Great location! Very clean and everyone one with the staff was very friendly! Especially Prince at the Front Desk! Will stay here every time we come to Spring Lake!

Paris handled everything with ease. It was busy and I needed multiple rooms the family behind me need multiple rooms. The hey machine was acting a bit wonky and Paris never missed a beat. He handled everything perfectly by being patient and positive.

Our stay was good and we will stay there again!!

The Hampton Inn staff were extremely professional and courteous. The room was very clean and most things were close by about a 20 minute drive parking was fine but if you’re coming in late the spots were limited other than that it was a great place to stay. I will be staying here again

We chose this hotel because it is located close to Fort Bragg, it allows pets, and it has an EV car charging station onsite. We were pleasantly surprised at how large and clean the room was! We enjoyed the fresh breakfast with hot food items. The staff there (and throughout the entire hotel) were extremely friendly and helpful each morning. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit our kids & grandkids!

It was very clean. The main problem was that I paid thru Expefia and even after explaining this at check out, they charged my card after I left. I called and was told it would take 3-4 days for it to be credited. They wrote very rude about this issue.

I like the fact that the brand excepts pets. I stay at the Spring Lake Hampton Inn whenever I travel from Beaufort SC to visit family. I require a Handicapped Accessible room for my wife and have been put on the first floor every time and even the same room which is a definite PLUS for us. The room is located at the back of the building and the room is the last one at the end of the hall which we can walk out of the room and into our car. Great service at a great price. Great continental breakfast and Front Desk staff. Keep up the Great Work!

Special thanks to Paris my Family loved the Chocolate Chip Cookies. The first bite took me back to elementary school when my aunt would bake cookies. Thank you Paris for the bringing back a core memory from my childhood!!

This property is very well maintained and the staff were awesome!! Room was excellent and the hot breakfast was great. Would have liked to use the pool, but don’t open until the end of May.

Solid choice. Near several conveniences, good parking, very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Rooms are standard layout, and a little on the tired side. While clean, the bed was a bit saggy as were the pillows. I use Hampton often for travel as they are consistent - friendly people, clean and try hard.

I've been staying here each year for a race and it's been a nice experience for at least the last 5 years! They have a new addition, the rooms are large and very comfortable.

Elevator efficiently carried us up & down to the 4th floor. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything felt clean and fresh. The hotel facilities were in great condition and clearly well cared for. The location is also a big plus—conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and confidently recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Best breakfast I've probably had at this kind of hotel. Nice selection of food, good coffee, better dyi waffles. Room was spacious, bed was nice and had fitted sheets which I really prefer much more than the usual flat sheets. Gym was nice.

We came into town due to a loss. This stay allowed us to be comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and kind. The check-in and the checkout process was seamless. My children even enjoyed the cookies that were offered. I would definitely book again.

The bathroom could use some updating. The tub had a stain in it. Also the caulk around the tub was peeling and made it look old.

It was hard to find since the light at the street was turned off but once we got inside our hotel room, it was very nice. And comfortable. Breakfast was good

The overall stay was great - it was a little dusty and cold in the hallway getting off the elevator as they were doing construction on the hotel - either an addition or renovation. Didn't affect our stay once to our room.

Every staff member at the hotel was friendly, helpful and so very nice. From the moment we checked in to the very last minutes when we left, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. A very great crew at this Hampton Inn!!! Our room was very comfortable, clean, and the extra amenities so nice. We relaxed by the pool which was very inviting and a pretty setting. The breakfast both mornings was delicious, such a great variety of choices with a smiling staff member replenishing and taking care of the guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Spring Lake!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff members (Eric, DaQuan and LaTonya) were very professional, cordial, knowledgeable, accommodating and talked as if they really enjoyed their jobs and being of service. This Hampton Inn will definitely be my first choice of hotels the next time I'm in the area.

Very clean and quiet

We had no idea that there was active construction going on and we were assigned a room next to it. We arrived very late 3a and were awoken at 7am to extraordinarily loud construction noise. Terrible. We could stay there another night even though we paid for it. We should have been told!!!!

The property was over booked, they downgraded my room then brought in a broken bed that was caved in for my brother to sleep on. He ended up sleeping on the floor. They refused to give me a refund to let me leave to go to the next hotel that had the room I originally booked available instead of a downgraded room with out notice.

Checking in was quick and easy. The guy working was very friendly and very helpful. The morning counter woman was not as friendly. Someone asked her for help with the breakfast and while she offered assistance she made a snide remark directed at another guest.

Everyone is so kind and went out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Fayetteville.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the assistance we received from Kayla at the front desk. She helped us both on the phone before our arrival and at the desk the evening we arrived. She was very helpful answering our questions and helping us check in. The only thing I would mention as a slight issue (Feb. ‘25) was the construction on one side of the exterior of the building, but it didn’t affect our visit in any way, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Our room had a big open space and very comfortably fit 3 adults, two teens and a toddler. We were unaware that there was construction at the hotel until after we arrived, fortunately, it did not disturb our stay.

Came for a graduation event at Ft Liberty. Easy commute, a couple dining places nearby. Front desk staff was wonderful—managed to track me down after I left my Kindle at the front desk when I checked in! Rooms clean and comfortable and everything worked great!

Loved the hotel very modern and clean. Only negative was construction project around the site. A non issue for us because we stayed Sunday one night and nothing was going on. Not complaining I know that improvements are going on and things have to get done.

The hotel was overall very clean and the lobby and dining room are well layed out and very comfortable and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean and well stocked with clean towels. The fitness center had a really nice selection of equipment and was very clean. Overall a great stay and would absolutely stay here again when returning to Spring Lake.

It was difficult getting into the property from the road without making a u-turn. Staff was fantastic, fresh cookies before bed, breakfast was well organized and fresh. Room was very clean and quiet. Enjoyed everything about my stay.

Well I there because my cousin got killed in Fayetteville North Carolina there for the funeral so it wasn’t a pleasure trip but a hurting one but the hotel was perfect staff very polite.

We stayed as a family of five in a nice big room comfortable beds very clean room very clean bathroom great staff can’t say enough about the staff that was on point anything we asked for they was there to make sure we was comfortable. Breakfast was good the pool was open and the water was actually warm. Will stay again.

Our stay was good, room was clean and spacious staff was friendly the free breakfast was good. However we asked twice for someone to check the fridge in our room and no one ever came. We asked for an extra blanket and no one came. Pool needed to be cleaned.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a suite and it was perfect for our large family in town for our son’s Change of Command Ceremony. Our room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was great and we spent lots of time in the pool. Staff was great and very helpful, kind and courteous! This will be our hotel of choice in future visits to Ft. Liberty!

The property was very clean and maintained

Excellent service and the staff was very courtesy … only issue which wasn’t the hotel’s fault was a discourtesy guest smoking in their non-smoking and setting off the fire alarm at 3:15am causing the hotel to be evacuated!

I would stay again. Staff at the front desk and breakfast area were pleasant and professional. Grounds were neatly manicured. Overall , nice. The only concern was the water in the tub took a little longer to drain.

While the front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful, the house service was horrible. We stayed 3 nights and not once did they service our room. No refill for the coffee or was the bed ever made. They never came in the room.

Overall the stay was just fine for one night. The staff was very friendly, it was quiet and the room was clean and tidy. On the negative side, the bed was uncomfortable and I woke up to a roach crawling on the wall. I let the front desk know when I checked out. Not a big deal, I was only there for one night.

We had a nice stay the only complaint was the room temperature we couldn’t get it to cool down to where was comfortable. We had the thermostat very low but just didn’t work right . Other than that the stay was pleasant , staff was very friendly and room clean.

Staff was excellent, they went above and beyond when I let them know my car wouldn't start. The front staff jumped my car with their own personal car and jumper cables!!

Staff at counter was always friendly and helpful but when it came to weekday breakfast, they were not good. Food was not supplied,had to wait and breakfast went until 10 and this was at 8:30. The weekend ladies were wonderful with breakfast!

Liz, who takes care of setting up the breakfast area, works hard to keep the food stations ready for guests. The owner can be found working amongst the smiling employees, which says a lot. I will return to this Spring Lake Hampton Inn. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice room comfortable bed and bathroom/ shower was in good shape and had a fan. (Most hotels don’t have fans for whatever reason). Good breakfast bar. Staff made things quick and easy.

The King Suite was very large and clean. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Staff was friendly with big smiles. Breakfast was nice with everything from fruit to waffels. Coffee bar open all day. Good location and very quite. We loved it!
