Beautiful hotel and room. Everything up to date and new. Very spacious and clean. Check in was quick and staff was very kind. Only hiccup I encountered was my own fault. I didn’t look closely enough at the hotel provided airport shuttle hours of operation which start at 7am and ended up needing to take an uber to Spokane airport. Aside from that amazing experience with tons of dining options within the area. Definitely recommend this hotel while traveling.

Vanity being outside the bathroom, not a good idea, specially when one get up earlier and partner still sleeping.

You pay a bit more, but you get a bit more. The breakfast Wed-Sun is Superb, capitol S! [The back-up kitchen staff lets things slide a notch or two to "pretty good" on Mon & Tues when the food manager is off.] Overall, a very comfortable, and enjoyable 4-day stay.

Check in was great, Room was fresh and clean and even had a nice view of the Spokane River. We have stayed at this many times over the years and it continues to impress us. Management and entire staff obviously care about the grounds, building and customer experience because it's always exceptional.

The breakfast was good the host for breakfast was super friendly and helpful, but she was about the only one there that was friendly. The bar guy was alright. The room was mostly clean we found one big long black hair clump on the bed. The main manager wasn’t very personable at all. The front desk staff just was really friendly, not that they didn’t help but there was no smiles on anyone and was short with everything.

Room small for suite, tiny bathroom. No safety mechanism on 5th floor window, not safe for a family. Requested us to select one day and time for cleaning during our three night stay, never came. No refresh of towels even. Staff was friendly and helpful but that’s a huge oversight on managements behalf.

Decent hotel in a great location. I didn’t feel it should have had the rating that Hotel.com gave it ( which was an Excellent over 9 rating. I would give it more like an 8.5. But it was pretty nice just a little beat up on things like doors etc. and check in was at 4 pm and so generally that would make check out at noon but it was 11:00 am. Overall decent hotel for the price. ( Taxes are very high though and they even charged a $10 property tax.

Staff and property are good quality for the price. The only thing I would mention is at the pool- it can definitely use a bit more cleaning and attention. The three times we visited the pool. There were little to no towels available. Although I did see staff, trying to keep up with the demand. I did see staff picking up towels trying to get them washed. However, the towels were definitely thin, worn and not enough available.

The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a wide variety of foods. Those working in the dining room were friendly and efficient cleaning up tables. The room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay her again.

I like the Oxford Suites Location in Spokane Valley near the Mall and staff are great. The rooms are clean and continental breakfast is the best.

This is our go to place when staying in Spokane Valley. Classic breakfast bar included with stay, pool and hot tub, consistently clean rooms, staff are friendly and helpful, and the pet area is located close to preferred pet rooms. There’s an elevator that makes travel through the hotel nice.

The breakfast was very good. The bar had a really good selection and it didn't hurt that you received a free drink and soup / salad. I would definitely stay again.

Our room was very clean. We had an issue with one of the clean bed sheets--as it was rough--and the staff saw to it that it was changed out quickly. Someone got a nice tip for that quick service.

Love the evening social hour, free drink and free breakfast. Love there is no charge for parking and they still have microwaves in the rooms with no added cost. Our second time staying here and would choose it again when we visit Spokane.

Upon checking in and going to my room I was very disappointed. The room I was sent to had a king size bed and a large empty floor space. Since I booked a King suite I went down to the desk and asked for a different room. I was sent to room 418, which was beautiful. Exactly what I booked. Something you might take into account is the room had a step down into the seating area. My son visited me and didn't notice the step down and fell.. I think maybe someone should take a look at this room and decide if anything should be done to make the step down easier to notice.

This is our favorite place to stay when we’re going through Spokane or just staying a night out of town. The rooms are great and the Spokane Valley location is really good. The staff are always friendly to and courteous. Breakfast is good. I like getting real glasses and coffee cups in the room as well as silverware at breakfast.

Then we get an email stating an item of clothing was found in OUR room. Definitely not our child’s clothing. We had no kids. Therefore the room was not thoroughly cleaned before we stayed in it. Scary thought

The main reason I chose this hotel was it had good ratings on being clean and it was. I enjoyed the wonderful people working the breakfast, they cleaned tables regularly and were friendly. I didn't care for the breakfast options much, and fried potatoes were mostly cold. but the lady happened to mention they will be changing their options soon. Room with riverside view was nice and so were the winter rates. Good location and area felt safe enough. The hotel just didn't have a wow factor for me but would stay there again.

The room was spotless, and the staff is always polite and helpful, including the people at the front desk, the young woman who brought me towels for the workout room, to the very helpful and wonderful woman working during the free breakfasts. We have stayed several times now at the Oxford Inn suites and it is our go to place when we head to Spokane!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Serve fresh breakfast and have shuttle. I stay here every time I go to Spokane. Strongly recommended.

We only ate one morning out of our 2 days. Would not recommend. My husband decided to get an apple as he was disappointed in other food options and that was soft and he didn’t even eat that. Other than the breakfast food we were pleased. All staff friendly and helpful. Hot tub was a good temperature but jets were not working. We will return but won’t be eating there.

The check in process was annoying, I provided the credit card and DL online before arrival (per instructions) only to have to do it again when I arrived. The breakfast was not good, the meat was cut up and fried hotdogs. And I needed 15 minutes extra to check out but was told they had reached their late check out quota and would be charged if we weren’t out by 11. It was a disappointing stay.

Window was stuck open about 6”. Heater wouldn’t respond to correct setting, got too warm and wouldn’t shut off until room was way too warm. Had to regulate at night by getting up to change settings. Breakfast had good choices except potatoes were cold. Service at breakfast was excellent!

Clean and beautiful room, friendly staff, and a real breakfast (not just microwaved). They even offer a free cocktail and soup/salad in the evening. Right across the road from a mall so many options for eating, etc. I will stay here again for sure if I'm in Spokane.

There's no doorman at the front entryway so carrying in heavy suitcases, you have to shove the heavy doors open. I was called down after already falling asleep that there was a dome light in my vehicle which I did appreciate. However, It was not pleasant to be jarred awake in the wake of the other issues. The breakfast was minimal at best. They were only scrambled eggs and sausage left at 7:40 when I checked out and went down to breakfast both the sausage and eggs were also cold so I did not partake as I did not want to get sick. There were no paper plates or to go containers provided only ceramic plates so you could not take a breakfast to go if you needed to which is the whole purpose of a hotel as you are on the go from location location . Overall I think a two rating is generous.

We overnighted during a road trip. Relative to rival brands, Oxford offered additional services including afternoon complimentary drinks and snacks. The excercise room was equipped with clean and well maintained cardio equipment. We did not use the indoor pool, spa, and sauna as it was occupied by a zoo of kids. Special thanks to Angel who maintained the breakfast room, and proactively took care of the guests: bravo.

Was a bit disappointed because I paid for a king suite with a sofa bed. There was no sofa at all and the only place to sit was one chair at the desk or on the bed. I Have stayed here many times and the majority of the time I’ve had no complaints.

This was very good value for the money with a large room, view of the river, and easy access in and out with our two dogs. Great grass area with a dog bag station and great path to walk along the river.

Suggestion that if ‘live action’ pancakes are made just make them plain don’t that apple and cinnamon is going to taste great in a cold cake. One more thing use warm water to mix pancake batter. It helps them to rise easier and taste great. Keep up the friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff.

The staff was lovely, the hotel seemed nice, honestly my only complaint was that the bed was incredibly soft and it felt like I was sleeping in a hole and so I did not have a comfortable night sleep.

Very nice. Check in went smoothly and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room is good sized, appears clean, and I feel safe. It was quiet, except for upstairs walking, but running the fan took care of that. Breakfast was complete and delicious. The hot tub felt good. Out back is a 40-mile, paved, riverside walk of which I enjoyed a portion. I would definitely stay here again.

The Oxford Spokane Valley was a fantastic experience! We stayed two nights for a weekend event. The location is super convenient. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and just seemed happy to be there. It was a really nice change from some other places e have stayed where people act like they hate their jobs. But not at the Oxford! They all seemed to genuinely enjoy their place of employment. The hotel was very clean (and trust me I’m picky about cleanliness!), the bed was super comfortable, and the pool/spa/sauna were in good shape and clean as well. The breakfast experience was great too. The food was delicious and Angel warmly greeted every guest as they walked in for breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean, albeit a bit dated. And the television was not awesome but I wasn’t there to watch TV. Great experience and will definitely be back.

When we checked in employee acknowledged 4 people in the room however there weren’t enough lines to make the pullout bed. Only one pillow and a bottom sheet. When I went back to the desk to get the missing items I was told they didn’t have anymore. They did find the items and maintenance delivered. (Good news). The next morning when my family was brushing teeth the water stopped working. No water came from the faucets.

Friendly staff clean room breakfast served close to shopping. It was what we were looking for to make our stay in Spokane enjoyable.
