I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks online and sees there are rooms available. We were too annoyed to argue with the front desk, so we just left.

Nice hotel just off campus with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was spacious and clean. Loved the suite with the sink and countertop outside the bathroom area. The welcome on the TV was a nice touch.

Parking needs improvement, so does the front desk staff. Rooms felt dingy and toilet connection to wall was coming g apart. The mattress was awful. I expected better for the price. Would not recommend
