There is nothing to like to small and too tight even the restroom I disliked my stay that I’d rather leave They’re roaches when I was in the room just walking when I got up to use the restroom we got there to rest the remote they gave us to the room did not turned on the tv just bad

I enjoyed my stay here and liked that the deposit was not too high Check out time says 11:30 am but was kicked out at 10:30 am maybe too clean but it shifted my whole schedule off. Felt super rushed out I even forgot some stuff but staff kept it and was able to pick up afterwards.

Nothing Nothing like the photos cockroaches and bugs everywhere the doors and windows don’t close in clean and cigarette burns everywhere sheets made me itchy floors and walls dirty curtains were covered in filth smelt like cigarettes

The room was tiny but quaint and adequate for the price. The owners were very nice and friendly. Just mainly the location. For me it wasn't near anything or anywhere that I frequent or want to be. That's not their fault though. That is entirely my mistake for having not thoroughly checked the location before booking.

Inexpensive daily rental. Refundable Deposit of only $20.00 . Free shampoo and body wash in the shower. Good solid consistent water pressure. Free WiFi and cable/satellite TV channels. A/C unit in unit works great. Poor kept put dated facility and rude staff : Bad Area! One has to pay $20.00 deposit in Ca$h! They don't take CC/Debt for deposits. Room was directly next to open garage which had trash cans and recycling cans all over flowing. Pungent smell and sounds of people puting trash in all day and night. Unit door was missing door guard and door sweep. Causing debris and even rain water to enter the room.I had to place a towel at the goor of the door. Not to mention outer door near sewer grate which had insects lurking. I found 3 different bugs in the room. Bedding needs to be mended or updated being there was 3 cigarette pen size holes in base of comforter and dingy pillow cases. Plus found candy wrappers in bedding upon turning in for sleep. Room only had an over head light and no lamp causing glare on high mounted television viewing. Not to mention lighting switch sensor was damaged. Bathroom toilet cramped in nook with sink partially blocking access and one has to squeeze in and out of toilet area. Bathroom sink soap dispenser was out of soap. No hook for small hand towel just exposed hardware to right of sink while bigger towel bar was directly side above toilet. Shower had slow drainage and pooled several inches of water while showering and took 10+ minutes to completely drain upon turning off the shower faucets. Check Out time is 10:30am but for some reason front desk clerk seems to pound on every taken units door at 10am to make sure everyone is awake to receive verbal confirmation of departure or extention by 10:30am checkout time despite reservation. They also only allow 10 minute (2:50pm) Check-In Time of 3pm and 10mins to leeway of checkout time. * Upon politely bringing awareness to a few issues and or comcern one was meant with hostility and questionable dismissing remarks and behavior.

You can hear almost everything from neighbors, and we unfortunately had very bad neighbors for first few days, there were yelling and arguing all the night. Got headaches due to bad sleep. We won’t stay there again

The Owners or Staff in the Office were really nice and Accommadating, they let me check in early with an additional $20 dollar fee but i get it. Its Business and ivwas ok with that because you get your deposit back. Thank you. I will def come back for another Fun NighT lol :)

Smelled a lot like cigarettes after I requested a non-smoking room , parking was horrible… owners knocked on my door constantly in the morning up until 11pm at night when already sleeping to move my car for property family convenience. Restroom carried a smell of urine, in the shelf that has a cabinet, had something in little bags. (looked like drugs) just overall a 1/10. Would not recommend!

This spot was a diamond in the rough! It was incredibly clean, very quiet, comfortable, cost effective, had great (free) parking, and was perfectly located. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and genuine. We will seek out this spot next time for sure!

It was an ok stay. The floors were dirty so was the box springs. The staff was very helpful and friendly but I don't feel it is very family friendly. Had I known that I wouldn't of stayed there with my 2 toddlers. Won't be returning there again with my family.

This is a great family-owned motel with a reasonable price. I got there around 2am from the airport. Nick was really helpful to allow me to check out at 1pm to get enough sleep. I highly recommend this place!

I liked there being garage type parking. Although first-come availability, I was able to get it most of the time. The MOST disappointing was I did not get the room that was pictured with a fridge and microwave. These two things were most important in my lodging search because I wanted to save on meals. I felt like a bait and switch when I was tolds those rooms were not avaible on internet reservations.

The Sands Inn is a welcome, clean and friendly hotel. Our door did not close properly, and the deadbolt did not work (rm 9), but other then that, the room was a welcome place to stay. I would stay here again for sure, as the price is excellent and you can tell that the ownership cares about your stay

Room was neat and clean. The guy behind the desk was helpful was available 24x7. The smoke detector has a small issue, it keeps going off when you take a good hot shower. Other than that, stay was good
