Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center

Loved our room. The only thing I didn't care for was the staff in the restaurant. They seemed cold and rude to me.

This place was much better than the two extended stay places we used in years past. We will come back.

Older facility but very nicely kept. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. Great location right next to shopping and freeway!!

The gym room is open 24 hours which was nice, however 2 of the elliptical machines were not working, as well as the exercise bike. The pool was ok but there were always people with their rowdy little kids in the spa, so I didn't get a chance to use it. Our room upon arrival had used glasses and coffee cups in it. Supposedly room service is every 3 days but we stayed for 5 nights and weren't offered anything. We even put the dirty glasses and cups outside of our door. They were picked up but never replenished. I normally do NOT complain, but this stay could have been so much better.

There are no staff to help with luggage. They did not give me a map of the complex which was very large. No elevators and a lot of stairs. I had to ask staff for directions.

Wes at the front desk was so helpful at getting me settled in for the night after an awful experience at another hotel! My room was great, the property is beautiful and the location is very handy

Loved the pool and the water temp was perfect. The staff was nice. It was clean. The best was the restaurant, Max's. I sat on the patio and had the best steak salad ever.I will go back.

I do not recommend staying on the lower levels of this hotel. The rooms are outdated.

Every thing is good except the free breakfast is over by 9am. We didn’t get to enjoy the Free Breakfast on week days or weekends.

What a treasure the Mirabeau is; we love the location, the pool, hot tub, courtyards, great breakfast; but I don't want to tell anyone about it! The safe could have been re-set prior to our arrival.

I enjoy this hotel with a really nice restaurant and bar. The rooms are very cozy and clean. Its a little on the older side and could use some updates but overall a very comfortable stay.

Clean, nice, a little older but decent. Good breakfast in the restaurant. Someone left room service pots, dishes outside our room on the hallway floor that were there when we arrived and still there the next morning .

The only thing I would change is to have a phone charging port near the bed.

I loved the outdoor space. The pool and courtyard are absolutely beautiful! The rooms spacious. There is a lot of space everywhere. The rooms have balconies, which is really nice. The bathroom is updated and very spacious. The hotel is also quite unique and fun.

We had a nice room and enjoyed the restaurant. The non-draining sink situation is the only reason why we wouldn't stay there again. Is it possible to receive a discounted stay or a credit back on my credit card? We couldn't use our sinks cuz they were holding water and not draining properly. The room was very clean and well kept (everything, the furniture, the bathroom fixtures, etc.) appeared to be newer and in excellent condition. Cheerful staff, common areas were also clean and well appointed. Breakfast was above average, a pleasant surprise. Definitely will be staying here again in the near future. Nothing.

We just stayed overnight. The hotel was very full with a couple of events going on in building. The staff were excellent, from check in to check out we never experienced the slightest inconvenience. We will stay here again.

By far The Mirabeau Park hotel and convention center is a wondeful stay. There complimentary breakfast is fabulous , rooms wonderful ... roomy with great beds . Lol They also have guest laundry which is decently priced with more than one machine which is refreshing .. I truly love this hotel ❤️💯

Staff was frustrated and grumpy. Couldn't get rooms near one another, no elevators, difficult for elderly or handicapped. I understand there was a state basketball tournament in town but can't let that reflect your levels of hospitality.

Overall the room was very clean. However we did have several ants in the bathroom.

Spacious room with lots of onsite amenities. One of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel. Unfortunately we had the worst service for dinner we have ever had at a hotel. Food was over cooked and had to be sent back. Server left us for large amounts of time without drink fillups. We were hoping for a quicker meal and getting right to bed.

The room was clean, staff nice. I liked this room better than the last stay, as it was in the back and quieter. After a 10 hour drive, it was nice to get some quiet rest. We had an exception server in the restaurant. I have stayed here several times when coming to Spokane and was happy to see the server that has waited on us before. The room price was appropriate.

The rooms were spotless and up the par. The hotel staff was very friendly and food was on point. I will be there again soon.

The bathroom sink was plugged, the bathroom ventilator did not work. The on-site Restaurant Waiter was verbally rude. At check-in a $75 holding fee was applied for incidental's, when the restaurant tried to charge it against the room it was declined. The front desk room registration clerk cited Maribeau must keep the $75 holding fee. It made no sense, the clerk & waiter rudely & loudly cited it was policy. Throughout the yrs I’ve stayed at the Maribeau on business trips and was never treated so rudely by the staff or declined on-site service room charges. I stated as such along with I never plan to stay there again.

The room had old torn up furniture, carpet was stained, bed cover was stained and the pillows had a musty smell. The beds were very comfortable and sheets we clean.

The room was bigger than a standard room and I had a nice little desk to work at. I love the fact that the pool is open and heated. That was great. The service at the restaurant was exceptional. The food was awesome. I ordered two eggs over, medium with hashbrowns And pancake instead of toast. The coffee was perfect. Gave me some fresh cream and the waiter checked on me to make sure I was very happy.

Breakfast was outstanding! We had no hot water for our 1st morning, but all was terrific for the 2nd morning. Beds were very comfortable. Even though located near freeway, the room was quiet until the HVAC kicked on loudly. Overall, we will stay here again and would recommend to others.

Everyone went above and beyond in providing help and service. I am very grateful because they didn’t have to even allow me to continue to use their internet after check out time and instead they continued to help me find a good connection elsewhere in the hotel. They came where I was to get my order for food, served me lunch and let me pay from a table in the hall!

very nice property, I'd rate it a level higher than the room rate indicates. The onsite restaurant is great, especially the breakfast included with the room -- it puts other hotel breakfasts to shame. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful; the pool temp was warm yet still refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really convenient, great facility for the price

We truly appreciate the close availability of the wonderful Max restaurant/lounge after a long day's drive that does NOT require getting back in the car. The room's, although dated and a bit on the dark side, have always been clean. I am allergic to cats and dogs, but have not struggled with issues as Mirabeau has kept the rooms very clean.

Location was great- hotel room was outdated, and the weight room was pretty bad, dirty towel bin was over flowing, machines out of service. The front desk and restaurant were good.

The hotel is still nice but showing a bit of wear and tear. It is probably due for a bit of revamping but we still like it a lot.

There were bugs in our room, drunk couple came out to the pool while we had our kiddo with us and they were being very inappropriate and didn’t want to leave when the pool was closing. The floor in the room seemed very old and worn.

This is a bit of a dated hotel, but it was still fairly nice. Our rooms air conditioner was totally frosted over, so not working. The maintenance guy was really nice and came right away. They moved us to a slightly nicer room before they even had him come though. The pool area was really nice and the pool was really warm. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel.

Very clean and in good shape. Staff was extremely helpful and the AC worked well considering the heat wave in Spokane. Had a view of the parking lot and a back of a building which would have been fine, except the staff checking me in said it was a beautiful view!! Each to their own. Didn't try the breakfast but did see that many people had used room service for dinner.

Sandra was great. She let us check in early. The place is a bit run down and needs some freshening up.

The staff was incredible. The housekeeping staff Moses really made our stay terrific incredibly nice guy. My only complaint is the wifi. It is very slow. I was unable to stream YouTube on my phone.

Great food, easy check in, comfy bed

The furniture was very worn, and the name 'park' is a misnomer for all but a handful of rooms. Photo online shows room sliding doors opening into a beautiful green area, but my room opened onto a parking lot. Relaxing like going to Costco and setting up a lawn chair amidst all the vehicles. I expected a room overlooking a green, landscaped area, like the photo, not baked dirt and a parking lot.

The check in process was terrible. It was like I walked into 1990. It was all paper based and slow. There were two people in line in front of me and it took more than 20 minutes for me to get checked in. That part of my stay was very frustrating.

I like the easy entry though the sliding door from parking as i have bulky meducal supply ti bring in and its a short walk for mother.

This property offers everything needed for a comfortable personal stay and functions exceptionally well as a venue for meetings and large events. The rooms were clean, the staff professional, and the amenities—from conference spaces to dining options—were excellent. Whether you're visiting Spokane Valley for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll be returning.

Had a very nice stay at the Mirabeau without any problems. Nice walk in shower and a comfortable bed. The included breakfast for my stay was just right w plenty of options to choose from.

Enjoyed two days here. We had a courtyard view, but the view facing the mountain with a balcony would have been good too. The breakfast was great.

I was disappointed to find a portable toilet taking up a valuable parking space near the entrance to my room. It attracted an unwanted element of people near the door that wasn't always locked, and left me feeling that they needed to have security patrolling the area. The room needs to be updated, but it was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like the people were smoking pot and the whole place smelled like pot. It’s stunk. When I brought it to the front desk attention, they did spray down the hallway at least. The furniture in my room was ripped and old. The temperature was permanently on air conditioning and they had to bring me a heater. So you can notadjust the thermometer. There was no paper in the room to write on and no pen. The staff was friendly and nice and professional. this is not a hotel. This is a motel with no elevator and the Internet is as slow as dial up. The beds are extremely comfortable but the bedding and the decor is at least 30 years old. The restaurant has amazing drinks and a great burger the French onion soup was great. The Caesar salad was awful. The rest of the food I had there was average. But again every staff member was fantastic.

Some helpful guests tried to help me. I called the front desk for help. From that moment on things got better. Robert came to my rescue with a luggage cart. He took my things to my room and soon came back with a wheelchair to deliver me to the correct place. My room was at the exact opposite of where I had been searching. With heavy luggage and a dog on leash, it was all more than I could handle. I gave high marks for Service because of Robert’s kind help. As I thought about the event, I was ill due to some food poisoning from a food cart I went to earlier in the day.

We stayed here unexpectedly and it was a very pleasant stay. Nice staff. Clean. Quiet. Solid free breakfast. Nice dinner experience.

Very clean

There was no hot water the entire building went out i did not get to shower. For $200 I expect a shower or to have been notified and moved. I stood around naked for 10 minutes we bring in hot water. I finally checked out and told them. No one offered a credit discount or free night. I should have slept in my car
