It's filthy. I had a rat jump out of my AC unit. We left after 2 days. One clothes drawer was littered with rat droppings. On the first night it sounded like the hotel was close to a karaoke bar - on the second night when I was leaving it became clear that it wasn't a karaoke bar, it was the staff and security sat outside in the little hut blasting out music and singing along all night. Awful awful place. Struggling to get a refund from them.

The staff were helpfull The room was very dirty. However, after asking the staff remade the bed by check in. Unfortunatly, during the night, there were mouse/rats running over our bed while we were sleeping. Resulting in us having to change rooms at 1am.

The Bathroom has hot water facility. The towels are not clean. The room is not as spacious as in the images. There is not e electric kettle.

We booked the deluxe room for 2 nights, but 5 seconds into the room we realized that it's facing the road and it was very, very noisy. It's impossible to rest in a such noisy room, so we came down to the receptionist because there was no phone in the room, and asked to be placed in another room. Since they don't have any, we asked to be relocated to a standard room, we were okay with paying more than it actually costed. But the man insisted that we had to pay again. The receptionist was also very rude, the toilet and pillows were dirty, and when we checked out, the security guy smoked and blow it in front of us. I couldn't even believe what was happening. This was by far the worst experience I had with reddoorz. Don't stay here.

Some parts of the room were not clean enough (dusty surface or corners, sticky floor), and the bathroom could have been cleaner with better cleaning liquid and more scrubs.

location to where I needed it to be slow wify, rusty showers, dirty bathroom tiles. Booked via booking.com price Rp180,000. Upon pay at property price became Rp324,000!!!! never book via booking.com again. not honest!!!
