This is not a room you will want to stay at no hot water bed was cheap and manager attitude is terrible no room service clean sheets towels everything I asked for was a no/ I was given and excuse pillow were old complained and requested refund 45 mins later and was told to come back in the morning

You get what you pay for. Cheap room, expect something to go wrong. Had originally booked a deluxe room I think it was, (more space) but had to downgrade due to no elevator for a wheelchair bound husband. 2nd room was smaller and that’s where the issue started. Dead roaches on the floor and ant trail on the sink and up the walls. Notified guy at check in, he grabbed a can of raid and sprayed it all over the counter and wiped it off. He cleaned up what roaches were left and then left. When I check the sink again, I saw more ants coming from the overflowed part of the sink, n

We got room 204 room looked overall clean but you could tell the don’t really clean well their was a green peace of chewed gum on the shower wall I’m guessing from the previous guest. The bed was not too comfortable pillows the same. The day off check out which I always do is I removed all the bedding pillow case to make sure they get changed for the next guest ,while I was doing that the mattress protector was stained it have me the eww . The bath towels were stained. That’s it .

Hotel has very small parking lot and room was empty. Had no closet, no shelves, no shampoo, one trash can in bathroom. 2 Very small pillows. And never answer their phone for help.

The blinds were broken so privacy was limited the front desk. Man was very rude. I didn’t like his attitude or the way he handled things in the sense of getting our check-in and room key.

Our stay at the Plaza Inn was comfortable but few things need hopefully in the future can change hot water took about 15 minutes just to get hot. They also can look into having places where you can at least hang your coats and clothes up they only have two small dresser. I can say the price was very affordable. The location to get to our destination was comfortable not out of the way mostly Central to wherever we had to go. Make sure when you book your trip at Plaza Inn that there is a cash deposit but you get that back when you check out. I can tell management is trying to upgrade their hotel from the outside to today's time.

room was small, missing bathroom mirror, to expensive, security deposit was too high, room needs to be remodeled. no microwave, no refrigerator, shower tub needs scrubbing. would not go their again.

When checking in. I went to the window and rang the Ringer a couple of times until the clerk came out. When he came out, he asked for a deposit that I wasn't expecting. I stayed cool and said no problem here is my card. He said cash only. I left came back with the cash. As soon as he got my 100 dollar bill he started naming a bunch of things that were not allowed. I went to the room feeling like he was going to look for any reason to keep my 100 dollars. The next two days I was worried for my 100 dollars, I kept away from the hotel only went there to sleep at night. When I went to check out, sure enough he found a excuse and kept my 100 dollars.

We needed to go pull out cash for deposit. Bed was hard like sleeping on metal sheet and bath towels were visibly dirty with stains. Sheet were dirty and sink area was dirty.

Omg never did a room so expensive and so dirty. I hope many people will see this message ! Don’t come in this hotel it’s a joke . Why I put two stars for the personnel, cause he were kind to make me an another roomkey. Also if you don’t have cash for deposit, it’s could be a problem… Everything was awfull …

The stay was okay for the price you pay for. No insects, however, the room didn't seem as clean, there was an old modelo bottle in the bathroom. The floor was kind of sticky and some of the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in a while. The staff were nice and parking is available. Also, it was not clearly stated the $100 needed to be in cash.

Person at the front was very rude. My room had many cockroaches in and they said I should just deal with it because they were small. Never staying here again!

There were cockroaches and the travel sized bottle of body wash provided was already half used. The a/c didn’t work well. The bathtub and shower were in poor maintenance. The condition of the bed inspired sleeping on top of the sheets. It was walking distance to Starbucks though.

No smoke detector, refused to give an extra towel, refused to give an extra pillow, shower wall cracked, paint peeling off thr walls and scraped, shower head sprayed everywhere, tile fell off the wall, no actaul blanket just a light bed cover, no safety latch on the door, bed super uncomfortable, has cockroaches.

You can definitely tell that this place needs a deep clean. Walls are dirty, drawers on the night stand weren’t cleaned, old pistachios shells in the drawer. Headboard was dirty. Boards have dirty buildup.

Sheets were marginally clean, with stains showing. Towels were marginally clean and almost threadbare. Mattress was a little lumpy with box spring creaks. I would never stay here again.

The room had patched up holes in the walls not even painted over. Their towels were in very bad shape, they looked brown and gray, and they were supposed were supposed to be white: Thin walls we could hear the next rooms noise.

The place is not well lit in parking area. The neighborhood is shaddy. No security around place. The owner/manager was VERY unfriendly. I thoight i booked a pet friendly place and when we parked to unload our stuff from car after a 9 hour drive the owner yelled at us going up stairs because we were helping my disabled dog up stairs to say no animals. I was willing to stay in car with my dog so mu son can stay in room booked and he said NO YOU GET REFUND. This was at 1030 pm.allowed.i said i will stay in car with dog then so my son with a briloken

Person at check in was nice. TV was cable with limited channels. Room was clean and nice. No fridge or micro and TV was a bit cheap/small. Area was okay. They wanted a cash deposit but I didn't have it so they waived it.

When they say bare minimum they mean it. Not even a table to set your things so all my stuff had to go on the strangely sticky floor. Don’t walk around without your socks. It was clean and tidy but that’s about it. Security is overly strict and I felt like I was being watched the entire time.

My experience was okay I guess, when you walk in the room looks nice, and clean but as soon as I started unpacking I noticed holes on the walls, the towels in the restroom (5/6) were stained as if they were not washed properly and some even had holes. Room was not cleaned daily (business stay was 3days/2nights).
