Breakfast was very nice and much better than standard hotel breakfasts! Especially the scrambled eggs… and the option of oat-milk! Locations for us is great The carpet in the room looks and feels dingy and the pattern is very hard to see things that you might drop… Also the floor of the hot tub looked stained?dirty?

we reached 10 pm and had to leave following day 12 pm late check out is 12:30 max

The staff were very friendly and accomendating! They were helpful and genuinely happy. We arrived later than intended but still greeted with lots of warm hospitality. I really liked the checkout time too! There were lots of good options for breakfast as well! More attention to detail in the shower.

The rooms are standard, but nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is better than your usual fare - pretty impressive. And the workout room is also better than expected. Nice place to stay in Spokane.

Got room 107. Bottom floor next to the elevator, closest to the pool. Smelled like bleach. Big hicks were chatting near our front door all night. Everyone was having a good time except us. The manager did not seem to care; maybe it was him.

All the front desk clerks were very helpful, kind, and VERY professional. The continental breakfast was wonderful, especially on Sunday when they serve biscuits and gravy (YUMMY!!!) The swimming pool and workout room was very clean and modern. All staff members that we encountered were kind and professional. At 7 to 9 pm it was cookie time in the dinning room and all my kids got a sugar rush before we go to bed. Overall this hotel surpass my expectations.

Friendly and super helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast, nice pool/hot tub area open late (especially great after a 7 hour drive from west oregon!) Spokane is charming and front desk folks helped us make sure we experienced the best parts in a short stay.

You can smell the chlorine from the pool and hot tub super strong right when you walk in the front lobby, and the walls are so thin you could hear a fly fart. I literally could hear the dude next door to us farting in the night. We wound up turning on youtube on a sound machine to drown weird other people sounds out so we could sleep.

Staff was great very friendly and accommodating. I was very upset when I went down to coffee Monday morning and I ask for French vanilla creamer and the staff told me that company rules they can't put it out on weekdays. I probably won't stay on your properties again

Room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast included real food and tasted great. The location is perfect for exploring Spokane’s riverfront. We’ll definitely be back.

Great place. The clerks were wonderful. Went above and beyond. The continental breakfast was fabulous. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was very pleased with my stay; they had made some accommodations for us for a certain situation and I really appreciate that they did this instead of having to find a new hotel they worked with me.

The beds were horrible and extremely uncomfortable. The people in the room above us were stomping early in the morning and late at night. Would def not recommend and will never stay there again.

The room was clean and just what we needed. The breakfast included a waffle station, eggs, bacon an awesome oatmeal bar, muffins, cereal, and yogurt. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was so cranky! Very loud you can hear everything in halls and rooms above and below and even on street.

The 24-hour hot chocolate and coffee was a bonus that we needed. The breakfast was amazing smell good fresh fluffy I felt like I was at my grandma's house That's how comfortable I was. The rooms were good, big and comfy. We will be back THANK YOU🙂

Stay here for a conference at UW Medicine. Best so far among the rest compare other hotels nearby this area if the purpose to want something super close to campuses-UW Medicine, Gonzaga, WSU Medicine.

Comfortable beds. Felt safe. Drove around to look at Gonzaga and then got Chipotle. Found good parking in hotel front lot. Great breakfast. Nice employees.

I appreciated the flexibility when checking in - I had a doctor's appointment at 2:30 pm that day, and I was allowed to check in early.

Staff smoke at entrance. Second hand smoke is being forced by hotel. Also, I did not feel about Fairfield Standard being maint. way too many shortcut...

The location was good. The only thing was the room that was labelled a suite (2 rooms) was not separated by a door.

I booked a K w/sleeper sofa in case my nephew wanted to spend the night (he did). Check-in was easy, and I appreciated MaryAlice's help in getting the Bonvoy app to get points for my stay. She also offered an assortment of flyers w/coupons & menus when she heard us say we were going to find someplace for dinner, and got a "bed in a bag" set for the sofabed. She also let us know that there would be fresh-baked cookies later at the desk. Our room only had 1 cup and 1 k-cup, but MaryAlice gave us more the next day. Fortunately our room was right across from the breakfast area and had coffee all day. The parking lot was ample, clean, and safe. The pool was indoors and not heated, but it wasn't cold so a swim was refreshing. There was also a hot tub, but we didn't go in it. Both had lifts, which was nice to see for those who may need it. I would definitely stay here again.

The entire hotel—from the lobby and hallways to the kitchen area and our room—was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, which we really appreciated. The bedding and towels were soft, high-quality, and exceeded our expectations. We also loved the large TV in our room—it was easy to use and made our night in even more enjoyable. Having 24-hour access to coffee and tea was a great touch, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is another plus—just a short walk from downtown Spokane and close to all our favorite restaurants and venues. Overall, our experience made us feel special and completely comfortable. We will definitely be returning for another staycation in the future!

Close to everything. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast consisting of eggs, sausages or bacon, cereal and fruit. Coffee and tea all day long. Staff are friendly and keep the place clean. Shannon was the manager when we were there and she was so helpful.

The staff did an excellent job during my stay. The homeless hanging around the back parking lot caused me to move my vehicle around the front for added security.

I did not like the sign that hung on the towels rack. Basically stating if you don’t use the towel leave it on the rack so the next customer can use it.

They are the best at accommodating any of your needs.

They were very accommodating...they were more accommodating than going to a nice 5 star hotel. We went for the use of a hot tub at the time of our visit it was out of service and wouldnt be fixed till 9am the following morning so they offered a late check out of 4pm or a refund so we could go somewhere else. The offer of a 4pm late check out to accommodate our reason for choosing their establishment was top line service. Now my top pick place.

This property was very clean and safe for a downtown hotel. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was a top notch continental breakfast with higher grade options. We enjoyed the evening cookies as well!

Gtreat service

We did get stuck in the elevator but they had us out of there quickly. We had just left breakfast so were on the ground floor with the check in desk is literally right around the corner. A quick phone call and a couple of minutes later we were out. Manager on duty was very kind, took action quick, and was apologetic. She said she would let a higher up know what happened and that they “would take care of us”. Not sure what that translates to, but certainly did appreciate the quick response from staff! Getting stuck in an elevator is something that crosses my mind every time I get into one, now that it actually happened it wasn’t the awful scenario my mind always imagined.

The front desk gal from Conrad was soooooi sweet. She was so kind and inviting. The pool was fantastic. Kids had a blast. Room was very clean. Very spacious. And the breakfast was top notch. The gal doing breakfast was super nice and everything was stocked and fresh. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend for families!

Clean as always is

The staff was nice and it was clean. But the linen closet was right outside our room and everytime a house keeper opened the door they would let it slam behind them and woke us up. The second day was better because the front desk staff talked to them, but they went right back to letting it slam the next morning. I dont want to be woken up by slamming doors while I am trying to enjoy vacation with my family!

Likes-renovated bathroom, pool looked clean, exercise equipment looked new, breakfast was all show but not good, in between conversation center & campus. I have stayed in a ton of hotels and motels and this one “looked” good online and they spent money on some things but only for show and not for comfort. Not worth the cost.

Location was nice, close to Spokane Valley mall and breakfast was good. It did take a while for our room to cool off but to be fair it was 100° outside. Check-in was very smooth and easy and staff was very nice. Only cons were bathroom shower floor was very slippery and the freezer in the fridge was dirty it needed the ice defrosted and cleaned out.

Hide a bed very uncomfortable, loud street noise, one staff member very rude, no daily housekeeping or refreshing of room/ towels. With that being said, convenient location to convention center and downtown area, clean, affordable

Management was apologetic but the hotel was full and they could not provide us with anything else but a bed on the floor. Made out of cushions and pillows. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very loud. I could hear the elevator dinging and people talking… also could hear the people above us walking. Definitely did not have a good sleep. Hotel is renovated though and in good condition.

I had the best stay here! Great greeting and check in. Clean updated room. I love that I am just by downtown and can get to the river walk so east….bonus….no paid parking!
