Room was a good size, beds were comfortable, everything worked, close to airport Free shuttle to and from airport are not available in the afternoon. This was not made clear. Since I arrived at 2 pm, I needed to take a Lyft to the hotel at significant expense. I felt their advertising a free shuttle was a bit deceptive. Breakfast was mediocre. Internet was slow and somewhat spotty. Not within walking distance to BART system. Few restaurants nearby.

It was mediocre at best. If you need to sleep and go it's fine but it not a hotel you will hang out at. It was clean so that was good. There was no coffee or anything available outside of breakfast hours which only starts at 6h30 so if you have an early flight you can forget eating.

The hotel was fine a step above Best Western which is across the street, but they did not have any USB connections, which Best Western does. The main issue I had was the cleaning staff. I left my room for a couple of hours around 7:30AM and returning around 10AM. The cleaning person had cleaned the room per her job. I walked out to go to my car and the cleaner who was in the opposite room motioned for me to stop. I don't think she spoke English I believe; she called someone on the phone and that person asked me when I was leaving the hotel, this was around 10:30AM. Now like every hotel you check out at 12:00PM so I told them I would check out at 12PM. The cleaner seems to be upset that I came back after she cleaned the room. After I came back from my car which took about 5 minutes. my key didn't work around 10:15AM. I'm sure this had something to do with the cleaner. I'm not sure I would come back to this hotel the cleaning staff is a little too aggressive for me to handle. Management should retrain their staff to be more courteous to the people who are paying their salary.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, the hot tub was enjoyable, and once I understood the airport shuttle process, the shuttle itself was helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. After significant travel delays, I arrived very late at night and called the hotel with questions about the shuttle. The employee on the phone became noticeably irritated and raised their voice while I was simply trying to understand the pickup process. Check-in was disorganized and took a long time because the staff could not locate my Expedia reservation. I ultimately had to pay for another room and resolve the issue with Expedia separately. The biggest issue was the complete lack of privacy and coordination during the stay. Multiple guests were accidentally given keys to my room and walked in while I was inside. Even after reporting it to the front desk, it continued happening. Housekeeping also repeatedly entered or attempted to enter the room early in the morning despite our very late arrival. To make matters worse, our room keys later stopped working, and the front desk repeatedly called close to midnight demanding a card on file even though one had already been provided at check-in. The hotel has decent amenities, but the poor communication, lack of organization, and repeated room access issues made this an exhausting and uncomfortable stay.

Room was overall clean. Had a few hairs in the bed and some of the towels but whatever. Just looked like they didn’t come out during the wash. Hot tub was ok, surprisingly clean compared to reviews or what you might expect, but it was not really big enough to comfortably fit 2 people. They don’t provide bubble bath liquid so bring your own. But I think it’s one of the only affordable hotels with a hot tub in the area for the price. Not a lot of parking at this hotel compared to other hotels in the area, and the spots are small and close to each other so easy to dings doors. Almost didn’t have anywhere to park. One person had to park in the drop off area overnight. There are other hotels with cheaper or free parking that provide much better and much more parking. Not a lot of handicap spots at this hotel and they’re not close to the entrance.

Cons: our room key didn’t work EVERY time we left the room. Every time we came back to our room, we had to go back down to the front desk to get new room card keys issued. After the second time, I really would’ve appreciated the offer of a different room as it was clear that the door mechanism wasn’t working properly. Maintenance had to come up twice and by the end of our stay, it ended up being where we could only leave the room one at a time so that we would be able to leave someone in the room to open up the door. I didn’t like that at all and unfortunately, that would be the reason I didn’t come back.

Hotel is very outdated. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, when we walked in the room it smelled very bad. It was clean but the smell was really bad I turned on the AC thinking maybe it’s been hot in the room and no air circulating so let’s turn the AC on and go for a walk come back and see if the smell is gone. We walked to McDonald’s next door came back and the smell was still there. We called the front desk and told the lady our room problem she was very kind and gave us another room that was much better. The only thing in that room was that we couldn’t turn off or up the AC. We didn’t want to be that person since we got a room change already so we just dealt with it. We had a very early flight so we didn’t stay for breakfast. The lady who helped us with the room change was very kind and understanding.

The rooms are pretty dated. Bathroom Light fixture was all rusty. Kind of dark in the rooms. Our door locked but barely. The latch just made it into the lock slot. The breakfast in the morning is ok. You can at least have a little something to eat. They charge you per night for parking there.

The room is spotless.I was so impressed with our room , very cozy, looks so elegant as if it's a 5-star hotel. The sheets , pillows and mattress were so comfortable. Fresh and very clean. The room looks luxurious. They are very generous with the toiletries and they chose a great brand. The bathroom was amazingly clean. Dollars well spent for us. Breakfast was also delightful. I loved how fresh the cinnamon rolls were. Bacon cooked well very crispy and less fat. The McDonald's beside the hotel was a real plus. The only issue for us is the parking fee, it's quite expensive. Another Issue is the view from our room was not a sight that we hoped to see, it's like a dumpster. Big dumpsters everywhere and also crates. Front desk were friendly. #100 deposit was returned quickly. Overall the hotel was perfect and it made our experience more memorable because that was a special day for us.

The big problem was that the reservation confirmation did NOT have the address of the hotel. There are two Holiday Inn Expresses near SFO. Because I didn't have the address, I got to wait an extra hour in the rain at SFO for the correct shuttle to arrive again. The driver wouldn't look at my confirmation - had he done so, he would have known that the word 'north' indicated which Holliday Inn I wanted. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

We needed a quite room, we were told we had a quiet room but we were placed on the 2nd floor and noise came through from the dining area, also all the breakfast food smells; there was also construction across the street, which we didnt know cuz we came in late. We did expect the noise from the plans flying out just not the additional ones. Overall it was ok. Room clean and tidy, breakfast ok, enjoyed that it was a hot breakfast. Staff were friendly.

My biggest issue was the bait and switch on the price we paid. I booked through Expedia and after we checked out, the Holiday Inn Express added an additional $105 to our bill. We did not use the mini bar, room service or any other thing that would incur additional charges. I called the hotel and they said it was for parking on their property and additional hotel fees and taxes. If this is the case and they are legit fees, then Expedia needs to work them into their price that they give you on their site. There should be no additional fees unless you use the mini bar or damage the facility. It was not right to receive additional charges after booking through a travel site like Expedia and this has not ever happened to me before. I had other options that were definitely cheaper. I brought this to Expedia’s attention and asked for a refund.

Was here for New Years holiday. Checked in around 8:30pm. Prior to stay, I had requested room facing parking lot McDonald side and top floor. Got 3rd floor and got the side facing Goodwill processing lot. One night during stay alarm kept going off blaring you are trespassing throughout the night. And during day u can hear forklifts operating. Fixtures in bathroom like small short faucet and light were outdated and rusty. Only 2 hot trays out of 3 were available during most of this holiday stay

Blankets and pillows smelled like cigarettes. The other quests in the next room was so loud, banging their door in and out of thier room. They were partying and yelling and smoking weed in the hallway. The management interrupted them and called police. They arrived at 2am. We could not sleep and scared for our safety. It took the management very long time before they get rid of the loud guests. Their should be security in that hotel. We will not stay in any Holiday Inn in the future. We were traumatized.

Everything was great until the last two morning we were there. Our room was FULL of ants. On the night stand and in the bathroom and even coming in through the door and vent in crawling bathroom. I had to get my own ant traps just to sleep. We throw 90% of our garbage away outside of the room because we don’t like leaving it for housekeeping so it was just very unsettling. I know I should have talked to the manager about it but there wasn’t any time I could this was a PACKED trip and I was only at the hotel to sleep.

I had to call the front desk for a remote to the tv, I was told all the places it could have been after checking multiple times and letting them know it was not there and after 20 minutes had to walk down to the front desk to ask for one, and was made to feel like I was interrupting them. I was charged more than I was quoted on the hotels app. I was down there for a same day surgery and when I asked about gov. Discounts since I work for a government clinic I was denied that option. I just feel that the desk girl could have been a bit more considerate.

And whatever you do, do NOT use the sofa bed, especially if you have children. My child was injured by a broken wire sticking out of it enough to make her bleed. When I reported this, not a single manager was available. I was told to “just email” them. No concern, no apology, no sense of urgency about a child being hurt due to their negligence of fixing the broken wire. This stay was beyond disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety, professionalism, or basic human decency.

Worst hotel ever stayed, the bed sheets had hairs all over and even in the bathroom. There is no way to connect with the property, calls are unanswered. They even charged more for parking. They charged $70 for 2 day parking which was informed to be $19.99 per day.

Everything was great, but the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. We could get plenty of coffee and tea in the lobby, however, starting at 6am. The rooms aren’t very soundproof in terms of hearing highway noise. Once we were able to fall asleep. The noise didn’t wake us up.

They were courteous and gave excellent customer service love their complimentary breakfast with drinks and pastries, sausages, eggs, country potatoes, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt. My only complaint is that the shuttle guy driver was really mean to me by not letting me on I had to take the Doubletree Hilton hotel shuttle and a Lyft from there which took myself much longer to arrive and check in hours later.

Hello, We had to switch rooms 3 times. My mother was informed to try to fix the toilet by herself. She called because the toilet easnt flushing, was told maintenence is not here yet which is fine but then was told to open the back of the toilet and fix it. Never have I experienced the front desk telling the customer to try to fix the toilet. Called back was told she is checking out someone then will come up herself. We waited for about an hour and no one came and had to call again. I was disappointed with the stay.

It smelled clean from the minute I walked in however the lady at the front counter was a little short. The room was a good size and everything was clean, so I thought, until I wenr to wipe up the table from the left over lunch we had the rag came up black. There were no extra pillows and it was pretty noisy outside most of the night. Loved the toiletries. For the price and minor inconveniences I say a 3 is good. Breakfast was great the OJ not so much

I was impressed. I didn't expect it to be as pleasant as I experienced it, although I only stayed overnight. The check in was smooth, the desk 'clerk' was very pleasant and friendly. Hotel was very neat and well kept. The hallways were also kept well. I enjoyed the breakfast as I was one of the first. The hot table food was inviting, warm and tasty. Coffee was good too. Check out a breeze. Didn't care much for the amount charged to park my car though. Area was convenient for airport travelers. A plus having McDonald's next door and See's Candy across the street. I will stay there again.

This was the worst Holiday Inn Express we have stayed thus far. They advertised for free airport shuttle, however the service stops between noon to 5:00PM. We only got the email about the shuttle schedule after non-refundable booking. And they charged some kind of tax daily which we didn’t find out until checked in. I have not been to a Holiday Inn Express does not have decaf coffee in the lobby in the evening. Overall the hotel is outdated even though it was recently renovate, but they kept many of the old fixtures.

Convenient, inexpensive. But the beeping-backup trucks at 4am and 5am on a Sunday morning? It's as if the hotel doesn't realize people actually need to sleep. I was on the top (4th) floor and the noise was loud enough to wake me. Ask for a room with a view of the road, not the back alley.

It was alright. Not too bad but but not amazing either. The carpet and bathroom were at least 10 years old - no upgrades. Also no USB charging ports in the room. But overall it was ok.

starts at 5:20-9:40 AM and 5:20-10:35PM. Our flight is 3:10PM we have no choice but to get Uber. Before you check-in call the hotel and for the airport shuttle schedule so you won’t end up pay Uber.

I liked the breakfast, was disappointed that the shuttle stopped after a certain time. I had to book a last minute hotel close to the airport after missing my flight and had to pay $25 for a taxi to take me 1mile. The hotel was ok but the McDonald's next door is noisy.

The room technology is dated has trouble using the key car my entire stay it neather key would open the door we had to try using the key over and over for at least 8 mins before we could get into our rooms and the fact there isn't a smart TV in the room in this day and age is crazy work. Front desk couldn't recommend anything to eat in the area.

We had a great stay and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with many choices. The downside was. Our bathroom sink ran brown water for a few minutes. The hot tub needed chlorine. I informed the front desk.

This hotel was clean and inviting. I booked this last minute but was happy I did. My family enjoyed our short stay and I look forward to booking this location again on my next early morning flight out of San Francisco.

The hotel facility itself was great , was clean and staff courteous. What wasn’t great was the transportation system. One of the reason we booked this hotel was the availability of a shuttle bus. However, we were informed after the booking that the transportation was only available during select times.. 3 hours after we arrived after a 20 hour flight. Waiting 3 hours was not acceptable. We ended up renting a vehicle just to go to the hotel any having to pay for parking. This added expense, frustration was not something we had bargained for. Had we know this before hand . We would not have chosen this. As there were other hotels at a similar price point that provided feeler transportation.

The hotel was great but we were do upset when we landed when we say the shuttle didn’t run after 20:45. We landed at 11:00. Had to pay exorbitant Uber for $39.00 yo get there when it was advertised in your website for hotel that they had a shuttle! Then today when we went to check out soon, there is NO shuttle back to airport for connecting flight after 9:30. Now we will have to pay for Uber again. False advertising!!!! My husband and I always use Hotels.com for our many trips but will most likely go to other venues now after we have three more hotels booked with you for this trip to Singapore and Bangkok. Very mad and would like at least a few extra points to our account for this.

They share a shot with two other hotels, in the time it took us to check in five other couples got out of paid autos, because the shuttles were totally unavailable Our choice was to wait 55 minutes for their shuttle or to pay $30. We paid $30. Don’t do it.

I caught COVID a day before my trip and was not able to stay at the hotel. I prepaid my room in full when I booked and no one was willing to provide any kind of refund. Really sad... I will never stay here again...
