We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely share our feelings with others looking to stay near SF international Airport. The burger and fries from the bar was very delicious and the bartender/cook/dishwasher was very pleasant and thorough in handling our requests.

Usually stay at Hilton Hampton almost the same quality that is the room sheets bed fixtures the only thing was difficult for me because was the three steps at the entryway. I walk with a cane. But otherwise everything else is great

The people next door were having a hotel party would not stop talking loud all night I went downstairs at 4 in the morning and there was no staff there I had to take a uber to another hotel in the middle of the night because the noise was unbearable. The hotel was nice and the staff was nice but I wish I would’ve got to move rooms.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed—Emily was an absolute gem, so kind and attentive, making check-in effortless and pleasant. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, giving the perfect balance of comfort and style. I especially loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a busy day. The late check-out was a wonderful touch, allowing us to enjoy our last morning without rushing. Every detail, from the friendly service to the clean and inviting spaces, showed true care and attention. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it feels like a little retreat, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location was just off of Hwy 101. The property and facilities were very clean. Food and laundry service were excellent. The front desk staff were courteous and helped me check into another room for another extra day at a very short notice.

Disappointed that we could not book a uber (paid by Four Point hotel) from SFO to hotel. As a foreigner, it is costly for us to make a call to hotel to arrange (as Skype is no longer in service). In fact, I call at SFO but was told no shuttle bus service to hotel. I was not advised by hotel staff that they can book a Unber service for us and we juts need to wait at SFO.

Everyone is friendly and accommodating. We have stayed many times and had some late / early arrivals and the staff is so accommodating and above and beyond with customer service. It’s become one of our favorite places to stay.

A lot of hair left in the bathroom. All over the shower and the floor. Floor in the rest of the room was sticky. This was our second time staying at this property because it’s close to SFO. Definitely no where near as clean as it was the first time.

Great hotel - especially for families (many rooms with connecting doors). Spacious, clean, and a convenient location near the 101 freeway. It's also surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to the airport and freeway. Easy check-in, and the hotel has a restaurant/bar, which is a nice option to have. Heads up - parking is $20, so plan accordingly. Will definitely return!

This was not only a blatant violation of privacy but also entirely inappropriate behavior, especially from someone who works in a hospitality setting and should understand the importance of guest comfort and boundaries. The staff member appeared unfazed when I immediately closed the door, which makes me question whether this is a routine occurrence with other guests. When I reported the incident to the front desk, I was met with dismissive remarks suggesting she had probably knocked. This was entirely false—my room was silent, and I clearly saw and heard the door being opened without warning. To have my lived experience denied and minimized by your staff was insulting and unacceptable. This experience has destroyed my trust in your hotel brand. I will not be staying at any Four Points or Sheraton properties in the future, and I will be sharing this experience so that others are aware of the lack of respect for guest privacy.

Convenient if you need to be near the airport. It's in an industrial part of SF so not as many people around or things to do or walk to that's appealing. But reasonable to find a Costco down the road if you need gas and fast food place around. I wasn't there for the scenery just for a clean room and reasonable nightly rate so I can attend a concert in the City.

We went for a few days to visit San Francisco and to spend time with family members. The hotel was really nice. It was very accessible from the freeway. The bed was very comfortable and I would like to know who makes it and what is the brand name of the company in the model number that makes the bed. The hotel was very clean. The bedroom was very clean. I really enjoy my stay.

A wonderful welcome in. It was slow so the bartender showed me his new craft beers he had in stock. Even offered one on the house ! Incredible staff and hospitality. Definitely recommend this place. The lofts are huge !

Stayed overnight for early morning flight out of SFO. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Heating/AC and TV all worked perfectly. WiFi was strong. There’s a bus stop straight to SFO directly in front of hotel. Staff was friendly.

Upon boarding my flight back to New York, I realized that I had left my laptop in the room. I called and told the operator that I had about 5 minutes to decide if I was going to deboard the plane, or if they could find it and FedEx it back to my home. Within minutes they located my computer, took my information and assured me that it would be sent to my home 2 day air! They followed up with a picture of the tracking receipt as well. This was an exceptional moment of hospitality, conducted by professionals who listened, empathized and solved my issue. I could not be more thankful for the job they did, it really is what hospitality is all about.

Decent hotel at a reasonable rate. One cosmetic improvement that is much needed is to simply clean the windows. My view would have been nice, but was like looking through a film of years old grime.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The only complaint is the man who checked us in told us the wrong way to get to our room. We were exhausted from the day and could barely manage to get around and to have to go the longer way was awful.

Thanks for the previous reviewers who mentioned the loft. Kids loved it and it’s good to stay in a different setting from a regular hotel room. I ended up booking this after a day long search for a budget(~200ish/night)and family friendly hotel in and around Sanfrancisco. Keep in mind that this was July 4th week so you might get better pricing on a regular weekend. Check in could have been faster may be it’s just me as we were in a hurry to make it to the dinner reservation 30 mins away. Everything in the room was outstanding except Carpets. They seemed to be used and outdated. Parking is free which is great. Will be my goto place for future SFO Visits.

We stayed here for two nights and we had no hot water in the shower. Even after reporting multiple times they didn’t fix it. There was a lady at the reception who had a very bad odor unbearable to be honest and no one was acting on it. Bad experience.

No bar. No restaurant. No microwave. No hot food options on premises. No delivery or take-out directory (not everyone has a smart phone for Uber or Door Dash). Wife and I were told to seek sit-down dining at the hotel across the road. Minuscule and greatly overpriced "breakfast." Housekeeping did not make up the room and we slept on un-made bed in a messy room and washed with dirty towels. ed way too high off the floor. Shower not safe for wife who has mobility problems; only one safety bar (on outside of shower) and a slick bathtub floor. Only one fire escape option. No-one at the front desk had any clue as to how to get back on the freeway heading south (again, not all of us have smartphones with maps. A nice big room with a huge TV, but otherwise a poor excuse for and a poorly run hotel. I would not advise anyone to stay there.

The front desk male was very lazy unprofessional I asked for napkins or utensils he pointed at the cabinet he was so lazy to provide any service. They have no food downstairs very bad atmosphere. I should have stayed across the street at where they has better service at doubletree.

We were told that the hotel is going under renovations that would’ve been nice We have been told that at the time of reservation instead of being held hostage to a nonrefundable fee

She charged my card wrong. My bank call thinking it was a fraudulent charge because for one night she charged my card $725 but the bank text to see if that was me then that morning I received a call from my bank. Our room was very HOT!!! They brought us a fan instead of moving our room

If there was a rating below terrible I would’ve given it. Room we were checked into had a broken AC and we were not told until we asked. Our room had no AC on a day when heat warning was issued. We also had to let front desk know in advance if we wanted housekeeping service the next day. Staff wasn’t helpful and customer service was very poor. This was not the service standard we expect from Marriott.

The rooms had not been swept or vacuumed, still crumbs on the chair from prior guests, only 3 pillows on a king bed??? When I asked for an extra pillow I was told there none, then I was finally handed one without a pillowcase. When I asked for pillow case I was told the outer casing was the pillow case. The front desk person jad never seen an actual pillow case?? There were people in the parking structure taking clothes and otems from one vehicle and putting them into others and running lightbulbs and other items up and down the staircases at odd hours but the disnt appear to be maintaince and were not identifiable as being part of the hotel which made us feel unsafe yet staff seemed unconcerned

It was a terrible stay at this hotel. on my first night i came back from dinner and it was really hot. The AC was not working. They offered me to transfer to different rooms twice but both rooms were also down. I did not have a decent sleep coz i was sweating in the room.

When we got there the type of room we booked wasnt available anymore. Understandable. The first room we got the thermostat for the AC didn’t work so we went back down to the front desk and got a new room. The AC in that room didn’t work any better. Called the front desk and the best they could do was a fan. As if they were all booked up for the night… shower wasn’t too clean and the pillow cases either had really bad stains or they weren’t cleaned. The room was clean enough besides the arm chair and ottoman that looked like they probably should have been thrown away or reupholstered. I’ve stayed at Sheraton properties before. They aren’t the best considering they’re a remodeled motel 6. I think that was my last time stay at one. Staff was friendly and considering we were right next to the freeway and airport it was very quiet which I do appreciate but that’s all I can say.

Front desk staff was talking on personal cell phone on speaker phone. My personal information was asked when I checked in. Front desk staff had personal cell in speaker phone so that person heard all my private information. I don’t think that is safe for me or my information. I don’t think I will stay again. Bad experience, I would like a full refund.

Forget it! This place service desk will not even lift a finger to do anything - they wold rather stay on their cell phones, playing games, check a phone, Istagram, etcNow imagine what this chain hotel can do (or rather) cannot do for your conscientious decision to stay here; so, just save yourself some trouble and get a hotel room some else. Really, anywhere else but here - at least, it will cause less if you are going to experience this kind of “customers service.”

Good for a 1-2 night trip. The area is safe, not bad. Staff is nice. The thing that holds the shower head was broken, I let the front desk know, hopefully they will fix it for the next guest.
