We truly loved the Room location. It was the one right at the side entrance just a couple of steps from the disabled parking. Giving us the privacy of getting straight to the room rather than walking through the lobby. Front desk workers were always kind and very accommodating. Shout out to the Front Desk evening guy who made us feel like our last minute request was no issue. Breakfast was delish and available early enough for the ones who have to wake up and go. We were able to take our food to our room to enjoy. This was our first time in Spokane and we picked the Best hotel. When we plan another trip we will always book at Best Western North. Thank for having us!

We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay - pretty fast for a Sunday!

Coffee pods, trash pickup until after the 3rd night. Cleaning lady was nice when I aExpedia Things, but should not have to ask on a 3 night stay. Also quite expensive hotel for the class. Would have been 400.00 a night if we didn't use expedia.

I will use them again. Staff is excellent and kind. Those that take care of the rooms do a more detailed job than many hotels.

Upon walking in there was an overbearing air freshener smell- which, if not so strong wouldn’t have been bad. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a Budweiser can in our windowsill behind the curtain (which after the fact, we could see it in the window from outside). The pullout couch had a stain on the mattress which was noticed when pulling out the couch. QThe fridge kept NOTHING cold.

The staff was helpful on every level from adding a last minute extra night to providing extra supplies for our room. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The room had a larger than normal refrigerator which was helpful. The included breakfast was more than we expected. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast is good. It is a full buffet. The Wi-Fi connection was good. For anyone staying there your password for the internet is on your card key envelope. It will save you a trip to the front desk ( which I made) or a call to find out what it is. The motel is off the road a little bit so it is quiet. I will go back again without hesitation.

Every time we go to Spokane, we stay here. We love the everything about this hotel; the staff, the breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. Definitely staying there every time we go.

Another criticism, though not as important, is that the breakfast area got extremely crowded in the am. That room is too small, with not enough tables and chairs.

The hotel was a great, and the breakfast was terrific. The staff serving breakfast were very friendly and worked hard to get the items restocked. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

When we returned to our car shortly after checking in, there were people right next to it drinking and openly using drugs, which made us feel very unsafe — especially traveling with children. Because of the conditions and environment, we decided not to stay and checked out less than two hours after arrival. When I explained our concerns, the front desk clerk even told me she had considered warning us that it wasn’t a good place to stay with kids. That alone says a lot. I would not recommend this property.

The room was great. The hot tub and pool being open 24 hours is great to enjoy some quiet time. Breakfast was good for a buffet! Definitely would recommend a BW to anyone traveling and wanting a great place that's affordable.

Everything was great. There was just one thing, every so often there was this random loud noise and you could feel the floor vibrate, it luckily didn't do it while we slept. Other than that the bed was comfy and breakfast was good, the waffles were delicious

Staff very nice. Same small pile of dirt in middle of 2nd floor hallway was disappointing. Fairly comfortable king bed. Big fat pillows that don't sink in causing neck/spine alignment pain. There are private things that people like to do at the bathroom sink - whoever thought it is a good idea to not have a door to create that privacy has to rethink that bad idea. Otherwise quite well equipped for a hotel in this price range.

Let me count the ways… No convenient hot water, tea, coffee in room. No microwave/hot port or coffee maker. To get you must go to bar or front desk! Just what you want to do in your pajamas! Limited TV channels, especially only news channels that are left leaning. Only access to hotel info was via QR code and the only options solicited donations/tips. Room wasn’t ready at specified check-in time. Had to wait. No one notified when room was ready. We had to ask. Customer services skills lacking in some staff. No restaurant on site. Limited bar menu. The best thing going for this older hotel is walking distance to airport and the room appeared clean. I’m sad. This used to be a much better hotel. We stayed because of airport access. There are other hotel choices as close. Choose them.

I wasn’t allowed to sty in the room we paid for because I had 4 young children and that was too many people for the room , so they wanted me to get an additional room so my children can stay by themselves. Ridiculous!!!! Never again best western.

Larger room compared to other hotels. No tub just shower type of washroom, which is what we like.

The friendly staff ensured our stay was nothing short of amazing. Our room was large and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast area, although not huge, is well spaced and has multiple power outlets. There are many restaurants and gas stations nearby, I highly recommend Eddiez, just a super short walk to the north.

Upon arrival to the room, there was dried blood on the sheets. The bed appeared to made with unclean bedding. Staff was made aware of the discovery and did not appear to care much other than the bed was re-made with clean sheets. Do not recommend staying at this hotel for the price.

This was a clean nice hotel with amazing staff. They were super helpful and helped quickly when we had an issue. When we first got there our rooms had a power challenge. The circuit kept popping. This made both of my rooms dark. I reached out to the desk and they got the power on. We left for dinner and when we came back the power went out again when we tried turning on a light. Again went to the desk and they came up and reset the breakers. We unplugged a lamp and we stopped having the issue. Overall it was a good place and had a good breakfast. I would recommend this place to others who want a nice hotel to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was impressed by the friendliness of the hotel staff at check in and how quiet the stay was. It was a restful place to come back to after busy days of settling in our college student. Highly recommend!

I e been traveling a lot lately and this is probably the cleanest, friendliest one I’ve stayed at all year. The room had excellent mattresses, everything was clean and ready for the hide a bed and parking was easy and convenient. And don’t forget the fresh baked cookies available at 7pm every night! And affordable! Will definitely stay here every time I’m in Spokane!

I found it challenging to use the bathroom due to the toilet's close proximity to the wall and the door, which hindered its ability to open and close properly.

The property itself is well taken care of and the staff was amazing. The area isn't the best. We chose this based on the closeness to the event. I would definitely go back if I needed to be in that area again as the hotel was well kept and had good staff.

Nice place. Pretty typical for a motel as far as noise goes. Dog friendly which was really appreciated and we didn't notice any excessive noise due to that, just people that you'll run into anywhere. Staff was super accommodating and friendly! They get a thumbs up.

Only thing was that we were aware of any and all people walking around above us! We did enjoy our weekend despite the noise

Our stay was satisfactory, there was a new TV system that had just been installed so the first night we had no TV, The girl at the desk did try to remedy the problem but was unable. The following day a maintenance person did get the TV working but the picture would go in and out ater being on a channel for a few minutes. I do wish that your motel was NO PETS, although there is a designated no pet floor, it was very annoying to have 2 big dogs walk past us a breakfast and shake as they walked by. Not appetizing.

Great hotel, friendly staff.

This hotel was easy to find and clean inside. The pool was warm decent sized. Big plus that breakfast is open until 10 am so we didn’t have to rush the kids to wake up.

I gave 4 stars on the overall instead of 5 because of the price adjustment for a heavy weekend. The is absolutely no chance I would EVER spend $379 a night at this location unless I absolutely had to. The reason you didn't get less than 4 stars is because all other locations were $450+ a night for this weekend. I get supply and demand, but if there was a hotel location that kept their prices in a normal range during times like these I would 100% of the time stay there on every trip I take. Haven't found that hotel chain yet, so my 40-50 nights a year are just going to continue to get spread around.

Check in was not as expected. We added an early check in and the front desk clerk said she would have a room ready in 20 mins. We got there approx 1.5 hrs after where she told me in person that she could have it ready in 20 mins. I pointed out our earlier conversation and she offered a double queen "upgrade". This didnt feel like an upgrade and we now had a smaller bed and a second one we didnt need but we had a friends Christmas party to hurry to so we took it.
