Nice and quiet hotel right off the highway.

My stay was good , room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and informative of letting me know there were some renovations in progress , but assured no renovations would be happening doing my weekend stay .

The staff was very nice and hotel is in a great area. Both women that worked the front desk were great. The only bad thing was the whole hotel was under construction and the air was clearly broken in the lobby and elevators. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal we just had no warning in advance that everything was being worked on during our stay.

Someone at the hotel checked me in before I even arrived at this hotel lying and saying that I checked in when I did not I tried to get a refund but I was not able to get my 800 dollar refund from the hotel so I would not recommend anyone staying at this specific hotel in Garland at all they said I had checked in at 3:00 p.m. when I did not arrive there until later on in the day which that was a lie in the first voice because I did not come to that hotel at all earlier that day

The hotel is conveniently located off Highway 55 with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel is very clean, staff helpful and breakfast is pretty good. Also, there is an airport shuttle.

Room wasn't very clean, the shower had mold along the wall in the shower. Staff member was rude during the check in and was too busy to answer questions. Breakfast was gross, berries that we paid for had mold on them. Pu us and ONLY us in the hall next to the construction so we got to listen to that and then in the morning they all talked and yelled t=right next to our door so we could not sleep. I called and complained and she was kind of put off and said she would take care of it but DID NOT! We won't be staying there again.

Nice room, quiet, the only issue I had was the shower door was a little difficult to close - roomy didn’t have any issue with it.

I love the location because I like to shop. Dillard’s within same square, close to outlet mall, can take back road to outlet without getting back on freeway. Movie theater across the street, trampoline park in square if you have kids. Several places to eat within the square and across the street. Walmart also close to hotel. We always stay here and drive to Memphis, it’s a quiet location. We also prefer to drive to Tunica and come back to this hotel.

My floor was under construction so walking out of the elevator the was tarp and construction material everywhere. I couldn’t sleep in because people were working right outside of my door.

The floor we stayed on was being renovated, so the fumes of the paint was a bit irritating and the room could be cleaner, but overall this was a great property to stay at.

This is my 2nd visit alrhough they are remodeling they still gave excellent accommodation/service.

Housekeeping was excellent. Whenever we asked for extra towels or additional pillows, they brought them right away with no issues at all. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. I believe the room we stayed in had already been renovated, which was nice. My only suggestion would be improving the beds and pillows—the pillows could definitely be fluffier and the mattresses a little softer for added comfort. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. It wasn’t included with my booking, but the breakfast I saw looked really good. One of the workers showed me her plate and it looked delicious! She even told me that the two cooks who work the morning shift do a great job, so I’ll definitely keep that in mind next time. We also weren’t able to use the indoor pool because it was being renovated during our stay, but it’s great that the hotel offers one. Another big plus is the location. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas in Southaven and right off the bypass, which made getting around very easy. Overall, my stay was lovely, and I would definitely stay here again. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

You didn’t give price that you quoted, didn’t tell us about the renovations being done, didn’t know we had to buy breakfast!!! Never again will we stay there!!!

Everything was nice. This is not a problem but more like a suggestion the people who smoke like to go outside to smoke since there's a policy set, no smoking inside to have canopy outside for smokers who like smoke even when it's raining.

Check in was great. Very sweet lady checked us in. Our room was a little lacking. There was a cigarette burn on chair, holes in the rug, hair in the bathroom and the bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to cave in. Check out staff was great too.

It was great! Nice room, hot tub, pool, and gym were great. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marshall who got me a new coffee machine when the old one quit. I got the breakfast buffet for $14, & it was good with lots of options. The server was good, forgot his name. The location is near everything. Room had a microwave and fridge, bed was comfortable. I was in town for a wedding but this hotel will be my choice from now on.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Incredibly clean. Very cozy. Lots of extras like a bar and grill. Firepit area was awesome. Separate lounging area away from the bar. Pool and exercise area were spacious. Impressed with the several different common areas where guests could sit and relax outside of their room. Instead of having to ask for things, including taking out the trash in the room and making the beds everyday, they were done automatically. Will absolutely stay again!!!

The parking area is safe. I went to the lobby at 5 a.m. to ask about coffee. The front desk clerk was laying on the couch talking on the phone and did not even see me. When he did, he asked me if he could help me. I almost always chose Hilton properties, but I would be reluctant to stay here again.

I found my home hotel. Whenever I travel to Memphis this is where I will stay. Though it's just outside the Tennessee state line. I will stay at this location. Latoya and the staff at this hotel were SUPER great in professionalism, friendliness, hospitality, courteousness. THEY ALL DESERVE TO BE PAID DOUBLE IN WAGES/SALARY! I absolutely loved my stay!!! My family and I always stay at the Hilton Garden inn. One reason, the staff, pool area, and the cleaning staff. One thing I like to say is yhat the hallway catpet needs to be vleanef more regularly, plus the room carpets, overall everything is Beautiful

It’s a great affordable stay ! After existing the elevator to find the room the halls smell .

I quite liked the room! and the amenities in it. Very refreshing and new compared to other hotels ive stayed at. I also enjoyed that the house keepers came rather frequently, as I prefer to be bothered for a clean room rather than every other day service. The only thing I noticed is that the elevator was out of inspection date by about a month, and made weird noises sometimes. Kinda sketchy. Wasnt a big fan of that.

The sheet is full of wrinkles plainly see it has NOT been changed for a while. Room is acceptable and pretty clea but,when it comes to a clean bed,that really sucks. Ice cold coffee in the lobby and the room coffee machine is a joke! Or pay expresso machine $3.50 for a 8oz cup. This for $153. , c’mon

The ladies at the front desk were amazing. One in the afternoon checking in and one at 3 am when our airport pick up was. They were informative and we asked a lot of questions.

It was a one night stay and it was satisfying. My family and I went to the pool in the evening then next morning we had a great breakfast. Truly a great experience and thank you to all the staff for making it a great stay.

Michelle at front desk is absolutely precious. I observed her dealing with a rude guest at check in and three of us waiting in line to check in. She never once lost her beautiful smile or professionalism. One of the many reasons I choose to stay here when flying out of Memphis.

Staff was great, hotel is close to many restaurants. The only downside is the proximity to the interstate which was a bit loud at night.

The manager at our location went above and beyond to make sure my room was secured even though we didn’t get to check in until the morning after my reservation began. She didn’t have to do this and could have given away my reservation since she couldn’t get in touch with me. Very pleased!

My stay was good for one night!

Being in town multiple times a year for baseball, our stay this time around was no different than any previous. It was excellent and exactly why we keep staying here when in Southaven. Marshall, front desk coordinator, was excellent in working towards getting us in our room as soon as possible.

Unfortunately on my first night there, I awoke to visit the restroom and upon stepping out of the bed, I stepped on a cockroach. While I understand that pests are a challenge anywhere this does not meet the standard that I've come to expect out of the Hilton brand hotels. Also the hotel was not as clean of what once again you expect from the brand. Overall, this does not deter me from staying at other Hilton locations but this one is definitely off of my list.

I booked this room because I attended a concert in Memphis. The staff was nice the room was clean and I really enjoyed myself until I saw old blood stains on the sheets and pillow. You can tell they had been washed multiple times but It just really gave me an uneasy feeling.

I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for breakfast, everything else was good.

The staff was very nice. Someone charged food and drinks to my room without me knowing and when I went to check out I had a bunch of chargers. They gave me a refund but the chargers did not clear before I landed and I had to borrow money to get my car out of parking. Very inconvenient

The cleanliness was not up to par , dirty elevator floors, the night before I checked out there was a few ants in the bathroom. Pillows were horrible. I have never stood in a hotel that sheets n bed covers were so wrinkled before even sleeping on them. also for airport transfer the site should indicate the hours of operation. The money spent on the stay I shouldnt have had to spend money on an Uber if transfer was offered to the airport

Expedia did not send my new reservations to the Hotel. When I got to the Hotel to check in, the lady at the desk was so nice. She had to make several calls and efforts to get this problem with Expedia resolved. I waited for an hour to check in. The Hotel was great. I was also charged by Expedia to cancel my reservations and rebook for the day before. Very disappointed by Expedia.

Overall the property was wonderful. The check in person was AWESOME! the online site needs to be updated to what IS available and whats NOT. ROLL AWAYS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS SITE. My youngest had to make a pallet bed on floor. The check in person was VERY accommodating!! She is why we stayed. No continental breakfast also. Room very clean and nice!!
