Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests appreciating the friendly staff and airport shuttle service, but expressing concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort. The property appears to be older and in need of updates, with several guests mentioning issues with doors, walls, and furniture.

Front desk gal was very helpful helpful
- 2/5
My room was actually not even up to par things were broken in it. It just wasn't a very cleanly Hotel. The free breakfast was not even good.
- 4/5
Overall this was a pretty great hotel for the price. The room was super clean and the staff were great. The only thing that bumped it from five stars to four was the fact the sink was clogged before we got there, the instant coffee packet was pre-opened (I'm assuming by the previous guest and not the staff), and one of their wall outlets was rickety enough it wouldn't steadily provide power. But the main things were great! (When I mentioned the sink to one of the staff at check out, she was extremely apologetic and quick to reassure us she'd tell maintenance.)
- 3.5/5
Could of had sausage or bacon. We are on a low carb plan.
- 2/5
The room was not pictured as it was on their site. We head dogs on both sides of our room and across the hall. They kept barking and barking. I called the concierge or front desk. And they did not have any other open rooms and could not help us out. He explained they were pet friendly. We were up all night and we left at three o'clock in the morning with no refund. No discount and with the rude desk person. The rooms wall had splattered of I don't know what was on it in the bathroom. We usually stay at super 8. I'm very surprised and disappointed the service we got at this hotel.
- 2/5
I never want to stay at this company's hotel, again,I don't like how they treated me..
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 3/5
Water was hot, AC/heated worked great, staff was friendly and property is very pet friendly. Large green spaces and natural wild fields, but next to highway. Overall clean for a dated property Maintenance!!! Multiple bulbs out in room, room handles are not easy, stairs are steep with thin metal handrails, no bathroom exhaust fan, missing paint and patching, TV small, pull bathroom faucet handles and sink instead of turn. Property needs renovations
- 3/5
Staff was great rest was rough
- 1/5
The staff were kind and helpful at a bare minimum. Our room was absolutely.... I don't know that there are words to describe the room. . I have stayed in plenty of dives and sketchy places. However, this one takes the cake! There were no working ice machines. When we entered our room, it was about 150°. The toilet had been used prior to us arriving. There were dirty handprints on the ceiling and the walls. There was no fridge. There were several spots on the walls that had been damaged. The TV was about a 19 inch that did not work at all. Our bedside clock didn't work. And we found a disturbing thing under one of the beds. . a used hypodermic syringe! I don't even know how to approach the situation. We took photos of everything. I am still just traumatized from this.
- 5/5
Checked in at 1:30am. Property was quiet, even being close to the freeway. Room was decent, as I just needed a place to crash. Staff was friendly even at the time of night. Check out was also a breeze.
- 4.5/5
Clean; well run. Attentive staff. Nice breakfast No shuttle from airport after 11.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Was always clean
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and comfortable. The team members were friendly and efficient. More than I expected from a value brand. Would definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
The bed was comfortable enough and the TV worked. 1. The outside door at the back of the building was broken and DID NOT lock. HUGE SAFTEY HAZZARD!! 2. The front desk only got my wake-up calls 2 of the 4 nights I stayed there despite me calling each evening to request. 3. The tub drained very slowly so by the time I was done with a 10 minute shower the water was past my ankles. 4. The room stunk of smoke and some musty smell. 5. The AC didn't kick on until you set the temp to the lowest setting. 6. There are sketchy people running up and down the halls and making noise. Also people above me jumping and making noise.
- 4/5

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The hot tub was cold and disappointing. Hot tub needs maintenance. Water was ice cold.
- 4/5
Room was nice, bed comfy. Bathroom was almost out of TP with no spare insight. All in all was good. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
The price, the bed was comfortable and the staff was lovely. The breakfast was good with healthy choices and acceptable variety The room was shabby with peeling paint. The sink faucet did not work at all. The air conditioner/heater had no knobs, so it did not work either.

The side door that was supposed to be locked, wasn't. The swimming pool was ok but the door into it was all messed up. The hot tub was warm but no bubbles. Staff were nice but did not keep people's voices down in the lobby until after midnight.

Very clean, quiet, with comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.
- 3/5
Quiet Very slow WiFi . In the first 5 minutes, the fire alarm was activated, we had to leave the building for 2 hours so it could be cleared. One of their guests was cooking in their room and started a grease fire. No sorry or no comp for the inconvenience

It was a good stay except the hot tub wasn't working, which was disappointing after The Bloomday race! Otherwise, quiet and peaceful stay.
- 2/5
T.V did not work and staff was not helpful. Second night they moved us but then there was no microwave. The hot tub was very dirty
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful and quick. Room was clean. Property need help to keep it updated. All the doors were pretty noisy. Wake you any room entrance or exit.
- 3/5
Door didnt lock in the back so you didnt need your keycard to get in the building and had access to the rooms. Unsafe. Dryer didnt work and they couldnt just exhange it. They offered to switch rooms, but with a baby and an animal, i chose to stay in the room I was already in. Breakfast was more of a leftovers snack bar. Bread, dry cereal, yogurt. Thats not breakfast.
- 3/5
Everything was good but the sink in my room did not drain. Brushed my teeth before bed and sink was still full in the morning so I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub the next morning.
- 4/5
The king size bed was very soft an comfy, the bedding along with all towels, hand towels, & wash rags were all clean, I do wish the breakfast bar had a bit bigger selection but it was disant...
- 1/5
Outside door into the hotel is broken and cannot be locked. Ice machine outside our door covered in dirt and filthy. Worn and fraying carpets. Entire place needs maintenance and cleaning. Never again Super 8!
- 2/5
The room smell was of spices because of a restaurant next door. Checked the beds one with hair on it and the other with food crumbs inside the bed!! There was toilet paper, soap, and towels but other motels we stayed at had extra stuff for their customers.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful, and bed was comfortable. No frills, but a good value. Being able to leave my car there during my trip for almost half the price as airport economy rate was nice too.
- 5/5
Parking easy lots of room rooms re clean thank you craning staff the stay was comfy
- 3/5
Little dated but the bed was comfy
- 3/5
Checked in at 9PM and out at 3AM.
- 1/5
Not recommended.
- 5/5
This is a comfortable motel that I always stay at when I'm in the Spokane,
- 5/5
This is our second time staying here and my kids love it. The pool is echoey, but that does not stop my children from playing. We love the breakfast and the convenience of everything.
- 5/5
The gal on evenings was not very friendlt though.
- 3/5
Shower faucet leaked all night, and another guest left their squeezing smoke alarm on the ice maker outside our room.
- 2/5
You have to go to the lobby to use the internet, the supposed breakfast sucked which I did not eat, there was no amenities, I paid for two nights and only spent one night and I will not go back!
- 5/5
The hotel was everything I needed and then some for the price I paid. Very satisfied. I will say it tends to be a popular destination and parking can be a little bit full at times if it's a fuller Hotel. Otherwise it's great
- 1/5
NO real hot water!!!
- 4/5
Parking was good breakfast was ok
- 3/5
Property was a bit out of the way and unless you had transportation to get to restaurants you didn't eat. Rooms were a bit tired but clean, Front desk staff were good except one who was extremely rude. Mohammad was great though! Breakfast was minimal. Parking was secure.
- 4/5
Property was a bit out of the way if you have no vehicle to get to any restaurants. Hotel is a bit tired, bathrooms could use some work. But clean. One staff member, in particular, was very rude and should not be working the front desk but Mohammad was great.
- 1/5
The hallway was filthy, the outer doors were never locked, there was a homeless person asleep in the computer area, the breakfast was sub-par, the parking lot had a used condom & trash everywhere, there was homeless people casing out the cars, the chair in my room had bodily fluid stains, the staff was dressed like homeless people. Yet AMAZINGLY this room cost me $250 for 2 nights?!?!? NEVER book at this hotel!! Unsafe & disgusting!!
- 2/5
Not very Clean. Smells like cigarette smoke.
- 1/5
The room was ok clean. 1 blanket on the bed, paper thin. Staff was uninterested in helping when asked. Supposedly a no smoking property but most of the rooms when you walked by reeked of cigarette smoke to the point the three of us ended with headaches. Wall are paper thin. Horrible experience. Will never be back and will recommend people to seek elsewhere to stay.
- 3/5
We needed a place to stay for the night and it provided that. It is a little run down and the bed wasn't the greatest. It was very busy with lots of guests and kids, so it was a little loud. All in all, for the price, was a decent place to stay for the night.
- 1/5
Bad
- 5/5
Slept well
- 3/5
Staff was amazing rooms were very small. No microwave hardtime opening the doors, free breakfast was great. The pool was nice
- 5/5
Pool and hot tub need to be cleaned. Bedrooms need a little more of deep cleaning.
- 4/5
Beds were really comfortable
- 4/5
Jets in hot tub didn't work and water was dirty
- 3/5
The hot/cold water in the shower was backwards and the temp would not stay regulated regardless of how you set it. Set your temperature in the shower and it would randomly move to very cold or scolding hot randomly. The air conditioning/heater unit would not allow you to change the temperature hotter or colder, additionally, the blower fan would not stop blowing or regulate at all. We did not talk to anyone at the facility for a different room or remedies for the issues as it was not a deal breaker, just unfortunate. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
- 4/5
The room was clean but not everything worked perfectly. The contintal breakfast was very limited.
- 5/5
Love it
- 4/5
Room was clean. Although there needed some maintenance and attention. There were two light bulbs needing replacement. The fridge was unplugged, leaving a foul stale odor. The staff was gracious enough to give us two bulbs to replace the burnt ones.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice
- 5/5
Fueron muy amables y la atencion es excellent
- 1/5
First off we were told that a shuttle would pick us up even though it quits running at 11. We told the driver that our flight would get in at 1130, she said no problem just phone her so we did and was told no it is only until 11. After fifty five dollars spent on a ten minute cab ride we arrived to a room with one double bed when we requested two. Went and told the gal and she gave us the proper room. Then for three guests there was one shampoo, no Kleenex in the box, two cups and the coffee machine did not work. Then the continental breakfast had no tea bags. We have stayed here many times in the past. The staff working were great and gracious but care was lacking.
- 5/5
Very well
- 3/5
Night clerk very helpful. Morning staff were lackluster. Place is generally run down, needs some TLC. For the budget price, a laborer motel, so motel pretty filled up with various laborers. So jud in hallway and stairs. We did enjoy a quiet stay, convenient location off the freeway.
- 5/5
Great job on our stay, we will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Parking was goid
- 4/5
It was a nice room quiet and they charged less than expedia did so well will see if expedia will refund the rest or keep it

Checked me into a room that had been that had been ransacked or something drawers on the lamps tipped over and just nasty.
- 3/5
Older super 8. Starting to get run down.
- 5/5
in my top 5 favorite hotels i’ve ever stayed at! it was clean, the front seat people were amazing, not too far from airport but out of the way and quiet. it’s a super 8 so it’s not 5 star but for the price i’m super impressed! i will be staying here again no doubt. the room was clean, like i fell asleep with no worry. the tv was nice, the fridge was nice, the shower was nice, everything looked and smelled and felt so clean!! the front desk people aren’t too chatty, but not in a mean way. weirdly just relaxing. the pool room felt kind of gross but what do you expect with an indoor pool, it grosses me out but i’m picky. me and my partner loved the hotel!
- 4/5
Clean room, soft bed, great stay...thanks.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
A place to spend the night
- 2/5
The whole top floor of the hotel smelled like weed/marijuana. The bedding in our room was not clean and had dog hair all over it and did not appear to be washed. There were stains on the sheets. The room however was very spacious.
- 5/5
Customer service is amazing and yes the rooms are clean
- 4/5
Around shower needs fixed. Nice stay just need some work to update
- 1/5
My stay sucked!!!!!!
- 5/5
Lighting around property dark and landscaping minimal
- 2/5
The room smelled very bad, it wasn’t clean, no hot water at the sink and the bedroom wall peeling paint. The pool don’t look very clean- cloudy. The breakfast wasn’t the best- just bread, cereal,, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt s, coffee and juice. I usually never write a bad reviews for the parking lot was really dirty like garbage and poop everywherebrea
- 1/5
ickening smell coming from the vent, shower curtain rod and all crashing down in the middle of the night. Sleep was just not happening.
- 2/5
Parking lot was completely full because people airport park there. No room for any guests. Will try another place.
- 5/5
Great room, but had to be moved because first room had been smoked in, bummer. Still nice relaxing stay.
- 4/5
Quick check in. Once we got to our room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, so we called the front desk & they moved us immediately.
- 3/5
Room could have been cleaner. Hotel needs updates
- 5/5
Everything was fine.
- 5/5
Our room was clean, comfortable and well equiped. Shuttle service and parking were great!
- 3/5
I'm grateful for the bed and that I could bring my dog. Older facility. Not super clean. In need of repair.
- 5/5
Front desk was really helpful, room clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Overall stay was very good.would stay there again.
- 5/5
Muy limpio y cómodo
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff professional and courteous.
- 4/5
Good place to stay.
- 2/5
Staff was good. Rooms need to be updated.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, this was my worst experience. My companion and I checked in around 9pm, Thanksgiving, , to find two employees seemly asleep near the greeting area and not behind the desk. The male looked heavily sedated as I was unable to wake him. I tried ringing the bell to no success. After a few minutes, the girl reanimated herself and barely managed to incoherently check us in. I find this activity very disturbing, as its clearly heavy drug usage which has no place in a work environment. Super 8 can do so much better.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very Nice
- 5/5
But I did manage to squeeze my rental car into a tight spot located between a tree & a large 4x4 pick-up. Not much room to get in and out. The lady who checked me in was a delight. "Shannon" switched my room to one with a fridge, and she even gave me a late check-out (12 noon). Both items were greatly appreciated after a very long travel day. Breakfast in the morning was better than expected. The Waffles were great. There were also hard boiled eggs, a cinnamon pull-apart (prepackaged, but still tasty), bread for toast, yogurts, cereals, juices & coffee & tea. All added up to permit a pretty filling breakfast. Room was nicer than I expected. Clean, well equipped, & everything worked. It didn't have a microwave (not all rooms at this property have a fridge & a micro), which was slightly disappointing. The Coffee Table in the lobby sitting area is FANTASTIC! Be sure to check it out. ... In short, I would stay here again. It was a good experience. :-)
- 5/5
The room
- 5/5
People were so helpful
- 5/5
My room was spotless. It was a festival time so the noise in the hallways from people coming and going was a bit much, but everything settled down later. Overall, for the price, I’ll go back.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
The hotel had a cigarette smell which made it difficult to breath in
- 4/5
We were treated well. My husband checked the room and found out that the heater was not working. The receptionist immediately gave us another room. It was quiet and we had a good sleep.
- 2/5
Lock on outside not secure. First floor smelt like wet dog. Noisy slamming doors to outside
- 3/5
Things to fix: - The vent above our toilet was hanging by 1 screw at about a 45° angle. - The door handle only opens upward. - The back hallway exterior door doesn't close and lock. - The breakfast did not include any protein or tea, only coffee, cereal, pancakes, bread....I don't remember if there was fruit; we just went to McDonald's instead. - The staff were capable of what they had to do for check-in and check-out. They weren't interested in fielding any extra questions. They seemed quite caught up in their own conversations. They didn't seem to recognize that customers are the source of their livelihood. For an overnight place to stay, it was okay.
- 3/5
Room was clean but had bugs ,electric as l cords run across the middle of the floor. Old appliances and lights. It was just ok.
- 5/5
The staff were pleasant and the business was clean
- 2/5
I froze all night. The heating system is not functioning properly. The bathroom outlet failed. Got home w/o my pillow. Front desk has no record of it being left behind. So wrong!
- 5/5
Fricken amzing
- 2/5
There where bug beds
- 3/5
Nothing
- 2/5
In my room, the lights were plugged in on another wall so cords exposed rather than having plug in on the wall behind the item. The water pressure from sink was a trickle at best. Exterior is run down, parking lot not all paved, fence is broken. Night staff was the worst part. They did not address a very NOISY group of 8-10 year old boys that were running the halls and slamming doors from 6:30-10:30 pm. They admitted that they had received multiple noise complaints prior to my 1st call at 9 pm. Finally during my 3rd complaint at 10:30, they said maybe they would try going to the room in person rather than just continuing to call them. At one point, I considered just sleeping in my car! This night person was also eating his warmed up dinner on the lobby couch giving a far from professional appearance. I am surprised this property is part of the Wyndham chain. I would not recommend!
- 4/5
Clean but being worked on
- 1/5
We travelled for 13 days in the NW and this hotel was the only scary one we experienced. I was surprised it was a Wyndham.
- 4/5
All in all, pretty good, aside from the woman who let her children run amok in the dining room.
- 4/5
Convenient location, friendly staff
- 1/5
This hotel is so run down. It seriously needs to be burned down. The outside vestibule doors don’t lock at all, people running down the dirty hallway, people having loud sex at 3am, drug deals going down in the parking lot and two doors down. Breakfast was waffles and cold cereal with crappy coffee, bathroom sink and tub drains took 30 minutes to drain, carpets are filthy, beds so uncomfortable, linens are old and thread bear. Guy at front counter who spoke terrible English just shrugged. He couldn’t care less. Seriously, don’t stay here. We didn’t feel safe! It’s outdated and DIRTY!!!!!!!
- 3/5
Exterior doors broken, anyone could have walked in. Carpet is tired. Room set up/furnishings were "functional and adequate" but that is it.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 3/5
The facility was good, the none smoking rooms hallway were so smelly of marihuana so smelly that we can smell in our room.
- 3/5
The hotel is rundown ie doors with large chips in them where safety lock has been banged on them, trims coming off on wall corners in spots, lobby chairs had large pieces of tape on them. The room was clean. There were not enough charger plugins. The room setup not advantageous for two people with luggage. Pool and hot tub looked ok. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was ok waffles, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, pkg cinnamon rolls… Proximity to airport was good. I probably would not stay again.
- 5/5
Room was clean and roomy for my stay I was very satisfied
- 4/5
None
- 5/5
Pet friendly.
- 5/5
Tv in room didn’t work. Hallway a bit noisy. Beds comfortable & clean.
- 3/5
Bad pool hours. No morning swim. Only open from noon till midnight! Why?
- 4/5
Nice place for the price.
- 2/5
A lot of broken things, no bathroom fan, bathroom light not able to see light very dim. Chair was broke. The people next door were smoking in the hall, his dog was barking in the middle of the night. Pool and hot tub look good in the picture but they was slime on the floor of the hot tub and pool. Staff was eating the breakfast foods. Breakfast was poor looking. I would not recommend this place again.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Comfy bed. That's all that was needed.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, room needs new paint
- 1/5
Wyndam should be embarrased to have their name on this property! Missing baseboards. Clogged shower drains. Staff wearing pajamas. Oval seat covers on round toilets. Jalopy airport shuttle. I highly DON'T recommend this place. Pay the extra for somewhere nicer.
- 2/5
Smelled of smoke, bedding was clean, needs to be upgraded it was like going back to 2000 unfriendly front desk
- 5/5
Wry noisy air conditioner
- 1/5
Later I came down to the desk with a question and he was on his phone again and wouldn't even acknowledge me, I just left. I will not be back to this motel again!
- 5/5
The room was very clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The price was super affordable and included breakfast with a couple of different food choices. Not a huge spread, but definitely enough to fill your belly. I also appreciated that the pool was open until midnight since most places close by 10. The gym was small but functional, perfect for getting in a quick workout. If I had to nitpick, the parking lot could use better lighting and the doors to the inside/outside could be in better working condition. Other than that, the place was absolutely worth the stay.
- 2/5
The doors not secure no need for key card
- 3/5
The inside of the room was super musty, almost as if someone had smoked in there in the past. There were stains on the carpet, super old paint and holes in the walls, the towel rack was coming apart, and dog hair on the comforter. The breakfast was extremely minimal. Staff at the location were not rude, but they exhibited absolutely no interest in being at work either.
- 3/5
Staff at check-in not very friendly. Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking lounge. Breakfast fair at best. Overall quiet as the hotel isn't right next to the interstate. Bed comfortable.
- 1/5
Molding , sticky carpet in the room , not very clean Breakfast was very sad Sorry but just being truthful
- 5/5
People were friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Just off the interstate and was affordable
- 3/5
Hall ways smelled bad.

Minor issues: Coffee maker did not work, A/C sounded like it was struggling and made terrible noises most of the night, bathtub drained slowly while showering so that I was standing in 3-4 inches of water. Moderate problems: Mold/mildew clearly visible in large sections of the bathroom (health issue). Severe concerns: Smoke detector looked old. Upon inspection was not plugged in to hard wire connector and had no battery in backup slot. Model (BRK 4120B) was manufactured between 1998-2003, then discontinued. Product page and manual: https://support.brkelectronics.com/s/active-product/a3J4x0000020RdDEAU/4120-4120b-4120sb - You can see the manual is dated from 2000 (pg. 22) This electronics database shows the product matching the picture we took: https://www.electrical-forensics.com/SmokeAlarms/Brand/BRK/4120/BRK-4120.html - The page highlights that the model was replaced in 2004. These issues were reported to the manager who was dismissive and not reassuring. I have stayed at many Super 8 and other hotels without similar issues. Please avoid this hotel until your safety can be guaranteed. If you need to stay there, check that the smoke/fire alarms have been replaced throughout.
- 5/5
The staff were really nice
- 4/5
Hotel is clean and nicely equipped. Took advantage of the parking offer and transfers for a very early morning flight. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
The place is clean, quiet and offers very nice breakfast
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Recommend, it. It's a great Super 8.
- 3/5
Room needs attention.
- 1/5
Hot tub wasn’t hot, didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t good. Room was very dated, and damages without proper fixing everywhere. Elevator is very old, overall not a good experience and definitely wouldn’t go there again.
- 2/5
The super 8 is in disrepair, And the staff was unfriendly.
- 2/5
Very disappointed. Dirty pool, breakfast was terrible, old building.

Property was clean and quiet and warm welcoming
- 3/5
Room smelt like cigarette smoke and they don’t do anything for the accommodation of handicapped when other people park in spaces they will just let them be. They will not call them and tell them they need to move their vehicle or anything which is a hazard for people with mobility issues like myself And I happen to have fallen and I did hurt myself pretty well and the vehicle that I fell on was fine and I wasn’t. Not one employee asked if I was OK or if I needed help and the problem was never fixed or resolved and I’m out of work for a few days do to this issue

Lights going out and flickering, carpet was wet, smelt like mildew. Staff not friendly at all.
- 5/5
It was close to the Airport
- 4/5
Hotel was clean, people working were nice. Really quiet with it being away from things, very peaceful
- 3/5
They can’t help me
- 3/5
I liked the cost per room and the accessibility
- 5/5
I had a comfortable sleep, and a nice shuttle driver, that is all I need for a night, so worked for me. The wifi could use some improvements, but the hotel staff is very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Easy check in, pet friendly flat fee of 10 dollars per dog for whole stay. Room was clean and quiet. Nice pool and spa. Good breakfast
- 3/5
Breakfast options very limited with no breakfast meat. Jacuzzi was broken and no one bothered to put a note on the door. You get in and then discover it broken not cool. Tv is way too small the place needs a remodel.
- 1/5
Wifi is not functional in the room I was in, when I asked they said it works fine in the lobby (and it does) but they weren't sure about the rooms. Elevator has a liquid on the floor every evening. Overall condition is terrible. Smoke Detector has a bag over it.

Bad breakfast
- 1/5
We had a couple of bedbug(?) bites at night and the room was far away from what you can see in the pictures in Expedia. We felt that we were in an unsafe place.
- 4/5
It was an alright place to stay.
- 2/5
Entire property is run down. In dire need of a complete renovation
- 3/5
Great check in and easy to access from I90. Exterior door was unlocked and ajar (not requiring key card access) which seemed sketchy. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, but overall a bit run down and the bed was very noisy every time I rolled over. Room had little sound proofing and I could hear the interstate, planes, people running in the hall, and dogs barking until 1:00 a.m. when I finally fell asleep. Overall, comfortable bed, clean, but one of the least restful nights I’ve ever had in a hotel.
- 1/5
After walking into the room and seeing how gross it was I left and booked a room at another hotel. Bed covers had dried stains on them, bathroom had hair in the floor and in the tub. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just left. Nasty.

The lady at the front desk was quite rude. No how was your day no anything then proceeded to try and double charge me after I explained I booked online I got no apology or even acknowledgment of her mistake . Then I went to my room only to find that the room keys didn’t even work. Went back down and same thing no apologies or acknowledgement. In the end still only one room key worked, wifi didn’t work, and lady at front desk was rude.
- 5/5
Clean, safe and quiet,-that's all that we needed.
- 4/5
It was okay and the price was very reasonable.

We had a terrible experience here. We arrived a little after the 3 am check in limit
- 5/5
Everything went well

What you expect from Super 8. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were mostly clean small things that don't bother me. Breakfast was average. I appreciate the boiled eggs. Location is a little out of the way but quiet. Parking lot could use some work. several broken down cars was a bit odd. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
We could tell the room hadn't been updated. Faucer was very hard to use
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
,No microwave. Lots of things broken, a lamp not working' alarm clock unpluged' tile falling off sink, etc.
- 4/5
This super 8 has been hear 45 years and never changed hands that's impressive. For the price it's a okay hotel. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Service was rude and unfriendly at check-in and common areas were not very clean. Exterior doors to the building were not properly secured. Room 202 was clean and looked nice, but the bed was broken and squeaky, the window was covered in condensation and streaks, and the water heater was loud and inconsistent, with temperature fluctuating constantly.

Good

Room was not clean, air conditioning was set at 65 and the windows were open. Check in employee was very hard to understand.

Good staying

My daughter was competing in an event over the weekend. We just needed an affordable clean comfortably place for one night and that's what we got. The amenities were very basic. For the price it was a very good deal as for us we just needed a clean affordable place to crash for the night. If you are looking for more amenities this is not the place but if you just want clean comfortable and affordable you can't beat this Super 8.
- 4/5
Not many options for breakfast
- 5/5
Nice little place clean and quiet!
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, great shuttle service
- 2/5
The inside not much better. The elevator smelled like urine. The stairs each floor has a different smell and when you open the door to go to the desk you are hit with the smell of cigarettes even though it’s non smoking I would not recommend this hotel. It is over priced and feels like something out of a horror movie
- 2/5
Room cleanliness was excellent, room just appeared really aged, chair had a stain and rip, paint peeling from the bathroom door frame and the door looked like it's been reused judging by all the nicks\scratches along the edges. No microwave in room, not a problem we didn't mind using the one in the common area, until we opened it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Because of that we skipped hotel breakfast because if that's what the microwave looked like, I can't imagine what they're using to make breakfast. Not a good experience.

Great app
- 4/5
Nothing special.
- 3/5
Their WiFi does not work regardless of it connecting and thin walls. It’s a budget option obviously but after consecutive days of driving and hiking a little luxury like internet and sound sleep at night goes a long way.
- 4/5
Convenient access from freeway, and close to gas, Starbucks, and dining options. Very clean and comfortable room. Safe area for pets. Front Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful when we forgot something important in the room. Thank you.
- 4/5
Nothing fancy, but clean. Perfect for a good night sleep before an early flight.
- 3/5
I stay here since it's the easiest location for my needs. It's a good economical option for those on a budget. Rooms are clean and quiet, I've never heard noise from other rooms. Their breakfast options are minimal (2 cold cereals, yogurt, waffles, oranges, prepackaged cinnamon rolls, coffee, apple and orange juices). The hot tub is more like a warm bath water and jets do not work. However, it a good option for small kids when adults are in the pool and not caring if there are small children trying to swim as well. I will stay here again since it's close to where I need to go when I'm in town.
- 4/5
Just a basic hotel room but it was reasonably priced. For a short stay where you just need a place to sleep, shower and hang out it was perfectly fine. It's an older building but the staff was friendly. Breakfast was so so but that's to be expected at this price. The bed was comfy. My only complaint was that it wasn't very soundproof. We could hear the room next door when they showered and people in the hall talking and opening doors but it wasn't a huge issue.
- 4/5
Lady at desk at check-in was very unfriendly. Everything else was good.
- 3/5
The breakfast/common area was clean and we ended up using the area for family members to hang out and play board games (outside of breakfast hours), which was super convenient. The outside and inside of the building needs to be updated badly. The pool area is needing upgrades as well. We picked up trash from the lobby and stairs floor that was there for 2 days and not picked up. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was clean but very outdated. The breakfast offerings were pretty simple, with no hot meats or eggs. Included were regular and decaf coffee, apple and orange juices, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, fresh waffles, oranges, yogurts, instant oatmeal, and packaged cinnamon roll bars. The staff were professional and friendly. The parking lot was large and we felt safe. There were only 2 handicapped parking spots. Overall we would definitely stay here again. The price was right for our stay here for a family reunion.

Staff members did not smile. The 2 who i had interaction with were sullen.
- 3/5
The door was cockeyed and I couldn’t open the door by myself that was annoying. Other than that a little up date and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The pool, the breakfast room, and breakfast were great the staff was very nice and helpful.
- 1/5
We never checked in it was the wrong booking and place i wanted to cancel but all i got was the run around, so i said keep my dam money ill just stay out in the heat and roast to death thanks jamesowens

Comfortable beds. Jets in hot tub don’t work. Lots of loud noises in the hallways.individuals outside asking random questions about us calling the front desk and being very rude. We like this location for the triple queen room but this time we got two queen rooms. I for sure won’t stay again unless they have that room open. Our two rooms were very small and uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Staff was pretty nice, great parking, pretty clean around the hotel, in the common areas and throughout. The free breakfast was not very good at all but glad they had coffee throughout the day.
- 3/5
It was a good location for us, pretty clean
- 3/5
Probably decent for a truck stop hotel.
- 5/5
Great location. We were transiting so didnt have breakfast. Shuttle service to airport was extremely helpful.
- 5/5
The room sas clean, beds were comfortable and pool was nice
- 4/5
This is an old property and is showing its age. Prices of all motels are high, but at least I was able to afford this one.
- 5/5
Nice, helpful staff, clean and quiet room. I appreciated the extended breakfast hours and I liked the DirecTV channel choices.
- 4/5
An excellent budget friendly option near the interstate and baseball tournaments at Medical Lake field.
- 4/5
it was very sketchy
- 3/5
Good area close to airport. Comfy bed. Loud firecrackers was the the 4th though.
- 2/5
There was trash in bathroom garbage can, nighstand and dek were dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Im a housekeeper for a living and the cleanliness was unacceptable
- 4/5
The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, parking was ample, a good place for the price
- 1/5
The pictures on the website are extremely deceptive. Very run down and out dated. The pool is very dirty, had grime all around the edges, hot tub was broken (apparently for months). Second floor smelled like cigarette smoke, such thin walls that it’s loud at night. Outside side door did not lock. Even for the price it’s not worth it. The parking lot was nice and there’s a starbucks right close.
- 3/5
Door wouldn't latch, had to fix myself. Alarms went off and had to evacuate for I don't know what reason, and no fault of their own but a kid threw up in pool right as we were about to swim and was closed reminder of our time there.
- 2/5
We were there with a large group…a total of six rooms. All rooms were in poor repair with water damaged ceilings, dirty carpets, water damage in the bathrooms, curtains only partially on their hooks. Rooms were dirty…lots of dust on the lamps, debris under the beds, and dirt and sticky stuff inside the drawers of the dresser. One room had plastic wrap taped over the smoke detector. The handles in the sinks and showers were old and difficult to turn on/off. Many of the sinks and/or showers did not drain well, so water would back up while using them. The types of mini fridges and microwaves varied from room to room, but all were old and pretty beat up. The staff were pleasant enough, but whoever owns this hotel clearly takes little pride in keeping it up to date and clean. The bare minimum is done to keep the place running. We would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Bed was OK, and no bed bugs. Sheets seemed to be clean, but top bed spread had... stains... on it. Ick! Carpet feel and room smell we're a bit, off, but at least the A/C unit worked. Bathtub didn't drain well for shower, 3-4" of staning water. Lots of water stains on ceiling from the floor above. Breakfast was OK, waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, and juice. Hot tub was broken, pool was open but I didnt use it. Area is very safe, way outside of town, enjoyed a few nice summer evening walks around the area. Won't be back.
