The hotel was at a very convenient location for us and breakfast in the morning was very helpful and more than a basic cereal bar. Parking was not as excessively expensive compared to the city parking.

Zero pool! So if you have little ones know this in advance. Breakfast has variety. Not to friendly

Quiet even so near to the freeway and airport, spotlessly clean. Check in and out were simple. It's a chain, so if you've stayed in Home2 elsewhere, this is an excellent branch of it. Parking is a bit pricey, and I didn't realize there would be a charge.

Hello! I really liked everything, your hotel is wonderful. It would be even better if strongly scented products, especially for cleaning, were not used in public areas and in the rooms, since people may have sensitivity to scents. Otherwise, everything was just wonderful.

My family and I enjoyed the in room refrigerator, sink and microwave. The size of the room is spacious and the sofa bed is a plus.

The property is in great location, and well maintained ,, the fronnt desk staff are terrible thou.. checking in Dan didn't look at us at all..he never smile, he is just focus on the computer screen.. same as when we checked out, I didn't feel any appreciation from the front desk. I even say hello we are checking out at drop the key card on the counter, and i was told, you can just drop it here and top the box..and I felt offended. I never heard thank you at all or aknowledgement from any employee.This is our 3rd time in the property, but because of what we experience this time.. maybe this will be the last

It was my first time staying at any Hilton brand and this felt like my home away from home. Staff were super helpful and nice. Everything was great! I loved the apps that are included with the tv in the room. The only downfall was there wasn’t a stove but you could get a portable stove from the front desk. Also I didn’t like how expensive the parking fee was/is. But I would definitely stay here again.

It was our 1st time visiting and we were pleased with our stay. The kids were slightly disappointed to not be able to use the game room as it was under renovation. We will check it out next time though!

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very accommodating to our family and understanding with our two children who needed to use the stairs and not the elevators (they have autism and terribly scared to go into the elevators) they were quick to assist with any questions we had and always so so kind. We will definitely be coming back and staying at any of the Hilton establishments.

We’re a family of 4 (including 2 young ones) and enjoyed this facility! We stayed at another Home2 in a different city during the same trip and this one didn’t disappoint either. There was a spacious dining area for breakfast (included) and dinner (take outs). Check-in process was quick and staff was very professional throughout entire stay. The room had a “homey” feel equipped with a kitchenette. We walked into a bright and clean room presentation and all electronics worked as expected! Every floor had a water refill station and ice machine which was very convenient! Although there was not a pool, we did use other amenities such as gym, laundry room, and lobby drink station. Did I mention breakfast is included? We would stay here again and recommend to all family and friends!

Rooms were clean. They do have breakfast, but i didnt have a chance to wake up n get downstairs in time. There are snacks in the lobby. Big selection of microwaveable frozen foods to choose from. Nice selection of soft drinks. You also have to pay $25 for parking your car on the property.

Pretty much the only thing I liked about the property was the convenience factor of being close to the concert venue I was attending a show at. I should have just stayed at a different Hilton property in the city. The room was small, which isn't a big deal. The reason I will not return to this Hilton property is mostly due to the staff. While it is was convenient to the location I was attending a concert I ultimately should have just gone to a different Hilton property in the City.

When we checked in we noticed our TV in the room was saying a different name, we went down to check with the front desk staff and she said no no its all good. Later i get a call from her saying she did book us in the wrong room but adjusted the pricing etc for my bill. Luckily we didn't have to move rooms...everything else was fine besides the fact that our bathroom lights didn't work at all and the room wasn't as clean as I'd like. Some weird orange stains on the lampshade made me question what else may have not been cleaned properly...

She made us do everything ourselves, including pushing the luggage cart into the conference room for storage. But was not expecting to pay $27.00 for parking. Other hotels accomodate veteran parking. The hostess didn't bother asking her peers if there was a veteran pricing or parking available.

Hotel mentioned that room gets cleaned every other day, however, we stayed 3 nights and we never got our room cleaned.

The parking here is TERRIBLE. Added parking is needed for sure especially with events going on throughout the Bay Area. The front desk was super helpful allowing us to parking in a non-designated area, but imagine if they needed that spot for safety assistance. Other than that, staff is incredible.

Avoid at all cost if you want to stay at a hotel that values basic hygiene and cleaning standard. I stay at the single suite but when I about to get to sleep, I found the 'supposed to be clean' pillow as well as the bedsheet is full of strong body odor from someone else. I just checked in the hotel and not even stay on the bed for one second so it's apparently from someone stayed before. The hotel front desk refused to help me move to the new room while threatening me that I have to stay in the new room assigned otherwise they will have no place to stay at the night. At 1am? Really? Is that how you treat your customer when apparently your cleaning staff does not bother changing the sheet and pillow between customers? I have been staying in 3-4 star hotel for business trip but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The management should look into this and take action on the front desk who threatened me.

I have another hotel and was horrible , I get another booking in home 2 suite by hilton and everything change they were so nice , everything was clean nice no mess no sound rooms are big and clean , breakfast delicious very day have something different . I have a really good experience.

The hotel felt clean and spacious. Our room was well laid out and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The beds were a bit hard but the room was very nice. We did not get housekeeping during our stay even though it was supposed to be every other night. Not an issue for us though. Breakfast was the expected foods but is not self serve. You will be served by an employee but it seemed to speed up the lines so you never waited and there was plenty of tables. All the staff was helpful and kind. I would stay there again for sure.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a quick trip to San Francisco!! The place was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast they offer. We will definitely be back.

On the other hand I was very displeased when we went up to our room and started getting settled for the night. I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom that needed up crawling into the ceiling vent. I called the front desk and notified them that instant. They came the next day to clean but I asked them to wait until we headed out to our planned adventure. A couple hours later while heading out I encounter yet another cockroach, which I killed and left it on the toilet paper on the floor for them to see!! I walked to the front desk and let them know about the 2nd cockroach that I killed and to please clean the room while we were out. They said they would, so we went on our way. We came back late and started getting showered and ready for bed. I noticed that the room had not been touched but the tissue with the cockroach had been picked up and tossed in the trash can. Then I was trying to shower and the shower head was just dangling from the wall mount. I had to shake out all of our luggage before leaving because I did not want to take a cockroach home!! What made my stay a little more tolerable was the breakfast staff. The woman tending to everyone was such a sweetheart!

Rooms were well lit and clean. The carpet looked very clean. The lighting in the room was ample and bright. Lots of surface area for everyone to put belongings other than floor. Internet was working well too.breakfast was a bonus.

We've stayed at this hotel many times. It's a staple for us to stay to drive into SF to save some money. It's a great size room we do the studio for my family of 5. The breakfast is always good and the property is always clean. Will definitely continue to stay there.

During my most recent stay, the front desk experience was unprofessional. The staff member I interacted with was unclear and inappropriate in the way she explained and requested information. Additionally, I was surprised by the $30-per-night parking fee, especially considering that I am a disabled guest. This charge felt excessive and was not clearly disclosed in advance in the app. The room itself also left much to be desired. It smelled strongly of marijuana, and both the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. While I will say the breakfast was decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Check in was slow do to only one person at the desk same for check out. Once we got to our room we noticed the bathroom light didn’t work the TV wasn’t as well and AC cover was also broken and I didn’t want to be liable for that.. so I had to call the front desk so maintenance can fix everything first one guy came and said we might have to move rooms then another guy who seems to know what he was doing fixed everything and finally we could relax. The beds were terrible way to hard and the pillows were too soft no support woke up sore the next day. Guess if you had to I stay somewhere for the night it’s okay but couldn’t do more then one.

We had two 9 year old grandsons with us, so it was disappointing that the advertised play/game room was unavailable. Room was clean and comfortable - easily accommodated 5.

They owe me refund for early check in & made no effort after my initial contact to resolve my issue.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfy beds, easy parking. They do charge for parking even if its not gated. Only thing i didnt like was the shower head..water barely came out. Lisa was great as well, checking in if we needed anything. Would stay again.

The location is close to the airport, freeway, and close to cities nearby with great selections of restaurants. The room is spacious and clean.

Accommodations with breakfast included and a lot of options

The hotel was clean and comfortable for our family.. we used 2 rooms which accommodated all 10 of us. Easy access to rooms with an elevator.. I didn’t know about using the door key for turning on the lights, so learned something new.. breakfast was alright, it was very busy, but, that could be because of it being Saturday and a holiday weekend. Parking was limited, we had to park in an EV space with a gas vehicle .

The room we stayed in was not comfortable. The bed was too hard and not comfortable. The biggest concern was the black mold we discovered in the bathroom. It had been there for months. Black mood doesn’t form overnight. We discovered it the next morning. Had we known the day before we have asked for another room, or left the hotel. Management refused to compensate anything. Management never got back to us. People can get sick from black mold. They ended up having to close the room down apparently. There was no apology or anything.

Very nice! The breakfast was a great selection. Lots of areas to lounge. Safe feeling.

Loved it! Location, room space, and FREE breakfast was on point. Thank you for being there! Only hiccup was arriving round 2-3am to be told my pre-paid room was declined after I had clearly checked in on the app between 3-4pm. Eventually the counter located my reservation which was not declined, but it was canceled due to time of arrival or what have you.

Nice accommodations, friendly and welcoming staff with a feee breakfast and close to public transportation to SF. A perfect spot for a weekend trip!

Breakfast buffet was more like waiting for the server to be available to put food on our plates at his convenience. Items were taken abruptly. One server to manage a hotels breakfast buffet. Hot items were not self serve. No service till 9am when we request something

I got charged a smoking fee but never smoked in the room . Beware they will scam you out of $250

Luv the room features.

We had a one king bed bedroom suite and it was a shame that we only stayed a night. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Of note: one of the two room key cards must be inserted into a card slot in the unit in order to access the lights. Breakfast food quality was average, but hot. Hotel lobby was spacious and accommodated all of the guests even during a holiday weekend. I utilized their fitness center and it was clean and well-ventilated. The equipment was in working condition with disinfecting wipes provided. Overall, it was a solid comfortable stay at Home2 Suites, and I would recommend this property to friends & family. I look forward to returning as the need may arise.

It’s a small hotel, not luxurious or flashy, but it’s perfect and functional. It covers all the basic needs for a long trip. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was perfect—clean and spacious. The only downside was a light under the microwave that couldn’t be turned off, which might be a bit annoying if you’re a light sleeper like me. Other than that, everything was great.

It had everything you need from a home! The room was very spacey, clean, and modernized. The only thing that can be improved is the shower pressure and additional charges. Other than that, I give it 4/5 stars.

Great stay. Clean, comfy, convenient

The property was nice with pullout sofas, a kitchenette, microwave and Fridge. The room itself was clean. We were traveling as a family for a 3 night stay. We requested our trash be taken out and fresh towels 3 times!! Stopping at the front counter asking in person twice! Nope didn't happen. The worst part was we were also out of toilet paper!!! We went without toilet paper!! No one could seem to bring us any!! Finally at 9 pm. Katie assisted us with extra towels and toilet paper. The laundry facilities were handy but visible mold in the front load washer. WE NEVER HAD OUR ROOM SERVICED FOR A 3 NIGHT STAY! I requested to Theresa to have the manager call me, as she conveniently wasn't available. She never called. I was very disappointed at the property. Could have been a nice stay. Its ridiculous to make me have to use all the Kleenex because I couldn't get toilet paper. The fact that they seemed bothered by my complaints. Katie at night seemed to be the ONLY professional working. I hate to leave a poor review, but it really dampered my vacation...I expected better from a Hilton property.

I enjoyed the stay and we'll stay again next time.
