Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America

Sam the front desk clerk greeted us, she was welcoming, friendly, and provided us with directions several ties during our stay. I also like that fact the location is near a grocery store, dollar store, gas station, parks and lots of different types of foods.

Our stay was amazing. The shades makes the room really dark and helped us sleep! It was really quiet and the bathroom was really nice! 10/10 stay!

Amazing hotel. From the free breakfast (which is really good), to the coffee, water, hot cocoa available all day to the large, clean rooms and amazing staff. The pool was great too! Cannot say enough great things about this hotel and their staff.

Could not have been more pleased! Lily was so wonderful getting me checked in and helping me secure a late checkout so that I could shower after my marathon before heading to the airport. Highly recommend! excellent value, very clean, excellent staff.

Breakfast was good. The oatmeal was good because it was thick instead of running. The guests above us were running and jumping till way after midnight, so sleeping was not great. But we got moved the next day and it was much better.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast, use of shuttle (small fee), and friendly staff. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Beds were comfy and AC worked perfectly. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good not great. Food was warm at best. The variety was typical of free breakfast. Coffee station was good but sugar was sparse. After 2 days it was replenished when I put a large handful of artificial sweeteners on the side.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked. The only slightly annoying thing is that we were over one of their event room with a party playing very loud music until very late. Luckily, we had to leave for an event at 10pm, so it didn't disrupt our sleep. However, I see how it could be a problem for someone needing to be asleep after 9pm.

Breakfast was ok-the standard. Lots of parking, free coffee and water in the lobby, nice, sunny patio.

Had low expectations coming here and was thoroughly impressed! Hotel looks new! Clean, pretty lobby. Staff were very friendly and kind. We had a mountain view room which was stunning! Breakfast was like any other hotel quality. I'd come back for the location in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our three night.Stay at Snowqualmie falls Inn. Beautiful little town near the waterfalls. Early morning breakfast had both hot and cold choices. The pool was a little bit too cold for me and there was no hot tub that that was okay because we had lots of outdoor activities planned with family members. It's a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Hidden gem that is extremely clean, modern, and beautiful. Great breakfast. So well planned out w our dog friendly room at the end of the hallway so very quiet. Pool, laundry, fitness area all outstanding. Cannot say enough good things and this is the nicest hotel ive stayed in by far and at a reasonable rate.

Warm welcome and bright, cheery interior, with photographs of the nearby mountains and historic villages on the corridor walls. Our studio room had incredible views of the mountains and foothills surrounding the Snoqualmie valley. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with fresh delicious choices. The coffee bar included fresh water, plain and flavored with fresh fruit.

Stayed here as a family of 4 for a night when we were visiting Seattle. We wanted to get away from the city and do some hiking and see some waterfalls. This was the perfect spot for us because it was a short drive outside of the city, the area had lots of cozy PNW vibes, we were close to easy, beautiful hikes with young kids. The breakfast was good and super convenient and my son loved the pool while the baby was napping.

All of the staff were wonderful - professional, friendly, responsive. We had a double queen suite with mountain view. Room was huge. View was very nice (too bad they couldn't control the clouds/rain that eventually blocked it). Our room was missing bath towels and cups but those were quickly remedied. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Room was very spacious and clean. Liked the sheer and blackout curtain option, cable, internet. Breakfast was decent - loved the belgian waffle option. Bed was comfortable. Pool and exercise room both nice and loved how fresh and new everything was and location was perfect. Free coffee/water/tea station was nice although coffee is weak. But overall 5/5 and will stay again.

Great facilities and customer service

A very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The large curtain in our suite always closed at an angle (somewhat annoying) and while I appreciate their dedication to recycling, cardboard cups are not what I prefer to drink a glass of wine in. There is a busy commercial thoroughfare on the back or east side of the hotel, so be prepared for road noise. Having a nice selection of restaurants nearby was definitely a plus, as was the price for our February stay.

We stayed here because the casino's hotel was booked out. I would much rather stay here. It was so much more affordable, everybody was very kind, and the room was great.

Our room was very clean and nice. The thermostat was set too high for us so that part was an issue but the room itself was great.

Minor issues: lack of hot coffee - it was almost room temperature, and the linens and bedsheets felt old and could be replaced. However the pros far outweigh the minor issues and well choose Snoqualmie inn the next time we need in a heartbeat!

The room was nice, for the price. The staff were helpful. They even had a wheelchair for us to use. The hotel had many amenities we did not have time to use. My only complaints were that, when I showed up at the front desk to check in, there was nobody around for close to ten minutes while I stood around waiting. Also, there was no bottled water in the room, and they wanted to charge us for bottled water.

People are incredibly inconsiderate these days. No fault of the facility, but I really didn't want a 6AM wakeup call. Or thump. Or crash.

Room was ok. Very spacious which is great but hardly any storage space at all so lots of empty space but only a quarter of a closet and nothing else really. The bathroom/closet door was super odd leaving always one of them wide open. Housecleaning service was inconsistent.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and this time was less enjoyable. I found the room to be loud, the floors were not really clean, the walls are dinged up and the breakfast options were not as good as I remember.

We stayed for one night after my wife had surgery. The front desk staff was very accommodating and got us extra pillows. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. The free breakfast was good, but we would have appreciated a few more options. Overall we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

The first room had a massive stain on the mattress. It was really bad. We had them come look and they moved us to a new room and when we got in it there was a dirty bath towel hanging in the bathroom on the back of the door. The mirror was really dirty and there was something on the door to the restroom that looked like snot. It appeared to have not been cleaned.We stayed because it was super late but never again. Overall the hotel was pretty just really dirty room. Wouldn't stay again.

Honestly I don't remember how was it, I booked so many hotels.But I'm sure it was not bad.

We were able to check into 2 of our 3 rooms with no problem. The first room we were able to early check into was great. I went down at 3 pm to check into our other 2 rooms but as we were headed to a wedding we weren't able to check the other 2 róoms. We arrived to back to the hotel at around 9 pm. We were able to access another room but the third room we couldn't access.When checking into our 3rd room. When checking into our 3rd room I was told that there were already 2 keys made for that room! I told the gentleman at the front desk that I was just checking in and we didn't have keys for that room. I was made another key. Upon trying our third room key it didn't work. I took it down to the front desk where more keys were issued! They didn't work. So I went back down to the front desk. Upon several attempts to get into the room we were told someone else was in our room and they didn't actually have our 3rd room checked in. We did get a room upgrade that night. And the next day we were apologized to and were told there was a mistake in the system and offered a $50 refund.

Our room was absolutely amazing! The breakfast with waffles was awesome, the staff was great, the towels were great, the bed was comfortable, all at a great price. I will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Hands down, one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable. Staff was amazing. The price was definitely affordable. We will absolutely stay at this property again!

The food was good on Sunday, but we weren't very impressed with the quality of the food on Saturday, but you can never go wrong with oatmeal. Thankful for the coffee, tea and water along with mints. The room we had (a suite) was HUGE and clean. I did notice that even though the room was set to 70 degrees, it was still chilly. I noticed that there was a vent in the bathroom - so I closed both doors and it was better the 2nd night, but then the bathroom floor and space was freezing - just wanted to note that. Otherwise we had a great trip. Didn't get to go on as many hikes due to the pouring rain and winds, but enjoyed vegging at the hotel.

Our room was spacious and clean. The room seemed to be soundproof. Breakfast was great with quite a few options. I used the fitness room and there was more than enough equipment to use. I used one of several treadmills, weights and bench which was one that could recline. There were clean towels and sanitary wipes to clean the equipment. The staff at the front desk was friendly. We will stay here again.

We didnt eat the breakfast but the coffee was good. The room was on the 4th floor and on the corner and had a great view of the mountains and surrounding trees. The room was big! The bathroom was very spacious with lots of counter space too. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. Staff was great. The only complaint is both of our card keys stopped working! So that was frustrating. We would highly recommend this place. We stayed here to see a show at the Snoqualamie Casino. This Hotel is close to it and has a lower rate for rooms. So win win.

Not much kid friendly food around and everything closes so early except for Mod Pizza. We have stayed before and this time we had a bigger room which I enjoyed. I will book again for next year's tournament, maybe a bigger room if they have one. My kids love the complimentary breakfast.

Very quiet and clean, even with a large wedding in one of the large rooms and guests staying in the hotel. Did not hear any noise once we are off the first floor. Clean, updated, and easy checkin and out.

It was a last minute decision to stay here and we do not regret it. We had a clean and specious room. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was better than most free breakfasts. Everyone was friendly.

The location is amazing. The rooms were clean. The only thing is there were no Kleenex and toilet paper in the hallway bathrooms. Other than that, we'll definitely be back if we are in the area.

This is a hidden gem in Snoqualmie with easy walkable access to dining and shopping. The staff are super friendly and helpful, plus free parking. My only complaint was that the TV in my suite wasn’t a smart TV.

The great reviews of this property are for good reasons. Really clean, quiet, hotel with great views, friendly staff and a brewery on the other side of parking lot!

Beautiful and quiet

I love the spaciousness of my room.

Everything was great and location was amazing. I spent the day at Snoqualmie Pass did some hiking. A fun drive going through towns for some coffee or a drink. Added bonus was the breakfast that was included. Enough to get me through the day with a light lunch. The unlimited coffee and tea was nice as well. No Boat Brewery a stone throw away.
