Friendly, clean and convenient.

Nice clean and modern. We stay there about every year on our travels through SC. Close to a lot of amenities and places to eat. Also close to I26 and I85.

I did not want to pay $9.99 for breakfast

The price. I was told it would be $146 but when I got the bill, it was $165.30???

The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip.

Very comfortable for a quick trip to see family.

Everything g was great but the room was never cleaned and we did not get fresh towels.

Beautiful, quiet, spacious, clean-this property is always a pleasure to visit!

The property was very nice and well maintained. Quiet hotel and I would stay again. The staff was amazing. Very nice and quick to respond. There was a small incident with linen on one bed. Staff quickly brought up a change. Not sure if this was a weekend thing, but breakfast was $10.00 per person. Not really expecting that. The breakfast was okay and the item that stood out were the potatoes. Overall good stay, clean and safe.

Dirty room. Found a ball of hair tucked between the mattress and sheets . The door to the bathroom had some type of “goo” smeared at the handle.

Friendly and welcoming staff that was willing to accommodate our needs and any changes if we made the request. Environment was safe and clean. Room was very comfortable.

The front desk staff Matthew, the hostess at the Heirloom restaurant Karen were very kind. The room is clean and the hotel smells fresh.

Cleanliness, - 90% Beautiful hotel, and, after loading 3 moving trucks for 11 hrs, then driving near 4 hrs to reach hotel, all w/stomach flu & all that accompanies that, the woman that checked us in was just what we needed; kind not to much chit chat as I knew looking at me she could tell I was done for the day, but she offered comfort. I truly appreciate her. The room was very nice, very clean - the bthrm sink, faucet/handles were not. Will return if ever needed in the future!

Clean nicely appointed room and lobby/lounge area. Dinner at the restaurant is recommended. Breakfast buffet was nothing special.

Room hasn’t been cleaned ; hair all over the place including the sheets, bathroom floor and shower. There was also , trash in the trash cans and no trash bags . And the room smelled so badly of cheap strong cologne my throat closed up and had an asthma attack. I have pictures of everything

Average hotel room, nothing special. Stayed because it was the wedding venue. Lousy TV needs upgrade to smart TV for streaming services. Cable not that great either.

Several cars had their windows (over 30) smashed this past weekend, DO NOT STAY HERE , no cameras on property. Sheriff’s department says it happens here a lot . Several people complained to property, they said YOU park at your own risk !!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never again!!!!

Fantastic little gem in a relatively small town. Very spacious rooms and modern but not too modern. Motorized blinds are excellent as well as bathroom amenities that are standard at most Hilton locations. Would 100% stay again.

The lobby appeared nice when we walked in to check in. The room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and there wasn’t another room available to swap to. The lady at the front desk was very nice and offered to spray an odor remover into the carpet and in the air but it did nothing. Without anywhere else to stay for the night, we decided to tough it out but there’s no way the experience was worth what we paid for the room.

Stay was great! Hotel was clean, updated and staff were polite. Easy check-in and good amenities and location.

The bed linen did not look fresh. They were wrinkled, and it looked like the beds were just made up after the previous guests left. I had to lysol the bed down because the sheets were not fresh. However, the biggest issue was that the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, that I wanted to get up and drive 2 hours back home. Because of the weather, my family decided to stay, but the next day, my body hurt so bad, all I wanted to do was get back home.

Loved everything about the resort. Stayed here with family and it was a gods experience. Very clean and spacious. Attended a wedding at this location and that was also a great experience.

Pool was way too cold

This is my 3rd time staying at this property. It is always clean, has a friendly staff and a nice pool. The only slip-up that I had was when I checked in and was given a room, the first room was not very clean. I called the front desk and went downstairs and received a clean room but had to go downstairs to get another key. Which meant that I had to haul my luggage 5 floors down to get a new key. However, the front desk was friendly and apologized.

Upon the realization of not having enough linen, I contacted the front desk after housekeeping informed me that they “had run out and was waiting on more from dryer”. The front desk representative arrived with linen but added “housekeeping was outside your door and you could have asked them”. I felt that was so unprofessional. Also, I would have appreciated an acknowledgement of this complaint and a gesture of goodwill in light of this inconvenience experienced but didn’t.

This was a great location in Spartanburg. We were close to everything. It was close enough to also visit Greenville's downtown area.

Our beds were missing essential items to show that they had been properly cleaned. The bathroom was horrible! Hair from the previous guests in the shower as well as left over soap scum from their stay. The hotel ran out of clean linens—extremely disappointing! Matthew who worked evenings was the only staff member who appeared to feel any empathy for our poor stay

Our room door was open when we arrived. We had no towels when we showered the next morning. No staff on site upon departure. Would never stay here again.

Stay away, this place has horrible customer service and the carpets were very old and dirty. Horrible Glade smells and the heater was literally gurgling. I took one look at the room and couldn't stay there.

We visited for a surprise 80th birthday party. We stayed in your hotel as your hotel was in the middle of everything we needed to do. The staff was amazing, Fatima,Tina, Hayden and our waitress in the Restaurant Valentines night (sorry her name is escaping us) all went above and beyond. We had a great stay.

I came for family event. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pillows could be better. That was my only issue but always great to stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed here several times.

Pet friendly, but when dogs near our room were noisy, we asked our desk clerk/manager for a change. The change was immediately granted, no questions asked. She was very pleasant to work with and provided free breakfast tickets for both of us. Also, very nice, quiet and well maintained property. Seemed new. Hope I have opportunity to stay there again!

Had a couple stains on bedding from what looked like maybe cleaning crew put something on the bed, but other than that excellent stay!! Will come back again.

Staff charged me twice but it was corrected

for clean and safe. Room was clean as any average hotel except for the bathroom sink that would not drain due to being clogged with hair that was visible from drain. The staff were very friendly and the stay was quiet and safe but it didnt earn a 9 rating for cleanliness.

Our room was absolutely spotless! The bathroom was spacious with a lovely and pristine shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend a stay here!

Great staff, clean and very helpful

The only thing that could use some improvement is the morning breakfast buffet was not very good. The eggs were dry and bland, the potatoes were over seasoned and very dry and the pastry was chewy tasted old The hotel was great, and the staff were awesome!

The hotel is gorgeous, within walking distance of the mall. The bar is nice and food was good. My only complaint is the bed, I hate that rooms don't have a queen bed anymore, they are double beds and it's so uncomfortable when you have to share a bed. ALSO, the pillows are horrible, they literally have no padding, your head ends up flat on the mattress, I knew I should've brought my own pillow. Also, I love the bathroom door LOOK of the barn doors, but when your sharing a room and the doors have cracks in them that make it so there really is no privacy it really really sucks

We came in very exhausted from two days of difficult travel. The English-speaking staff took good care of us and got us right in to two beautiful rooms and all of the information we needed to get settled. Highly recommend

Only issue was no soap in shower dispenser. We used the bar soap on sink.

Staff were friendly, and the location was great. If I was nitpicking, I’d say the bathroom could have been cleaned and stocked a little better, but I can be overly picky when it comes to this type of stuff.

Loved the place!

Beds are hard as a rock my back hurt worse after the night than when we first dropped and I have a bad back so that’s saying something . Also loud people kept us up all night with their doors not much the hotel can do about that . However the doors to the room are very hard to open and then are almost like you are slamming shut when you try to close it all . Also coffeemaker in room wasn’t working along with no working coffee maker downstairs in the lobby; nor anywhere else.

Good hotel. In nice area and across street is 16 movie theater.

I thought the hotel was exceptional! Clean, Modern, Beautiful. The lobby is well designed and the pool is conveniently located. Our room was terrific. The only thing I would say that was less than great was the breakfast staff. They seemed to spend most of their time at the lobby check-in desk rather than in the breakfast room. We could not get coffee because the pot was empty and it was not refilled until after we finished eating. They were also chronically short on silverware on the tables. Although they did provide us with some in just a few minutes. The food was good, but it tended to get cold if you didn't get there early. If I was to stay there again I would make sure to get to breakfast earlier. I hate to complain because I really like this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future.
