Excellent night clerk

The room itself was satisfactory and the price was decent. The staff was very friendly and the complementary breakfast was good. Unfortunately, our room smelled consistently of cigarette smoke and/or marijuana. We knew we weren’t going to be in the room much during the day, so we purchased multiple fragranced plug ins to help with the smell. It seemed to come from the bathroom, the smell would be more heavy at times than others. We did discover that the last day we had the room housekeeping did not come in and when we returned at the end of that day we really didn’t smell anything other than our wall plug ins.

Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen except one wash rag and not even soap to go with it.

Front desk staff was amazing. They greeted each and every guest as they came in. I even had a long conversation with the overnight. Agent if I ever come to this area again. I will make sure I stay there.

The convenience of the location because it's 2 miles from my daughter's house. I have been staying at this hotel for 3 years and over time it has gotten bad. Staff did not come in to clean out rooms, empty our trash, or make our beds. We had to do it ourselves. They also did not have breakfast available on Saturday or Sunday like their website offered. Instead of them telling us the truth, when we asked they said that the truck did not come in. Later to find out that they only do breakfast Monday thru Friday. No one offered a discount for our troubles or anything. We complained to the staff and all they said was, I'm sorry. That's definitely not enough when you pay your money and still have to clean yourself and no breakfast.

This property at first glance looks well put together. However, there were people lurking in the parking lot, someone left a soda can in the elevator and the hallway to my room was dim. When I entered the room, the door looked like it needed to be replaced, it was a great size but the carpet smelled, the kitchen area looked sketchy and quite frankly I was not about to lay on that bed. I would recommend taking out the carpet and tiling the room, a fresh coat of paint and change the front door. If you’re gonna charge people over $100 a night, it should probably be worth the money. Thank you to the staff for being so polite despite the conditions.

Overall, this is an amazing place to stay if you’re going to visit the Fort Bragg or Fort liberty area. The hotel is exceptionally nice. The staff is amazing and it’s a quiet place to be. We also have convenience stores and shopping areas may be 2 to 3 minutes walking distance it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts, a Domino’s I mean, yeah I really love or enjoy staying at comfort Inn and quality suites hotel they have treated me great and I would recommend them to anybody coming from anywhere.

The bed was comfy and the front desk staff were phenomenal!

So let me just start by saying that the staff and the hotel is absolutely amazing. My stay there was comfortable. They provided everything that I needed and then some. The staff is great especially the nighttime lady. I want to say her name is Miss Marilyn. She is absolutely adorable. I love her. Yeah this is a great place to check into if you’re going to visit North Carolina if you have business in North Carolina or even if you just wanna get away from the kids for a couple of nights, this is your place

Probably the only thing that seemed clean and good was the breakfast room itself. The actual breakfast was bare minimum, but there was a Belgium waffle maker. The room was dingy. Stains on the couch. Paint was not fresh. Towels then and cheap. Speaking of...there was only one set of towels when we checked in. The next morning, I called the desk to ask for more and she told me they were out of towels. Luckily, they brought some up within the hour. There was a spider web on the window pane (inside). The elevator was sketchy. Surprisingly, the staff was nice. But, it served the basic need. We got some rest. Nothing stood out as "great". The breakfast room was clean, at least.

The building is pretty old, there was a big giant spider by the elevator. We had difficulties opening the screen door to the porch, it needs lubricant. The refrigerator was nice and big and the dinning area was very spacious. We were on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the surrounding area.

Not clean the pool was not open. The food was not good. I will not go back.

The building looks new on the outside and the rooms needed updating. I was not expecting the halls and interior to look the way they did.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made up for everything that was lacking in the physical condition and appearance.

Over all one of the most disappointing hotels we have stayed at.

The staff was very nice. Always trying to make me comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The neighborhood is run down but never felt unsafe. Property is pretty clean. A little trash here and there but cared for. Parking was good. I would stay again.

This was the most miserable stay I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the property in need of maintenance, the room was not clean, the floor felt sticky, the pull out bed was broken and unusable, the regular bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the noise from the highway was so loud, there was no hope of getting any sleep. There was zero insulation from noise and sounded like the windows were wide open. Had I not already paid, I would have checked out early.

It may not be open yet for the season but it was definitely disgusting to see and smell. Cover it when it is out of season. The efficiency does NOT have anything to use such as utensils, plates, cups or pots or pans for the stove top which makes paying for an efficiency useless. Asking for towels, since there was only literally 2, was frustrating. The front desk staff was obviously annoyed and said that they probably don't and to not expect any. I did get two but it was seemed like i was inconveniencing her. Any questions were definitely a bother to them. There is no coffee for breakfast. The machine was broken and breakfast staff said it was broken for quite awhile. All you could do was use coffee tea bags with hot water. We definitely NOT recommending to a family unless you are desperate.

The hotel is dated and not really clean. There was a stain on the ceiling that was either blood or feces. There were drunk loud people at all hours of the night and early morning. Just felt dirty and run down & I would not trust the elevator.

The environment was highly inappropriate and unacceptable. There were cockroaches, a blanket stained with lipstick, and an overall unfriendly atmosphere. Outside our room, a man and woman were engaging in intimate behavior in a public space. We were a family of five, including three children, and had booked two rooms. However, due to these issues, we ended up using only one room. Although the attendant tried to assist, the conditions made it impossible to stay comfortably.

We noticed in our room, there was tape on the wall with hair strands. The bathroom door was off the bottom hinge and when opened, would hit the sitting person's knees. Who puts a bathroom door in this spot??. The hallway had the same candy on the carpet for the 4 days we were there. The sink counter is too high.. I am 5'2" and could barely reach over it. All showers should have one handicap bar to step out of the tub. Our tub was very slippery. All showers should have the hose attachment so the height of the water spray can be adjusted up/down. I could not reach the shower head to make an adjustment unless i stood on the top edge of the tub. I did appreciate the front counter staff....they were special.

Went to tell person in lobby but nobody came so I left and went to another hotel. This place is really gross, smells of weed and cigarettes & is not clean AT ALL. Looking at reviews, looks like this is a common thing.

Had my room on the first floor.. heard all the noise, talking, walking, knocking.. It was loud.. for breakfast was there for 8 and the cleaning lady even though she saw ppl getting breakfast started turning everything off and putting everything away very rude.

There was food in the back of the couch, I had to ask for room to be vacuumed and get fresh towels. Overcharged me for the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very bad service.

The staff was nice and friendly. The first sight of a small roach was a warning. Then 2 then 3. Then a roach in my bed. None acceptable. Ruined the whole stay. No towels available at request. Didn’t care for the non clean policy unless requested

The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful! Some of the best customer service I have recieved during business travel. I had several vistors from roaches and spiders. A family of baby roaches came out of the alarm clock when I went to set it. The room could use a scrub. The top blacket on one of the beds was dirty. It could have been old stains. The coffee in the lobby is delicious! Customer service had no issue giving me two extra wash clothes when I asked.

Great deal for the price. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Do be aware the pool hours are a bit more limited than most places I've stayed (10-8) Would definitely stay there again, next time I'm in the area.

The stay was pleasant for a night. I did see a roach in my room, made me a little uneasy but over all the room was clean, and comfortable 7/10 would recommend, the elevator is sketchy, on our way to leave, it did not move down from the fourth floor, definitely terrified me.

I ask for more towels did didn’t had any clean. The rooms had cockroach. For one day stay is ok for more breakfast was always the same thing.

Stayed here while visiting family members because it comes with free breakfast. My main issue was cleanliness. The shower curtain had mold spots at the bottom, one of the comforters had a blood stain on it as well as one of the pillows.

My family and I were due to be there for a week due to our apartment currently under renovation. Up to our third day there my children had been going down to the pool to swim without supervision abs no one said anything about it. Then on our third day there, my children were harassed about being in the pool without an adult.

Waited 4hours after checkin for the “room to be cleaned” it wasn’t

The floors were filthy. I took my shoes and socks off, walked around for 5 minutes and my feet.bottoms were black. The fold out couch would not shut properly so you sat at an angke. The mattress had no sheets, there were no extra blankets or pillows, the matress itself was full of holes and had crumbs all over it. The balcony was disgusting, had cigarette butts all over it. What a ripoff. Not to mention noisy as hell as both the balcony and the exterior door/window faced traffic.

The Good—rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. The Bad—breakfast was okay. Limited selection and on the lower half of what I would expect. If you’re good with muffins and coffee and cereal, it’s workable. Fruit and eggs were just okay. The Ugly—we returned Saturday evening having stayed one night already. We had two sets of towels and used them Saturday, expecting to be able to get fresh towels. Nope. Apparently “the construction workers get three or four towels a day,” so if you don’t ask early enough, you don’t get any. (I bumped into one of those guys as I was exiting the hotel and he said “they’re out of towels again?”). The evening clerk could not, by policy, pull towels from an unoccupied room to help us out. I offered to launder our towels, but they don’t have quarters for the machines on property. So, I drove to Walmart and bought towels and washcloths to use. The clerk asked for my receipt and made a copy since they want to reimburse me at least for the cost of the towels. Walmart was close by, so driving there didn’t hit my fuel tank too bad nor did I waste more than a half hour of my time—but, it’s the principle of the thing. One towel and washcloth per person is like basic hotel 101. There were lots of excuses-somebody stole a box of towels-but this is apparently a common occurrence. And staff can’t solve problem w/no support from mgmt

This area is a pretty sketchy part of Fayetteville. I first got there and my room wasn’t clean so they gave another room. The shower had no hot water and no pressure. Thankfully only spent one night. No vending or ice machines available on the floor. I was pretty disappointed but it matched the price I paid.

The location was convenient for our destinations

Don’t let the reference to being recently renovated fool you. The front exterior of the building looked fine as well as the lobby; however, that’s where the positives regarding appearance ends. Interior is extremely dated and in need of a major upgrade. Hallways are in need of repair as there are multiple floors water leaks, and they are not clean. The worst issue are the rooms. They are spacious, but they are desperately in need of updating AND a major cleaning. Carpets are very dirty. Opted to not use the sofa bed because upon taking off the cushions, we found crushed potato chips (not just crumbs) and a child’s dirty pink sock which is an indication that the sofa bed was not cleaned after a previous renter. Linens on both double beds had multiple large stains of various colors. The best thing about the included breakfast was the orange juice. Eggs were pre shaped (circular) and obviously not fresh cracked and looked to be of the reconstituted powdered variety. Sausage patties were just about tasteless. Two positives are the friendliness of the hotel staff and the fact that there didn’t appear to be any evidence of bugs or vermin (which is a bit surprising given the lack of cleanliness). This hotel is more like a cheap motel that would charge $40-$50 per night - not over $100 per night. Don’t be fooled by the updated exterior. Not nearly worth the expense. Look elsewhere!

This place should not even be an option. It should change it's name. Nothing in it has to do with quality. It's a run- down facility. It is not inviting. It is not maintained at all. We constantly saw huge roaches in the hallways. The elevator is outdated too. The stairwell is so filthy, it's a shame. The room is spacious, but it is so unkept. Stayed 6 nights and not one time did we get our room cleaned, towels changes or TP supplied even when asking them to do so. I would not stay there again and would NOT recommend. It had a full size refrigerator, a cook top and microwave, it has totally empty cupboard. Space is good.

Not a clean hotel at all. Spider webs caked up around the outside light. The bathroom door had a speck of blood. I didn’t want to touch anything. Front desk clerk was missing for at least 5 minutes waited to check in along with another guest who was waiting as well. Front desk not welcoming or hospitable at all. Definitely would not stay again.

From the moment I walked in, the young lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude. The room had a hole & crack in ceiling. They didn’t wanna help me. I will never stay there again and I’ll make sure the military community knows to avoid them at all!

It was very quit, clean, receptionist very attentive and very good breakfast. I stayed with my kids and we had a nice rest after long hours driving.

Welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in. Once entering the room the air quality was fresh and comfortable we liked the room amenities and the comfortable bed. Next time in North Carolina I'll book the same hotel. Great coffee shop across the street.
