Perfect central location, extremely clean, staff polite and helpful, delicious breakfast! Would have loved a coffee maker of some kind in the room!

The staff was awesome, aways pleasant and helpful! We also arrived very tired and did not have to wait for a room, which was appreciated. Clean, pleasant stay and nice breakfast. Great location, walking distance to everything. Would stay here again, if we return. Nothing negative to say about Hotel Plaza.

The location was amazing and the lobby restaurant and rooftop lounge were wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was just okay - that’s why it was only a 9 out of 10.

Wonderful location - so close to Plaza Tasso and a very nice staff. We travel with two small roller-bags. They was truly no place to open a second bag and nothing to put it on -- they need a luggage rack - or a large shelf in the closet. Also, the hallways smelled of cleaning product...reminded me of a Hampton Inn in the states... not good.

Very clean and neat. Pretty rooftop bar with amazing views. Great shower for end of hot days. Just a little off the square so not as busy. Breakfast choices were just so so but don’t let that stop you. Tip for hotel: get towel racks f

The location, cleanliness and staff were excellent! Although the Hotel needs upgrading it met all our needs. The safe in both our rooms (we booked two separate rooms) did not work at separate occasions requiring them to be worked on by their staff. The only plug in our bathroom did not function for my hair curler or flat iron so I had to do without that the entire trip. We all loved the roof top pool, especially my dad, however, there is no hot tub and it closes early at 7pm. This was a disappointment. I was also noticing that the price per day had dropped and I was not notified and I paid more per day. Would have been nice to have jacuzzi after long day of walking,exploring, etc.

Location was excellent, right near the main piazza. The pool was great after a long day of touring. The bar was a great place to unwind and enjoy the view. The staff were lovely! Especially Matteo the hospitality manager . Room was a bit tight for two suitcases.

Clean, modern, staff was great, pool view, rooftop bar ambiance was great No coffee/espresso in the room. Streaming didn’t work; television could be upgraded, no robes in the room

Amazing location, rooms were very clean and housekeeping everyday! Pool and sky bar very nice too. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. No iron in the room- had to go to a room down in the basement to iron which wasn’t very convenient. Breakfast could be improved slightly, a bit more choice and shouldn’t be an extra charge for fried eggs/omelette.
