We really enjoyed our short stay here. They even had a shuttle to take us to a restuarant for dinner. Continental breakfast was really good, staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't try the pool but it looked nice.

The 24hr access for the pool was great and loved the clean rooms. Having coffee at any time was also amazing and loved the breakfast selection The rate was a little high but other than that everything was exceptional

The check-in was a breeze. Rooms were very spacious comfortable. Pool area was excellent large room. I would probably give this hotel a 100 percent rating.. If it weren't for the breakfast.

This experience was 10/10!! We will be staying again next time we need a hotel in that area. The best parts were the pool/hot tub actually being warm/hot & the breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved having access to coffee in the lobby at all hours and the parking was very easy.

We have stayed here twice when visiting family. Very quiet and allow dogs. Breakfast was good, buffet pretty normal. Bed is comfy and rooms are nice and clean. Nice staff.

The breakfast area was swarming with people this morning. It was hard to get to the food because there was no organization. Because of this it was a challenge to enjoy my breakfast.

Location is alright, kind of a jaunt to get to the freeway.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was great had everything we needed. Bed was very hard though.

Long walk to room. Toilet paper was see through. Weird navigation from freeway. Beyond that it was ok.

Great place to stay over for an early-morning flight. We appreciated the shuttle service which operates around-the-clock: a 3:00am request is truly an acid test. Staff also provided us with a breakfast sack to help us on the way. Also thankful for the extended parking available at no additional cost.

We loved our stay! It is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at! They are also some of the friendliest staff! Very nice property and amenities! Highly recommend.

Breakfast was great. Excellent food. Place is in good shape. Close to downtown Spokane. Hotel is out by itself, so it seemed very safe.

This hotel is the quietest I have found in Spokane. I usually stay downtown or in the valley but this time I chose Hampton Inn. Although it is near the airport I wasn’t bothered by airplane noise nor by traffic noise. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus it’s an easy drive downtown. I definitely plan to stay there again.

We stayed here for the Bloomsday 12K run. Very clean rooms, hallways and common areas. Friendly staff too. We were very happy with our stay and will stay here again .

Great spread

Nice, clean property and room. Breakfast provided a lot of choices. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool which are open 24 hours as is the fitness room. I would stay here again. Located near the airport but downtown Spokane is close.

Needs update. Convenient location, comfortable beds.

To eat off the property with a voucher didn't evmeet the cost of the meal. To say the least I won't be staying there and the price wasn't that cheap. As a matter of fact the cost range was equal to the surrounding area.

The first thing upon entering the room was a personalized welcome displayed on the TV screen...nice touch. Room was super clean, breakfast absolutely amazing, and when you exited the room into the hallway, there was always soft music playing over the built-in speaker system. I just felt it gave a nice sense of elegance ans sophistication

We really had a great stay, and staff were very accommodating as we had a larger group. We were disappointed about the hot tub not being open; otherwise a great stay, clean rooms and comfortable bed, and satisfying breakfast. We will definitely stay again!

Welcoming staff, clean well kept property, nice clean pool, hot tub, and rooms, great parking, good large breakfast. Only cons are pillows too puffy and firm and they hurt your neck.

Breakfast had lots of variety. Kids to athletes to professionals could start their day happy. Plenty of parking. Double queen room was really spacious! Very happy we chose this Hampton Inn!!

The sink did not drain. They offered to someone. To come and fix it instead of giving us another room. We were tired . We used the sink in the bathroom of the lobby. The maid must have known that when she cleaned the room. We ca choose another hotel next time

The room was great and clean. We enjoyed having the connecting rooms. The common eating area wasn’t kept very clean. The trash would fill at breakfast and be full/overflowing the remainder of the day. The coffee area had several drips on the counter that were there for hours. The staff was really nice. The common areas just need more regular attention.

Staff were very courteous and helpful during our stay. I especially loved the welcome greeting on our tv screen! Our room was comfortable, linens and towels were fresh plus toiletries. Hot water on tap marvelous! Plenty of lighting. Hangers, iron and hair dryer along with hot coffee or tea with condiments. Comfy beds! Adjustable heat and air. Easy access to parking, dining room, ice, exercise and pool. Continental plus waffles for breakfast! Swell gift, magazine and snack shop! Wish we could’ve stayed longer but was so convenient to only drive a few miles to the airport vs 2 hours to make the flight to SeaTac. Thank you for the comfortable accommodations! We will be back next year just before New Year’s Eve!

This hotel is convenient for me for visiting my sister. The assistant manager Brittany was extremely helpful in resolving and issue for me. The attractive metal fence along the entry road is falling over and needs to be fixed.

Property was very clean and nice in appearance. The room was modern, clean and in good repair. I travel with my pet and they did not have pet poo bags stocked at the disposal can. Nor did they have trash cans in general. So everyone was using the pet poo can and it was overflowing. Overall, loved staying there and will again.

I had to stop in Kennewick because I got tired driving and I just looked this up on Expedia booked it. Check-in was easy and nice. My room was very clean and breakfast was amazing. I did love that. They had a half size fridge in there which was nice, it smelled good in there too.

emergency and we had to get to spokane asap. The price of this hotel was higher then others but it was closest to the hospital or so I thought. Its not. After realizing I booked hotel far, my husband contacted hotel . He spoke to shannon and the manager and told them what happned and they said they would refund our money since we were not staying there, it wasnt even 24 hours later and the terrible circumstances.Then expedia called them to verify they would give refund and they told them to not refund us the money. Expedia then took and kept money. Why not just say No upfront that they didnt want to refund. They didnt leagally have to give money so why say you would and then not. That would have been understood and eaiser. Not really nice but they had the right.We ended up staying at the hotel next to hospital downtown. Very nice place. Honest, kind. I would stay downtown again. Integrity matters. This place is a huge NO. Thanks for making a hard situation worse.

Super rude snotty staff

This is what every Hampton Inn should be like! One of the best experiences ever at a Hampton Inn…Hampton Inn is our preferred brand while traveling (if available, reasonable and fitting our need for a particular trip) and this is by far the best one we have ever experienced, stayed at, etc. Staff was excellent, service was great, facility seems completely purpose-built…exercise area was better than expected, pool and hot tub were functional and well laid out, along with the nice plus of an outdoor seating area outside the pool…if we’re in the area and in need again, we would definitely look here first…we’ve already mentioned and noted how much we liked this location to many friends.

We stayed here for the 3rd and 4th and it was wonderful :) I love the 24 access to the pool and hot tub, and the location is nice. Not in the center of downtown yet close to it and other areas. It was also very clean and the breakfast was good. We will stay here again when we come back to town!:)

Hampton Inn is very clean and has amazing staff at front desk, housekeeping and breakfast. Swimming pool and hottub area was clean and in great condition. I was worried about safety at first driving from downtown but the neighborhood is clean and quiet. The neiboring Finch Arboretum is a great place to visit too!

If you’re sensitive to noise, the only thing I would say is to not be in a room at the front of the hotel because you get a lot of freeway traffic noise. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Complimentary breakfast had a good selection of food and tasty. They also have airport shuttle service. This is my second stay here and I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfy beds and pillow, blackout curtains. Check in was smooth and easy so was customer service. Only thing I noticed was the bathroom floor wasn’t so throughly clean. Corners around toilet still bad hair and dirt and underneath sink was still little bit messy. But other than that I recommend and would come back.

The place was clean, and quiet. What was also nice was their 24/7 swimming pool and gym. Our family enjoyed our evening swim without worrying what time it'll close. An awesome stay!

Everything was great at the property and staff with the exception that the elevator was not working during our full two day stay. Since we were on the second floor, we were required to use the stairs. I have been having knee problems which made each trip up and down the stairs painful.

I love this hotel. The staff are always welcoming and so friendly. The hotel itself is well maintained and cared for. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a good continental breakfast also.

Incompetent front desk staff. The last few times I stayed here, multiple door cards were issued. None worked, so I ended up having to go back to the front desk multiple times. It was just the total incompetence of the people working. Terrible customer service! Really disappointing

This was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Between the service and the amenities, it was all fantastic. The gym and pool/hot tub were far better than the average hotel. The breakfast was great and staff was friendly, engaging and really put the customer first.

The hotel was clean, Sasha at the front desk was so friendly and accomodating, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the early morning shuttle to the airport. Overall great experience, I would definitely stay here again
