Staff and breakfast is amazing! I love that animals are welcome wo a deposit. Stayed here several times and great location. Unfortunately I was on the bottom floor and some kids were very loud and wrestling above us late in the night, however I would stay here again. Great gym and pool area.

Clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds Dissapointing breakfast. We arrived at 8:30 am. All the serving dishes were empty. The waffle station was covered in batter. We were able to squeeze out just enough for a small waffle. There were no little cups to put the syrup in and the handle was very sticky to touch. The area had not been wiped down for a while. (Why offer breakfast till 9:00, but quit attending it by 8:30?)

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The online reservation was seamless and easy to complete. The check in was fast, and the staff was courteous. The rooms were clean, quiet, spacious, and the beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want, and everything was hot and fresh. But all of these things weren’t even the best part about this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is that it is PET FRIENDLY! My dog was welcomed and the pet area was great. Lots of space to walk. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there when we travel. Having a great nights sleep made our trip so much better !

Very poor

I found a used bath towel - not a pool towel, in the closet in my bedroom. My first thought was that someone who had access to the room, might have used the shower and left the towel? The pool room, pool and jacuzzi was very clean and a pleasure to use!

The third floor rooms have vaulted ceilings.

Breakfast was always full and had a great selection. Pool was clean. Rooms where clwan and in great shape.

We were on first floor and kids running and jumping in room above with thump, thump, thump in our room, but that ended after 10pm. Unfortunately, the room next door turned TV news on at 11:30pm, loud enough to clearly understand every word in our room. Calling front desk for loud arguing and cursing after midnight at a different hotel in the past ended poorly with adjoining room people retaliating against us after hotel person talked to them. So in this case we turned the fan on the AC from auto to ‘always on’, which was enough to block the loud TV news so we could sleep. It seems these days too many people don’t have common courtesy when it comes to noise in their rooms or hotel hallways after 11-12pm when people are trying to sleep because they have to get up early the next day. That, and newer hotels seem to be built on the cheap such that walls sometimes don’t even block normal cinversation. We will not be using this hotel again.

The staff was great, the breakfast was fine and the coffee was good. It's an older hotel, so I expected that. The room was kind of grubby and dusty, which was disappointing. The bed was comfortable, but if the room isn't properly cleaned, the rest doesn't really matter.

Beautiful stay, shower pressure is amazing. Has a 24hr gym and a pool that closes at 10pm. Dog friendly! Best stay I've had in a very long time!

We booked a suite and it was really stinky so they moved us to a different room which was fine, but I must say that the photos in the app do not really look like what the hotel looks like. It is gray and purple and really need some updating. The staff was lovely and tried to help the best they could.

BRING your own pillow, the pillows they have are awful. Small and hard as rocks. Breakfast was okay, there was stuff to eat, but it wasnt quite holiday inn breakfast level.

Overall my stay was ok. The sink faucet was loose and leaking. The shower leaked and there water damage on the wall. The bathroom handle was loose and did not work well. The pillows were the worst I have ever had. The noise level was horrible from the floor above. We could hear everything.

Did not save that much in room rate, so lll stay somewhere else in the future.

The front desk staff women were very helpful. Unfortunately when we checked in it didn’t look like much effort was put into our room- our bathroom had toilet paper on both sides that was almost out as soon as we arrived. We never got our room serviced and when I went to ask the young lady who was the room cleaner and expressed she was bored I told her we never got our room cleaned if she’s bored maybe she can help us out and she stayed silent..

All the he staff over the 3 night stay was very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was fresh, area continuously attended to, and the entire property was well cared for and clean! I felt very safe at this location. Wonderful accommodations!

The place use to be great, now kind of run down the breakfast was the best now well most of what was there I would not eat.

We love staying at this LQuinta! The room is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are perfect and the location is great. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as lots of stores for anything else you might need. Its close to the freeway but not so close that you hear the traffic.

This was a wonderful hotel. The laundy facilities were clean and very appreciated. It was clean and the staff hardworking. When I was doing laundry every time I saw the receptionist she was cleaning if there were no guests to help.

I had a wonderful experience staying at La quinta Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

It was good for what we paid for. beds were comfortable. Staff were quite friendly. Pool are quite outdated but still nice to have. Breakfast was nice as well.

The intial check was great staff was really nice! 1st room smelled bad! The staff was able to get us moved with no problems!

Rooms were dimly lit. Rugs were dirty toilet ran all the time vanity area very tiny TV was 15 years old. Just not happy with the rooms for what we paid.

Breakfast had many options, including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, and waffles. Ice machine did not work for a couple of days, but the hotel bought bags of ice and provided to customers upon request.

My 2 kids, girlfriend, and I decided to stay here traveling feom montana to kennewick washington to see family and we got there, everything was fone until i showered and noticed black mold on bathroom wall, brought it up to the staff and they swnt up a maintenence guy. He looked at it, realised it was moldy and rubbed the black part of it, trying to wipe it away and told us we are good to stay atill altho i requested a new room. They gave us a new room but it was the room directly below it, 321 to 221 and it smelled super disgusting. The smell made me gag. It was bad....there was no mold in this room that was visible but the mattresses were absolutely disgusting. I have pics of the mold and nasty mattresses, i'd recommend staying anywhere else.

The room smelled horribly of dog urine. The smell seemed to worsen over time. It was in need of a deep, thorough cleaning. The breakfast was decent and refreshed as needed.

It was an average property. Nothing really stood out. I did like the late checkout of 12. The pool and hot tub were nice but small and can easily get crowded with a couple of families there my negatives would be the cleanliness. The rugs were stained and dirty shower curtains, had mold. Overall experience was OK.

After a horrid experience at a hotel by the freeway, we were desperately looking for a 1 bedroom suite in the area. This was just the opposite. This is now our go-to-place on I-90 through Spokane.

Not worth for money

I wish they would pull out all the carpets. It’s super dirty with big stains that are from pets. Our bathroom smelt like strong urine and the room we stayed in felt off. Let’s just say Room 311 has paranormal activities. Very uncomfortable room/presence.

The price was out of line for the age and shape of the hotel. The hot tub was dirty. We were very disappointed. Would NOT stay here again.

The rooms, however, will be the reason we will not be returning. The first room we got seemed unclean. There was grimy stuff on the outside of some of the toiletries, a stain on the curtain, and a stain on the comforter. We called the front desk about the comforter (again, amazing front desk staff) and they said they would send a new one. While sitting on the bed, waiting for the new comforter, you could see a brown stain on the side of the mattress. Low and behold, there was a large stain starting on top of the mattress that appeared to flow down on the side. Kinda looked like someone got a severe bloody nose while laying down. Seriously questioned how they could miss this or ignore it and put guests in there anyways. The front desk staff were awesome and immediately put us in a new room. The new room appeared cleaner and with no bloody stains but the cleanliness still left a lot to be desired. The carpets seemed mildly damp/sticky and the room had a distinct musty-tried-to-cover-the-smell-with-scented-cleaner odor to it that gobsmacked you in the face every time you walked in. The room smells like kennel and the shower sucks it’s was that good at all and no shampoo or conditioner or anything and the mattress was really nasty it had big big red spots all over we didn’t see it until the morning we didn’t take the pictures either but we told the front desk people.. the hit was good just needed more hotter. The location was okay but to fair out there.

I will start by saying, I realize this is a cheap hotel, I still chose to stay here because I was only staying 1 night, and they did have good reviews. First off, I think it's really gross that the beds did not have mattress protectors. The pillows are tiny and the beds were extremely uncomfortable! Right on arrival, our toilet wouldn't flush. They didnt send maintenance, or anyone to fix it, they just offered us a plunger. We aren't the ones who clogged it! The morning of check out, I received txt and email asking what time we planned to check out. I replied that we'd check out at 10:30 am. Check out time is posted as 11 am. At 9:15 a housekeeper knocked and immediately entered our room. I let that slide because I thought she probably got room #s mixed up and thought it was unoccupied. She asked what time I planned to check out, I told her 10:30. Then at 9:18 she entered my room AGAIN! If a guest is occupying a room, I think it's very rude and inappropriate for them to just enter with their key card! She should've knocked and waited. I don't think she forgot 3 MINUTES LATER! If check out is at 11, they shouldn't even be bothering guests just after 9 am. I was disappointed with this hotel stay.

Toilet had pee diwn the front of it. All the drains ran extremely slow. Only 2 outlets in the room would keep a plug in them and thos were at the bathroom sink which wasnt ideal for charging phones..It was okay, but ive seen better LaQuinta sites.

Nice hotel

Our room had bed bugs. My daughter got bits all over her legs and upper body. Asked the hotel for a refund for the full stay. They only refunded half of our stay because they needed to move us to a new room!
