close friends and are extremely Rude!

Air conditioning unit leaked in the room the entire say destroyed some of my personal items

The breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit juice options.

2 days stay due to power outage. Kids were stoked to go swimming but the pool was closed.. pissed me off! There were cockroaches in the stairs and hall. Front desk lady was nice, but the guy on Thursday night said the pool would be open on Friday and it wasn’t. So, obviously communication in their team is poor. Room was ok.

Hotel was nice for the price. Rooms are big and were clean. Fridge didn’t work and they keep the hallways very hot but the rooms were cool. Was great for the price and for our needs for the weekend. Check in was easy and quick.

Stay was okay. Room was not cold, we hade ac set at 60 and only used the bed sheet for a blanket.

The room was big. My refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. The hallways were hot it stayed on 78. The staff wanted to switch my room, but when I went to check the other room out. That refrigerator wasn’t getting cold either

We were lied too in reference to the elevator not working came back a month later still broken so we stay next door at best Western
