I loved that the beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was clean and easy to use. I also loved that you could log into your own movie app accounts then clear your credentials. The breakfast varieties were also really nice touch and lastly, I appreciated that the check-in person called up to check and see if the room was ok for us. I didn't like that the showers didn't have a soap dish to hold your own personal soap. I also didn't like that the cleaning staff was loud as they moved through cleaning empty rooms. I don't think they considered people may still be sleep in their rooms.

The coffee When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, which I booked two days before I arrived. The clerk referred to me as boss. I didn't think that was very professional. When my reservation was found and made into our room, the door on the shower door would not stay closed.

Front desk clerk, Sylvia, was incredibly welcoming and nice. Rooms weren’t bad, but not up to Marriott standards. Entire staff was great.

The mattresses were old and worn out. You felt like you were sleeping on springs. The TV did not work. There were bugs in the bathroom. Water was stopped up in the tub suggesting a drainage/ plumbing issue. The ice machine on the second floor was broke. The elevator was slow. Fairfield, there was nothing fair about it! Marroitt? For the first time ever, I cannot trust a Marriott Hotel. Awful, just awful, cheap hotel!!!

The receptionist who was there during check out time, Miss Sylvia was exceptional! I love her spirit, hospitality and professionalism! Miss Shirley was exceptional as well. She provided an exceptional breakfast and her warmness, kindness was refreshing.

I never really do reviews, but this trip I felt there was a need to do one. My stay was for two days Friday and Saturday. The first thing was there was a roach in our room (room 315). The next thing was there was no comforter or sheets for the pull out coach and when I called down for some and the rep stated they had sheets but no comforter, therefore my 19 year old son had to sleep with me. This lead me to believe they DO NOT change out the comforters when they clean. The last thing was they only gave 2 big towels, two face towels, and one medium towel. The next day while leaving for an event, I asked the housekeeper for more towels, she stated they have no more towels. I thought to myself well what if they had to clean the room. I had to buy towels from Walmart. I was very disappointed because this hotel really meant something to me because the last time I was there my mom and dad stayed with me and they both passed in 2024. Very Disappointing!!!!

Worst stay this time, I was so disappointed since two weeks prior we stayed in Tulsa Oklahoma at the same brand hotel. Idk if this is a franchise or what but our stay was not up to our standards. We had 3 separate rooms, one had ants, one had bugs and the third had the worst guest next door. No water bottles for customers. We will reconsider all future stays with Marriott now.

One of the worst stays I've had in a long time. I stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there to check in. The elevator was really slow and some buttons were broke. The room was dirty, shower was filthy. The in-room refrigerator didn't work. The TV didn't work. A friend had said his microwave didn't work, but my room didn't have a microwave. Not good. Won't be going back.

Everything about the hotel itself was good. The front desk was great both evening and morning, efficient and very friendly. However, twice during the night (2:30 am and 3:15 am) there were doors being shut loudly and people also very loud. They would have a much higher rating if someone would have tried to quiet whoever was doing it.

The staff is nice and hotel is dated. Some of the outlets did not work and had hard time charging my tech. The vent in the bathroom sound like a loud broke down truck. The only thing I would eat from breakfast that was offered is the boiled eat and waffle.

Every morning I was woke up by the room service staff having the loudest conversation right outside my room. I am not exaggerating when I say every morning. I even looked out my peep hole one morning and one of the workers was leaning on my door while having an extremely loud conversation. They’re conversations were so loud you could here them outside. I never got good sleep at this location because of this. I have had better experiences at Motel 6 locations and those are never good. On the plus side the room was clean so at least they know how to clean while being loud and disrupting sleep. I will never stay at this location again. There are plenty other great options nearby.

We had some issues with our toilet which we fixed. The biggest issue was the elevator was down and we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Thankfully it worked when we got there. It was very inconvenient. The staff were also really nice though!

Professional staff, clean and spacious hotel, easy access to shopping and Tanger Outlet as well as a variety of restaurants. The hotel location is safe, quiet and they serve breakfast. Check out at Noon which is also great.

Amazing check in experience with Markita. Kind fast and efficient. I was in my room in 2 mins. Beautiful modern room. Comfy bed and great pillows. Safe are. Only 10 minutes to downtown Memphis. Great value and would certainly stay again. Also, good breakfast with many hot items.

This is a nice hotel in a business/hotel/restaurant area. There were a couple of quirky things. First the tv turned itself off. It gave a warning that it was turning off, but the remote couldn’t prevent it. Consulted the front desk and the clerk was helpful. Second the bed was small for a king size bed. More like a queen. The breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We came in town for the Rod Wave Last Lap Tour in Memphis at the FedX Forum. We booked this hotel because of the location. We always feel safe here and the front dest clerks are always courtesy and friendly.

The shower doesn’t get hot, so if you prefer a lukewarm bath or shower this is perfect for you. I like my shower to be hot. The breakfast is good and they offer a variety of things to choose from. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to relax and unwind.

We stayed at this hotel during a long road trip and it was perfect to get in late and crash. The people were very nice checking in and out. Reasonable price for great quality. The beds were so comfortable and we all got a great night sleep (firm supportive beds yet soft. The hotel was very clean and we even noticed that they have an “A” rating from their health department. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We recommend to get there before 30 minutes to closing time on the breakfast if you want the hot eggs and sandwiches.

1/4 gap in the main door making it easy for someone to break in. You can literally see into the hallway! No shower liner and shower curtain was missing two hooks. Bath tub drain didn't function properly and was slow to drain. Old AC unit was ridiculously noisy and made it difficult to sleep.

Standard Fairfield Inn, housekeeping could do a little better carpet in room could use vacuuming, elevators slow and scary, room walls are very thin, shower and toilet had a few hairs left behind, but I always clean my facilities before use so wasn't a big deal. Water in shower could be hotter. Overall nice location easy highway access and I would stay here again.

We booked a nights stay for our family of 4. We paid extra for two queen beds. When we got there, the hotel had overbooked and put us all into a King bedroom without any other options for a room or refund. No apologies were made for their mistake or concerns for our comfort. We were no more than a dollar bill to them.

The property was great but i had booked 3 rooms which Expedia tied my credit card correctly to two rooms then had the 3rd listed as a cash payment which was not possible. When I called Expedia over the issue the idiot customer service rep who could hardly speak English kept running us in circles. The hotel manager just canceled the 3rd room and we ended up rebooking at the price due to the complete incompetence of the Expedia Customer Service Rep.

I had a 10 day stay at the property. Room was only serviced twice despite multiple requests. Elevator does not work. You must use the stairs. I wonder what people with disabilities are supposed to do. Really bad experience for a Marriot property.

Tv didn’t work and they said they were sending someone up and they never came. The woman running the breakfast was very rude and told my kids they couldn’t have anymore bacon that there was other food for them to eat.
