Nice clean room and friendly staff including the transportation driver

Perfect for airport or casino fun!

However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. While I was getting ready to leave for a Celebration of Life, I cut my finger deeply while using a razor. There was quite a bit of bleeding, and the shuttle driver kindly brought me some Band-Aids. Unfortunately, they were too small to fully cover the cut and manage the bleeding, so I asked for more. At that point, the front desk person seemed annoyed and said, “You can buy the Band-Aids.” As someone who worked for many years as an ER nurse, I understand supplies have limits, but in the moment of blood, pain, and urgency, what a guest needs most is care & responsiveness. I would have been happy to purchase Band-Aids (& I did!), however, I was trying to stop the bleeding and get out the door to a vital event to honor someone I loved who had passed away and thought the hotel was equipped. Hospitality is not only about renting rooms. It is also about how guests are responded to when they need basic assistance. I hope this feedback is received in that spirit. A kind tone and perhaps bringing out a first aid kit too is hospitality - and to count that just as important.

I just like this hotel. Have stayed multiple times and has always been a pleasant stay.

Property was nice clean check-in with a breeze, but I do not like or did not like was that housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:30 in the morning the day of checkout I texted the Front Desk and informed them that House was knocking at my door as it was, my understanding checkout was at noon received a message back saying oh sorry she must’ve been at the wrong room. Try to get a couple more hours of sleep and then housekeeping again knocked at my door at 10:25 AM at this point I texted the Front Desk again my frustration and then received a call from the Front Desk saying that it was a mistake and it shouldn’t happen they offered to extend my check out the two they offered me a complementary breakfast. I said now I am checking out immediately since apparently I am not wanted in this hotel I can get no rest. While checking out the Front Desk clerk that I had been texting Dean about my frustration and housekeeping, knocking on my door had the audacity to ask me if I had the do not disturb sign of my door because I would for sure keep House keeping away. I intern let her know that no I did not have the do not disturb sign of my door nor that I think I needed to put the do not disturb sign of my door since I was a one nice day and there was no indication that I was checking out early. I also let her know that I’ve worked in hospitality for six years, including night and usually we have to keep a list of rooms that need to be cleaned as well as who is checking out early.

Excellent value. Very clean. Checkin was a breeze. Staff at counter was amazing. Staying and park was so easy and convenient. Shuttle driver was friendly and efficient.

Our room was close to the airport and worked out great for our needs.

The pillows are dead and annoying but that the only thing I can find wrong. Great staff, clean grounds, pool and hot tub are well maintained. Great place to stay.

Everything was great but our room was sucked the AC was super loud the bed was rock hard and the blankets were like sand paper not cozy like the other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at needs some upgrades for sure

Airport shuttle arrived within minutes of us calling to request one. For our return at 3:30AM the next morning, the shuttle was there right on time. The hotel staff was beyond accommodating - they were awesome. It was all about the customer.

Location was perfect and the hotel room was clean and contemporary.

The room was large and clean

I had a room for 3 nights that had snacks & drinks in room as well as free breakfast every morning. My snacks/drinks were not replenished at all even though was supposed to be done daily. Also room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but my room was not cleaned at all. But, the breakfast was awesome! Plenty of parking and well lit at night. Bar was small but had some nice drinks available.

My husband and I only stay at this hotel when we travel to Spokane. The staff is amazing and really go above and beyond. The restaurant is stellar. The food is always wonderful. We have NEVER order anything (from breakfast to dinner) that wasn't tasty and delicious. 🙂

Location was great. Room was large and comfortable, perfect for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Nice amenities, super clean, nice staff. Hallways magnify sound so can easily hear loud people and slamming doors.

Yes the room was spotless and well set up. I appreciated being greeted with my name on the television for being a Hilton Honors member. Staff was wonderful the whole way through to our transportation driver to the airport. A solid "10"

The room Was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was done very quickly. The only Reason I'm giving a 4 star is the refrigerator was turned off and freezers tray wad full of water kinda made a mess. The was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. This was just an overnight before heading home, and it was convenient to the airport, and a shuttle was provided. Breakfast was available in the lobby, and a restaurant nextdoor provided a good and convenient dinner option.

This hotel has a 24 hr a day shuttle and I needed to be at the airport at 4:00 am. A very nice service.

P.s. my wife was highly complimentary of the bathroom and shower layout and use of the shower bottles instead of those little plastic ones.

Lovely hotel, very clean and safe. Friendly greating and very easy check in and out. Convenient of having an onsite restaurant and snack shop. No safe in the room was next to my only complaint. The only thing that soured my stay was a wake up call at 2:30 in the morning. I did not ask for that but their phone system is set to repeat it per room. Other than my rude awakening it was a nice stay.

Pretty good area, very nice and clean hotel, room very comfortable. Requested housekeeping on second day of our stay, by both call and text, and were assured we would have it but never did get it. Front doors moan something like a wolf every time they close. Good place, would stay again.

The staff down in the lounge/restaurant are great - very friendly and some of the best coq au vin I've had in a very long time! Also, I accidentally left my jacket in the room after departing, and they had it ready for me upon my return, with a smile to boot!

They checked the wrong person into our room ahead of us, so we walked into an occupied room. Then had to wait half hour for a new room. Then our key to new room didn't work on day 2. They did comp us a meal. But it was a hassle and walking into an occupied room could have been.... disastrous.

The pool was kind of dirty and the housekeeper did not clean our room or take the garbage out. Was a little disappointed in that but the staff was friendly and the room was clean when we arived. Overall not to bad.

Everything was great except the delay in picking us up at the airport when we returned from our trip. I think there was miscommunication to the shuttle driver. Other than that, it's our favorite location.

We ordered room service and after over an hour I called to Check on the order. They told me that they didn’t have anyone to bring room service up and now it was cold and asked if I wanted to cancel the order or wait longer to have them remake it. Finally after two hours our mediocre dinner showed up without utensils so I went down to get it 109 dollars for a crappy late dinner without any discount for poor service

Our hotel room was absolutely perfect - impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, and the bathroom was well-stocked with luxurious toiletries. The view from our window was stunning, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a mini-fridge and complimentary bottled water. A truly relaxing and comfortable stay!

Stayed for 1 night coming from Glacier Park. Did 3 loads of laundry and walked to dinner next door to the Rusty Moose (excellent). Convenient quick drive to the airport in the morning.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay at. We were able to use the laundry services, ate at the restaurant, and used the shuttle to the airport, which runs 24/ 7. Our room was very clean and comfortable, had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine. Would definitely recommend.

The room was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. Also the restaurant within walking distance was amazing.

Staff were helpful and someone was always available for questions or assistance. The room was clean with a large bathroom and plenty of space, but limited decorations made the atmosphere feel cool. View was parking lot and car wash. This is a nice place to stay for a quick trip and is close to the airport. The food items in lobby had a variety of options for late night snacking.

Hotel was nice and clean and the updates are nice. Staff was super friendly. Only thing is the pillows are not good! Very very uncomfortable and the shower was weirdly narrow.

Check in was at 4pm, arrived at 4:30, and was still not able to check in, the staff stated the rooms were not cleaned yet. Did not accommodate needs but offer a free breakfast. Did not actually get to my room until 5:15. The pool and hot tub were bother dirty and the pool towels were covered in peoples hair. Would never suggest this place nor will I return.

my stay was excellent as always! Great customer service and the hotel is clean. The shuttle service to the airport is great and I have no worries leaving my car there while gone.

The room was clean and tidy. We got there at midnight, from our flight. They take check-in until 1:00am. Nice that check-out is 12:00 noon instead of 11:00 most places. No free breakfast here.
