We were pleasantly surprised by this Best Western. It was clean, room was spacious and located within easy distance to a variety of restaurants.

I've stayed at this Best Western multiple times the past 10 years. It's handy location. Clean rooms and staff is always friendly and helpful.

Had to search, move furniture, get on my knees in a poorly lit room to find an electric outlet that worked. Both bedside outlets were loose. Wall outlet was dead. Plugs would not stay plugged into the lamp outlet. Finally found an outlet that worked; but, when I turned the entry light off for the night, the outlet to my phone and laptop chargers unexpectedly lost electric. This complicated my Mapquest driving next day. Sink faucet kept running. Janitorial staff could not speak English, and walked right in without knocking while I was undressed to shower. Nearly fell because the marble threshold to the bathroom was way too high. Need better lighting in the rooms and halls. My child said "Please don't come back here next time."

Needed a larger room for our wedding night and the staff happily accommodated us! Very nice and friendly and helpful!

The hotel is clean, staff pleasant, bed was comfortable. However it’s time for some updating! The shower is a bath/shower inserted into the wall. It’s curved, deep, and slippery. Bathroom tile has some grout missing… it’s old.

If you’re just staying one night it might be okay. Our room smelled like a dog had urinated in the carpet. Not really sure what the smell was. We didn’t noticed it when we first came in or else I would have asked for another room. It was on the way out I smelled something but we were headed to an event. When we returned is when the smell seemed stronger. We were too tired to ask for another room and just dealt with it for the night. The breakfast bar wasn’t that good for hot items. The omelet eggs looked dried out and tasted dried out. The bacon was thin and fried hard and was greasy. The outside of hotel looks nice. It is in a good location.

Our only complaint was we had no hot water when we wanted to take a shower

Bucket in hallway on 1st floor to capture water leak from ceiling. Hole in the closet of room 215. Tv difficult to operate with old remote control. Moved to a different room, same issue. Plugs not working to charge phone. Serious upgrades needed for this price. Will not be back. I desrve at least a partial refund.

The housekeeping and daytime staff was thorough and friendly The evening check in clerk was knowledgeable but seemed to hate his job. He was professional, but not friendly. Parking isn't the greatest considering they only have one elevator, do you may have to walk a bit. Nothing they can do about that. Just an observation.

This hotel needs a MAJOR renovation! Flooring coming up, rusted returns, rotting wood around the molding, dirty and dusty returns, broken tiles in the bathroom, I could go on. Overall it was fairly clean. The staff was great. I requested to change rooms because our room had an odor, the vinyl flooring in the bathroom was coming up the bathroom area and I tripped on it and almost fell. We were transferred to a suite (which was very nice of them) but I really wasn't 100% happy with it either. Not sure why this hotel got the good reviews it did. Only good thing I can say about it is the staff was really nice!

The door to our room would not close unless you used the deadbolt. If you wanted to go for ice, pool or breakfast you had to leave it slightly opened. We informed that staff & were told they were aware & had a few rooms like that. Don't book those rooms

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were several issues with the room including the drapes which sat over the HVAC unit was blocking air flow. The faucet was loose on the bathroom sink. The room I stayed in was clean and neat. Breakfast was on par with most hotels. Hotel was within 2 miles of designation.

The lobby smelled heavily of perfume/soap. The room was small, beds uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled.

This is the second time I've stayed here while visiting family. I am always pleased with the service and the rooms. This time i did notice some sugar ants (about 4) on the air conditioner about an hour before we were gonna check out. This is the only place I saw them. Not sure how they got there or exactly when, but they didn't bother us or our stuff (and we had snacks that weren't sealed). Even with this, it was a good stay.

This is a. nice hotel. The bed was OK but leaned a bit due to wear. I called for wake-up service but never got a call.

Liked the pool.

The room was large and clean. The corridor had an unpleasant odor. The landscape needs to be replaced. The towels were thin basic towels. In general it was ok but nothing special.

My husband and I stay at this hotel everytime we visit Nashville to see our kids and grandkids. Never a bad experience.

Was a good weekend get away. Great location for the event we were attending.

Big problem was handicap parking was narrow and overgrown by a shrub. This made it difficult to get in and out of the car.

The carpet looks dated, and the elevator was older. Other than that, the room was clean, bathroom was updated, and I felt very safe and comfortable there! I will definitely stay again.

Breakfast (but I've come to expect nothing from any hotel's breakfast). It's a shame because a good breakfast would pretty much make this the best hotel around!

The room was nice and clean. There were two air conditioners but the plug was broken on one of them. This didn’t make a difference though because the one that worked was enough to make the room comfortable. It seemed like there was an issue with staffing because the breakfast bar was slow to be refilled but it was also being taken care of very well. No issues that would prevent me from staying here again

I had originally planned on staying at La Quinta near by but after reading the reviews I decided not to and I’m glad we stayed at this Best Western! We booked two separate rooms and they were both cleaned and bed were comfortable. We ate at the Mexican restaurant next door and food was 10/10!! Staff was super friendly! We ate breakfast early in the morning and there were different options for breakfast. Again, the hotel staff was great! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Bathroom very clean. The upholstered chair looked too worn and not clean. The carpet also looked too warm. The lighting was too dim. The bed was clean though and that was important to us. So bathroom and bedding clean and comfortable. The morning full breakfasts were a great perk!

Very clean, quiet, very comfortable bed, large room, loved the shower! Great water pressure with nice big shower head which isn’t always the case we find in our travels in most hotels. Would love staying here again when passing through the Nashville area. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

I loved it, and it made you feel like the hotel was fresh and clean!

Hotel room spacious, clean and comfortable although perhaps a bit dimly lit. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast quite reasonable. Exercise room could use an upgrade; the equipment was somewhat dated.

Elevator has no heat, was like riding in a freezer.

We needed a room to break up a long drive home from FL. This area was a little over half way. Found this hotel from about 2 hours away and it had a good rating and a fair price. The manager was very attentive on arrival and the next day.

The pizza place next door was amazing.

Check in was easy. Miss Billie was wonderful and pleasant. the room i booked was one with a kitchen. No dishes no silverware just old worn out nasty pots and pans. the coffee pot was broken and in pieces. the oven was beyond nasty! needs some cleaning. the bathroom had worm looking things with tenticles did not sleep well with creepy crawlies in the bathroom. Towels and washcloths were dingy and stained. They need to do some serious extermination and updating their linens.

The beds are at least 10 years old. They were pillow top mattresses when new, however there is no cushion left where you lie down to sleep. The bathtub had a scum ring around it that a magic eraser would clean if they cared to. I did take pictures of this and the bed with the mattress pad pulled back. Very lacking on cleaning. Would not stay here again.

Property The room was dated, hole in a wall and carpet was frayed along the edge were it met the laminate floor. One of the laminate floor planks was loose and flipped up along its edge when stepped on.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were so friendly and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very good! We highly recommend this hotel and will look forward to staying here on our next trip to Tennessee!

It has been years since I’ve traveled and I was worried, in general, about what could happen, but I felt safe here. The room was clean, no lingering smells or trash. No complaints at all and I would recommend Best Western in Spring Hill to my friends and family.

Although the property is very dated, we enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The staff was very friendly. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting.
