The shower in our room was OUTSTANDING. Good water pressure, easy to control, nice fixtures... We will stay there again if in Spring Hill.

A couple things that are minor, but nonetheless worth a mention. The toilets are “water saver” toilets. However, you have to flush them several times just for the tissue to go down. Which sort of defeats the purpose of water saver. Also, it would be great to have soap options. I’m not a fan of dove products and there are no other options. Good old fashioned bar soap would be terrific option. These aren’t deal breakers by any means. It’s a great, clean, safe hotel.

The absolute best hotel I've ever stayed at! Everyone was super friendly and our room was super clean! The beds were more comfortable than my own bed!! I absolutely loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! The breakfast was phenomenal!!!

Breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well.

The Inn was easy to get to and had ample parking. The check in process was very quick and the attendant was very helpful with all my questions. The room was bigger than I expected and newly remodeled. The cafeteria was large enough for all of us to have a table. The food was MUCH better than I've had at other locations and the variety was very nice as well. The food staff kept everything stocked until after closing time and they checked with us to see if we needed anything else before they closed the doors. There was always someone cleaning the common areas inside. I saw a lot of pride in the staff making sure we wanted to come back.

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was nice there were pool towels available. We also found the soap and shampoo in the room pleasant and convenient. The breakfast could be improved. More options would be great. We have one person who is dairy free and one with diabetes so we always really appreciate places with decent breakfast options.

The room had recently been updated with new carpet. Was very clean. Such a fine younger man who checked me in. Super nice & even found salt & pepper packets for me.

This property was in a perfect location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping options. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was in excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely put the hotel on our list of stay again if we are ever in the area again for a tournament.

Everything was exceptional except some cigarette smoke filtering into our room the first night and morning.

The property is family friendly and we felt very secure during our stay. It’s conveniently located within five minutes of a variety of restaurants for afternoon dining and the rooms are kept tidy and linens cleansed daily. Breakfast is prepared daily with multiple item offerings. The staff are cordial and ready to assist with any service offered. We are very pleased with everything offered.

I really enjoy the comfort of the bed. As well as having a variety for breakfast. My daughter loved the pool and the environment.

Horrible Experience- It took 20 minutes to get our key for the room. They have new thermostat designed to save energy at your expense, hot and couldn’t sleep. Shower was nasty and had clumps of hair! Then I finally fall asleep around 8am - they house keeping enters without knocking to clean the room at 9am (well before checkout) *run away from this hotel!

The only issue I had was not having hot water 3 of my 4 nights. Front desk said they knew about the issue but to just let the water run for about 45 minutes to 1 hour but that did not help. Everything else was great about the hotel.

My daughters have never stayed in a hotel, and they love to swim and I saw that this hotel had an indoor pool and we were going to be visiting family nearby for the holidays. We got a double queen, bedroom, and the beds were very clean. The shower was clean. The pool was clean. my only complaint was the sink kept backing up when we were trying to brush our teeth. The water was hot in the shower, we needed two more towels. The lady from the front desk brought them. The Continental breakfast had many options to choose from.

Compared to the last Holiday Inn we stayed in, this one really upheld the chain’s standard. Excellence and cleanliness!! The rooms were updated, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool was kept up well.

I stayed at this property for several days on my vacation. The staff is outstanding and go out of their way to accommodate guests. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was strong and fresh. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff was kind and hotel was overall clean. The bed, unfortunately, had a giant divet on one side which forced us to both sleep squashed to the non-damaged side.

Spring Hill Holiday Inn Express is a Beautiful modern hotel conveniently located near all shopping and dining options in town. The staff is friendly, attentive, and courteous. They quickly and easily handle any requests. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Spring Hill and surrounding towns.
