Professional and helpful staff. Clean and beautiful.

I got there and they couldn't find my reservation even after I showed them all my confirmation email and my bank account showing them I was charged for a room then had to go elsewhere cause they had no availability for a 2 bed room

Good location, free parking. Good staff. Great room. But the conditioner bottle was completely empty and the hair around the empty conditioner bottle made me wonder how long it had been empty. Other than that, it was nice. I recommend better soap.

It was very close to the airport and the shuttle was waiting for me at 4 am. Very nice.

Room was clean, parking was ok, room was super nosey. We had an early morning flight and the person above us must of come in on an early morning flight as we were woken up at midnight from them walking around. Then woke up when the person in the room next to us got in the shower. You could literally hear everything except for the planes.

Location and staff were very friendly would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness and front desk service Lack of hot water and noise - I think from the heater. Light sleeper so not really hotel’s problem.

Staff was great. Room was a little noisy… icemaker outside and toilet ran. Had to turn water off.

The check-in clerk was excellent. A lot of noise from the heating system which woke us up twice in the middle of the night. Room service left us with only decaf coffees. Breakfast should be earlier for those with early flights.

I loved the shower. It was pretty, functional and had good water pressure. I couldn't figure out how tontuem on the living room lights

Location was good. And the breakfast was alright. The staff were great. However my room had bed bugs in it. I smashed 5 at least. :( which made my stay not so good. I want a refund as well. Bed bugs. No room change. No refund. And the neighbors were awfully loud each night

Very clean spacious room. Very good breakfast for this level of hotel with both hot and cold items. We were not expecting much but very pleasantly surprised. The breakfast room attendant was very pleasant and even went and made my husband some more bacon as the pan was empty. We would definitely stay again should we have a need-it was a 5 min walk from baggage claim.

The staff was exceptional! They were helpful and easy to reach and talk to about any questions. I truly appreciated the extra help given. The beds were more firm than what I enjoy.

2 things: 1st, toilet had been used and not cleaned (fecal matter) and we had to be relocated. The second room was clean and proper. 2nd, It is called an 'airport' location, yet there is no shuttle service. Didn't really care for that.

Walkways and signs pointing to the airport would be a nice amenity.

Bed was comfortable. No restaurant. Inconvenient to get to the nearest restaurant. Won’t go back.

We stayed at Fairfield because we had an early flight from the airport the next morning. They were very accommodating and helped us in so many ways. They allowed us to leave our car there and also hit us to the airport early the next morning. The beds and everything was like brand new and so comfortable. Easy walk in showers and very modern decor. Nice and spotless. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely go there another time if we have to travel from out of town.

The a/c didn’t work well. It just puts out barely cool air, basically a fan.

Greeted warmly as we entered the door. Was asked what floor we preferred. Extremely attentive and gave us all kinds of information we asked about. The beds were wonderful, clean and everything was so nice. Unfortunately we had to leave early and couldn’t try out the breakfast.

The room was nice and clean and so close to the airport car rental return.

It was wonderful! The bed was top tier in comfort, 10/10 location!

Being a recently renovated property it is in excellent shape. Even the faint smell of construction invigorates me.

Great customer service

The hotel was overbooked and they sent us to another hotel which was 20 mins away. Although they didnt charge us anything, the hassle at 3 am at night was awful.

When booking online it says they have a pool at the hotel. We get checked in and the pool they have available is down the road at another hotel

Came here expecting a pool for the kids based on the Hotels.com listing. At check in we learned the advertised pool is actually at the Springhill Suites down the road a good walk away. There is NOT a pool here! Staff was very helpful in resolving the issue for us.

Very convienient for an early flight. Shuttle was provided (or uber taken care of by them being it eas 3:45 am). Good price for the quality experience.

We really appreciated that by staying at the hotel, we could leave our car there and not have to pay for extra parking. Marriott is usually one of our preferred hotels.

So this is no longer the Wingate. It is now the Fairfield. With this change that happened about 3-29-2025 the check in time and staff have changed. Be aware of all of this. We have stayed at this hotel for many years and never have had a problem. We arrive about 2:45 and was told no check in till 4:00. sat in our car. then problem with Expedia reservation. We were very tired and tried to be nice but no help from the staff. very disappointing.
