Tv didn’t work and both people at front desk didn’t seem to worried about it as well as everyone I spoke to about canceling the next day said it would not be a problem will not stay here again and it’s too bad because usually it’s a great place but this was ridiculous

Cozy well appointed property. I liked that the pool and spa were open 24 hours. The breakfast was good. Free popcorn in the lobby. I couldn’t find an ice machine on the 4th floor.

Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane.

This was definitely a bargain. This Comfort Inn location is clean, well maintained and comfortable. I stayed with my dog and she was just as happy with the place (She has been very nervous on this road trip). Absolutely will be staying again if I overnight in Spokane again.

It is a lovely property , rooms are clean, breakfast is good. We had a king suite. The pull out sofa was the 2nd bed. The mattress was actually a foam pad which did nothing to keep you from feeling the springs etc. This should be upgraded or replaced. It was hard to get a good nights sleep.

Before booking at Comfort Suits with Expedia my wife had called them asking about the Pool & Spa. Was told both were open and usable. When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. He asked our name, said we were ready to go and pass cards on the front counter. Later went for a walk to check out the spa. Was a sign saying out of order when they just told us the day before it was all usable. When we question the front desk person he told us that's what happen when we use Expedia to book rooms. Things get all screwed up. Next time book direct. Went to use the vending machine for water it wouldn't give you change back. Tried again for another bottle use a credit card. Said transaction complete but no water. Thinking it didn't go through I tried 3 more times. Still no water. Guy at the front said he has nothing do anything with the machine and couldn't help us. Later found out it charged us 4 times for water on card. This morning when leaving, the new person at the decks said he would looking it. I asked him point blank if they didn't like Expedia. Said they didn't because everything changes. This won't ever happen again at Comfort Suits or Expedia

I really liked how the pool was 24 hours it was the first time I’ve ever seen a pool 24 hours in a hotel. I didn’t like how the power went out in the morning and so there was no breakfast or pool available that morning.

The Comfort Inn, Spokane Comfort Inn me! I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn property, but this place was clean, as clean as any Hilton property, and the bed, the bedding, and the room were very comfortable. The staff was accommodating and professional and the breakfast was good. Nice job!

They are so reasonably priced, but I was almost surprised at how nice & comfortable everything was, and how amazing, kind & welcoming their staff are. There was only one staff member at night. Our toilet flooded, the front desk person plunged the toilet but the mess never was cleaned up so we had to step around wet towels to use the bathroom.

I love that the pool and hottub is 24 hours. I love the fridge and microwave in the room.

The room we stayed in was awful the bed was just a topper on a broken frame which I took pictures of. The curtains were so dirty and had big liquid stains on them and there were a lot of exposed wires. The walls were paper thin and some of the lamps did not work. The hotel itself was okay but the room we stayed in was trash

WIFI worked great to keep me connected with work. Breakfast was a little redundant after a couple of days, but was good. Did not see hot water to make tea, coffee was good most days periodically was a little meh.

The things I did not like: Linen cart was outside my door all the time. The shampoo/conditioner in the shower did not work and the lotion container did not work. Maybe they are clogged. Fresh fruit did not look good. I would stay at this hotel again but I would bring my own toiletries.

The facilities was very clean and looked up, kept throughout the entire state. The staff was more than nice, always accommodating and willing to help out with whatever crazy question assistance we may have needed.

The staff here are amazing especially the older man who was sweeping outside. I was very confused when pulling in about all the cones in the parking spots. I was able to find a spot. This would be a 5 star hotel if my AC/Heater unit in my room didn't make a atrocious noise every time it switched on. It got so bad I had to shut it off to get to sleep. The room was perfectly clean and functional otherwise. The breakfast was great and the staff person running it was amazing. The swimming pool looks great and I wish I had time to use it. I will definitely stay here again.

Small property, but great amenities

At 2am our toilet overflow, we had to pack up and move to another room in the middle of the night. Had a dog and child to transfer to the new room. In the new room the water temperature in the shower was backwards so cold was hot, hot was cold. Called General Manager Valencia to share my concerns. Never heard from her. I will be calling the head office about my stay and compensation for this trip. By the way breakfast was the same for the 3 days we stayed.

Very clean room on arrival and friendly staff. Parking was easy and seemed safe. Good location just off freeway (10-15 minutes from downtown Spokane). A few restaurants nearby with a Super Walmart and the Spokane Valley Mall both 5-10 minutes away. Breakfast was adequate with typical waffle maker, eggs, sausage, cereal, toast etc. would definitely recommend and would stay again.

When we got to our room, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Every detail in the room seemed thoughtfully prepared. The amenities truly exceeded our expectations. The spa, in particular, was so relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind. It really added an extra level of enjoyment to our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary breakfast…it was AMAZING! The strawberry waffles were absolutely delicious, and the variety of buffet options was outstanding. There was something for everyone, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service!

I got a severe allergic reaction to the laundry soap used on the bedding. Broke out in hives.

We arrived at almost midnight so I can’t say how the pool and recreational amenities are. But our room was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was also super friendly and professional.

That said, the customer service was terrible. Except the front desk. The person managing the breakfast area is in dire need of customer service training. I don’t think it was value for money and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was great, didnt use the pool or laundry so i have no review on those. The morning of checkout, a cockroach ran across the bedroom floor!

Laundry was very useful. Breakfast was standard warm and employees there were so timely with restocking everything! They worked really quickly and are on top of things! Pool and hot tub looked good but this time I did t have time to enjoy but many others did. Fitness center had good choices a business office worked well , even printer!

We’ve stayed here because it’s a great place for traveling with dogs. We have two big dogs and some places have weight limits for dogs. There’s a big grassy area to take them to do their duty and poop bags all over the property if needed. Great thing to is there is a dog park just a few blocks down the street where they can run and stretch their legs.

The room was very comfortable, but could have been cleaned better. The bed comforter or top blanket was dirty, and had pet hair on it. As well as the bed skirt around the bottom of the bed had stains all over. I would have given 5 stars had the beds been perfectly clean.

The only con is the fact that I could hear people’s doors close and the thumping from above. Probably an older build..,?

The stuff was nice. Rooms were clean. It’s a good place for sleeping and relaxing. The heater made too much noise but it was ok.

Breakfast wasn’t as “top rated” as we’d hope. Juice machine was out of order. Coffee was ok. Waffle machine didn’t go for long enough given the amount of batter recommended so it was a bit soggy. Breakfast sausages were ok. It was average complimentary breakfast. Rooms and service were good.

Fan on heater unit was going out and making a lot of noise every time it kicked on. We asked that it be repaired before our second night in the room. It wasn't and no explanation was given or an offer for rate concession for our inconvenience.

Bathroom door doesn't latch, making it hard to have any privacy. Bathroom light shutoff, both the timer one and main one for about five minutes while we were showering. Pretty disappointing...

I understand and fully expect there to be noise but I had to call the front desk 2 times about the noise level above us. Once at 11:30 pm and then again after midnight. We had an early start the next day so we were tired after not being able to get a good nights sleep

The air unit in the room made a whirring noise while unit was on. We shut it off because we couldn’t sleep with the noise. Then got too hot. Overall, fine for the price.

The breakfast food was fresh. However the menu was limited to scrambled eggs and susuage links. I would have like to have had an omlette. There was plenty of toast, juice , serial and the like. The dining area was clean and well maintained. Food was replenished in a timely manner as needed

We had a great stay with our 2 kids and dog! The staff was professional and helpful (shoutout to Emma). Room was clean, breakfast was solid, popcorn & coffee available at all hours. Only thing that would be nice to have the pool more heated, but that was not a deal breaker.

Great stay! Checked in super late and asked for a later checkout and the front desk staff had no problem with that. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was great, bigger than most, very comfortable king size bed. Linens were quality and very comfortable and clean. Everything was five stars. I’ll definitely stay here again! Didn’t get to take a dip in the pool or the hot tub but I will next time. No doubt both are great!

I got a small shard of glass in my foot as soon as I took my shoes off in the hotel room. I then asked front desk for help but was only given a plastic pair of pliers. This was not able to get glass out of my foot.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean. Helped us with parking a large rig. We did have our dog and the room they gave us was obviously the “dog” room. It was a basement room and was quite dated and smelled of pets. It was stained in places and there were drips marks down the walls. Considering the marks it got I was a little surprised.

We love Comfort Inns but thyre not aĺ the same...our room was clean & the overall facility including the spacious indoor pool was great. Our bed was a bit low to the floor so my spouse syrained a bit getting oit of bed, linens were fine but it may be time for fresh pillows to replace the lumpy ones!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and check-in was a breeze. When we got to our room, we noticed an issue with the bathroom door (it wouldn’t unlock). The check-in agent handled it right away and upgraded us at no extra charge—which we especially appreciated since it was a late-night arrival. The room was beautiful, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and overall the experience was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay! This will be our new frequented location when we come to see family. All the front desk staff were friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We had an initial concern with our first room; it was quickly and seamlessly resolved by the very kind front desk receptionist. The breakfast was hot, and plentiful, and I appreciated that extra seating was provided as we had two sports teams staying at the same time and it was popular! Thank you!

Frankly the the room really needed a very deep cleaning the paint was stained and chipped, at a minimum the carpet needed a deep cleaning or better yet replacement, the curtains were heavily stained with gigantic stains some of them look like they could possibly be blood, the couch was stained and felt grimy to sit on The room was well vacuumed and dusted, the amenities all seemed to work fine. The bathroom was clean. however this room really needed a major deep cleaning and freshening especially the curtains they were horrendous!

After an 8 Hour drive I didn't expect to have to wait for 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to finish taking a picture of the full moon outside before I could check in. Once we checked in, we went to our room, it was a pretty basic room, which was fine because we were only there for one night. The thing that turned me off was the smell of the pillows. Frankly, they smelt like stinky feet. We were supposed to stay there on our drive back through Spokane, but I cancelled it and got a different hotel.

Because first trip from another trip was fine. I suggest more deep cleaning of carpets and upholstered chairs, not just vacuum and dust. Bed was comfortable.

Awesome family location. Great pool, bathtub in the room, nice beds, good AC, good breakfast. Excellent location right on the interstate. Would 10/10 recommend to families traveling. Also it's a good crowd of people staying here, we felt safe and it was quiet.

You get what you paid for it is so true on this case, the hotel is old and dirty, the carpet in the room smells and the shower is rusted. I have stayed in other Comfort Inn hotels and I have had good experiences but this ones was very disappointing

Stayed for one night here when needed place to rest, halfway between Seattle to Kalispell. So quiet, clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable! Everything one needs. Nice to be in place where fridge, microwave and coffee maker in every room a given. As it should be! Pleasant experience.

We have been staying here during trips to Spokane the last couple of years. It is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There were minor repair issues (leaky faucet, noisy AC) , but otherwise our stay was great.

We stayed for one night with dogs. We appreciated the green space around for dog relief. The room was adequate and beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was just enough.

We stayed for two nights unexpectedly. And location was exactly what we needed. Very clean very comfortable. Would stay again.

The only thing that we found odd was no restrooms on the lower level where the pool anf gym were. So you had to go up to the lobby, then request a key from the front desk to use the lobby restrooms. It seems like most hotels have a restroom near the pool, as well as restrooms available in the lobby for guest, without needing to go request a key. This was a minor inconvenience and I would still stay at this comfort Inn again.

Everything was clean, but there was mildew above the shower on the wall. I thought it was strange that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom, not a fan of that. The guy who checked us in barely said two words to us. The phone in the room didn’t work, which I found out because I tried to call to find out breakfast and check out times.

It was a smooth check-in. Room was clean and beautiful.

Staff was friendly but couldn't do much other than get a refund. That's great but doesn't help with the fact that this is going to impact my life in a pretty terrible way for a while.

Layover stop on the way to Montana. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning had a nice selection of foods to choose from.

The carpet is stinky. The toilet was not flushing properly and it was very hard to manage. I asked to switch for different room but the front desk said they don't have rooms available. So we had to stay the night here. Fortunately I booked this from Expedia and i complained Expedia about this and Expedia refunded this.

This was a very clean facility, with a nice clean pool & hot tub. The breakfast bar was kept clean, stocked, and with plenty of options. We have been traveling a lot lately, and this is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Staff is friendly, and the hotel is within 5 minutes of the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants, and within walking distance from the hospital (which is located across the street). Pool is open 24/7, and many people seemed to be late to breakfast and they still ensured late arrivals were taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel. The buildings/area directly around are a little dingy, and it almost feels like this hotel is too good for where it is located. Whomever is running this id doing an incredible job with cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.

Happy that the Pool is 24 hours

HVAC didnt work, room was hot and made a loud noise the whole night, we told the lady at the front desk and she said they would have someone look at it for the next guest. The guy who checked us in was good.

I usually stay at Comfort Inns when I travel. They always have comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. They are clean and quiet. A big plus is their free breakfast serving fresh eggs, sausage or bacon, toast, bagels and muffins. Cereal and yogurt and waffles are also available.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. They also have a great pool and modern gym. Staff is super friendly. Service is really great. They also have popcorn!

The breakfast is good, but does not change. If you stay multiple days it gets old eating the same thing.

We had an amazing stay

We are both handicapped and do carry a state placard. One of the days, the only available handicap spot had a cone in it, as it was reserved for someone claiming to be severely handicapped. They would not remove the cone and we were forced to park in a non handicap spot.

Very comfortable mattress, pillows, and bedding. Blackout curtains were really helpful. Although I could hear my neighbor’s TV, I didn’t mind it as it was fairly quiet. Very kind staff and many choices for breakfast. Didn’t get to the pool, but hope to come back another time!

Spiders, basement room, the inside of the phone cord had years of old dust caked inside. The outside had been cleaned, and in general it looked like the staff did a decent job cleaning the rooms, but things (like holes in doors) were patched instead of replaced. The room was dark with only one window looking out onto the parking lot, and no sheer curtain, just a heavy curtain. So people in the parking lot could look in and see everything, unless you closed the blackout curtains, which made the room dark as a tomb. I asked the front desk about a getting a refund on the second night so we could change hotels and was told to talk to somebody in the morning. The next morning the iron fell apart in my hand while ironing my dress for my grandmother’s memorial. I burned my fingers instinctively trying to stop the pieces from falling. I spoke to the front desk and was told a manager would reach out to me, but it didn’t sound very convincing. Had to finish ironing our funeral attire at a family member’s hotel and booked a room there for night #2. Never heard from the hotel. No refund received.

Best hotel breakfast we’ve had in a long while. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean, close to everything we needed. Only downside was limited parking, especially with huge work trucks taking up 2-4 spots each night.

What we liked was the beds and so soft pillows. What we didn’t like was there was no bathroom fan and the water in the tub was hard to turn on ( turn knob)

Very nice hotel and room

The only thing I am not a fan of is all the feather bedding. Feathers have a lot of allegens and I end up with my eyes itchy and coughing when I sleep with them.

Great location for quick traveling. Will book again when in Spokane.

The carpet in our room was filthy. It was so dirty we couldn’t walk in our bare feet. There were flies in the room too. The juice dispenser was out of order and the elevator is so narrow you couldn’t get two people and a luggage carrier in it.

The hotel is quiet, clean, and an easy location off the highway. The employees were welcoming and friendly. There was a decent variety of food at the breakfast.

Room conditions were unacceptable. Bad smell and questionable spots on the ceiling.
