    Pictures arent the reality of the property. Very run down and you have to understand you're paying for what you get. Staff was great, housekeeping was great...no complaints except no hot water. Would stay again under circumstances.

    This was our second visit to Park Pointe. What a noticeable improvement! Rooms are being remodeled, new furniture, drapes, clean tiled bathroom, comfortable beds, freshly painted rooms, excellent condition! Due to drought, outside landscaping in sad shape and outside of building could use a coat of paint, ice machine out of order, however I was there for a clean bed and room! I plan on staying there again!

    It is what you expect from a cheaper hotel. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The floor was gross and the carpet was coming apart. Holes in the wall. The pictures online were very misleading. Our neighbors that weekend were inviting anyone and everyone in their room. They were awake and screaming all night and their door was always open. The ice machines were broken. Housekeeping came in our room when they told us that they wouldn't. Location is pretty good at least.

    This is the WORST “Hotel” I have ever stayed at. It’s not a hotel it is a motel. It was terrifying. The room reeked so heavily of cigarettes, that I checked out after 4 hours because the stench was making me nauseous. Of course neither the property or Expedia cared. Despite paying for the room, I ended up sleeping at the airport until it was time to board my flight. I am fairly certain the pictures of the rooms and the reviews are fake.

    Clean and great staff but nothing special. SUPER lumpy bed, and the property looks run down. It’s a big property and I’m guessing it’s just going to take time to get fixed up??? Or it’s San Francisco and the owner/landlord doesn’t care and just wants to make $$ off travellers and it’s ok if it’s a one time deal. The room was clean and not sketchy at all…really clean. Nice shower and water pressure for sure.

    we desperately looking for a place for a one night stay and we had a bad decision of choosing this hotel unfortunately it was not as expected ambience of property is poorly cleaned north it’s safe to be around this location. the property requires 100% rehabilitation in order to compete with other hotel from the Neighbourhood. this hotel does not require to be advertising Expedia website.

    Horrible stay at this hotel. There were roaches in the roo, I woke up at around 12 midnight and I saw a fat roach crawling on my ipad that was on my bedside. I went to restroom to pee and saw a roach crawling on the floor and went under the rug/carpet. I went back to bed trying to call the front desk over and over again to no avail. No one was there nor can you leave a VM regarding my concerns. I laid awake from midnight to 4 am as I’m afraid a roach would crawl to go inside my ear. At around 5 am, I had to go to the restroom to pee and I look inside the tub as I wanted to freshen up before checking ou and there were a roach colony in there, with full grown roaches and roach eggs (I believe they’re eggs). OMG, I immediately told my bpyfriend that we’re getting out of there. So disgusting. I took a video of the roaches on the tub so I have proof. We went down and stayed inside our car because I couldn’t stay at that roach infested room. There was an alternate phone number on the front door of the hotel saying to call if guests need assistance. But no one picks up the phone, only left a message. I tried 4 times leaving a message to no avail. Horrible, horrible stay. They should be reported to the Health Department. Shame on hotel.com for adding this horrible hotel in their choices of hotel in the area. The pics on the site is deceiving. The pics shows that the hotel is decent; however, once you’re there you will see how disgusting that hotel really is.

    This hotel fell way below my expectation even though I only needed a place to stay for 1 night I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Expedia advertised it as a great deal at an extremely reduced rate on that date so I thought I would be getting good value but the hotel looked nothing like the photos. Very run down, you could smell smoke coming from rooms that were supposed to be non-smoking, toilet paper holder off the wall, rusty shower rood, old carpets, dead bold on door broken, heater not working. The only reason I did not refuse to stay was because the check in person was very nice, offered to carry my bag to the room (there are no valets actually), the sheets and towels were clean so it was acceptable. There is also no hotel shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I suggest Expedia reconsider representing this hotel.

    No hot water, no heater and the room is cold. No electrical outlets worked. Room was filthy with mold, white body fluid stains and cigarette burns on the chair, terrifying looking women in lingerie in parking lot. People living in cars and using drugs, glass was cracked from either rocks or guns. Was scared to catch a disease from the bed so slept with clothes on and did not shower. Toilet was loose and leaking, it kept refilling all night. I am a 37 year old blue collar worker and this place was too much, which was saying alot. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews before booking a room and not after like I did. A 2 star hotel nothing to brag about and would strongly recommend not staying here.

    The overall stay, and the room condition was okay. I didn't realize the rooms were not apart of the lobby/front desk. You will be checking in first, so you can find out the location of your room, then driving your vehicle to the designated parking spot in front of your room. The distance from the front desk to the rooms wasn't too far away. I disliked the speed of the WiFi - it was slow. I tried watching a movie on laptop, and I didn't bother to finish it because the movie was buffering. The walls are thin, where I could hear music blasting from the other room.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. I was sold here because of the amenity of free self parking but with how awful this was I wish I would have just paid the outrageous valet fees at a nicer hotel. Do not stay here.

Once meeting a staff member, I was questioned about wanting a receipt for the agreement I had just signed, in order to stay at the hotel. The room didn't offer hot water, bed sheets were stained, and when entering the room the water was running in the bathroom sink & bathtub. I then attempted to contact the front desk and no one ever answered the phone. I will never stay at this Hotel again. I hope Hotels.com removes this business entity from there offering list.     Honestly the pictures were so deceiving this is a motel at best. The room is tiny there is not warm water at all. Cold showers everyday. House cleaning barges in with out knocking. Front desk people were really nice and apologized but really didn’t do anything about the stay.

Anyways the guy canceled my deposit because they pulled it from my card and then said that my card was declined for the room so I called the cops they help me go up to the desk and tell him to give me my $100 back all he did was cancel it, the deposit never went back into my account 6 days later back into my account

    the front desk guy when We check in was rude. I asked him about the buffet time of service and He ignored me 3 times. When we received the keys He gave us a dirty room, the sheets, pillows cases and towels were dirty but the bed was made like it was clean. My boyfriend and I talked to the front desk about the dirty room and he said tomorrow morning they cleaning it. The next day the maid cleaned the room very rapidly and I think everyone had bad actitud in this hotel. They were few kids running over and over in front of the room. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very, very dirty everywhere

    The property photos are not updated. The place looks very old and rundown everything is rusted, even the bathroom curtain rod, and some lights don’t work. The staff mentioned the property is for sale, so there won’t be any renovations soon. We booked for two nights but ended up checking out after just one night, as we had no choice since we arrived very late and needed to rest.     The property is very old and needs reconstruction and revitalization. The room smelled very bad and was very difficult to sleep. I ended up having to take Benadryl for an allergy attack. Beds were uncomfortable. There was absolutely no hot water in the morning for a shower. It warmed just enough to feel like a cold, swimming pool for me to rinse off.. worst place I’ve ever stayed.

    Paid for three nights but only stayed one. The shower in the first room didn’t work, and it smelled like old oil. We asked to change rooms, but the second one smelled strongly of cigarettes. We spent the night there but could barely sleep, feeling unsafe, as a few people were watching us while we tried to air out the smoke smell.     Check in took too long. Front desk clerk did not look professional at all, she actually sick (cold/flu, maybe) was coughing the whole time while checking me in. She wasn't wearing a mask at that. Got to my room, and the tv wasn't working. Tried calling the front desk but the phone wasn't properly working also. So I walked to the front to let the clerk know so she switched me to another room. Got to the new room and the tv was working, thank goodness because after a long drive, all you really wanna do is relax and watch tv. The bed was horrible, i literally felt every spring on my body. By this time it was past midnight already. I just wanted to rest. This might be the last time I check in here, to be honest, unless this place gets a major makeover

    I swear when I pulled up to the hotel, I thought it had been closed down and they forgot to cancel my reservation. The lobby (the main photo they use) was hands down the nicest part of the entire property. Everything else looked abandoned. They put me (a single female traveler) in the back of the property which did not feel safe at all. Apparently this hotel also serves as a long term (month to month) low cost housing rental. The "garden" hasn't been tended to, and again..looks abandoned. It was actually terrifying. I stayed for a while 5 hours before I high tailed it out of there. OMG! I didn't even mention how nothing was wiped down, the toilet seat had splatters all over and wasnt even connected. There was no toilet roll holder, just a loose roll placed on the back of the toilet. Also, there was a man sitting in his vehicle and looking up into my room for a good hour. I absolutely do not suggest staying here alone.

    I really hate to give negative feedback on hotels because we only use them as a place to sleep and shower but some amenities should be standard. They didn’t have an ice machine, no fridge in our room or microwave, the hotel room was dirty and stained carpet. The rooms downstairs had hookers living in the rooms, they looked like they were long time guests as they were openly serving customers. This place is not child or family friendly.     Due to the Chinese restaurant attached to the motel, it consistently smelled like spoiled sea food outside the hotel. The room doors did not seal at the bottom and had constant bugs in the room. They keep the doors to the courtyard locked unless housekeeping unlocks them, and it’s so inconvenient to walk the whole building to get to the front desk. There is not a manager on site, so they have to text her and not make a physical phone call to solve a problem. The staff however was nice and did their very best given the resources they seemed to have.

    I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We arrived late, check-in went smooth initially. However, upon arrival to our room, it reeked of tobacco smell. Our room was changed twice due to tobacco smell in a non-smoking facility hotel. We were traveling with small children and this was frustrating since our arrival was later and we couldn’t just “go to bed”, but deal with this situation. The last room that we were given still had some smell, but at this point we were tired of transferring luggage, belongings, and our kiddos. The room was run down and old. The handle on the bathroom fell off after trying to open the bathroom door. The fresh pictures in the description do not reflect the actual facilities. It’s time for an update. Also, when travelers book a non-smoking facility, this is what they expect to get. Will not stay here again.

    Day 2 our A/C stopped working and we called. The gentleman immediately came and fixed it for us. Day 3 our room key stopped working. I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I rang the bell, still no one. I waited and still no one. I called the hotel # and let it ring at least 10-15 times. Still no one. Another customer walked up and we both stood there. In rang the bell AGAIN this time a little more aggressively and still no one. I called again and let it ring about 20 x. Still no one.. I called one last time and sat my phone on the counter and just let it ring. Finally after about 3 - 4 minutes of constant ringing some young guys stumbled to the counter. You could tell that I woke him up. If you can't do your job and stay awake, maybe Customer service is not for you. (Side note - it was only 4pm)

The main door (revolving) did not work and had a glass panel replaced with plywood. All the windows were dirty. The reception area looked nothing like the sparkling clean photo here. The police came by looking for the reception staff person and then left. A man showed up at 11:20 and said that he was just called in to work. While we waited, my husband found another place closer to our final destination in Santa Rosa. So at 11;45, we put our bags back in the car and drove another hour or so north. To say that I was disappointed, is putting it lightly. I would not recommend this property.

    This property was very old and run down. The room smelt moldy and the carpets and chair looked and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in years. I didn't even feel safe leaving my luggage there much less staying the night. Aftet a brief walk through, I immediately returned to the front desk and asked for a refund and proceed to find another hotel.

    Not like what you see in the pictures. I thought property was abandoned when I pulled up. Carpets where bunching up, lights in bathroom were burned out and toilet seat was holding on by one bracket. But staff at the front desk were nice.

    Marijuana smell entered through bathroom vent from unit below (121). Also, upon check-in, I verified the Expedia quoted rate, staff acknowledged it’s the same. But the paperwork I signed showed “0”. I was told the rate will appear on receipt after checkout. During checkout another staff Florence couldn’t provide me with an itemized receipt. It showed “0.00”. He struggled for 20 minutes. I asked the manager Karen to contact me. After 4 hours I was contacted via email and a phone call. The taxes on receipt was much higher. She informed me to contact Expedia! She claimed she had no knowledge of my complaints about rooms, as her staff didn’t inform her or recorded it! An awful experience…

    Listen… this place is not it. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot and drove past some of the rooms, we instantly got that creepy, horror-movie vibe—you know, the kind where you scream at the screen, “Why would they even stay there?!” That’s exactly how we felt. My daughters were terrified to even get out of the car. The pictures on Expedia? I don’t know where those came from, but they definitely weren’t taken here. Nothing about this place matched what was advertised. I would have never booked this dump if the photos had been honest. Looking back, I should’ve trusted my gut when I got an email before check-in saying none of the amenities were available. That was the red flag I ignored. Believe me, I will absolutely be disputing this charge with my credit card company. This place needs to be removed from all booking sites. It’s unsafe, misleading, and disgusting. Stay far, far away.

    I wanted to like this hotel. Our room was cute and the beds were comfortable - but there was no hot water, apparently in the whole hotel! There is a room deposit that isn't returned when your stay is over but supposedly ,5 days after you leave. The floor rug had countless bumps and lumps. One of the bath towels had grease all over it.We only stayed 1 night - you can live with anything for a night, but I won't stay here again.

    This place is terrible. Our key card would work on and off. One time when my husband was trying to get in the room, the key card wasn't working. They have security who walks up and down during the day. Really he spends all day talking to the people that stay there. He opened the door for my husband. Made us wonder if he just opens doors at any time. The final straw was when we came to the hotel around 11:30 pm. Our key card wasn't working. There was no one working the front desk. The after hours number, no one answers or returns calls. I'm still waiting for a call back and it's been almost 2 weeks. I take medication and use an oxygen. I couldn't access either because we couldn't get into our room. This is detrimental to my health. We had to pay and stay in another hotel.

    It was a very convenient place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. TV had only 4 channels, 3 ESPN and Showtime. No news channels or regular channels. That was disappointing. Other than that, I would stay there again.

    Cons: the main issue is the dissonance between what the website shows the property to be and what it looks like in person. The main office building is run down, dirty windows with broken blinds visible from the outside, as if the hotel is abandoned. The revolving door is blocked with a wood panel, very similar to what you’d see in a post apocalyptic movie. None of the lights were on in the main lobby, which was super eerie. Getting to my room, I walked into a space that hasn’t received much care in a while. Stained and discolored table surfaces, peeling and patched over ceiling cracks, and smeared paint stains on the front door’s inside. The best thing about the space was the recently updated bathroom area. Everything else, including the musky smell that was likely coming from the hvac unit, did not match anything from the property’s website. To be clear, I’ve stayed at budget places before. There’s presumed value adjustment for the nightly fee, which is all fine. What I’m describing is very clear false advertising to what’s actually presented upon arrival. I wish I could submit my photos with this review, but it’s unfortunately text only.

    Would not recommend. Upon arriving at the hotel, the surrounding area and exterior looked a bit sketchy, but we decided to give it a chance. That turned out to be a mistake. The first room we were given had bed sheets with hairs and stains, and the toilet seat had visible poop marks. We requested a new room, which was only slightly better. The floors looked like they hadn’t been properly vacuumed, and we found more hair left in the tub. The final straw was that the shower only had cold water, even after letting it run for a while. Sadly, this stay was so bad that we ended up canceling after just one night.

    Just needed a few hours stay for catching a flight next day. Was in a quiet neighborhood within 3 miles from the airport and was worth the price - nothing fancy. The room was clean but no microwave and less amenities but was under $100 after taxes from the usual $200-$500 daily San Francisco rates. Hospitality was decent it was past midnight and the hotel clerk called first. Clean. quiet. And comfortable bed and shower with bathtub made this place judged good place to stay when traveling to SFO. However I wish they had a thicker blanket because it was a bit cold at night,

    Immediately checked out after seeing the room. When we walked into the lobby, no one was there to help us for about 8 minutes. It smelled like cigarettes. Then after walking into our room, it reeked of marijuana. The lights weren’t working properly and kept flickering in the bathroom.

    Rooms are small. A Laptop is bigger than the TV given in the room. The water does not get hot. The room was terribly dirty when we arrived. When asked for more towels they never arrived. The hotel is attached to a restaurant that had rats crawling by the dumpster outside.

    The property is falling apart. You are welcomed to a revolving door that is roped off, another door which is broken and blocked off, and finally one small door that is not automatic to roll your luggage through. The check in was fast but it was enough time for me to see all of the peeling laminate from all the counter tops. When I entered the room, I found rodent droppings on my bed and a blood stain on the bedding and walls. I immediately booked another room elsewhere and left. I did not feel safe at this location
