Arrived for the night to be told the hotel was over booked and we had to transfer to another nearby hotel - the parking lot was only 25% full and the lobby was completely empty. The staff member wasn't very apologetic about the inconvenience and when I arrived at the new hotel the information hasn't been transferred so check-in took 30 minutes.

The race fan welcome reception was a wonderful addition to our stay. All of the staff were wonderful and extremely welcoming. We would not hesitate to come back.

One small bottle of lotion is not enough for 3 people. No blow dryer. Bag was there but nothing in it. My oversight there was no continental breakfast.

My wife and I travel frequently. I chose the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis West because of the location. The level of customer care we received while staying at the hotel was OUTSTANDING. We were dealing with an incredibly challenging situation. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. “Tee Jay” is the General Manager of the hotel. She was compassionate and the most caring person I have met in the travel industry. This is the hotel you should choose when staying in Indianapolis. Thank you, Tee Jay, for your help in our time of need.
