Beautiful, well-maintained property in a centralized location. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we were charged for parking which had previously been complimentary when renting as a guest of an owner. As the family member of an owner, we are aware that when the owner uses their unit, they receive complimentary parking. Also the pool umbrellas were in back order so there was little shade/coverage on the pool deck. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We did not like the beds, too high and mattress too soft. No fridge in the room and coffee machine too complicated to operate. Also, the TV remote was not functioning properly.

The place was dusty and bugs and oldish. There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager. I would not want to rent from a third party to stay at heavenly seeing that they’re not kept up with. Bed was semi comfortable that’s a plus. Next time we will just go with the Marriot heavenly for 1,200.

Room was clean and very convenient. Only issue was with the valet. We asked for an EV charge and were told this would be no problem and quoted a reasonable price. However, when we checked out the car had not been charged. Worse, the valet was completely unapologetic about it. "Yea, sometimes that happens that they don't charge the cars that are marked down for charging". Super frustrating that 2 hours of my life are wasted on the drive home because the valet didn't complete the charge he said he would.

No mini fridge in the room and the was only one very small trash can which was located next to the toilet.

Front desk service poor. Only functions as check in and out. Package delivery not announced and deliveries kept on an unprotected table.
