Beautiful property in an excellent location in the heart of town. Easy walk to the train and ferry, near plenty of restaurants and shops and gelato. Super friendly staff were very kind, accommodating and helpful. They helped us book a tour to Agriturismo Il Turuziello. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of options. I liked everything.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast

Location was near central piazzas and touristy shopping. Cute balcony for warmer months. Could hear anyone in alley at night clearly. Maintenance needed. Toilet ran noisily all night. Lift broken for a bit. Breakfast is fully cold but there is a microwave. Hotel is not accessible for drive up bag drop off. Ended up walking blocks from a parking lot with bags because staff told us that was the closest option. Also cost $50 a day. Didn’t think to tell us that we could drop off bags at a street a few yards away from the hotel and then park the car. This is the kind of info you count on when in an old city - you can’t tell on maps what is possible or closed off. Other info also missed the mark and we just stopped asking.

Hotel Staff was terrific!!

The staff was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast host. He was great! It was clean and a perfect size with two rooms. Very conveniently located as well We enjoyed everything. Especially that you held our bags for the day we were leaving.

The hotel was truly lovely. Good breakfast, wonderful and friendly staff, paid parking service, and a central location. It was perfect.

Breakfast was an absolute feast and the best and most plentiful of all the hotels we have stayed at through the years. Our Philippine server was the best and so accommodating. Everything was just perfect, but Fabulous Fabio was the icing on the cake. We have seldom encountered a concierge as warm and friendly as he was. He gave us directions, brought us extra pillows, and encouraged us to feel free to take paperback books from their small collection. An all-around really nice guy who will not be there next time if another hotel grabs him! We hope to have the pleasure of seeing him again!

Friendly staff I had to carry my luggages from the plaza to the hotel since our car can’t pass through the hotel’s entrance.

Friendly and welcoming lady on reception greeted us and told us a few tips of things to do and how to get about. Breakfast was in a little room with a simple selection of continental food and some eggs and fine for what we needed. Possibly too much sweet stuff but that didn't seem unusual. Our rental car was taken by a valet and parked for us at a cost of €25 per day which appeared to be a bargain in Sorrento as nothing is cheap. Great hotel, very convenient and comfy and good value for money. Would certainly stay here again. Nothing not to like but the bathroom was a little dated and the shower head sprayed out everywhere, but it was fine

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sorrento, close to all places, clean and nice interior, amazingly friendly and helpful staff!

The location was so fun by all of the narrow streets. Staff was exceptional. Room was clean and spacious!
