    They forced me to drive drunk moving my motorhome into harms way because I remember to ask their pet policy, then accused me of waiting till the next clerk came to ask if I could have my dog come in!? Lies!! Then they refused to refund the 238.14 I paid for 2 nights stay when I didn't stay!!! Booked it thru booking.com NEVER AGAIN, I WANT MY REFUND I WAS PROMISED,WHAT IF UD IF HIT SONEONE ELSES CAR OR GOT DUI!!!.? WHAT THEN????? They were dishonest,the clerk was trying to eavesdrop on my call to booking.com then lied stating an email for getting refund was sent,then booking com said they needed confirmation for that email!!! Mm runarounds all I got a d no refund!!! That's ok I'll reverse the dam charges thru my bank I told them!!!!

    Seems silly but I loved the ice machine location and convenience as well as the simple breakfast and the coffee was delicious Paying the extra $20 to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm when I noted during online booking that I'd be there at 1pm because it was a question asked during booking.

    This was a perfect cozy stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I read another review about having to tip for the breakfast at Denny's, you can always take it to go which is what we did so it truly is free. They give you vouchers and you can choose 3 breakfast items (bacon,sausage, pancake, French toast, hash browns, eggs any way, oatmeal with milk) and a small drink (coffee, apple juice, orange juice) It is also not across the street, its in the same parking lot. The inn also offers packaged oatmeal, breakfast bars, and coffe/tea in the morning in addition to the Denny's voucher. Stayed on the 1st floor which wasn't too noisy. Some fixtures were dated but who cares! Great value for the price! Would stay again.

    The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.

    The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is because the breakfast was OK, but it was a little bad. That wasn’t indicated anywhere on the reservation. So while it was a free breakfast, it was a frozen Jimmy Dean, sausage, egg, and cheese, yogurt, and a couple of other items. Hospitality is great, the room was fantastic.

    Upon check in, the room was extremely cold, with no blankets on the bed, and none to be found anywhere else in the room. The guest had to try to sleep with his clothes on for warmth. The situation was fixed the next day.

    Absolutely terrible Management that kicked me out because I simply complained about the fact that it is considered a basic safety feature when it comes to having a pee hole on your door if there were a woman fleeing a domestic situation or somebody fleeing the situation where they could be being hurt makes no sense that they would have to pretty much acknowledge that they live that they’re in the room in order to know whether or not they felt safe, which is exactly what ended up happening. I don’t understand if that makes sense. I gotta knock on the door for people who refused to identify themselves until far after quite a few knocks like I may not I don’t even understand that I was also not refunding my full amount. I was refunded a random amount. I didn’t pay $57 individually for anything. I don’t understand why that was a refund.

    First off i have used Hotels.com for all of my reservations and have never had a problems until this time. I also have never experianced a hotel running my card to charge for a nights stay on the morning of my reservation. It was always done at checkin, when showing up to the location. Since check in is usually at 3pm however i believe theirs was 4pm. However, I received a charge whicb got declined due to card locked. I have my debit card locked for my own reasons. Still needing the room which was for my husband, father in law, my daughter and her friend and my self so a total of 5. I called the hotel to make sure still had my reservation and the man I spoke to stated they needed usually will do a hold on the amount and I could pay with another card. I let him know that I just needed to unlock my card and he said ok. I then asked if it would be a problem if we had another person with us since my original reservation stated only 4 and my daughters friend ended up going with us. He told me it was fine. He then charged for thir the pending amount. We got to the hotel got almost check ed and the guy at the cou ter ask how many i state 3 adults and 2 kids because I talked to the man prior. He ask how old i they are 13 yrs old. He then proceeds to tell me that since they are above the age of 2yrs old he could not allow more then 4 people in the room and he could get me another room......

    My issue was checkin. I received an email with a link to do a pre-checkin. I completed all information and was informed my checkin was complete. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a video kiosk and was expected to re-do the complete checkin process. Ok, no biggy, BUT I am hardbof hearing g with a service dog. Trying to hear the person on the other side of the video was difficult enough but made much, much worse by his thick Indian accent. I repeated told him I could not hear him well enough to understand so he got someone else - with a heavy Indian accent. The process was embarrassing and uncomfortable and there should be a live person for backup.

    Pros: the staff was friendly and efficient, everything was clean, the exterior is freshly painted, and the interior has been updated. Cons: it’s a motel, not a hotel. I should have seen that by the photos, but I was in a hurry. It’s not in a great part of town and I didn’t feel great leaving my vehicle there overnight (definitely take EVERYTHING inside). Being a motel, the outside noise is louder than a hotel, since you have 2 exterior walls. The AC is about 8 inches from the bed and blows right on the person sleeping in that spot, which makes it tricky to make everyone in the room comfortable. It’s also very, very loud. Mixed opinions on mattress comfortability in my group, but you can’t please everyone anywhere, so I’d say that one is neutral. Also, breakfast is brown bag grab-and-go, but does include a microwaveable breakfast sandwich and yogurt, which was better than I expected from a bag. All in all, I did not have a bad experience for what this is: a low budget motel. It’s just not what I expected from a 3 star hotel.

    Lots of noise coming from the street. Pool is very small. They overcharged us and then said that the manager would have to help us on Monday; we left on Sunday. There was also another guest complaining about being overcharged. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we did have to air the room out when we first got there. I would not stay here again.

    It is basically a budget hotel. So you basically get what you pay for, no frills, but decent for cleanliness and room size. If you just need a place to crash, it is fairly comfortable and even though it is near division Street it isn’t too noisy. I have stayed there twice and I have been comfortable both times I was there.

    There was only 1 towel in the room for 3 people. In the morning asked for 2 more towels, the receptionist gave 2 towels and by the time we walked from his office to our room all water was shut down, so no shower available, nothing. Even though I just took shower (and used that one dear towel) right before walking to ask him for more towels. We had to leave promptly in the morning to continue our travels but kids had no even shower that day. Also, forget the breakfast- this place is a joke.

    I would not stay at this facility again. The linens had stains on them. The odor of the room was terrible, it smelled like an old smoking room. The paint had marks everywhere, torn window screens. Needed some type of privacy from the wash room to the sleeping area to at least change your clothes in some type of privacy.

    Friendly check in, area outside property was sketchy, the door to the room had large gap at bottom and lock had obviously been broken with unsecured repair. No washcloths or hand towels offered, lumpy pillows, no housekeeping during 2 nights stay. Big tv but not smart tv so no smart features on tv and it only used hdmi connection, no cat5, just unsecured WiFi. Price was affordable and place was quiet. Did not use the pool but couldn’t find access.

    No hot water in the tub/shower for 5 days straight. There was hot water in the sink so took sponge baths for all that time. Pool was closed 2 days out of 5. Manager was 'too busy' to handle anything despite there being only 3 cars in the parking lot at the time we asked. We didn't need housekeeping for the first two days, but the manager said she was required to enter the room on the 3rd day anyway. Knowing that, on the 3rd day we stripped the beds for her and gathered up the towels, removed all our stuff from the room, and left a tip for the maid. When we got back that evening, the linens and towels were still in a pile, (pic) and we had to put the dirty sheets back on the beds ourselves. The tip was still there, so no one had even come by. The fridge froze our soft drinks solid, (pic) the wi-fi didn't work, There is a curtainless auxiliary window in the doorless vanity area that lets the sun shine right on your bed in the mornings and afternoons (pic) making the blackout curtains on the other side of the room useless. The ironing board was kinda jacked up (pic). The tub was uncleanable (pic) , bugs creeping out of the gaps (pic) in the plastic shower wall insert and there were no rooms to offer for an upgrade at any price. Also, if no one is working the lobby when you check in, you have to give your credit card and ID to a nameless AI-generated guy on a kiosk screen. This used to be a great place to stay, but we won't be back. Enjoy the pictures.

    I use hotels.com all of the time and this was the only hotel that claimed my ID was invalid. They claimed that since I moved from an apartment and had to stay for a week because my new one was not ready yet, that the ID and address was not usable. I never had a hotel ask me the reason I was staying before. Had to get hotels.com customer service involved to get a refund. Terrible service.

    Entire hotel property feels like its in the bad part of town. No breakfast in sight, which was one of the biggest reasons i chose this place. Room was clean, but smelled funny. Once we drove up to the property if i hadnt pre paid for the room we woild have went somewhere else. Clerk was friendly and polite, but had areally thick accent making him difficult to understand. Would not recommend this place.

    Price was cheap. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a faint odor, even though it appeared to have been recently cleaned. Still, at that price, i would probably stay there again and just deal with the odor.

    Nobody eve in the office, sack breakfast. Continue Al isn’t them giving what they choose I eat. No waffle maker no cereal not even a spot for breakfast, no popcorn after 8. Oh, and to top it off check in and check out was with a computer and not a real person. That’s not what I came to see this needs to be shown to Wyndham.

    Check in required everyone to have photo ID. Photo of ID was unacceptable so we cancelled both nights and went down the street where they were more reasonable. We have never had this requirement at any hotel ever before.

    I first was upset because I did check in online and then when i got here I had to do it again. Then there was noone here in person. I had to talk to someone on a sceen. He was very nice. I checked into my room and there wasn't towels. Then i cut myself on the shower. The screw was sticking out. Then the tv didn't work. I complained and got another room. In the new room the a/c didn't work, it kept shutting off. Then the fridge was frosted over. I had been traveling all day and just wanted to rest. I am very upset over the quality if this motel. It just made me regret choosing it. I got a text saying if there is any issues text. I texted and never got a response.

    Absolutely no hot water in the shower. Stained sheets. No duvet or any kind of heavier blanket. Stinky, stuffy room. Hard bed. Absolutely horrible and gross.

    Property was ok. Unfortunately the kiosk check in was awful. Unfortunately we had very noisy people disrupting the entire motel most of the night. At checkout with a real person I did mention it and another guest was there and agreed it was a bad situation

    Checkin was through a kiosk with a remote Eastern Indian. Had to go through everything again even though i had done pre-checkin the day before providing ID and CC info, ect. Got the room key and went to the room... Trash around the room, no bedding on the bed, like the maid went on break and never returned. Went back to the "kiosk" and told them the room was unacceptable. Given another room and went to check it out. The bed was made up and room was in a little better condition, but nope, gonna eat the room fee and find a better place to stay.

    I needed an early check in, called the hotel and was put on hold, no one picked back up. Called a dozen more times with no answer. Was able to do the early check in on the website and paid for it, but when I showed up there was no real person on site, had to talk to a guy through a computer kiosk and he couldn't find my early check in, had to pay again. I'm recovering from surgery and using crutches but I was given a room on the second floor. The stairs are sketchy. The bathtub obviously wasn't cleaned in a long time nor the sink. You can tell by the pink mildew...

    Check in was strange via zoom like thing. It worked but was awkward and I don’t know how many people feel comfortable sliding their drivers license in nor putting their credit card up to the camera to show name matches

    not sure why this property has as many stars as it does. this is a 1-2 star place at best. they have a virtual check-in system which is not very personal . The person that checks you in on the kiosk has a thick accent that makes it hard to understand. If you are having issues there is a different guy that comes out to help with any questions you have. The room its self was clean. the top blanket is white and had either a stain on it or was a touch dirty. the room smelled like it was an old smokers room or was smoked in fairly recently. That smell was even on the pillows. when I was leaving at 6am it looked like it was 2 transients who was huddled by the soda machine with their belongings. They did not appear to be there at 230am when I took someone to the airport.

    Accidentally dropped TV remote behind dresser, moved dresser and found an empty juice bottle and an accumulation of trash behind dresser. Requested a mobility challenged room,reservation confirmed, was not any safety rails to be seen. AI checking was confusing for elderly generation. Again was assured it was a handicap room. Entrance to office was a box and up step which was difficult to me. I am walking with a walker. Room was noisy from traffic and drag races on Division St.. I question the safety of the location although we did not have any problems. Small concern was the light switch was outside of bathroom. They are handy to the North side of Spokane.

    Better than expected. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. The location was great. It was near convenient stores and many restaurants. Will most likely book here in the future.

    I didn't get to stay there we were tired and we have a service dog and nowhere on their site did it say we couldn't bring our service dog and I booked the room and we just wanted to go to bed and he sat there arguing with me saying we couldn't bring our service dog in there and I said well you could have mentioned that on the website but nowhere does it say anything about it and I told him he's being very discriminating. So the Howard Johnson there on division in Spokane Washington I would give a negative five too but hotels.com was great even though it was non-refundable they went ahead and got us a room and at a really nice place I'm trying to think of what it was called but anyways it was a really beautiful place and it was more money than what the Howard Johnson's was and they paid the difference because Howard Johnson then the person there then told hotels.com that I he didn't tell me I couldn't have a service dog there and lied to her so I don't know what was going on there but be very careful because it when you buy a non-refundable they just take the money and run I guess not hotels.com but Howard Johnson

    Took a long time to check in and several people were waiting even longer than me to try and check in. Not user friendly at all. Had to use a screen with a guy working 2,000 miles away. Not recommended if you need a quick check-in.
