The staff were incredible and advised us where to go and how to get about the room was clean and comfortable The location was close to the airport but nothing around to walk to really

2 queen beds with towels for 1 person No bedside light, impossible to read. Only bright blinding spots near the walls. Not a great stay for sure. Patrick the night guy was receptive about the TV , he was the only positive in the 2 night stay.

The price is right. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were stuffy. You can't open the windows. The office staff was scarce. You have to wait around for a staff to come into the office.

Amazing stay easy and really like it.

Clean room kind of small, great staff, sweet rolls and muffins good coffee, ok parking. Limited food sources in the immediate area, all in all not bad.

Don't call a prepackaged pastry and a cup of coffee breakfast in the online description of this property...

Clean. Quiet except for the highway which I expected. It states breakfast in listing but coffee and a danish isn’t breakfast. I didn’t like that the ADA room is so far from the elevator.

The room was well maintained and spacious just like in the photos. Staff was prompt and helpful. Having 'Breakfast Included' tag on the listing is a scam because all they serve are packed muffins and packed cinnamon rolls. I think this should clearly be mentioned and not try to trick the guest. Parking was paid; even though this was mentioned it still shouldn't be per night because if you are there for a long time you end up spending heavy on parking.

The receptionist was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. He listened to our concerns, explained the situation, and assured us that the refund would be processed. We did not feel safe at this hotel. There were too many people in the garden drinking throughout the day and making a lot of noise. Their behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, which led us to leave the hotel the same night and book another one instead. The receptionist later explained that they were part of a construction crew and mentioned that we were not the only guests who had raised concerns about this situation.

Location was convenient for our trip Stayed here for 2 nights and unfortunately had several issues. At check-in, the staff scanned and printed a copy of my credit card including the CVV code, which raised serious concerns about payment data security. The room was very noisy due to constant freeway traffic, making it difficult to rest. Parking costs $10 per night, which was not clearly communicated in advance. Regarding amenities, there was no soap available at the sink upon arrival (the dispenser appeared to be empty), although soap was present in the bathroom. Breakfast was also disappointing. It is advertised as being available from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, but at 7:30 it was not yet set up. When it eventually became available, the selection was very limited (only muffins and coffee). Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

They have great ammenities and very friendly staff. But it is literally SO loud with the big heavy doors slamming all night, I couldn't even sleep. I would never stay here again becuase of that. I didn't even want to pay them to be honest. It was awful.

Check in around 4pm and nobody was on the lobby. Took 5 minutes before someone showed up. The room smells moldy right when i open the door. The floor is dirty and doesn’t look like they vacuum it. The tub looks dirty too. The walls are thin that you can hear all the cars passing by and the people in the other room talking. They dont have curtains but have wooden blinds snd because of that the room still looks bright despite turning off all the light. Looks like the house keeping just tucked in the mattress cover or duvet and called it a day cuz the blanket smells used. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I end up leaving 5 hours later because its just horrible.

Very nice staff. I was able to check in a bit earlier. The maid service was lacking. I found stuff in the refrigerator and open packets of sugar on the counter.

Clean room close to sfo. We were so tired that we didn't really hear traffic from the freeway clerk was very nice and arranged for our shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Just traffic noise, not good sleep

Rooms appeared clean until I took a shower, walked to the bed and feet were already black from floor. Little parking, and told there was a box breakfast, but none appeared.

The Room needs at least 2 chairs instead of just one. Beds should have 4 pillows each bed. Dolores is best house keeper.

We were hoping to get a good nights sleep before heading to the airport for a trip, however the extremely loud AC unit as well as a bed that sank to the middle made it impossible

I wouldn’t book this hotel again. The only best thing is that the housekeeper was nice! The toilet on our last day the flusher wasn’t working!! Never again!

Property is well kept, clean, and esthetically pleasing. The room was medium sized, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were a nice added convenience. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Best part is that they offer a free airport shuttle service, even at 5:30 am! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Not exactly an airport hotel, no regular shuttle service. They have to call pickup for you and it may be late if you are in a hurry.

They just finished repainting the entire outside and started moving in new furniture so they keep this hotel in good order. It’s a small 30+ room hotel and has a great cleaning staff. Overall it’s one the best finds around especially cost wise, very reasonable.

Everything is perfect!

The food was all pre-packaged. The only small problem was transportation. Small operation so you have to call the hotel and they send a car out. The bed was as comfotable as our one at home. We went on a Carnival Alaskan cruise. I think our transportation would have taken us to our dock.

We were only given two pillows amd had to ask for more. Breakfast was advertised, but only consisted of sugary, processed pastries. When i asked for hot water to make tea I was told to microwave water. The list goes on...

The sheets had a cigarette burn in it. Why not put a brand new one on? Period blood in the towels which looked pretty fresh. I added a picture. They state breakfast but it’s to go items & nasty coffee in the room. No healthy options at all. I’m celiac so no breakfast I could eat

Just a night before a move but it was just what I was looking for.

In the first place, it is just a dirty motel. It advertises that it has free breakfast, which is completely untrue. It also claims to have an airport shuttle, but all they have is Uber drivers they call. Stay away. Hotels.com should stop putting them on the website.

The shuttle pickup at the airport took 4 calls and 40 minutes

Convenient location to SFO.

This resulted in the wrong credit card being charged. When the hotel was booked expedia listed the property as having breakfast. While technically correct, what they provide is prepackaged mini muffins or bearclaws. Nothing fresh and no beverages. Expedia lists the properties amenities as having a vending machine. However, the vending machine was empty and wouldn't provide a refund. When the front desk was notified they said they would provide a refund "in the morning". However, we had to check out early. It wasn't until I called the next day to complain that the manager stated he would refund the card on file. While the manager did eventually reverse the charges on the wrong card he was neither pleasant nor friendly. There are numerous hotels near SFO with more amenities and one can only assume friendlier staff. When booking a hotel I would look elsewhere.

I used this property for a concert i went to, so all i did was sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The manager was helpful, friendly and organized. The room was clean and quiet.

The accommodations were very basic, but adequate the disappointment was, it was understood from the advertisement it there was a full breakfast, but the breakfast perfect provided, would not even come up to the expectations of a continental breakfast, as it was a roll and another packaged item and a granola bar with nothing to drink and it is served at 8 o’clock when most people have already left And the second day it was 15 minutes late

Requested a smoking room that was not honored

Lots of homeless people near by, smokers outside of lobby door. Shuttle service is a hired driver in a personal car. Driver was 30 mins late for pick up at airport and drove erratically all over the highway. Stay away from this place. We didn’t even check in, requested an uber to a different, safer, hotel after we arrived.

$10 Parking on site parking was available. The room & parking price were lower than many places we looked at. The room was clean and decently maintained. There was a fridge & microwave. There was a constant sound of traffic from the street but it was more like white noise. What we didn’t like- there was the sensor in the sink area that set off a bright light every time anyone got up to go to the toilet in the night. Expedia said breakfast was from 7am but when we came down and asked about it on the intercom/phone, the staff said it opened at 8am. We needed to leave at 8am, so it was a rush. There wasn’t much for the grab & go breakfast. Just a few breakfast bars and small packaged pastries. No fruit or coffee. When we asked about coffee, we were told it was in the room. 2 packs for the individual coffee pods was what the room had. There were hardly any outlets in the room, and none really conveniently located to charge all of our devices. The bedding was kind of thin. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket. That being said, it was only for 1 night, and for the price I’d say it was a decent stay.

Come back. Lower price for the room. Better towels

The "Pay at the hotel" cost for our room (as listed in our confirmation email from Hotels.com) was $304.59, but my credit card was automatically charged $307.58 before we checked in. The door to our room did not lock when we pulled it shut from the outside, so we had to change rooms after our first night. The "motion-sensitive" bathroom light in our second room was faulty - it would never turn off so we had to keep the door tightly closed at night. The very tiny "lobby" where "breakfast" (scant) was available was closed until 8:00 AM each day. "Free breakfast" should not be advertised as a "benefit" of staying at this hotel! Two positive comments: the room(s) were quite clean and the lobby/night managers did try to help with the problems we encountered.

This place isn’t anywhere near as nice as the pictures and is run down and felt like a run down hotel. Staff was friendly enough. The road noise from the highway was constant all night. The room had two beds and while one mattress was fine the second one was probably a box spring. Some of the lights didn’t work and door didn’t close properly.

Overall very good. Staffs were very helpful and respectful.

If I need a room I won’t hesitate to stay here. It’s accommodating and one of the most decent clean places for the price.

Some people were smoking a plant of a very characteristic odor in their rooms, but the smoke was entering in my room. I reported this situation to the front desk, but unfortunatelly they didn't do anything about it. After 30 minutes of waiting to see if the management did something about it or if the smoke stopped, I decided to check-out my room instead.

The pictures on the website that did not match what it looks like. The door to the room did not close right. The floors were dirty and sticky. The beds were so worn down that you could feel the spring coming out. Also I requested a king bed and was given two queen beds. Also was given only one towel for two people. Had to ask for more towels. The AC was so bad it made way too much noise when it turn on and it would shake. I will not stay here ever again.

I cannot recommend this place. Need to do major renovations

I was very happy with the service that was provided here. They were kind, caring, and accommodating. Friendly staff and will not hesitate to call them for future stays.

Like the proximity to the freeway, and the airport. It's south of SF so not too much traffic in the area. Close to restaurants and stores. Love the beautiful cool weather as well. Will definely be staying at the hotel on my next trip

Room was spacious and beds where comfortable. Found Cockroaches in the room and there was mold in the bathroom. Cigarette burns on toilet seat and other furniture

Definitely get what you pay for and only for what you pay. The only major problem was when housekeeping run the laundry machines, the rooms nearby vibrate and its uncomfortable.

We are disabled senior smokers. We can park next to the elevator, which is next to the check in area, which has cameras. Stayed multiple times due to medical issues. Highway conveniently located using gps lol. Has smoking rooms apart from other rooms. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Helpful.

Sufficient for 1 night before catching a flight home. No lobby, only a small room on the ground floor to check in. Family run establishment and check in was easy and fast. Arranged shuttle to the airport for the morning on check in. Room was ok; clean, but a bit worn out. Bed was soft for those who like that, but I would have preferred a firmer mattress. Not much in the area, but a good sandwich place a couple of doors down. Good deal for the price.

It's an old looking hotel but but very well kept and maybe even renovated. Nothing to complain.

The room did not match the online photos. The property was noisy from a mechanical standpoint. A random stopping and starting all night. Low grade vibration felt at random times. The office staff was never present.

For the price it was what we expected, a room to stay two nights close to the Bart to be able to spend some time at the wharf.

Check in was an intercom and greeting was “what”? Told them I had a reservation and response is “credit card and ID. I’ll be down in a bit”. Felt like an intruder or a trespasser, not a guest. Then standing outside with shady people making my wife and kids nervous waiting.

Elevator broken, staff did not really speak English or understand it clearly, had to repeat many questions, hardly anybody on reception, sign said call night manager via phone even during daytime that was very hard to hear because it was broken. Cleaning staff were very helpful 10x better than front desk staff but had limited English

When I first arrived to check in the staff were very disrespectful for no reason. When I walked in the room it stinked super bad. Then when I when to use the bathroom it flooded the room I went straight to complain he was super aggressive, next we got different rooms the tubs where super black. Pls don’t stay here I’ll never be back there’s better places I found after this .

very clean, nite clerk Isabel helpful and pleasant you could hear some freeway noise but it was constantly low grade. Breakfast was Coffee and Costco pastry.... beds and pillows soft and clean .every one seem to be doing their job.

The friendly front desk representative that greated me. Professional and made the checking in a pleasant experience. I appreciated her making me feel welcomed. It was a pleasant stay.

Staff did not seem to have time to talk to us. Although they indicated transportation to and from the airport was included. Because we were leaving too early they said it was up to us to find our own ride.

The room wasnt i had picked when reserving, i asked for late check out and was only provided 30 extra minutes. The breakfast provided for huest was geanola bar and pastry from costco. It is a good price and location but rooms need to be updated and more clean in stairs, as well as provide more breakfast option such as fruit and yogurt

Airport transportation wasn't given. The hours for transportation were not as advertised and had to taxi/uber. The beds were extremely old and saggy. The room has flies in it and wasn't completely clean. The shower had dirty spots and was not usable. Highly don't recommend.

The night clerk did not respond timely. It was almost midnight when we arrived and he left 3 females standing outside for almost 15 minutes. It sounded like we woke him up when we used the courtesy phone.

It’s cheap to stay but the sheets on the bed was stained and the microwave was old and rusty inside.

Have stayed several times for surgery at ucsf, easy to get between the two. Always been quiet and clean, smoking rooms are nice. Staff always helpful. Disability parking next to elevator next to office.

Main reason was to have a place with transfer to airport before leaving. Shuttle did not show up and had to take Uber. Management available only by phone and unhelpful.

Ad didn’t truly depict the condition of the hotel. Breakfast included was a joke! I stayed because it was late when I arrive and I had no other option in a strange place. Would never stay there or recommend it.
