B&B L'Arcobaleno

The most important thing about staying in a B&B is the service. Anna, Pietro, and Rafaelle make this an exceptional adventure. We have never received the overall service and courtesy from any place we have ever stayed. It was like staying with relatives who have not seen you in a long time and love having you there - especially if you were raised with an Italian heritage. A few things to note: If your preference is to be close to the central area of Sorrento, this is not the place for you. If you like to stay in remote areas and still have access to downtown and the harbor, consider this B&B. With that said, if you are driving, you will not be able to park your car at the property. The steep driveway and access are challenging. Do not try it. Anna will pick you up at the bottom and take your baggage to the B&B. You will park your car in the street. There is plenty of free parking here. Anna and Pietro will bring your bags up the stairs to your room and when you leave, will take your bags down the stairs into their cars and bring them to your car. The rooms were rustic and enough space, drawers, and closets to unpack. The toilets and showers are cozy. This is an old home. When there were needs or problems, we contacted Anna's son, Rafaelle who let Anna or Pietro know of the needs. The requests were handled immediately. The breakfasts Anna served was exceptional - the best we had in Italy. She will cater to your needs. Anna will also be your personal concierge. She will suggest the best local trattorias and make the reservations for you. Pietro will drive you to your destinations. Anna will suggest tours and other activities and find you the best deals and book them for you. Anna's home garden was amazing. If you are a gardener, this is a place for you. Sometimes the water pressure was lacking and the drainage slow.

The location was so beautiful, overlooking the coast. Just a little far to town (only because of the hills, it’s a bit much to walk) but our hosts were kind enough to drive us down to the town and pick us up! If you had a car or scooter, it is a super simple and quick drive.

Breakfasts were phenomenal, bagged lunches were excellent and unexpected treat daily. Owners Anna and Pietro are exceptional hosts—always helpful and available for anything needed-anytime. They also provided taxi service everyday—so convenient. They made our trip to Italy super special. There is no better value anywhere than the special treatment they provide. Liked everything

Everything!!! They are a wonderful family. Anna is a great hostess, amazing and delightful breakfast every morning. She makes you feel home and her husband great man who drives you everywhere. Very happy staying with them and I can’t wait to come back. Great communication all the time with their son.

Anna, Raphael, and Pietro embody Italian hospitality, offering an updated version of the 19th century Grand Tour. This welcoming family makes you feel at home. Each day, Anna brings a cornucopia of breakfast items: omelettes, tomatoes, artisanal lemon marmalade (from her lovely garden), mozzarella, meat, olives, bread, coffee, and much more! The room was comfortable, clean and featured a lovely balcony where you can sip wine and coffee as you overlook lemon and orange trees. There’s even a dog! Ever gracious, Anna and Pietro supplied everything, offering excellent advice and booking reservations, a boon for the whimsical traveler deciding to hop to Sorrento for a few day. We couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodations in Sorrento! Anna and Pietro made us feel more like family than guests with a wonderful breakfast every morning and insisting on preparing a lunch and driving us into town for our excursions everyday. The property is a peaceful garden full of flowers, herbs, and fruit trees located up on the hill away from the hustle and bustle, close to town but feels like miles away! Thank you Anna, Pietro, Rafaelle, and Carlo for the wonderful memories of our time with you ??❤️??? Leaving!

The hosts are the most amazing hosts ever Nothing, all perfect

The room was big and very clean, the garden was amazing, very quiet street, close the centre, but away from noise Everything was fantastic!

Decent location approx. 2.5 km from down town. Authentic stay. Host’s are fabulous which is what put’s this property in 9* range VS the property itself. Tiny shower which is like 3’x3’ so if you’re of any size, girth something to be aware of perhaps traditional in homes such as this. Not within walking distance of town.

Just wish it was closer to the center of town. It’s is definitely out of the way and truly need to rely on the hosts to transport you down the mountain. However they are very accommodating and this location is very quiet.

The owner made everything work well. We had huge breakfasts every day plus packed lunches if we were going somewhere. They. Were our transportation at our request to near town center. They arranged other transportation if they weren’t going to be available.

Wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay welcoming and nothing was too much for them from providing an extensive breakfast each morning and providing a packed lunch for our daily excursions. The premises were just out of Sorrento in the hills and the hosts were available 24/7 to take us into and collet us from Sorrento. The hosts were also very helpful in giving recommendations for local restaurants and advices as to places to visit. In short the hosts made you feel part of their family and were always there with a smile. Thank you Anna and Pietro.

Exceptional

Anna, Pietro, and Raffaele were wonderful hosts so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful views, Big breakfast, drove us around, helped book tours, and even gave us amazing lunches to take each day. Truly and awesome experience. 100% recommend!!! Nothing. It was amazing choice.

The stay at B&B L'Arcobaleno was unforgettable!!! I felt like at home. I booked a bed and breakfast, but very kind owner Ana kept preparing packed lunches... Since I arrived in the evening, she also served me dinner. All the food is homemade, delicious, varied... In one word, I enjoyed it!!! In addition, Ana is always ready to take you where you need to go and pick you up, even though the accommodation is not far from the city center. Thank you so much, dear Ana! Thanks for everything!!! For kindness, kindness, help, attention... By the way, I have to emphasize the beauty of the garden around the house, with an extraordinary view of the whole of Sorrento. It is an understatement to say that I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at B&B L'Arcobaleno!!! My rating is 10/10! I can't wait to go there again. ❤️ Everything is GREAT!!!

Beautiful property with mountain and sea views. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Anna and Pietro were fantastic hosts and went beyond expectations. Anna made us exceptional breakfast every morning with packed lunch for our tours. Pietro drove us everywhere. We ended up staying longer, because we didn’t want to leave . We will be back

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was amazing and I felt very safe travelling alone. Previous reviews are accurate with an amazing breakfast, packed lunch and lifts into town with a quick message or call. I wanted to start my days early which Anna was more than happy to facilitate. She helped me book a tour through her friend as well as help planning other ideas. She even did my laundry each day! I felt very welcome and would stay there again. None
