The hotel and the room were discussing and dirty. I refused to stay there. Asked for a refund, the manager was rude. Then, made me walk back up to the room to show him how filthy it was. I sent photos and video to hotels.com. And they refunded my money. However, I have not received a refund in my $50. deposit from the hotel itself.

Our toilet stopped up. When we asked the front desk for a plunger, they said that Housekeeping would have to bring it but they weren't scheduled to come in for another hour. I had to use the restroom, so I went to the lobby but that one had a "out of order" sign. When I asked the front desk how am I supposed to go the bathroom, they said the lobby restroom works fine. So they just keep a sign on it to stop people from using it. BREAKFAST- They had no brewed dcaf, when i went back to the room to use the machine, it was inoperable. No napkins or water at the breakfast bar. The soda machine was broken. So my wife paid $2 for a can of warm soda. EXTERIOR- looks run down. The pool was a bright green color due to algae.

Room decent BUT when I was ready to shower there was this gaping hole in ceiling right over shower ceiling and wall.

Location was great! We were put in a handicap assessable room Ironing board, no iron Furniture was worn & old The closet had 3 hangers, but couldn’t hang clothes; the hangers were on the shelf. Large drain in middle of bathroom floor Toilet ran all the time

The check in process was quick. They did try to ask for a $50 deposit after I already booked and paid with hotels.com. We were excited they had a pool but it was more like a duck pond literally with a duck in it.

Room was clean, missing a smoke detector in room, definitely needs some updated, stairs were worn out and not the cleanest. They only had cereal for the breakfast, pool was absolutely disgusting and had a live duck swimming in it, kinda had a mildewy smell throughout

I didn’t like the bed spread on the beds, they were too thin. There was mold on the corner of the bath tub, it also leaked after a shower and to sum it all up, there was a roach crawling on top of the ironing board and the iron didn’t work

The room was clean but very trashy and run down. The TV had to have to remotes to work. And the blanket had cigarette burns the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud the bathroom door was stained yellow and looked like a dog chewed it up at the bottom. The room smelled the bed was hard

Location was good! Bed was terrible! Hurt my back! I hade to put pillows under my back and hips to sleep! Ice machine was just outside my door! Very noisy! Needs new mattress on bed!

The handy cap shower area was dangerous to any patron/ with slick tub flooring, and the safety bars had no grip clasping. Also, the King size beds old and broken down. The facility maintenance is in ill repair with outside gutter not properly installed. Our car was struck by one when it came loose from its anchors. Toilet tanks continue to run without stopping. Respectfully Best Regards'

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The lobby smelled like marijuana. The upstairs hallways smelled like marijuana. We had a non-smoking room, and there were cigarette/marijuana burn holes in the bed sheets. The bed sheets had permanent stains. There were dirty cleaning rags around the sink, not sure if they actually finished cleaning. We did not stay and left the hotel 45 seconds after seeing the room. We booked through Expedia and therefore only received a 25% refund from the hotel. I spoke with the hotel manager, and that did no good; just received an apology. Very disappointed in the hotel, the Super 8 brand, and Expedia.

I didn't like anything my room was dirty it had a mold smell the first room there was no running water in the toilet so we moved and the second room was dirty smell like smoke i dont smoke it was very bad the staff couldn't understand me and i couldn't understand them management was never available to handle my situation i will never stay there ever again my vacation was terrible.

The " continental breakfast" was basically nothing. Not even hot water for tea. The tub in our room leaked to a point of going out the bathroom to the sink area. We had to use every available towel to dry it, then had to ask for more.

Booked the room 5 minutes before arrival. With my kids on AAU tournament. Staff were friendly and accommodating but both lampshades were dirty, bedspread had a small hole in it. Not the cleanest room. We were in a rush so didn’t complain to the staff but overall we rested well

The Location Is/Was In An Appropriate Location, To Where There's Convenience Stores, Gas Stations, And Restaurants To Shop From And Dine At! What Could Possibly Be Better Than That?

If I could give this place a 0 out of 10, ooh believe me, I would. Pictures can be deceiving. Instantly as soon as you walk in a very strong and disgusting, odd smell attacks you and I felt like I was going to gag. Walking up the stairs and towards the room the disgusting odor is still there and it also smells like cigarette smoke. Once we enter our room, the same odor is still there with the addition of cigarette smoke smell. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed comforter had cigarette holes. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower head looked gross also. The bathroom also smelled just as bad. Once we realize this, we could not stay there. As we walked out the room, saw dead cockroaches across the other room in front so I’m sure this place has a horrible bug problem. I felt very uncomfortable and will never ever be back. You don’t get what you pay for.

On the Memphis, Mississippi border.. convenient location Kroger is a three minute walk away. Gas station is across the street. The hotel itself is clean, friendly staff and affordable. I will be booking again in the future.

Great location, literally on the border of Memphis and Mississippi. It is close to the Lander Center and downtown Memphis. It is clean affordable and the staff is friendly. Love it here will be back.
