Window would not close, giving no privacy, about two inches open. The quilt was stained and when u went to ask then to be changed, no one was there. The shower wall had hair on it, making me believe the cleanliness is not the best. Over all the property was okay, the pool was not opened at 1030 when I checked out. The worst was the stain on the quilt, I took pictures if needed. I dont complain ever, but it was kind of gross.

Comfortable bed and a well maintained and clean room. Nice lighting and bedding. Really hot water, which is a nice surprise. The bed, which was advertized as a queen, was most definitely not a queen, which felt kind of cheap and dishonest of the property. Especially from a chain, I would expect something like that to be reliable. Also, staff was VERY pushy about check-out. I received a reminder text, at 8am on the morning of my check out, then a call from reception at 10:30 (check out was at 11:00), then a knock on the door at 10:45.

The location was very good with several stores and eating places nearby. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating! The housekeeping service was great, really great! I did not have to ask; my room did not lack any supplies during my stay. The advertisement for breakfast was deceiving because the hotel only offered granola bars and coffee. The T.V. did not work in the initial room I was given. The young lady on duty, Heidi, was very accommodating and gave me 3 different remote controls to try before assigning me to a different room. The new room I was assigned to was in the corner and had windows with bars and a brick wall outside the windows. I had NO view! When asked for ice, I was given a code which I needed help with. There were unclean spots (appeared to be food or liquid) on the window blinds and the floor base boards were dirty. The sink had a leak which I reported to housekeeping. When using the sink, it left a puddle on the floor underneath the sink.

I completed the online early check in so I wouldn't have to on arrival. When I arrived I still had to do all the check in again along with giving my credit card info again for the security deposit. This was a waste of my time as that I was expecting to walk in pick up my room keys and be on my way. I also on January 1st booked 1 more nights stay for the 17th of January with the Days Inn 800 number, our plans had changed up and on the 16th of January I tried to cancel my reservation for the 17th but was told that because I din not purchase the insurance at the time of booking I could not be refunded my $145.00. That I had 24 hours from the time of booking on January 1st to cancel.

I wasn’t a fan about the deposit fee, last time I booked I didn’t have that problem. I was sent a pre arrival check in that I answered online then when i arrived I still had to fill out a form that I already did online. Lastly I kept my room clean but there was an ant problem that was around the sink area, then the housekeeping only knocked on my door once out of the 3 days I was there so I don’t know how frequent housekeeping checks the rooms.

Nothing at all. It was filthy and dusty. Construction going on in the hotel during the night time. We chose this hotel for the pool and breakfast and they did NOT serve breakfast and the pool was closed! Furniture was broke. I had to switch room because it smelled so bad.

The next rooms a/c unit sounded like a dryer with golf balls in it. The people staying in the next few rooms were extremely loud, dragging furniture, banging their doors shut, pounding on walls, yelling and partying in the parking lot. This went on until about 3am. Worst night ever in a motel. I would not suggest staying there.

The size of the suite was great, the only problem was the floors were so dirty. My son walked barefoot for 5 mins and the bottoms of his feet were black. My wife went to target across street for a mop & bucket then she mopped our room..

This is my third time staying at this property, it has always been a great place to stay and I will continue to use this facility when I am in town; this time the only complaint I have is that the mattress was worn out and did not have a good sleep as I had to stay in one area of the bed so I did not go into the sagging side.

I requested a room change because the original one had ants in the bathroom sink. Both rooms had old, damaged furniture, and neither had a desk. Additionally, the noise level was high. Finally, the clerk always attends from behind a protected window, which made me feel that the area might be unsafe.

For 55 extra dollars a night I went to The Bicycle Casino which is luxurious the Taj Mahal compared to that and I'm not one to complain honestly

I’ve stayed in this hotel before it was a lot nicer then it appears rundown today. There was trash in the corners of the room and some stain that looked like vomit on the carpet. It was way too expensive for a weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was on the low side of cleanliness had a musty smell to it and dangerous because you are not let in the facility at night you have to check in from outside. I almost got robbed.

The suites are not sound proof. I guess nothing really is. You will hear the neighbor and outside street noise. If you are sensitive to noise I suggest a suite closer to the inside street.

I was to aray 3 nights but checked out after one.

No curtains to block lighting from building next door. Bathroom fan was loud as a jet engine. Return deposit took a long time for return.

Was met at the night window at around 8:30 p.m. and the room was filled with strong fragrance smell to cover up some odor. Bathroom fan was too noisy that you could wake up in the middle of your sleep. We had chosen this place for the breakfast and in Expedia they didn't mention the Grab and go. Grab and go breakfast here was a cup of coffee, nutrient bar and a small bottle of juice. So we had to have separate breakfast. Expedia should exclude these kinds in their breakfast category. Overall, though the price of the room was moderate, everything else was way below the expectations of Days Inn.

The place seamed a little rubbed down and not managed very well especially for the price we paid for two nights. Also the supposedly breakfast that was mentioned was a disgrace. Apple, orange juice and coffee was breakfast at its finest at this place.

It’s a nice place to be in…good service and good staff. Only minor problem…is they need to fix the temperature for the pool…multiple stores to explore. At the end? It’s good service.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I visit Los Angeles, annually. I had some issues to begin my trip as the hotel sold my first floor ADA accompdated room, before I was able to get there and check-in, and only left me with a second floor room, that I could not safely access due to my disability. I was forced to stay at a less than satisfactory hotel, for a few days, until another ADA accompdated room became available at the property. Furthermore, I was left without housing, at 11pm the evening I was to arrive. After I was able to come back and check in a few days later, everything went great. I'm a big fan of this property and want to continue to enjoy staying here in my visits to Los Angeles, just hopeful I'm treated better, in tuned with my disabilities next trip, especially considering I'm a loyal customer of this property.

It’s not a fancy place but it has everything you need if you want somewhere safe and clean to stay in the city at a great price and close to everything.

When i arrived (I did arrive late in the evening) there was nobody in the office. We had to wait almost 10 minutes to check in. The breakfast bar is lacking options). The Staff was nice and the grounds were well maintained.

It was good. We booked two rooms. They rooms were clean and the check in when smoothly. When we do fly into town. It is our go to. It is near many places to eat. We love the area.
