View and cleanliness. Free breakfast was wonderful. Booked transportation through hotel that staff booked and they did not allow enough time to get to location and we missed the train and had to pay an extra $100. Staff needs to consider traffic when booking.

Loved the view from the dinning area, we had a little balcony and it was perfect (didn’t have a view but that was fine). Included breakfast which was really nice and loved that there was a free shuttle into the city center Some staff members were not the friendliest but overall the rest of the staff was great and welcoming

First, the view—absolutely stunning. The restaurant, lounge, and pool all offer breathtaking panoramas of Mount Vesuvius and the surrounding landscape. It’s the kind of scenery you don’t get tired of. The staff were equally impressive—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with elegant wood furnishings and a modern, updated bathroom that made it feel both comfortable and refined. The only drawback was the noise in the hallways at night. The rooms aren’t fully soundproof, so conversations carried more than expected. That said, once things quieted down, it was perfectly peaceful. Overall, a memorable stay we’d happily repeat Loud guests in hallways at night.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing place with an amazing view of the gulf of Naples and of Sorrento. Staff was very kind and helpful. The shuttle bus hours made the commuting to Sorrento easy. It would be great if the pool hours were extended. The opening at 9:00 am seemed a little late.

the rooms and furniture in the hotel are very outdated. It's a shame that a staff member makes political comments during check-out, it leaves a bad taste in the hotel experience.

Staff answered emails quickly. Upon check in we were upgraded to a newly renovated part of the hotel which also allowed for increased pool use (private pools). Breakfast was phenomenal and staff were wonderful! Staff helped with set up of excursions and transportation when needed. Dinner options and service was above par. I enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. Views were amazing. The shuttle service offered was very convenient to get into town, once we figured out where we were going. Information on where to go when leaving the shuttle into town. We walked around for awhile the first time off and had no idea how to get downtown or to the marina when dropped off. We finally did end up asking the driver, he and another couple staying at the hotel assisted. Also, I spilled a drink one evening, accidentally of course. We were charged again for that drink (in previous experiences, I have not had to re-pay for the drink. I would understand if it continued to happen, but once, I would think they would replace it free of charge). These are definitely minimal items and would not be a deciding factor on staying there again. I absolutely would return in future travels.
