Check in was a bit late because rooms were not ready, but staff kindly took care of us with free parking & late check outs.

It would have been nice to be able to use the drink coupons at the main bar (we were unable to use them due to our planned adventure). The tv in our room would only stay on one single channel; beds were comfy; overall we had a wonderful stay!

I’ve stayed at the Embassy suites before and I was pretty surprised at the lack of customer service. For instance, one of the front elevators was not in service . They didn’t mention anything about it. The breakfast was mediocre. I recall it used to be good. I do want to acknowledge the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service: I called room service multiple times, they never answered. I sent messages through the Expedia app for a specific request and never received an answer. I was pretty frustrated at the lack of staff that’s available to assist. Other than that, the place was pretty clean. The center ambience is nice and welcoming.

They have a $45 a night parking on top of the cost of your room. Also, their heating for the entire building is all the same. If it’s cold, they will offer you a space heater.

Great property! We loved the room’s setting with 2 double beds, plus a sofa bed on separate living spaces. It worked perfectly for a family of 6! Room was clean, spacious and breakfast options were delicious. Definitely will come back!

This hotel was beyond perfect. It had everything we needed. We didn’t park here but everything they offered was great. Breakfast was a big plus. Many options from cereal to build your own omelette to French toast to pancakes to muffins to eggs and sausage. Yogurts, fruit. The pool and hot tub was great. The washer and dryer came in very handy although the dryer ate my money, maintenance helped and got it fixed. The room was so spacious and had 3 sinks total. We always love staying at the embassy! Airport shuttle was a plus too!

Clean room. Breakfast is ok. It’s not the best but I’ve had worse. Eggs are those liquid eggs. Toaster doesn’t really toast the bread. The best part of the breakfast was the omelette bar they have. They have two washers and three dryers. Only one washer was working at the time of our visit which was annoying. We did love the mini market they have at the entrance. It had everything from snacks to detergent. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport which we were not aware of. Make sure yall take advantage of that. We loved the goodie bag we got when we checked in and all the staff was friendly. The hotel was also about a 10-15min walk to the Caltrain which we used everyday to and from San Francisco. Super convenient. Overall would probably stay again.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed were comfortable. There was a little traffic noise as morning arrived, but not enough to be disruptive. The made to order omelet station and table cleanup service was perfect! The shuttle worked perfectly. The hotel staff were friendly. Thank you, we will book again for our next layover stay.

I always stay at the embassy Suites on my way through sacramento so I decided to try this one. Hotel and room layouts are the same. Breakfast was good with the made to order omelets. The sausage seemed like it had been sitting for awhile as it was dry and chewy like a jerky stick. Other then that it was good. I knew the hotel would be crowded with it being near the airport but our 3 kids wanted to swim. The pool was overwhelmed with kids. Very loud in there and couldn't get away from the splashes of kids jumping in. 9ver all we had a good stay. Place was clean and the rooms are always big and roomy. Not much for food nearby. We door dashed a burger place down the road. It was bad. All 5 burgers were undercooked. It was nice there are tesla chargers in the parking lot that we utilized. Id stay here again because the price is right and the hotel is decent.

Building is slightly tired (old) but updates have been done to keep up. Not bad but not excellent. About as good as it gets close to SFO without paying the massive premium for the Grand Hyatt. On the shoulder season you may need thr aircon tech to come and make some adjustments to get your room HVAC on cold/hot mode. Sound proofing on SFO facing rooms would be a good idea (hear thr louder planes at night)

AC didn’t work was making loud noise. Paid $45 for barely any parking. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had at any Embassey I’ve stayed at. I went to get my 2 complimentary drinks at 6:15 which it ended at 6:30 but staff said they were closed.

I have been in different Embassy Suites and this is the first time I get charged for Parking. Knowing that I would use the 45USD per night to increase my budget and move closer to SF downtown.

Everything was bad. We came from Texas and had a bereavement leave to attend my brothers funeral and my sister-in-law had major surgery and we assisted her to her scheduled surgery and doctors appointment. We came from red eye flight and we were at san francisco at around 1am. We called at 3am to see if early check is possible and the rude lady who answered the phone said no, we have to pay. So we slept at the airport until 6am and went to embassy suite, two ladies at the front desk at that time were miss Yolanda " who apparently has been in the SERVICE industry for 30 years" and the short lesbian white lady . We showed Yolanda our reservation and asked if we could check in early and she told us we can not check in until 2pm. She told us we have to pay for the whole night stay if we want to check in early that time. The reason why we are trying is because we have a positive experience with Hilton hotel in Anaheim before , and at the time they offered us to check in at 6am with no questions asked and no problem/issues. When we asked miss yolanda about the breakfast- on the times and how you serve the customer. They sternly mentioned that if we want to have breakfast we should pay $20 per person since our check in time will not be till 4pm.I then asked if it would be ok for us to walk around the dining area since they just did renervations. The front desk ladies said sure, so I started walking but my wife sat dowm on the corner. Both of these front desk ladies started following me around as if i will sneak in to get free breakfast. My wife saw both these ladies eyeing and following me from the corner where she was sitting. So disappointing treating us like we are going to rob /steal. Its extremely disgusting, disrespectful and appaling. I wonder how they treat other clients or customers. Because if they were able to treat us like so, they are doing it to other customers too...

We had a nice stay and I would stay there again, but there were a couple of things that bothered me that are worth mentioning for those who are going to stay there. First the positives: Nice hotel and rooms, great breakfast (big fan of the Omelette station) and the manager's reception is a nice perk as well, the pool and hot tub were a nice temperature (not the case in a lot of hotels we stayed) and everyone was very friendly. The two things that kept it from 5 stars: I know it's stated before we got there, but $45/night for parking is just silly, that was almost as much as the valet parking downtown, but they have a big open parking lot and are around office buildings. Also, they state this when you go in, but the pool is used for swim lessons. What I didn't realize is that it's another company that is there from 4-7 pm (not sure how many days) and they take over. Between the kids, instructors, and parents it became extremely crowded and loud to where our family decided to leave a lot sooner than we would have otherwise. Would I stay there again? I would, it's a nice hotel. I get a few $ for parking, but $45 is really what kept it from 5 stars...

Was terribly disappointed in how security handled the tv complaint. It wasn't much past 11 pm, and a bang on thr door where we were warned and threaten that if we did not comply with turning the tv down, we would be escorted off properly immediately, and our reservation cancelled. Theres definitely a better way to handle this. Will not stay at this property again.

Breakfast is served 7:30 not 6:30. Hannah was very courteous and pleasant to our needs. Thanks for all the kind staff. The best hotel in the bay. I’m sure we’ll be back.

The property itself and all the amenities was amazing. The complimentary drinks and food was such a nice touch. The rooms were very clean and spacious. My kids loved the indoor pool and that the TV had access to streaming services so they could watch their favorite shows. The only downside was the front services. We called for plates that was never brought up even though they offered to do so. The AC was not working and the engineer they said was sent never came. When we tried to ring the front desk we got no more answers on the phone. The next day my elderly disabled mother asked if a trolly could be brought up to her room on the 8th floor and they said they could not assist her. Also we booked our room for a lower floor for my mother but was moved up to the 8th. Aside from those things, it really was an amazing hotel to stay at and we would stay again for the experience. Front desk staff need to do better but we had a great overall experience

This was mine and my fiancés first time San Francisco and we absolutely be coming back again and staying here!! This hotel is absolutely amazing and gorgeous. We loved the spacious room we had and the cleanliness it had was amazinggggg. We loved every bit of it. The breakfast buffet was good and great options to choose from. Cutesy little bar to have a drink at and a little Starbucks for that morning coffee. Ladies if you do your makeup and need a beautiful excellent lit up mirror you will loveee this hotel!!! Absolutely coming back here next year for our visit again!!

The large rooms were well equipped with coffee, microwave and fridge, 2 televisions and lotions and soap. It was clean and the buffet breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful and parking easy.I had 2 problems, the shampoo bottle was empty, small issue , and the room was so freezing cold I could not sleep even with the extra blanket and sleeping in my wool sweater and there is no way for guests to control the thermostat even though the sign gives directions . I would give it a 4 out of 5 if it weren’t for the cold room but if I pay that much for a comfortable room to sleep and that’s all I am there for, to sleep, and it is so cold I can’t sleep the hotel gets a 1 out of 5.

I loved everything about the property and our room. Everything was very clean and felt spacious and nice. The only downside was there was a swim class going on for several hours so my kids were not able to use the pool.

Pillowcases were filthy. Had stains on them, pull area was very stuffy but again it is an indoor pool, other than that I mean happy hour was great. Staff was friendly, rooms can just use a little upgrade.

I liked that it had so many things to do and offer on the property There was a beer cap on the floor when we checked in which no problem we threw it away but there was also some other dirt on the floor, the ac was broken which we didn’t notice until it was late and we were getting our son ready for bed

The location is very nice, very clean. We needed more linen and it was brought to our door very quickly. The king bed had springs, wants the best for comfort.

We always stay here when flying in and out of SFO and can always count on everything we need for a good nights sleep. A healthy breakfast included starts our day ready for anything.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Oyster Point for 3 nights. My stay was nothing short of excellent. Great Breakfast selection, truly enjoyed the cocktail hour and pool area. My bed was sooo comfortable and the staff was pleasant and provided great customer service.

Decor was nice and modern. The cleaning staff, breakfast service staff, and check-in staff were all great! You have great employees at service level. Parking was the worst. Stalls are not big enough, causing chips & dents to car doors. Keycards didn’t work on the elevators or parking lot the entire stay. Didn’t have my room ready when I arrived & had to make different arrangements there. Room smells old & stale. Toilet lid & seat were up as if someone had just used the room, & then the room given to us. Management is not accountable & blames staff for management’s failures.

The staff was amazing. They were super nice and sweet. I accidentally mixed up my reservations and arrived on the wrong day, but they were able to accommodate my reservation and fix the days and I was able to check in. Once we got settled in our room the toilet wasn’t working, but they were quick to figure out a solution. They had maintenance come out to look at it, but it was unable to be fixed. So they switched our rooms for us no problem. Super accommodating and friendly staff.

Not complaining but it was outside the room that was noisy, chlorine fumey, and even disquieting. The outside of the building had constant freeway and traffic noise. Opening the french balcony window was out of the question. There seemed to be audible activity in the inner atrium late into the night and a smell of pool chlorine was the dominant smell. Again not a big problem when inside the suite with the curtains drawn. But finally, my only real complaint was about the kind of gougy parking fee (for paying hotel guests) for uncovered outdoor parking behind a lift arm gate, presumably no dedicated security, physical barrier or cctv, only automated access control.

There was a hair in the bathtub and the room didnt smell clean. I sanitized it because I have littles. I called front desk and they came to clean the tub. You cant control the room temperature so I had to ask for a heater. I also had to call for more toilet paper because they didnt have an extra roll readily available. The parking here is $45/night. That's just insane and highway robbery. They need to lower that fee because there is another hilton property down the street that charges $25. The staff was great though. They recified all my concerns in a teimely manner. The room was decent and the beds were comfy. There is an indoor pool which is great for kids. The breakfast was decent. They have an omlette bar,which was pretty good. So it wasn't a bad stay. They really need to lower those parking fees though.

The hotel was great, but they definitely need a bigger pool, or a second pool, cause it was extremely crowded to the point where there was a line of people standing out side the pool area waiting to be able to go in and swim. Also the breakfast was nice but breakfast started at 6am but the hot breakfast wasnt served until almost 8-9 am. The place was super clean, the room was an amazing size for the price.

The staff during breakfast was very helpful, especially a young lady named Jennifer. I did not give the hotel 5 stars because when I asked to have my room freshened, the housekeeping staff handed me the bags. He seemed upset about having to do it, said he would talk to the supervisor, and added that if needed, he would come back in 5 minutes. He never returned. Additionally, on our last day, there was a huge leak in our room. When I checked out, I wasn't given an invoice listing all my charges. I was told to contact the third party I booked through. This has been a terrible experience with this hotel, Hotels.com, and my credit card company. I will not use Hotels.com to book hotel rooms, and I will not be staying at this hotel again. Since I have additional charges from this hotel, and Hotels.com can't provide me with an invoice for these charges.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool, and it was a complete disappointment. Management failed to control the area, allowing large numbers of non-guests to overcrowd the pool well beyond capacity. Staff did nothing to address the situation, leaving paying guests, including my family, unable to use it. By the next day, the pool was so cloudy and contaminated-looking that it was closed altogether. On top of that, the hotel was extremely loud. I would not recommend staying here.

Wonderful staff; very professional. Serious problems with hotel heating system. Rooms are cold and you can't control the temperature. $45 + tax per day to park is unreasonable. You have to add that on to your room cost to determine if you're getting a bargain rate.

The room was clean and quiet, The staff that checked me in were very nice and accommodating.

Bad neighbors up above yelling and fighting for several hours. Security slow and ineffective. Usually a nice stay but not at this Embassy.

The staff tried their best to be helpful. But at the end of the day, the temperature could not be regulated because it is centrally controlled. I spent the entire weekend shivering, both in class and in my room. I have over $200 im unexplained charges that I had to deal with. And no amount of free breakfast helps!

Would give 5 star if our key card had worked consistently for the entrances, parking and elevator accesses. Luckily, another family member had a separately room whose key card worked and used for accesses.

Happy Hour was mediocre and staff were not friendly at all.

Stayed in the corner suite. It did need some updating but it was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Didn’t want to get up lol and almost stayed another night because the beds were so comfy. The breakfast was so good! So many options. Liked the conference table in the room and all of the floor to ceiling windows in that area. Would definitely stay here again.

My day was excellent it was very quiet very clean my only complaint I guess would be about the climate control situation where I had to get a space heater but all in all still not a big deal

Our initial room which was a suite but smelled like mildew. We left the front door open to try to air it out but nothing helped. We ended up getting moved to a smaller room that did not smell. The jacuzzi was ckoswd the first day. Overall however we would stay there again.

The breakfast was fresh, especially daily omelet that was served by your choice.

The indoor pool and spa was great. The breakfast is the best from a hotel ever.

Might be the best hotel breakfast I've had with made to order omelettes bar. Rooms are suites so there is a living room section and bedroom section - great if you have kids and need space. Pool was big and hot tub was hot. Service was awesome. Looking forward to booking again.

$45 for parking is too much

My concerns: 1. It was cold in the city. The heater wouldn’t work in the room. We asked the front desk to have someone come take a look. The person that came mentioned that other residents were using the AC so "the heater will not work in the entire building." He offered us a personal heater which was tiny. We asked for an additional one since the room was big and he told us that if we plug in an additional heater it would make the electricity go out and they'd have to come fix the breaker. What?! We were cold all day and night furing our stay. 2. Parking is not included. 3. The police was at the property one night that we stayed. I'm not sure why though. The positives 1. Their breakfast buffet is awesome. Custome omelets were available. 2. The pool is nice. 3. Happy hour is pretty good.

Had no heater ! Tried to get it fixed but staff said that the heater system controls the whole hotel and it is on a/c because guest's prefer it cold .

The staff was very kind to us on our arrival. Got in our room before check in my sister leg is in a boot so that was nice of them. The hotel was very beautiful. A few things needs help like the hot tub was very dirty, some of the food could be better, bathroom tub could be cleaner and one of our towels had a stain on it. The staff was very helpful tho. I would come back!!

Breakfast was okay. I know it's included in the price of the room. Just having warmer food and slightly better quality would make a world of difference. Drinks in the evening also scream free and cheap. Make us want to come back! With this quality, I really don't.

Great suite hotel with amazing breakfast buffet and omelet+ station. The room was clean but showed some wear and A/C still on for entire hotel so room was at 67F which was chilly with humidity. (temps in mid forties at night) Staff was great, all were welcoming and when issues with room temp they brought up a really great space heater and which helped somewhat. thanks for great stay. PS readjusting base temp of 67F to 70F would probably do a better job of saving money and keeping rooms comfortable. ?

Room is not very clean. It is old rooms, not modern. Hardware is falling apart. Same breakfast every day. And breakfast is just ok , not great. Main lobby and dining is good

The front desk staff was amazing. Our room was not ready when we arrived but Trevor made sure we were taken care of. This persons level of service made our stay wonderful. More front desk people need to be like him. He made our nightmare of a day great.

The staff who checked me in didn't give me any information on parking and did not give me a parking pass. There were teenagers rough housing in the pool area and almost hit my daughter and other kids playing. My husband asked them to be aware of the kids in the pool but they didn't care. Told staff, they didn't do anything. We also had a leaky AC so it felt musty in the room. Overall it's average.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Our room was very comfortable. You could not ask for a better breakfast buffet. They had on demand omelettes and eggs. There is also a happy hour with free drinks. The food and service at the restaurant was also very good. We would definitely stay there again.

For customers using the airport shuttle. The hotel should tell the customer to plan extra time when using the shuttle. The shuttle takes care of four hotels and the traffic around the airport is heavy.

Everything was clean and neat. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast buffet was hot and plentiful.The minus points were the lack of staffing at front counter, having to pay for cafe items at front desk which meant waiting in long lines with people who are checking in/out of their rooms, the cocktails in the free cocktail hour had liquor brands that ive never heard of and were not very good, I had a margarita, also the "appetizers" in the cocktail hour were being picked up 20 minutes before the end of the cocktail hour. Also there is no bell hop service to take luggage up to room. There is no view of the bay whatsoever. All in all stay here for clean spacious rooms, and breakfast but skip dinner and cocktail hour here.

Everyone was really nice and professional. I just had an issue with the bathroom. It didnt really look that clean. I always bring my own cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself, but there was hair and dirt in the bathtub. Maybe give the bathroom and bathtub a little extra care.

The ambience in this hotel is amazing! I stayed for an entire week for work, and I enjoyed every day. The staff is great, the lobby area and breakfast is awesome. I enjoy how you feel at home away from home. Happy hour is a plus too!

I hated the vanity sink in the bedroom. While the room was generally clean, something about it felt off/unclean. The price also seemed too high for the quality and location, they also charge $45 for parking (High!!) —I paid similar amount to stay in a four star property right at Union Square SF.

Love how Embassy renovated the whole hotel!! I felt safe and comfortable!

We called 10 times the hotel trying to make a change in our reservation. Nobody answered us, nobody got back to us. And no accommodation was taking place.

Cooked to order breakfast and happy hour were excellent. No other hotel offers this. Excellent amenities. Very clean.

Housekeeping taken my reserved food at the table. I didn’t asked for a room cleaning but when we returned at night time in my room the packed food in the table is gone! I reported that immediately at the front desk and they didn’t do anything. Beware of this property! Am so upset coz that food is the reason why we go here in North Cal and I bought more of that to bring it back in LA.

We had our wedding reception here 29 years ago and stayed for wedding night. Came back and it was updated but still felt the same :)

I absolutely love this hotel it’s conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport and easy to find.The hotel lobby and interior was very clean and the ambiance was really nice and laid back for a more adult atmosphere.It is very family friendly though.In the evening when you are there you receive complimentary drinks and appetizers downstairs.In the mornings you get a full breakfast which includes if you want a custom made omelet.The guest service person “Justin” was very pleasant and I truly enjoyed him.He is definitely in the right position and hope his manager shows him how much he is a valuable asset to the Embassy company.

The front desk crew was great and he offered the complimentary parking as we thought it was free because we chose the hotel for this reason. In the bedroom we had a bad surprise: an awful smell of dirty shoes at the entrance! This was a pb because 2 of our party of 6 people were supposed to sleep in the sofa bed. À Window was left opened by the cleaning crew probably for that reason but it was not enough. We were tired and decided not to ask for changing bedroom. We should have. The sofa bed was not confortable for the teenagers. There were only 3 towells in the bathroom for the 6 of us. Otherwise the pool area was ok (the water was not warm for un indoor pool but the spa was though), the hotel it self was decorated with care and taste. We experienced the bar in the evening but we had to wait forever to have someone coming to us.. and she seemed not happy to serve clients. So started drinking our glass of wine there to finish it in the room. Too bad as we wanted to order food for the kids. Same feeling at breakfast where the crew was not friendly, or just not happy to have clients maybe. Too bad because good at breakfast was delicious and we would gladly have taken some more but it was 9:30am and breakfast was removed at 9:30am. We had to be out right away. At Check out I mentionned the different points of our insatisfaction so we were offered the parking which was already offered at Check in so nothing new. Maybe they should have offered us the 2 classes of wine instead:-)

We had a roach in our bathroom and I called the front desk. The front desk staff was very helpful and concerned about our well being and quickly offered another room which we were happy to get. Additionally, they offered us free entrees at the hotel restaurant for the 3 of us. Very happy how we were treated. :)

Bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great. I wish they switched up the menu a little bit so every morning wasn’t all the same.

The faucet fixture in the bathtub was broken. The carpet was wet from something that spilled, and they had a blower in the room when we checked in and the carpet was still wet. They charge $45 a night for parking on the property whether you’re behind the gates or not. The fire alarm went off on one of the nights and they didn’t bother telling how the handicap people are supposed to get downstairs. If it’s supposed to be a handy capable room then why is the sink or normal height and a person in a wheelchair cannot reach the sink.

The fact that you have to pay for parking after spending so much is irritating. Then the parking gate doesnt work and the staff tell us we can just park infront. After paying 45 dollars a night to park i dont even get a locked lot. They upgrade the room but was old stinky and didnt seem clean.

Somewhat okcomplains from other rooms blaming us for being noisy constant complains even its not us and sending a letter of mindfulness off being quite and polite when were not making noise i hear noises from above us and i dont conplain. When i got there as well sofa was dirty bathroom had black stains. Staff was polite helped a lot but for hotel experience to have fun dor summer and kids wasnt fun at all when lot of complaints constant front desk calling us about complains on us.

There was lots of hair in the bathroom. Especially the door was full of hair. The bathroom door also would not stay closed which was not convenient. This is room 607. My stay was 8/2/25-8/3/25.

We had a terrible stay. Room was dirty. Housekeeping was horrible. But the supervisor named Jennifer was great.

Elevators did not work well they took too long and missed levels.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and it great for the price and location. Staff is extremely friendly, great breakfast options, and it is clean. I will also say that, unfortunately, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (due to a guest smoking), the emergency system and exit plan worked perfectly and the staff took care of everyone's concerns as quickly as they could.

A fire alarm woke us with an evacuation at 3:30 in the morning, and room service didn't bring utensils for my soup. When I called to ask for a spoon they brought me a roll of silverware that only had a knife and a fork in it! I managed, but I would have liked a bit more attention to detail, and an apology for waking and having to evacuate myself and two children at an ungodly hour. The hotel didn't issue any explanation, apology or recompense for our disturbed night.

I have stayed in high end hotels in the Oyster Point area. I will tell you this much about this place...you don't have to beg for housekeeping, there's parking for trucks, the bar went out of their way to make a late night dinner. So this review is for business owners who are working in the Bay Area. Oyster Point Area is nice however the parking fees and other amenities from the other hotels are robbery. Out of all the hotels I experienced in this area by far superseded my expectation. I will most likely go back there and use this place again. It was my first time ever at an Embassy Suite so I kept my expectation low. The front desk to the all the service personnel were extremely helpful. Thank you to your staff.

Rude awakening by fire alarm sirens at 3am. No notification from staff or hotel on what was going on. My husband and our 4 small kids, frightened, panicking, afraid coming down the staircase from the 10th floor. No staff, no security around to help guide us in this emergency situation. No text, no email, no explanation as if nothing happened.

Great clean room and great location. Only thing i don’t like is the swimming pool and the hot tub, it is very sirty and not manage well, the dirt around the swimming pool is horrendous.

Our suite was very hot. Our AC didn’t work. Our bathroom door kept locking us out when closed after using. We paid for parking and our key never worked, we had to use the help button.

Super friendly staff, everything was clean and my stay was overall amazing!

The only minor negative was the room above us was children running around until midnight (thankfully only one of our two nights). We did call the front desk and they said they would look into it.

Amazing breakfast with an omelet bar and Starbucks inside. Also,staff allowed us to store luggage in a side room on our checkout day so that we could do an Alcatraz tour without fear of local smash and grabs. We really appreciated it!
