Great stay, staff were very accommodating! Beds comfortable, and rooms were clean and spacious! Breakfast was yummy and there was a great selection to choose from!

Breakfast was bad. Bragged about the great Breakfast and it was not fresh at all. Plastic cups in the room. Cheaped out on everything. Half pack of sugar. For coffee

This is an older hotel but is perfectly acceptable. Our room was on ground level with access to a fairly private lawn area with a fountain. Very quiet and in a good location for Spokane Valley activities and a quick access to downtown Spokane.

The room was dated, definitely not as nice as I had hoped per reviews. No shuttle. Breakfast was okay standard. LOUD neighbors, had to call the front desk to complain. The mini fridge sounded like we had pigeons. Our room was on the first floor closest to the back door so that did not help with noise. I should have requested a different room. Hardly any toilet paper in bathroom. Bed was okay. I will not be staying at this hotel again. E

This is a great business class hotel, great location right off freeway. Staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, and I’d say the breakfast was above average for a hotel like this.

Bed so uncomfortable, felt like I’d fallen into a trench let alone a dip. Bed needs replacing not flipping! I slept at the foot end, and it still felt like I was on a slide.

Well maintained property, room was clean but the staff is what really set them apart! Everyone was very helpful, friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Typical breakfast, pool was very cold, room was nice but leaky bath faucet no garbage bags in bins ect. Kids liked the tv lots of channels and child friendly. We prefer hotels with large breakfast due to all the kids.

Breakfast was hot and better than average. Bed comfy. The AC/ heater did it's job. Would stay here again.

All went well. The thing I didn't like was the elevator was a long ways from the lobby. It was a weird setup. However, there was a door near the elevator we could access from parking.

This hotel literally has the best staff around! Everyone is so nice and helpful. And if you’re here Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday nights they have dinner and free drinks! Great breakfast too, easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!

Close proximity to freeway yet no traffic noise from freeway. Spacious suite to relax at night, though some foot noise above your floor. Free breakfast is nothing fancy but good enough to head out for day's activity.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast provided and excellent and delicious selection. Will be back!

Good stay! We found during our trip across country that we are better off spending a little more to get a better accommodation

The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. The shower leaked but was actually warm and had a good spray. There were quite a few breakfast options but the eggs and egg bites were pretty bland and obviously rehydrated or something.

Hotel staff were superb very nice and helpful great staff.

Aug 14 room 329 just okay. Sheets wrinkled. Wet spot on floor? 2’x2’. Bathroom toilet paper not new. Sheets maybe not new?

The breakfast was the best continental breakfast weve ever had tho.

The room had the smell of a grass fire on the Las Vegas Strip. But it was clean.

The staff was excellent and so are the suites and amenities. I only encountered issues with upkeep for the suite I stayed in— the sliding balcony door was broken and one of the lamps had a flickering light bulb. Aside from these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

A top quality hotel should be using a top brand like Charmin, not the terrible 3 sheets at a time stuff of COSTCO quality. Even better: Import German toilet paper, finest I ever used. JUST MY PET PEEVE. Kleenex, however was excellent, ALL ELSE WAS GREAT.

Despite a literal BUSLOAD of teenagers at the breakfast Saturday morning, the area was kept stocked and cleaned allowing quick turnaround. Food was good. Hot food was hot. Cold utems cold. Napkins, utensils and platea stocked. The room was spacious. And although we were in the freeway side with windows closed you could not hear anything. 5☆ Spendy for what i remember in Spokane but well worth it. Thanks

The facilities were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions on how to get to our room and the parking situation. Our room was clean and spacious. The room is a bit dated and the front door was heavy however overall it was quiet and beds were comfy. Breakfast had a variety of options like cereal and hot food but I felt it was lacking a bit compared to other hotels. We'd stay here again.

We were driving from Washington to Wisconsin. We checked in close to midnight after a long day of driving/moving. The gal at the front desk was very kind. She was able to accommodate our dog needs. The room was fantastic! Lower level, first floor, with a private patio to let our boys out without having to interact with other guests. It was very comfortable, and we were very happy.

Stay so far has been wonderful! Front desk has been very friendly & accommodating. My wife is disabled, and we’ve had some accommodation requests. They have been able to meet every one.

This was a very clean property and the customer service was great. When we checked in the front desk called to see if we needed anything and how the room was and that was so kind. The breakfast was choices was also very lovely and we enjoyed the variety of food choices. One of the older gentleman from the kitchen came out and greeted us and gave my granddaughter a fun ring that lights up. She loved it and that was so kind.

Great staff and amenities. We needed a pet friendly hotel as we were in town for our dog’s eye surgery. This will be the place we stay for all future visits.

Upon check in, Sunnie greeted me and asked if we would like a main floor room since we had a dog. That was a great observation and made our accommodations so much more "user friendly." The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was very good.

Staff is champion and hotel was in great shape and good order.

We thought it would be a great stay. Was here for medical reasons. We had notified the staff that the slider door didnt work. Nothing was done, we told then that we would like change rooms or have them move or soeak to who was above us as they were stopming yelling screaming throwing stuff off balconey. Staff said that they would talk to them. I explained how important it was for my mom to rest before chemo at 5am. Aga8n nothing. We asked for a late check out denyed . The hotel corporate blambed expedia wouod have to handle the sitiatio. Since booked 3rd party. So had drive my mom an go rest at rest stop very upset. Staff said manager not on till a few days

I had a great stay! The hotel was super clean and fresh, making me feel comfortable right away. My room was spotless, and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast was a highlight—plenty of delicious options to start the day right. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff, great breakfast

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! We had a bit of a larger room, with 2 queen beds separated from the rest of the suite by a pocket door. This was very handy in order to be able to put our youngest to sleep while the older kids watched tv in the other room (2 tvs in the suite). The staff was very friendly and gave us a list of fun activities for the family to visit in Spokane. The pool as great, and well stocked with towels. Best of all, the continental breakfast was stellar. Everything was fresh and regularly restocked. It was a very welcomed start to each day. The only downsides were stepping in fresh dog poop in the courtyard, right beside the putting green. Although I think that says more about the other guests, rather than the hotel, but it was still annoying. And the bathroom sink was very slow draining, and you could just see the black gunk and hair plugging it up. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Nice for a quick stay

Conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Gonzaga University and Downtown Spokane, just off Interstate 90. Quiet location, ideal for a peaceful overnight stay. Room: Clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was small with only a shower (no tub), which could be a challenge for families with toddlers. Breakfast: Excellent complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. Facilities: The lobby was clean and welcoming. Service: Quick and efficient check-in and check-out process. Overall: Great for a short stay, would definitely consider staying again despite the small bathroom.

The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working properly. It was 80 in the bedroom and 65 in the living room. Made it hard to sleep.

The hotel has excellent amenities, including a great server, a clean pool, and a jacuzzi. The rooms are well-maintained, and there are delicious breakfast options. The landscape is clean and provides a safe area for kids to play. However, there may be some noise due to the presence of many children. Overall, it's a very nice hotel with many parking spaces available.

Property was very quiet and clean. Hotel is in a central location close to Target, restaurants, etc. not walkable, but an easy drive.

Room obviously built for 1 king bed. They had stuffed 2 queen beds in and one side of bed couldn't be accessed. Room smell was awful and dirty shoe prints in bathtub. Staff was great.
