Loved the modern shower box which has music and different water modes. The blonde lady working at the hotel is very tough to deal with and never smiles. Also the breakfast is very poor.

Close to everything and comfortable pillows and bed The check in process on a Sunday was not clear and no one responded to my questions until the next day.

Property was good . Rooms had 2 balconies ,well ventilated ,adequate sunlight during the day . I think common area was little more crampy and congested for breakfast but breakfast in itself was great

The shower needs maintenance and some enhancements. Also lights in the bathroom need to be changed. Also bed sheets were not changed, we stayed for 4 nights.

Dirty, refrigerator in room did not work, shower controller for optional massage etc did not work. Female staff at desk is rude and loud. We paid the city tax on arrival and she charged us again at departure. Yelling that we didn't pay in front of a dozen others.

Very good location. The breakfast was nice. Good coffee. Spacious room and nice balcony. The shower cabin was a little bit dirty.

Close to the center, the room is comfortable and nice. Set in an apartment building, V home has few rooms and a common space for the breakfast, including a balcony. The breakfast was good, with many choices. I liked that I made a late reservation and the owner was very responsive, helping us to check-in in half-hour.

Location! Location! Location! This property is very conveniently located just east of the main part of the city, so it was an easy walk to EVERYTHING, including all the stores and services frequented by locals, as well as all the fun old city/tourist destinations. We had an easy time parking and taking the elevator up to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We were impressed by how quiet it was there. We would choose VHome again.

The shower cubicle was perfect, good pressure and hot water. There was no light in the common part area and it was uncomfortable going up the stairs at night in the dark.

Apartment was really modern and nice, very clean. Brekfast wa excellent. We found it a little hard to find and we werent sure where to park or how to find the room.

The heating was not functioning. Nobody to complain to. Did not see a soul until braeskfast. I slept in day clothes. The place itself is fine, but I dud not go to Sorrento to literally freeze.
