Hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Super clean, excellent location. Staff is wonderful. One day a large group was leaving the hotel early and there was no hot water so we could not shower. We also had difficulty at breakfast as there was no room to sit. Other than that, we had a marvelous stay.

Teresa is wonderful! She works extremely hard to make a wonderfully fresh homemade breakfast every day. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the location is perfect- centrally Located. Can get a little noisy at night.

Great location, lovely clean rooms and super friendly staff. Beautiful view of orange and lemon trees from our room We had an ant problem in our room. The breakfast was ok but not great - the fruit ran out early and the coffee was awful. Pastries were ok but some were sickeningly sweet. Loved having granola and yogurt options.

This hotel is cute. The location is about 10 min walk from the train station and within 5 min walk to beach. You can also walk to the porto (harbour) to take the ferry to other places (or take bus 007 / 008 if you are with suitcase, as there are many stairs to walk to the harbour). The breakfast is good. It also has a outside place full of lemon and orange trees. When the weather is good, you can enjoy your breakfast outdoor. The room has a nice balcony. The reception ladies were very warm and gave us a lot of tips to the hiking route. Next to the hotel, you can find the famous local restaurant O'Parrucchiano La Favorita. Recommend to try. The bathroom is a little bit small

Very clean, staff was very willing to help answering all of our questions, calling can for us, directions, great staff!! Perfect location for Restaurants, shopping, historical sites, walking to the Grand Marina, great location.

I loved everything about the property, arrangements were easy, they were kind, it was easy checking in and out. It was beautiful, comfortable and clean! Breakfast was also very good! Nothing.

Hotel was fresh and clean and a little eclectic. Room was very comfortable and had a balcony. Breakfast was good and they made us breakfast to go bags as we were leaving very early morning. Hotel is walking distance to train and bus stations and an easy walk to the Capri ferries. There is a supermarket right next door and the lane way the hotel is on opens to the main street which has many good restaurants. The staff at the hotel took the time to find and book a taxi for us although our dates were out of season. The lane this hotel is on, is a main thoroughfare all day and night, so can be a little noisy, but people watching from balcony was very entertaining.

The location was great, close to where we spent a lot of time visiting Sorrento.

Great location right in centre of old sorrento. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Cleanliness could have been better and our room was a bit tired. In particular the bathroom needs some attention. Light in mirror didn't work, a number of tap fixtures have seen better days and there was mould on ceiling that hadn't been cleaned/dealt with.
