Clean and very comfortable bed. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but I’d stay there again.

The entire experience was amazing. The staff assisted with early check in and late check out which was so helpful!

There is plenty of parking, checking in and out was a breeze, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty and offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, bagels, warm potatoes, eggs/omelets, cold cereal, juice, etc. I stayed here while preparing for a board exam, and it was quiet and comfortable, with a nice desk area where I could review notes the night before my exam. No complaints at all. Would absolutely recommend to others, and I'd stay here again without hesitation. I felt comfortable and well-rested enough to pass my board exam too, so cheers!

There was a notice on the pool door that the pool was reopening the day of check-in and they had all the doors propped open so it looks like it was open so we got ready and we got in and we were in there for about 10 minutes before the front desk lady came in really aggressively and rude and told us that the pool was closed and so I told her what the sign had said and so we thought it was open and by the time she came in there there was a bunch of other people in there too and we were the only ones that she spoke to, should ever ask us to leave but she kept reiterating what the pool was closed but then didn't go until anybody else that and then took the sign off the door. And as she was walking away she muttered under her breath well hopefully the pool chemicals aren't messed up. Not a fan of whoever was on shift during check in and will not be back. The whole reason we booked that hotel was for the pool at before we booked the hotel we called to verify that the pool would be open during our check-in date and they verified it would so that also added in us believing the pool was open. If an employee is going to tell one set of guest something they should tell everyone in the room the same thing especially if it's about the area being closed to guests.

The WORST part was at checkout. They handed me a receipt for my one room, but when I got back home, I found they billed me for TWO rooms even though they said I only had one reserved!? Called the property twice and both times they said the manager would call back. She did not. Then, I went through Expedia and THEY sent two emails and also got ignored. Reserve here at your own risk, and if anything goes wrong, don't bother calling them because they will 100% ignore you.

Very close to the airport, nice parking area and parking was free, I liked that they had an airport shuttle, the room was large, quiet and nice, I appreciated the blackout shades, the bed was comfy, I appreciated the fridge, and I loved the 24-hour coffee. The gym was decent and the breakfast was very nice. Nothing.

The inside shade for the room window has an automated switch, which was not marked or was it clear that that was a means by which the blind had to be put down or retracted. It was painful exercise to get that to work properly once we were told that it worked by way of an unmarked, very obscure looking switch.

I had to take a cold shower because there wasn’t hot water available. When we checked out the woman at the desk acknowledged that since their renovation 2 years ago they haven’t been able to “dial in the hot water”.

There was no hot water the first morning and I was told it was because they had a full house?! This is unacceptable to my understanding. Guests should never have to worry about hot water. It’s a very cold shower indeed.

This location is ideal for park and ride to the airport. The staff are very friendly, the location is quiet and the shuttle is prompt for delivery and pick up

Hotel had everything we needed. Felt safe, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety. Pool was warm and well maintained. Had a great outdoor area.

All good but shower wasn’t very hot, warm to hot but a few more degrees would have made the shower and stay perfect. Also I wish they’d clean the room- empty garbage cans once daily. Would’ve been ok if I wasn’t there for four nights. Plus I didn’t have a coffee machine like my friend had in his down the hall. The coffee was always ready to go in the lobby so no big deal. Comfortable and I’ll stay there again when I’m back in Spokane. This happens 3-5 times a year.

The property has not been kept up-to-date on the maintenance. The hot tub was broken and green. The rooms windows were broken and it was the middle of winter and very cold. We had to change hotels it was that bad.

The place was not only smelled clean, their wasn't a speck of dust or dirt to be found anywhere. Despite being near the airport it was very quiet. I regularly stay at Holiday Inns across North Americia and this one is number 1 on my list. Thank you Janice and staff for all you do for your clients.

Be careful in the showers! Very slick. My granddaughter slipped and fell twice. One of the times she split her forehead and needed stitches in the ER. When I mentioned what happened to the front desk staff they said they do have non-slip mats, but that they would bring it up to the general manager. The two days we were there the water never got hot, barely lukewarm. The breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of options.

Never stayed in the room as when we were checking in we found out the pool wasn’t operational which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Staff was very helpful in recommending a different hotel in the area that had a working pool. By looking at the lobby everything looked very clean and new.

When we returned from our trip and requested a shuttle back to the hotel for our second stay, the receptionist was very rude and told us there were no more shuttles. Were travelling with young children who were very tired. They did eventually send a shuttle after we waited for quite some time. Recommend staff being trained to be friendlier and understanding for guests travelling with children. Room clean. Great breakfast selection. All other staff were friendly. Was just this person. Not sure i could recommend this hotel for families. But aside from that it was a good experience.

Everything was perfect (except the toilet paper holder, tp kept falling off lol.) The mattress was amazing and the pillows! The breakfast was delish. Having the shuttle service at 3 am was extremely nice.

Everything met my needs. Being able to leave my vehicle there while I was on my business trip was much more economical than the long term parking at the airport. Thanks!!

Entered my 80 degree room from outside (nice), but noticed immediately part of a candy wrapper on the floor at the foot of the bed. :( I got the room cooled down using the windows and closed the white translucent rolldown curtain. Looking for the heavier curtains to block out the street lights... NOPE. The room was not equipped to block out outside light! I went to bed on a beautiful and comfortable king bed and was asleep quickly, but I awoke, startled, 2 hrs. later thinking I overslept because it was getting light outside... It was not, it was the parking lot lights outside :( !!! That happened 3 more times thru the night!!! I was very disappointed because Holiday Inn Express was a trusted vendor... but not this hotel. I understand a maid missing a small scrap paper on the floor, but the lack of blackout curtains to keep the room dark for sleeping... NOT! I'll never stay in this hotel again.

The staff was just ok, the room was nice but when I got up in the morning I found a flee in the bed . I killed it and put it in a tissue and showed the persons at the desk when checking out. They didn’t seem to concerned about my sleeping in a bed with flees. 👎

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted warmly with a very quick and efficient check for two rooms. Beds and pillows were especially good. Breakfast was better than average for this type of limited service hotel. Property shows like new. Highly recommend.

What made me rate at okay was there was what seemed like a boys wrestling team staying on the same floor and they were running up and down the halls slamming doors and banging into the walls. At one point I thought the tv on the wall Was going to fall off.

Rang from the airport for a courtesy bus pickup and the concierge must have forgotten to tell the bus driver. Rang back after 45 minutes then waited a further 15 for the pickup.

Sink was broken and Window wouldn’t close in room. One of the elevators were broken as well as the hot tub was down to. Staff was nice.

I had a package delivered to the resort so I would get it in time for a trip. When I was checking in, the front desk person che led me in, got my package, arranged parking and a shuttle for the next day. And then organized a wake up call and lent me some scissors so I could get into my parcel. Super helpful and very polite all while smiling and carrying on a conversation.

The room was clean overall, and the staff was pleasant. I would have loved a better variety of breakfast. The pancake maker was down for the 2 days I stayed, and I would have loved some juice with my breakfast. Only water or coffee was available, and when it was time for me to check out, housekeeping was knocking at 10 a.m. I was not happy about that. I felt rushed when my time to check out was at 11 a.m. So when I’m ready to check out, I speak to someone in the front; all I got was, “Well, some people leave without letting the front know.” My question is why are you knocking at 10 a.m. if my checkout is at 11 a.m.? You should be checking after 11 a.m. It was frustrating because I was in the shower, and it seemed like I got rushed, and it didn’t feel right. I won’t come back, unfortunately. But overall, it’s clean.

I drove in from California to pick up my wife from the airport. We were driving to Montana and the weather reports had changed to expectation of snow in Montana. So I called ahead and asked if I could leave my car at your hotel since we were staying there the night before my wife's return flight. I was told it would be fine with the $25 fee that was normal. I knew that policy is for people leaving their car to take a flight and return with in a week, but since we don't do things the usual way I was worried. So thank you for being flexible and accommodating us.

The only thing I was disappointed by was the hot water in the shower. It was capped at fairly warm, definitely not hot. And after a 15 hour travel day all a gal wants is a HOT shower. Aside from that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Rooms were clean the hotel was in a secluded safe place. Breakfast was good. Loved having the couch in the room. It was good for t.v. watching. Shower had decent pressure and didnt take long to heat up.

When you walked in the lobby was gorgeous! Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!!! Shuttle offered to and from seaworld was great, short drive and they drop you off and pick you up right at the front. The room was definitely outdated to say the least. Not the most comfortable bed but it does the job, the sofa bed was horrendous: stains everywhere and could feel every single spring. It does look like they are starting some renovations though. Breakfast was great! Lots of options; waffles, eggs, sausage potatoes oatmeal yogurt fruit etc. Overall, it’s good for a night or 2 but I wouldn’t stay longer than that as of now, but again renovations may fix the comfort issues.

Great place to stay, with very pleasant employees. Worked well with our flights and parking our vehicle in a safe place. Arrangement of travel to and from the airport was excellent. They will be our go to facility in the future.

No bar fridge!! First time in 25 years I’ve encountered that I asked for a paper copy of the receipt and was denied. First time that’s ever happened Tub/shower was obviously not cleaned properly as there was a wet hair band on the shelf

Fortunately the next morning we were able to request to be moved to a double queen for the second night of our stay.

This one, when we got there they said give us an hour or 2 and should be good and it would give us sometime we called from our room they said closed for night. We had a do not disturb sign on door and at 842am a knock on the door had to get up and answer and house keeping said just checking. I said we have don’t disturb sign. She said we have to do that any way. We went to check out and made our complaint and they said 1 the house keeping should not of done that and is not true they can disturb you. And 2 they said they pool and hot tub machines to put chemicals in the pool was broken so they shut them down. I don’t like liars

Left a sweater in the drawer of my room - staff who answered the phone was going to check bagged lost items - have not heard. Need to call for a 3rd time! I won’t see my sweater - it’s only a sweater - but you have to think about all the left behind. Just say’n!

Clean room, Friendly staff, easy access right off the interstate. However during my stay, an elevator stopped working. I wasn't trapped or anything like that. And I was never able to obtain a room key. But the staff was great at always making sure i could access my room whenever i needed. And sadly there weren't any biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Its possible i was just too late and nissed them though. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very noisy due to traffic passing by won't stay on the second floor if I stay there again. The room was okay, not as clean as I like it. I DON’T understand why the hotel didn't get the room security codes fixed. It was inconvenient as I had to be walked to my room by hotel personnel each time I came out of the room.

Everything was great for my stay except i saw a glob of hair on the shower wall. I did ask the front desk if they could have someone clean the shower only. Unfortunately, they cleaned the whole bathroom, but never cleaned the hair off the shower wall. Pretty gross!

The General Manager checked us in, and she was friendly, courteous and very helpful. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions she provided. The room was clean and comfortable. Finding something to watch on TV was a bit of a challenge because there was no guide, and the channel directory provided did not always match up with the channels. The screen also got all fuzzy and screwed up many times. We would still recommend this hotel at this location.

Nice new building

The only problem with this visit was that the breakfast bar was nearly empty when we arrived at 8 a.m. No milk at the coffee bar, no cinnamon rolls, eggs were empty but eventually replaced, no bacon - just sausages, no orange juice. The breakfast is usually a favorite part of this hotel, so we were disappointed this time. Not up to the usual standard.

Right by air port

There was no WiFi. We were not told about this when we checked in. When we inquired about this the staff was rude and my husband and I both needed to work. Had we been informed about this we would have went somewhere else. Also, the beds are terrible, the pillows were flat, it was very noisy, and just an overall unpleasant terrible stay. Would not recommend.

Hotel overall was good. Beds in our opinion were not very comfortable. There was a good variety of food and drink for breakfast. We were a little disappointed the pancake machine was down during our stay. Staff was awesome. Even during a 1am fire alarm were we had to evacuate.

The room was clean. What I didn't like was the air conditioner didn't work properly. And the bed was hard. Another thing was the counter in the bathroom had 2 cutouts. There was no room there to put anything. The counter was weird never seen anything like it. It didn't make sense. I will say the hotel was clean and I love the black out curtains.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this property. Although we were not flying out from this airport hotel, we were glad to call this home for a couple days. The grounds were nice, parking was easy. Desk staff were friendly and common areas as well as rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great and as expected from a Holiday Inn including omelettes, meats, warm cinnamon buns and all the extras. Breakfast was well stocked and clean. The gentleman working the breakfast gladly refilled the juice when it ran out and I let him know. We would stay again!

The hotel looked like it was recently remodeled. The hot tub was broken though. Also my room was never freshened up, even when we left the room while 2 housekeepers were cleaning rooms around us.

Quick airport shuttle. Bed was okay, bathroom very clean. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed very well and the coffeemaker was broken though.

Fairly contemporary hotel. But first room they provided had not been fully cleaned from the previous occupant (floor/carpet was full of crumbs, one bed wasn't made up, ...). They promptly gave us another room. Although better, it was clear that this room hadn't been vacuumed and had in room garbage leftover previously. Need to pay attention to the cleaning details !

The employees behind the check-in desk were extremely helpful and very very very very nice I got to my room and realized how noisy it was because it's right by a major highway so I went back down to the front desk and ask for a different room no problem at all

My daughter and myself each of our families got a room and when we got there, we asked if by any chance could we have joining rooms? There was only one left. They asked if we wanted to wait and we did because we got there early. They cleaned the rooms right away and got us right up in there. Thank you for all your kind help

I really had a nice stay. I have high cleanliness standards so didn’t think the bathroom and room were clean enough but shared that feedback with the front desk and I believe they’ll fix. Breakfast was wonderful. Perfect place for a quick airport stay. Shuttle to and from airport was a nice touch.

The plus side, the person who checked us in was very personable and the beds were comfortable. The airport shuttle driver was really nice and the early morning desk person was friendly. I would stay there again but not in a room anywhere near the highway

Is there very very short time, I have stayed there before and I'm familiar with the property so I feel comfortable going there. Great to get to the airport.

Booked on expedia, great price. Convenient for our evening activities. Easy check-in. Only one issue, booked a king and we got a double queen. Too tired to mess with changing.

The room was lovely. The shower, while stunning to look at, was a hazzard due to the slipperyness of the floor when wet. I had to use a towel in the bottom of t h e shower to keep from slipping and falling down. This was a handicap accessable room and it turned out to be very dangerous. There wasn't even any handles in the shower to use for balance.

Beautiful, renovated property and amazing staff. Lots of parking and the rooms were super clean. Smelled nice.

Too much freeway noise!

A great comfortable and resourceful hotel for those traveling to and from the airport. Even down to having scales to weigh luggage before flights. Very spacious room!

Perfect place to relax after a day of driving. Nice facility that was clean and conveniently located to many businesses and restaurants on Route 2. Would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable price. Good location. Good food in the restaurant. Comedy club was a bonus. Great Jim. Only complaint pool was under construction. I would recommend this property.

Overall, nice hotel with a nice continental breakfast. Just disappointed because our room smelled like marijuana and we had our two children with us so that was not pleasant.

Rooms were clean and spacious. House cleaning ignored signs asking not to have service. Otherwise, we had comfortable beds and no noise from traffic or airport.

The hotel stay was great. The pool and hot tub were great too! Enjoyed our stay

The property is tucked away from the crowd AND close to the airport. Ample, free, easy parking. Its just off the highway, but you don't notice it's there. Interior noise is present on occasion, but it's muffled and not bothersome. Furnishings are clean and contemporary and staff was efficient and friendly. I found it the perfect choice for a night away. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was disappointing. Items not restocked even though it was just after 7:30

I did not lile the bed it was so hard I would habe been better off sleeping on the floor. Also the AC was so loud it keep me up all night but was to warm not to have it on. I also was up really late and was excited to sleep in, I had my do not disturb on the door and they teued to open it around 9, that woke me up and I wasn't to happy about that. The room and property was clean and close to a show we went and seen. I personally won't stay here again.

I really liked staying at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast had so many hot/cold options. Hotel was very clean and had spacious rooms. Highly recommend staying here!

The pool area was clean, but also very warm and humid. There were tons of windows, but we were unable to open them to let any fresh air in.

This is our new favorite hotel in Spokane! The staff are very friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and there was even a couch. The hot breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and the parking was convenient. Great value! Will be back for sure.

Our reservation of a "standard room" was incorrectly portrayed by Expedia. The room we were allocated was next to a solid wall of mechanical equipment and the noise from this was unacceptable. We cancelled our reservation and in good business practice, Expedia should give us a full refund.
