    First of all, the second floor was flooded because of the rain that was coming through the roof and the third floor. I was told I reserved two beds in reality. I reserved one queen bed and a pullout couch for four adults. Also, it was Memorial Day weekend and they represented the pool being open and it was not a matter of fact, it had a cover over the top of it. Cost me $500 for two nights to stay here. I will never stay here again.

    The first room had no heat, the second room the bathroom floor was so sticky our shoes stuck to it. The housemaid came and mopped it. The bathtub had hair in it, was disgusting and the shower head looks like a sink sprayer. Totally inadequate. Will not return. There was no breakfast left at 9am. We waited for someone to come fill it, but no one was tending to the breakfast room. We left and went to McDonald's. We will not return. Horrible experience.

    This property desperately needs upgrading. The staff was so nice especially Torri. However I would not think it's a Hilton property. Actually I feel as if the Hilton franchise has fallen off when it comes to some of there properties. Not just in MS but a couple of other states as well in the south. The breakfast was not good and I get food cost and everything else. However the sausage tasted like cardboard smells. The waffle had a plastic taste. My floor in the room looked dirty. It had like paint spats all over it in the bathroom. My toilet handle felt like it was going to come off. Not to mention the pressure of the water for the toilet. It was almost like it didn't want to flush. Overall just needs some restoring and it will be fine. The location is great though.

    Room was stuffy and the air wasn't working as it should. It smelt like weedy outside of our building every time we went out. Seems they are or have been doing some updates and things just didn't seem like a normal HAMPTON- bc we stay at them all the time.

    We stayed 2 times as a halfway point in our vacation. The staff was very friendly however the accommodations were sub-par. The beds were terrible. Sounded like they would break if you moved and the mattresses were so uncomfortable. The first night my ac was leaking water all over the floor. And our second stay the water was turned off to our toilet which maintenence came and turned it back on....and after I discovered the reason was because the flapper was disconnected in the tank and fixed it each time we used the toilet.

    We were very dissatisfied with our stay. First room that was assigned to us, the bed was partially made and slept in. We complained and were assigned another room which the tub was dirty, soap dispenser in shower was broken off and empty, floor not properly vacuumed, bed was awfully uncomfortable and pillows awful. Bathroom door barely closed because countertop was in the way. When we told staff about these issues, all they could say was sorry and not offer anything further like they will report to management or offer a discount ect. Very disappointing and i would not promote this property.

    This property is currently under going a much needed renovation, and did not meet the Hampton Inn standards I've come to expect.     The staff were friendly, howevere the floor were not swept, mopped or waxed. The trim was seperating from the walls and the paint was very noticeably running and brush marked. The bathroom was covered in hair and the shower was not cleaned. The caulking seals in the shower need stripped and updated. Frie dly people but not sanutary by any means and poorly kept.

    The entire place is dirty. The carpets were not clean and the hall ways smelled. I had to use my shoulder to open the door to my room. The door had weather stripping around it and the piece on the bottom was half torn loose. The tables in my room had not been cleaned and the bed felt like a military cot. Most definitely not worth the money.

    WE were given a handicapped room when we did not need it. It was difficult to open the door to the room for us ( a shoulder shove was needed), I cannot see how a handicapped person could do it. Also, a handicapped person (wheelchair) probably could not get into the tub for a shower.

    The cold water was turned off in the room, had to figure out how to turn it back on under the sink. Floors were dirty, cabinets sticky. The shampoo and conditioner had come detached from wall and were just sitting in the side of the tub. The paint on the tub was flaking off from repair jobs. The pillows were loud and crunchy. It’s very loud from the streets, we could hear the cars. The water in the walls was running all night. It was hard to sleep. The remodel of the lobby didn’t bother us and the front staff was very friendly. We knew the remodel of lobby was happening when we booked but I wasn’t prepared for the state of the rooms after staying in other Hampton Inns.

    Room was not clean, there was renovations happening therefore a lot of noise that I was unaware about until arriving. Didn’t mind the renovation but noise at crazy of dawn until 8-9 at night is unacceptable. Had to request multiple times for the beds to be changed due to stains on the linen. Even the mattress pad had a stain on it, and when the staff pulled that back an even bigger stain on the mattress. The breakfast was subpar, eggs were cold, drink machine out of order, best part about breakfast was the cereal. Will definitely not come back.

    We checked in and was informed that it was first come first serve. That was no where in the booking. We booked a 2 queen bed room and the only thing they had available was a 1 queen bed handicapped accessible room at the same price. It was late so we took the room.     Terrible experience. I booked a room with double beds for family of 4. I arrived 30-45 min later and was told they didn’t have my room. All they had was a king room. So not only did I spend the next 2 hours trying to chase down a room for my family to go to sleep, I was told they would not refund my money for giving me to someone else. Terrible service

    Then we were gone all day at a competition with band. We came back hot and sweaty ready to take a nice shower. Upon entering the bathroom we discovered all our towels were taken but never replaced. Not sure why they entered the room. The do not disturb tag was on the door the entire day and the room was not cleaned in any other way other than the towels were gone. At check out when I turned in my keys I asked for a printed receipt and was told they couldn't provide one, Hotels.com provides that. Not 100% sure why they can't print a receipt for me when I received one later that evening from Hampton via email. Although we had some issues that I would never expect from a Hampton Inn, the staff did try to work with us. It was just a weekend of mishaps.

    The check-in/out process was fine and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Although the rooms were clean, they were a bit run down and both the carpet and vinyl flooring felt damp. The tub was worn and the doors didn't close quite right. The beds, on the other hand, were really clean and comfortable. After a long day of driving, it was just what I needed.

    The stay consisted of 3 nights, 4 days, and the room was never serviced, cleaned, or trash picked-up. I had to take my own trash to waste can outside of room, had to go to front desk to get towels and shampoo & conditioner. When I brought this matter to the night attendant attention at front desk, she took notes and helped secure towels. She left note for manager, but the manager was rude and stated her notes show room was serviced, and basically said I was lying about no service. When asked why I would get towels and take rash out if room was serviced, she could have cared less and did nothing to remedy issue and satisfy my complaint.

    This property is in need of updating. The entire bathroom ceiling was moldy and the paint was pealing off. The bathroom sink drain was broken. When we checked in, no one was at the desk. We waited 10 minutes before someone showed up. There is no air conditioning in the halls or elevator. Other than that it was a typical Hampton Inn, just run down more than any I have ever seen.

    Hot showers. Clean sheets. Edible breakfast. Staff was amazing and super friendly and kind. But the whole hotel was old and smelled like old cigarette smoke. I feel like even the renovations were incomplete and falling apart.

    I got a room for the day to get away, only to show up to a hotel full of kids! Lol! Must have been a baseball tournament or something because they were everywhere. I forgot that this was a family friendly hotel. I should have gone to the Hilton. Nonetheless, the elevator was down. I was on the second floor so not too much of an inconvenience for a one night stay. The room was clean but a bit old. The shower wasn't as hot as I prefer. The bed and bedding were soft and comfortable. The satellite is Dish so there were good movie options. I had to wait for the kids to leave the gym so that I could go in. It is small and not as advertised. There were no dumbbells but I got a good sweat on the treadmill at an incline. There are lots of restaurants around so I was able to walk to a local taco place for dinner that was really good. I wont use it again for a getaway but it does what it needs for a night's rest.

    I was able to get a room on the first floor near the exit. That helps me so much to load and unload and less walking.

    Hotel leaks and it reaks of the leaks. Our a/c unit made horrible noises and leaked all over the floor. Housekeeping was non existent. Someone walked in on me in bed. After my partner went down to grab breakfast and apparently it was a e-check in is all I was told and nothing was done about it. No follow-ups. My only positive comment about this stay was nick at the front desk! Awesome and patient.

    The elevator was not working so we all had to hall our bags up the steps. Our tv did not work, so we had to switch rooms. Hotel is worn out. But we did hear that they are starting a remodel.
