The property was clean but the jacuzzi was ice cold. I was told they were waiting on a part that was coming after the holidays. Plus no complimentary breakfast and the bistro was closed during lunch hours.

Pool was out of order but the hot tub worked. We were allowed to use outdoor pool across the way at the Residence Inn. The staff there was phenomenal!

We’d also recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse which was about a 5 mins walk from the hotel. Excellent food and highly recommended.

Love my stay here! The safe was so helpful and welcoming. And the area felt very safe and had a bunch of good food! I will be staying here again when I come back at the end of the month!!!

Everything The only thing I didn't like is I had booked my room 4 days in advance when I got there they told me they couldn't find my reservation and it was confirmed on booking.com but when I gave her the confirmation and everything she was like she didn't see it but ended up charging me and she said if they didn't refund my money to let her know but everything went great I didn't get charged twice my money was sent back to my card but other than that the staff and stay was really nice I would book again

It wasn't made clear to me that there was no breakfast, nor was it pet-friendly! I checked out and checked into the Residence right across the lot. It cost me a little more but I didn't have much choice because I had 2 rooms and had to make sure my guest were comfortable with their stay.

The staff was great Brianna at the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice. The rooms were clean. A nice place to stay!

Breakfast was not included and very expensive. Front desk was very friendly. We had huge holes in blankets and comforter. Candy wrappers on floor behind bedside table. No soap dish. Only one trash can and it was in bathroom.

No breakfast, no airport shuttle on weekends, noisy neighbors

The kings suite needs to be upgraded. The bath tub had rust on the bottom of tub. Never cleaned room.

staff wasn’t present when i walked in to check in, wasn’t present when we were ready to eat, so we had to walk to get food and only had wine and beer.

They never said you had to stay 3 nights to get your room cleaned and when I requested the room to be cleaned, everyone had already left for the day. Very nice staff at the breakfast area, she made the best coffee for us and was very sweet. Forgot to get her name, but she has been there for over 20 years!

Overall ok stay. Just need to cut trees outside room window. Trees beat window while it was storming. Update shower heads.

We were next door to the boiler room it was loud. That room should be used last and only when sold out, room 110.

Very dirty, old property with new furniture

This is our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed our time here. Nice room, pool, fitness area, and lobby. The staff were excellent and accommodating. We will make this our go to stay next time we are in Memphis.

The staff was invaluable. I needed to print a document, and they helped me use their printer. What I liked most was that I got to print for free!

For my first time staying at the Courtyard, I was very impressed. The amenities and dining options were great. I like the layout of the room. My only suggestion would be to have smart TVs as I like to bring my Chromecast with me on trips out of town.

My son had a baseball tournament out in Southhaven, and the hotel was 10mins from the fields and close to shopping and restaurants. We left a day early and they changed our checkout date so we didn’t have to pay that extra day that we booked. Friendly staff, quiet, and clean. Will book again!!!! One thing that I wish they had was complimentary breakfast (I guess marriotts don’t do that,) but other than that! Thumbs up!!!

Room was good, although not in accordance with our reservation. My wife and I reserved a room with two queen beds, but that type of room was not available when we checked in. We had to sleep in separate bedrooms. Not happy about that.

Was going to ask for a wake up call but the room phone didn’t work. And when I called downstairs to let them know from my Cell phone they didn’t answer! I called 4 times with no one ever answering! Bed was stiff and pillows were horrible. Will not be staying here again.

Booked the hotel for the hot tub. Of course it was closed for maintenance. Staff were sure nice! Probably won’t stay here again. Both evenings the “bistro” was closed.

The hotel on the whole was very nice and the staff were great. Our room was nice, no complaints there. We purchased two glasses of wine from the bar and felt as if we had paid a small fortune. We didn’t even bother to check out the hotel breakfast the next morning since we anticipated it would be unreasonably priced. The area where the hotel is located has lots of eating options so it was easy to find a substitute. One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was for the hot tub, which to our dismay was out of service due to maintenance issues. This spoiled our stay. There are literally at least a dozen hotels of similar quality in the exact same area, so I wouldn’t hesitate to try a different one the next time I stay in Memphis.

Friendliest staff! I have stayed in 5-Star properties around the world. Who would have thought the nicest, most-professional hotel staff--from the front desk to the cafe--would be located in little Southaven, MS. I highly recommend!

I stayed their do to a funeral I had to attend.the hotel was presentable and clean.I just didn’t like that the road that led to the hotel was gravel do to construction being done to the road.other than that it was a convenient location.right by the freeway and it was surrounded by food places,plenty of department stores.I give it a 4 overall

Website unclear regarding free shuttle to airport being only available during the week not weekends also free shuttle in the area no details in limit area radius. House keeping did not empty garbage or bring clean towels?

Very noisy overnight as reservation was end room by elevator. Carpet in room was wet like it was just wet vacuumed. Not sure I would stay again or recommend.

We needed to be near the Memphis airport for a very early morning flight and this hotel fit the bill perfectly.

No issues. Stopped for one night. Clean and quiet. Area had plenty of shopping/restaurants and felt safe. Room was fine.

No sheets or pillows for rollout bed. When asked the desk clerk was not accommodating and seemed annoyed we were asking. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. We’re told that breakfast was complimentary and it was not. Lobby was very hot.

5 hotels within 100 yards. Safe and several restaurants and shopping within 5 miles. Off Interstate-55.

I called to see about an early check in, was told no, fine, but she proceeded to tell me a room might not even be available at the 3pm check in time. I booked a month ahead and requested a crib at the time. Got there, no more cribs. No where for baby to sleep safely. I hadn’t planned on an alternative. The pool had blood on floor, debri littered around, and no towels.

When I entered the building to check in there was no one around and there were very few lights on/ very dark inside. Had to wait bit for someone to appear, no bell to ring. My family had a room with a pull out bed, I had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets and blankets in order to make the bed. The man at the desk gave me sheets and one blanket, when I asked for a pillow he said there were none left but he was sorry about that 😳 while making the bed I was standing on soaked carpet. No coffee in the room, had to spend 6$ on 2 cups of coffee. Several hotels in the area….do yourself a huge favor and stay at one of them

Hotel was great, but they did not offer any type of complimentary breakfast or coffee that I always expect at Courtyard.

Room was clean for the most part, aside from the carpet, which had fake flower petals that had not been picked up, all over, from a previous guest. Hotel store was bare, not stocked at all with drinks, snacks, etc..

The property itself was not a problem. In our room the phone and the tvdid not work. When went down to tell the front desk they told me to climb over the desk and unplug the tv and see if that worked. And if it didnt, oh well. For the phone they gave me a number and said call this # if you need front desk. Called the number and it did not work either, said it was not a working number. Housekeeping also was asked to leave us new towels but not to clean the room. They did not leave us towels.

The facility is great. The mattress was not comfortable. Everything else was great.

This was SO disappointing for a Marriott facility there was used bar soap left in the shower the carpets in the hallways were dirty the ice machine didn’t work, there was no food available and when I went to the bar the kid (literally looked 17) opened the fridge and pulled out and old used bottle of wine and said I guess no one has gone to the store? What kind of Marriott is this???? Totally not up to company standards. This place should have a surprise visit by corporate and get it cleaned up pronto.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in town.

We came to visit Memphis but stayed in Stonehaven instead. The hotel is right off the interstate and close to everything. Only 20 minutes away from Memphis. Only disappointments was, everytime we went to the front desk (except when checking out), no one was available so we had to wait for them to come out the office. Also the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken so we had to go to the 2nd floor for ice.

The service was exceptional. The ladies in the coffee bar made our visit. The hotel is clean and the rooms very comfortable.

It’s always great when we can stay at the Courtyard. This hotel is amazingly comfortable. The pillows are too soft but I bring my own.

The location of the hotel is excellent. You have everything around you. Walmart, food shops, shopping, cvs and the highway is right there. Very convenient. I’d stay here again just wish the housekeeping would be friendlier.

They charge to much just to have two towels and the bathroom and one roll of tissue….I spent two nights there,room service was poor,I ask for towels and still haven’t received any, she tells me manager gone bring them up to many people asking for sum……water was nasty, they charge my kids 2.50 for a bottle of water ,when the water was free…..want be staying there anymore!!!!!

The room was clean. We asked for pillows for the kids sleeping on the small pullout but they said there were none. Had to go get extra towels downstairs because 2 towels were in the room even though we said there would be 4 guests. The ice machine was broken. Just not worth the money.

The refrigerator smelled awful, and it was not cleaned after we requested it to be cleaned. The room also was not as clean as it should be. The shower was very difficult to turn on. It felt like the bearings behind the knob was broken.

It was a beautiful, clean facility and the staff was super friendly, courteous and accommodating…every single one of them. The room was very clean and comfortable also. Enjoyed a nice glass of wine snd some really good barbecued wings from the Bistro in the lobby which had a relaxing ambiance. Loved our stay here!

Hotel room wasn’t filthy, but the living furniture was stained and looked disgusting. In inspection of the mattress looking for creepy crawlies the mattress was stained and looked disgusting and a mattress cover was just thrown on top. Felt dirty just being in the room. Also, there was no hot water for the shower. I took a cold shower the next morning. Wasn’t very thrilled about the overall stay. Staff was nice.

The staff did not wear masks. This is Mississippi, a place to avoid while covid rages on.
