Close to where I needed to be; was clean, quiet and comfortable. Ran out of some things at breakfast (eggs, fruit).

It was very quiet. We didnt hear guests walking down the halls or closing doors. We didnt hear tvs or showers running. The room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was wonderful. They never ran out of food. It was hot, well-made, tasty. The staff was friendly, helpful, and available. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Definitely will be back.

We had an amazing stay at this facility. Staff were all very nice and professional. The breakfast is the BEST I have had at any hotel and it was FREE!

This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch.

We were in town for the State 1B Championships, having traveled 467 miles, we asked about an early check in (3pm)and staff accomodated it, were very helpful and communicative!

Wow, foremost, Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown-South has amazing staff! The rooms are clean and well cared for, but the front desk folks in particular have gone above and beyond in anticipating my needs while I've been in town caring for my father who just started hospice this week. Kudos to the management team on down to every staff member. I would happily stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they have ailing family or friends in the nearby hospitals or elsewhere in Spokane -- easy access to everything and onsite parking garage is included.

Everything was very nice from the comfortable room to the clean bathroom. My wife had surgery at 6:00 am so having a nice room to relax in prior to that made it that much nicer.

The tolet was dirty the shower was disgusting and the tolet paper had poo on it it wasnt a city view like promised on the add im looking at a wall..

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. I did not lie have to eat off of paper plates, and the breakfast was not that good.

It is a very nice property. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. I love the 24 hour fitness center and pool/hot tub. Every aspect of the property was clean and our stay was quiet. Now for the only negative thing that I have to say; I didn’t sleep good. I suspect it was the heater blowing on me during most of the night. When I turned it up to take the chill out of the room, my sinuses reacted and I couldn’t breathe through my nose and was sneezing constantly. This caused me to wake up completely at 4 am and turn the heat off. After turning the heat off, my ability to breathe normal returned. At this point I was awake and had a hard time going back to sleep. My only guess is maybe it was the air from outside the room being blown in. Since the location is downtown and close to other buildings, there may be a lot of trapped fumes and pollution that was being blown in. I don’t know that this is something that can be fixed by the hotel itself since the heater/ac unit appeared to be very clean, but it tainted an otherwise perfect stay.

Excellent hotel. Beautifully decorated, very clean, beds were comfortable, the included breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. They went out of there way make my two day stay extraordinary and memorable. Contacted me multiple time throughout my stay to be sure every need was met. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had to travel to Spokane for doctor appointment at Providence Sacred Heart and the friendly, helpful staff along with the spacious room, comfortable beds, evening soups and great breakfast selections made with this hotel more than convenient - it is now highly recommended!

This is not a bad place to stay but is too expensive for what you get. There were no bad surprises, but it just seemed like a pretty standard motel at a high price. We traveled with a dog and the pet fee was $50. There is no place on the motel property to walk a dog, instead we were directed to an area across the street; judging from the dead grass it is a well-used spot. I probably won’t stay there again, it is simply over-priced.

Generally excellent. If you’re staying there to visit a hospital guest, be sure to cross the road BEFORE coming to the busy intersection…it’s busy with a blind corner. The facilities, stay and staff were wonderful. If you’re a coffee person, be prepared…I was surprised that the coffee was so terrible. One coffee setup, even at breakfast, and it was truly some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. That said, I would absolutely stay there again, I would just buy my coffee elsewhere😊

Staff here are amazing and kind. The pool and gym was a big thing for us not to mention the awesome breakfast they serve in the mornings. Lots of food options nearby if you DoorDash, easy parking, and room was perfect for our family of 4. This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and I plan to return for a 4th next time I come back to Spokane. Definitely recommend staying here.

Overall a very nice place. Only complaint was that our 5th floor room that faced south was exposed to a lot of traffic noise. The included breakfast was nice, though it was obvious that the egg dishes were not freshly made.

The property is convenient to the city but at the elevation & location, it is quiet and with a great view. The staff were being helpful and considerate and we appreciated a good breakfast each morning.

The hotel was fabulous! We travel quite a lot for my kids sports. We will definitely stay here again for our next Gonzaga tournament. The hotel was spotless. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My kids were very impressed with the breakfast options!

We love this place and stay here often. Breakfast is great. Beer and wine in the lobby for purchase as well as food so you don't need to leave. Park in the parking garage. Beware that there are a lot of homeless not far from this hotel but never felt unsafe here. Rooms always excellent and staff also wonderful. Never had had a bad stay here ever. The only thing we could ever complain about is the conditioner and shower gel was empty in our shower at our stay this last time... but if that's the worse thing, I'd stay here over and over!

This pretty new property is very convenient to both Sacred Heart and Deaconess hospitals which makes it very convenient. Also on site above /underground parking was a necessity and very appreciated bc of the snowstorm.

It's convenient when i have to be at the hospital. The room we were in was along the road so it was very noisy and the man in the next room snored so loud it kept us awake.

Check-in/check-out was easy, great breakfast options, and the front desk associates were very helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure our room preferences were met. This was the second year we’ve stayed during Thanksgiving, and it’s our favorite!! Pool is always open and there’s always hot coffee!! :)

This hotel surprised me. It seems like it should have at least another half star on it's rating. The bed was nice. The water pressure was good. I haven't had such good customer service from a hotel staff in a very long time. The complimentary breakfast bar had good fruit. Everything was clean.

Hav stayed here a couple times before and find it clean, great breakfast and area, nice furnishings, and great beds! View room if fantastic, pool/hot tub area very nice and never busy. Daniel check me in and he told me about a couple things with registering that I did not know before. We had a fire drill and Daniel was calm and did well through this. He check me in quickly.....had a couple people before me....and gave me waters in a bag to make it easier to carry.

This Hampton Inn is always super clean, updated, modern, and walkable to the hospital. Staff are really friendly and the breakfast options are many and varied. Already booked for next continuing education event in December.

Our family stayed in the King Corner Suite and I found the room was great. It was really spacious, had flexible amenities (central table area that could be for seating and/or eating), it had a couch with a pull out bed plus a comfortable lounging chair. I liked the separate sink/fridge/counter area and the shelving options in the bathroom and bedroom area. If we had been staying longer it would have allowed for keeping the room tidy and storing personal items. The breakfast was delicious and had a big selection of hot and cold items. The pool and hot tub were just enough for some fun for the kids and a soak for us adults. The only downfall was that it is a bit farther from downtown shopping/Riverfront Park than I envisioned. Would stay again.

Stayed here while family is in the hospital. Close to Sacred Heart and St. Luke's. Very accommodating when I came in very early in the morning (1am) to meet my family that was already there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast options with lots of space to sit and dine.

Area around property was just rocks and dirt. Nothing developed. Had a homeless camp right below the property wall.

The night manager appears to be special because they always parked in the fire lane in the drive leading up to the front door. Dark color Dodge Charger was parked there almost every night. Us peons (residents) had to park in the cliff-side parking garage.
